Thorax walked over to Twilight and gently picked her up from the seats. Twilight coughed in the mask and moaned weakily. "Hang in there Twilight. I'll find you a cure." Said Thorax as he walked to the cable cars door. It slid opened and Thorax walked out of it. He turned left and walked down the stairs to the virus research facilities front door. Once he walked to the entrance. The door automatically opened. Once the door reached to the top, Thorax walked into the facility and the lights were opened. "Alright. Gotta find a place for Twilight to rest." Thorax thought to himself ad he began observing his surroundings. Then he saw a door which said. Surgery room[/color "Perfect." Thorax said to himself as he walked to the door and kicked it opened. He activated his horn and checked the room. And it was clear. He then saw a surgical bed in front of him. He walked up to the bed and gently placed Twilight on there and she let out another weak moan. "Keep breathing through my gas mask. It'll delay the time of the infection." Thorax told her calmly. Twilight nodded slowly and kept breathing slowly. Thorax looked to his left and saw paper works on a desk. He walked up to the desk and began reading the paper work to see if there was a cure that could save Twilight. He didn't find anything in the first one, so he crumbled it into a ball and threw it away. He then looked at the second one and it talked about the T Virus. "The T-Virus. Can turn ponies into monsters, the changelings know that." Thorax said as he rolled his eyes. Then he crumbled the paper into a ball and threw it to the ground next to the first one. Then he looked at the third one and it had a picture of a cure, which caught Thorax's attention. Capable of neutralizing any infection. Kept in the medical supplyroom. "So it call kill any viruses? Maybe this antiviral spray can save Twilight." Thorax turned around and walked up to Twilight. And she managed stare into his bright blue eyes. "Twilight. I found a cure that can kill the G-Virus in you, but it is in the medical supplyroom so you have to stay here alright?" Said Thorax. Twilight nodded slowly. "O-o-okay...p-please...h-help...m-me." Said Twilight weakily. Then she coughed again and she breathed for more oxygen with the gas mask Thorax gave her. "I will." He said as he nodded. Then he got up and turned around to the door. He walked to the door and gripped onto the door's handle. But before he pushed it open, he turned around and looked at Twilight again. And she moaned weakily and coughed in pain again. "I'll be back as fast as I can." Thorax told her. Twilight tried to reply but she coughed in pain again. Thorax looked back in front of him and pushed the door open and walked out of the room. He then closed the door behind him and walked to the counter in front of him. He opened the cupboards to see if there was anything useful to help him through the facility. When he pulled open the third cupboard, he saw a map. "This will be useful." Thorax said to himself as he unfolded the map and it had the locations of the facility. East area Green house West area medical supplyroom North area cafeteria "So, the medical supplyroom is in the north side? Then that's where I'm headed." Said Thorax as he put the map down and walked away from the counter and to the automatic doors in front of him. The door slid open and Thorax walked through, he then looked in front of him and he saw a long bridge with a split section, and lead to three doors. The left one read 'West area'. The middle door read 'Cafeteria'. And the right door read 'Greenhouse' "Okay. So, I have to go to the west side. That means left." Thorax said to himself ad he walked to the west door. But when he got there the door didn't open. "That's weird." Thorax thought to himself. Then he looked to his left and saw a panel, he walked over to the panel and saw that he needed a key card to go in. "Great." Thorax grumbled in annoyance. Then he walked back to the split section area. He then saw that the cafeteria door and were opened. "Okay. Where to go." Thorax thought for a moment, then he made his decision. "Cafeteria it is." Thorax said to himself as he walked to the cafeteria door. Once he got there, he saw that the door was torn open. "What in Equestria happened to the door?" Thorax thought examining the door and saw some sharp marks. "Those don't look like claw marks from lickers." Thorax said to himself. "Was it from another bioweapon?" Thorax asked himself. Then he shook his head. "I don't have time to think about that right now I have to find the antiviral spray for Twilight. To my calculations she only has 50 minutes left before the G Virus gets to her. I better find it fast." Thorax said to himself as he walked into the cafeteria. But unknown to him, there was a four legged, red coloured bioweapon looking at him from the top window of the cafeteria. "Gigagraa (Someponies infiltrating us. I better warn the others.)" Welcome