The underground virus research facility greenhouse area 10:50pm

Thorax was walking towards the water supplier room in the west area of the greenhouse. And he only has 37 minutes left to save Twilight.

"Alright, I only have 34 minutes left until Twilight turns in a monsters. I need to hurry." Thorax said to himself. Then he reached the water supplier room door. And the door read.

Thorax gripped onto the door's handle and activated his horn. He then pushed the door opened and began to observe his surroundings. The room's light was on so Thorax could see clearly what was inside. There were machines and walls with scratch marks. Thorax was going to deactivate his horn, but a banging noise stopped him.

*Bang! Bang!*

"What was that?" Thorax asked himself quietly. Then he listened to the noise again and realized that the noise was somepony banging on the wall in the room.

"Is somepony else here?" Thorax asked himself again. Then he ran to the source of the noise.

Once Thorax made a right turn, he saw a pony. Thorax assumed the pony to be a male, then he began inspecting him again. He was wearing a helmet on his head, he has a shield and a baton on the ground near him, he was wearing a green suit and a full unit kit. And the back of his suit read, Changeling police

Thorax then realized that it wasn't a pony, it was a changeling riot police who has turned into a zombie.

"What in Equestria? Why is that changeling riot trooper here? Did the queen sent them?" Thorax thought with a confused look. Then the zombie turned around and Thorax saw it's bloody face and opened mouth.

The zombie then stretched it's hooves and ran up to him with an incredible speed.

Thorax was a bit caught off guard by the zombies speed, but he shook his head and focused. Once the zombie got close to him, he grabbed it's vest and flipped him at the back. After Thorax has finished that, he looked at the baton and shield in front of him and ran up to them and grabbed them. Then placed the shield in front of him with his left hoof, and swung the baton back with his right hoof.

"These will come in handy." Thorax said to himself.

When the zombie stood back up, it ran up to Thorax with an angry roar. The zombie then collided with the shield Thorax was holding, and Thorax struggled to try to fight the zombies strength.

"Take this!" Thorax yelled.

Then he smacked the zombie in the face with the baton, and it fell on the floor. When Thorax saw the zombie on the floor, he fired his magic at it's head and the zombies head exploded.

After that, Thorax began to gasp for breath from that intense battle.

"Okay, that zombie was strong." He said to himself gasping. Then he dropped the baton and shield on the floor and turned around to the water system.

Thorax looked at the water system and saw that it had a couple of buttons which didn't help. He then saw a big blue button on the left, and the button read.

Thorax smiled and pressed the button. Then he heard some water noises coming from outside which he assumed that the water was being sprinkled on the plants. And after 7 seconds, he heard a banging noise.

"Nice! The body must've fell on the floor! That means the keycard must be on the floor as well!" Thorax said to himself with a smile. Then he began to walk to the exit of the water supplier room. But before he did, he looked back at the riot police gears again and began to make a wise decision.

"Maybe these would be handy for Twilight after I give her the anti viral spray. Her horn might not work properly after her recovery." Thorax thought. Then he walked to the changeling riot trooper's gear and grabbed it's vest. Then he grabbed the baton and shield.

After that, Thorax exited the water supplier room and saw that most of the plants were soggy and wet, and when he looked at the cracked window where the stallion was, he saw that the plant got all soggy and the stallion fell on the steel ground.

Thorax smiled and said "Perfect!" Then he ran up to the stallions location.

Once he got there, he saw that the stallion was a scientist, he was wearing a protective yellow suit and he had a keycard on his left hoof and a letter as well.

Thorax grabbed the keycard and then the letter.

"What does this letter have?" Thorax asked himself as he unfolded the paper. Then he read the message in the paper.

To every scientist
We have been infiltrated by the changeling riot troopers. The queen has sent them here to exterminate every evidence that the changeling agents have created. But they have been infected by a new virus when they broke into the virus container room. The virus had turned them into fast and strong zombies. They can run up to you with an incredible speed like a timber wolf. Hopefully this warning letter has helped all of you, and I'll wish you luck escaping the facility.

Thorax had another confused look when he saw the letter talking about a new virus.

"A new virus? Why didn't the queen and the scientists tell me about it?" Thorax thought. But then he shook his head out of that thought. And stood up with the riot gears.

"I have no time to think about any these right now. I have to get back to Twilight." Thorax said to himself. Then he began return to the split area. But before he could move, he heard the door in the greenhouse area room opening, and the sound of multiple hooves running.

"What is that noise?" Thorax asked himself. Then he looked at the greenhouse control room area and his eyes went wide when he saw 10 changeling riot trooper zombies smashing the glass window with their hooves trying to get to him.

"Uh oh! Time to go!" Said Thorax turning back and running. "The energy room is my only option!"

Then the changeling riot trooper zombies broke through the glass window and landed on the steel floor. Then they began chasing Thorax with an incredible speed. Thorax managed to reach the energy room door, he gripped onto the door's metal handle and pushed it open. Then he closed the door shut and locked it. And the riot trooper zombies began to bang on the door which made Thorax stumble backwards.

"Whoa! Those zombies are strong!" Thorax yelled in his mind as he took a few steps back.

But then he felt something behind him. Thorax turned around and saw that there was a ladder behind him which lead up, and a door that leads to somewhere else.

"Huh? Another split section?" Thorax asked himself. Then he noticed that there was a map on his right. He looked at it and began to study it.

Thorax began to think about which path he wants to take, and after 10 seconds, he has made up his mind.

"I need to be quick because to my calculations, Twilight only has 30 minutes left until she turns." He said to himself "Guess I have to go to through bioweapon containment area." He sighed. Then he turned walked to the door. He gripped onto the door's metal handle and pushed it opened.

"Well, here goes nothing." He said to himself.

Finally! Another chapter finished! Sorry that it took so long for me to finish another chapter. And the reason is because I was working on my newer stories that I have forgotten about this one. But rest assure this story will be completed! Please enjoy!
