10:50pm inside the train

Thorax and Twilight were sitting on a couch in the train after the nightmare they have gone through and Twilight was getting sleepy.

Thorax was rechecking his equipments by looking into his pockets. But then he felt something heavy on his lap. He looked down and he saw Twilight sleeping comfortably on his lap. Thorax was a bit caught off guard, but he smiled and gently stroked her head with his right hoof, and Twilight was enjoying it.

After 5 minutes, Thorax gently removed Twilight's head from his lap and laid her gently on the couch. Then he stood up and walked to the train's control system room door. Once he got there, the door automatically slid opened for him and he began to reach for the G Virus in his belt.

"I should contact Nighthawk about the G Virus I have with me." Thorax thought to himself. Then he grabbed the G Virus on his belt and removed it, and when he held it in front of him, he saw a note attached on it.

"Huh? What is this?" Thorax asked himself quietly. Then he removed the note from the G Virus and flipped it opened. Then he saw some letters in it.

Dear Thorax
Thorax I just want to say thank you for protecting me in our journey to escape the nightmare we have gone through. You were really brave, helpful and kind to me, and I'm sorry if I was a bit mean to you because you are a changeling, and I hope you can forgive my attitude. But besides from that, thank you for everything.
From Twilight Sparkle

Thorax had a small smile on his face when he read the letter, but what confused him the most was why she wrote it for him, he is a changeling and she is a pony. Then a voice came into his head.

"Look at the wonderful gift Twilight has given you, if you deliver the G Virus back to your queen, how would she feel?" The nice and kind voice asked.

"She would feel sad and hurt." Thorax replied to the kind voice in his head. But then the cold voice began to talk to him.

"What does it matter Thorax? You have already completed your mission, and all you have to do is to return the G Virus back to the queen and the changeling scientist can create a new bioweapon to unleash on Equestria, and they can capture the ponies for tests as well, and you will be paid." The cold voice told him.

Thorax sighed and began to make his decision.

"I'll make my decision tomorrow." Thorax replied to the two voices. Then he placed tucked the G Virus back into his belt and walked back to the couch where Twilight was sleeping.

Once he got there he sat down next to Twilight. When Twilight felt him near her, she hugged his warm body.

When Thorax felt her hugging him, he smiled and placed his right green hoof on her head then he drifted to sleep.

Everfree forest 8:00am

The next day.

The Train came to a stop in the everfree forest near ponyville. And Thorax was the first to wake up, the sun shined through the windows in the train. He then stretched his hooves and looked down at Twilight who was sleeping comfortably on his lap. Then Twilight yawned and opened her eyes and looked at Thorax.

"Morning princess Twilight." Said Thorax.

Twilight giggled and said "Morning Thorax."

"What time is it?" Twilight asked as she stretched her body.

Thorax looked outside of the window and said "It's probably eight am. Ready to go home?"

"Of course!" She replied with a smile.

Then They got up and walked to the train's exit door. Once they got there, the doors slid open and they hopped off the train and stepped on the soft grass. Then Thorax looked at Twilight and asked "So, what are you gonna do now?"

"First, I'm gonna see my friends and family again, then I'm gonna take a long shower and finally I'm gonna see my teacher Celestia again."

Thorax chuckled and said "That's good to hear." Then a thought came into his mind.

"I think I'll give her the virus sample. I don't want the queen to unleash any more bioweapons in her town, and I'm actually quite mad at what the queen did all those horrible things in Manehatten and the research lab." Thorax thought. Then he reached into his belt and handed her the G Virus sample.

Twilight was looking at the G Virus sample with a confused look.

"The G Virus? Thorax why are you giving it to me?" Twilight asked in confusion.

"I told you that I would make up my decision back in the apartment in Manehatten remember?"

Twilight remembered and said "Yes, I do."

"And I have made my decision to give you the G Virus sample and let you give it to Celestia for safety keeping." He told her with a smile.

Twilight was caught off guard. But she grabbed the G Virus and hugged Thorax.

"Thank you so much Thorax!"

Thorax smiled and hugged back, then Twilight released and kissed him on the lips.

When Thorax noticed the kiss, his face turned extremely red. But he did not return the kiss.

After 10 seconds, Twilight released and looked at him with blushes on her cheek.

"Well, goodbye Thorax and thank you for everything." Said Twilight. Then she ran back to ponyville.

"Your welcome Twilight! And hope see you next time!" Thorax yelled.
