{Next day}

I woke up with all three of my girls on me Washu, and Yoruichi used my arms as pillows as Ryoko laid on top of me.

I turned back to the slab and thought it was at a good temp now. I unwrapped the meat and pulled out a katana from the pouch before cutting off a few large chunks of it.

I also notice the poison sac was gone. "Must have been either Washu or Yourichi." I thought as I cut the chunks into thin slices.

I then set the slices on the slab, and immediately I could hear the sizzling.

"Though this might be a poor attempt to make bacon it still smells good." I said happily to myself as I flipped them with my hands after the bottom got a good brown, while it might be bad for normal people to flip them with their bare hands, my exoskeleton is resistant to the heat, but if I kept my hand on their it would definitely get burned.

After it was all done I managed to make 20 strips of bacon for everyone with a side of fruits and a pure peach juice.

I went to the main hall, to find Washu had already materialized a table with three chairs after a few minutes I got everything set up and I yelled.

"BREAKFAST IS READY." I yelled and Yoruichi landed on the ground beside me as Ryoko appeared in her chair, and finally a door appeared right before Washu walked out of it. They all sat down and I put my legs under me as I got confront of my plate of food.

"Looks good master." Yoruichi said as she took one of the strips, and ate it.

I ate one as well and it was surprisingly good i hadn't had manticore in all the time I was here, and I was really surprised how it tasted like normal bacon.

After we all ate a few there was a loud knocking on the door, and we all looked at each other. "Did any of you go to the town?" I asked and they all shook their heads before there was another knock.

"I'll go see who it is, and don't eat my food." I said, as I got up to head to the door. After reaching the door I opened it just a bit to peek outside.

I explained everything I knew about Soul reapers, and she calmed down slightly but her worry was not gone completely.

"If your here to ask us why we're staying her we already have plans to move to a new place." I told her.
"Well I was actually going to invite you to live in Ponyville." She told me but I shook my head and said.

"Unless there's a place that could house and feed my children then not likely." I told her.

"Well when you say it like that I guess there isn't anywhere in town that could support you." She said but then asked. "So where will you go?" She asked.

"Washu found a mansion deeper in the forest where we could live." I told her as I sat down in front of my plate again.

"That's not a good idea most of the manticore population in the everfree live near their." She told us as I ate a price of bacon after taking a sip of my pure peach juice it tasted sweet as I felt my body being filled with energy, washing away my fatigue and helped me to relax.

"We can handle manticore where do you think we got this bacon." I said tossing another in my mouth as I heard the pony clear her throat.

"Well can you handle hundreds?" She asked me so I looked to Washu to see if she had any ideas.

"Its would be simple to create a defense system to target the manticores that get to close, there is no need to worry." She said as she finished her food.

"Yeah plus any of us could take them on." Ryoko said with her mouth full of bacon, which made me laugh.

"Well since you're dead set on going there I will not stop you, but please try to be careful you will not only find manticores in this forest." She told us as she gave up on changing our minds.

"What else is there because I have only seen timberwolves and other monsters?" I asked curiously.

"Their are diamond dogs that live underground and will frequently try to capture whoever they can, and make them slaves. Also their might be a wandering dragon they tend to stay in the most dangerous of places to prove their prowess." She explained to us.

"Well thanks for the heads up but we should prepare for the journey, if it's as dangerous as you say." I told her then I got an idea, so I said.

"So as thanks I will give you something you might find useful." I said as I reached into the pouch, and pulled out a sword. The blade was flawless in every way and looks heavenly with the light shining off of it. Its 3 1/2ft blade was made of pure steel, and as I held it in the air light reflected off the golden, and brass caressed guard.

"This sword gains strength from the purity of its wielder, the less they are touched by corruption, the more powerful it is when they wield it." I told her as I held it out of her.

She smiled, and said. "I can't accept this, it would be a shame to just give something this valuable away, just like that." She told me trying to push it back towards me, but I said.

"Its ok I can make a million of these things if I wanted to." I said reaching into it to pulled out another, but I only showed the hilt before pushing it back in.

She looked at me with amazement before she gently took the blade from me, and as she took it the blade glowed brightly before returning to normal. " humbly accept this gift." She told me as he horn glowed, and it disappeared.

After that she left and we continued to eat while planning on how where going to get to our new home.
