The underground virus research facility medical facility

Thorax began to throw the ruined paperwork on the medical machine on the floor so that he could work with more space.

He then began to study the medical machine to see how it works, when he looked on his right, he saw an instructions paper labeled on the machinery.

"Okay, what does the instructions say?" Thorax asked himself as he began to read the instructions.

And the paper read "Place in herbs in the three metal holes to make a medical injection."

"Three green herbs= first aid injection"
"Three blue herbs= Anti viral injection"

After Thorax finished reading the instructions, he then turned back to the machinery.

"Alright, three metal holes. Where are th- oh, they there are." Thorax said to himself as he took notice of the metal holes on the machinery.

"So it's three blue herbs for an anti viral cure." Thorax said to himself as he flipped opened one of his pockets in his vest. He then pulled out three blue herbs.

"Thank goodness I didn't throw away any of these." Said Thorax with a smile. Then he tucked one blue herb in each of the metal holes.

Then the machinery grabbed the three blue herbs and began to make an anti viral injection. It made a lot of pouring and banging noises which were not too loud. Then after 15 seconds, the machinery made a pouring noise at it's right side. When Thorax heard the noise he walked to the right side of the machinery and he saw a blue liquid container on top of a jet injector.

Thorax smiled in satisfaction and grabbed the injector with the blue liquid container on top of it.

"Perfect!" He said as he tucked it in one of his pockets in his vest.

Then he turned around and saw a metal door which leads back to the split area.

"Alright, all of my objectives are completed. Now all I have to do is to return to Twilight." He said happily.

Then he walked to the metal door and saw a keycard scanner. He flipped opened one of his pockets on his vest and pulled out the senior staff keycard.

"Thank goodness I didn't throw you away." Said Thorax with a smile.

Then he tapped the keycard on the scanner and it beeped. Then the door opened, revealing the split section again.

"Hang on Twilight! I'm coming." Said Thorax walking back to the surgery room where Twilight was in.

But before he could walk there, Thorax saw an elevator coming up, Thorax looked at the elevator closely and saw 10 riot trooper changeling zombies in there.

"Uh oh! Gotta hide!" Thorax said to himself quietly as he hid behind a keycard scanner at the medical facilities entrance.

The elevator opened and the riot trooper zombies walked out of the elevator and they began to look around the split area moaning hungrily. And their defender suit were scratched and damaged.

Thorax was thinking about a plan on how to lure the riot troopers into another place.

"What do I have with me?" Thorax asked himself as he began to look in his inventor.

Riot trooper shield
Combat knife
First aid spray
Senior staff keycard

Thorax then made up his decision and unsheathed his combat knife.

"I won't be needing this anymore." Thorax thought.

Then he swung his right hoof back and aimed at the railing on the east area. After 5 seconds of focusing, he threw the knife at the railing on the east side.

*Cling!*

When the riot trooper changeling zombies heard that clinging noise, they immediately ran to the source of the sound.

When Thorax saw the zombies walking away from the elevator, he stood up from his hiding area and began to sneakily walk back to the main office.

After walking slowly and quietly for 25 seconds, Thorax made it back to the main office door and it slowly slid opened. He stepped in and the door closed behind him.

He sighed in relief after that event.

"Okay, that was a bit terrifying but, I can still handle it." He said to himself. "Alright, now back to Twilight." He finished .

Then he walked to the surgery room door. He gripped onto the door's metal handle and pushed it opened. After that, he saw Twilight on the bed breathing for oxygen, her colour was turning red and she coughed weakily.

"Hey Twilight, I've got the cure." Thorax told her as he walked near her bed.

Twilight slowly turned around and looked at him through the gas mask he gave her.

Then Thorax slowly lifted his mask off her face and he saw a red mark near her right eye.

"Alright, time for the injection." Said Thorax as he raised her right hoof with his left hoof.

Then he grabbed the jet injector with his right hoof and injected the needle in her right hoof. Twilight gasped in pain when the needle was injected in her. Then Thorax pressed the trigger on the jet injector and the blue liquid began to enter her hoof. After 10 seconds, the vaccination was completed and Thorax removed the injector from her hoof. The. He grabbed a small bandage on the table next to him and placed it on her hoof. And Twilight was all healed up.

"Vaccination completed." Thorax told her.

After Twilight heard that, she slowly sat up staright and she looked at Thorax with a sad and confused looked on her face.

When Thorax saw her confused look on her face, he asked "What's wrong?"

Twilight looked at him sad and confused look.

"Why?" She asked quietly.

"Pardon?" Asked Thorax.

"Why?" She said.

"Why what?" Thorax asked.

"Why are you helping me? Aren't we enemies? You changelings tried to turn us into monsters and eliminate us. But why are you helping me?" Twilight asked.

Thorax looked at her and smiled.

"Well, what would everypony do if they lost one of their beautiful princesses?" Thorax asked in a soft voice.

Then Twilight's eyes went wide and she blushed.

"And eliminating you is not part of my mission. And I value you as my friend Princess Twilight Sparkle." He told her.

Then Twilight bursted into tears and she hugged him.

Thorax was caught off guard by the hug. His eyes went wide and his body temperature began to rise.

"So this is what friendship is like." Thorax thought with a smile. Then he hugged her back.

After hugging for 10 seconds, Thorax's body began to glow. When Twilight felt a glow hitting her closed eyes, she opened them and she saw his body glowing through his suit.

"Thorax, your glowing." Twilight told him.

When Thorax heard Twilight, he opened his eyes and saw what Twilight said was true.

"What the? What does this auughh!" Thorax yelled as his whole body glowed. And Twilight had to shield her eyes with her wings from the strong glow.

After 5 seconds the glowing stopped and Twilight looked at Thorax. Her eyes widened when he saw his new look.

His face was green coloured, his eyes were purple, he had two orange horns on the side of his head, his height was increased slightly and he was a lot taller than Twilight.

Thorax began to inspect his new body as well by taking off his gloves and looking at his green coloured hooves.

"Thorax?" Said Twilight.
