Cozy Glow reveals a secret to Starlight Glimmer, she's been secretly writing to Tirek for advice about friendship. But now she's learned that the crafty centaur plans to do something horrible, something Cozy can't bring herself to be a part of.

After hearing Cozy's confession Starlight decides to inform Twilight, who in turn informs the other princesses of Tirek's plan. Meanwhile, Cozy begins to suffer from something she's never dealt with before: Bed wetting.
When she goes to Starlight for help, Cozy is given the chance to experience something new: A foalhood where somepony cares about her. But one slip up from Starlight causes Cozy to have the mind of a foal, and Starlight must find a way to turn Cozy back to normal while caring for the mentally regressed filly.
