Life's A Drag

Claire still is really mad at me.

I was taking out the trash for Ms. Raven, I didn't even see her walk up from behind.

The next thing I knew, I was falling down the front steps!

The bag broke my fall, which is lucky I guess.

Though it burst open and got trash juices all over my clothes.

“At least you're where you belong!”

I tried apologizing for my mistake, but that doesn't work at all.

She still says I'm the dumbest kid at the orphanage.

Molly said we could play at the swings later, I'm excited about that.