to the virus research canteen. Please enjoy our selection of healthy foods. "Alright. Here we are, hopefully there will be a keycard here." Thorax said to himself as he walked into the cafeteria. Above him was two red coloured bioweapon, with four hooves. One of them was holding a bow gun, and the other was holding a stun rod. And they had silver masks on them. "giiaggaiarr (When can we kill him?)" The bioweapon with the stun rod asked. "Aiiddhawhsv (Patients buddy. We have to wait for the right moment.)" Said the bioweapon with the bow gun. Thorax walked to a door to the canteen and gripped onto the handle, and pushed it open. He then looked inside the place and saw lots of wrecked chairs, tables and smashed dishes. "Looks like a war in here." Thorax said to himself quietly. Then he looked left and saw the cafeteria counter. "Maybe the key cards over there." Thorax thought to himself. Then he ran and jumped over the counter, then he saw a dead pony lying on the ground, which made him jump and back away. "Whoa! That gave me quite the scare." Then he noticed something a long stick shot through the ponies head. He grabbed the stick and pulled it out of the ponies head. Then he nocticed that it was a steel arrow from a bow gun. "A steel arrow? Then that means this pony wasn't killed by a zombie. I don't see any bite marks on him." Thorax said to himself examining the stallion's body, and he saw no bite marks on him. Then he stood up. "I have no time for this. I have to get a keycard so I can get the antiviral spray for Twilight." Thorax said to himself as he walked through a door. Then he made a right turn and saw another door in front of him. He activated his horn and kicked the door opened. He scanned the room and he saw 10 lockers, blood and scratches on the right wall and no zombies. "What could've done this to the walls?" Thorax asked himself in his mind. Then he examined the scratch marks, and saw that it also wasn't done by lickers. "These marks are a bit too small to be the lickers. Was it from another bioweapon?" Thorax asked himself quietly. Then he shook his head "It doesn't matters right now. I need to find a keycard." Thorax said to himself as he looked at the lockers. "Time to stretch my muscles." Then Thorax punched opened the first locker broken, and it had nothing in it. "Nope, not this one." Then he punched opened the second locker and saw a first aid spray. "This should be useful." Thorax said to himself in satisfaction. Then he tucked the first aid spray in one of his pockets. The third, fourth, fifth and sixth locker had nothing in them and Thorax grumbled in annoyance. "The key card better be in the next one." Then Thorax punched opened the seventh one. And it had a paper file in it. Thorax looked at the paper file with interest in his eyes. "What's in here?" Thorax asked himself. Then he grabbed the paper file and opened it. And he saw a keycard in it. "Great! The keycard!" Thorax said to himself as he grabbed the keycard and placed it in one of his pocket. Then he looked at the paper and noticed that it was a letter. Then he read the message. To any survivors. There has been an attack in our virus research facility, after the changeling agents took the G-Virus away from us. After Doctor Chaos had turned into a giant monster, the queen in the hive unleashed hundreds of bioweapons in the facility. They have red bug eye lenses almost similar to the changeling agents gas masks. They stand on four hooves, and carry weapons like bow guns, sharp knives and stun rods and more. Hope all of you can get out of this place safe and sound. From- Thorax had a confused look when he saw the message saying the queen unleashing bioweapons here. "Why would the queen unleash bioweapons here? We've already completed our mission." Thorax said to himself in confusion. Then he heard a tick of a bow gun right behind him. Thorax dropped the paper on the ground and placed his hooves in the air. "Ggiigarraga! (Who are you?)" The bioweapon ordered aiming his bow gun at him. Thorax slowly turned around and looked at the bioweapon. It was almost as tall as him, it's eyes were round and red like bugs, and it was wearing a silver mask. "Giggatafs! (Hey! I asked you a question! Who are you!)" The bioweapon demanded again. "I'm just a changeling agent, trying to save a princesses life." Said Thorax. Then he charged at the bioweapon. The bioweapon fired a steel arrow straight at him, but Thorax shot it with his magic. Then he grabbed the bow gun from the bioweapon. And he smashed it in his face knocking it out. "That thing wasn't so tough. Oh, and yes, now that I have the keycard, I can go to the medical supplyroom." Thorax said to himself, then he walked out of the locker room. But then he saw three more of those bioweapons standing in front of him, two of them were holding stun rods and one of them had two sharp knives coming out of it's hooves. "Um... hello fellas." Said Thorax quietly. "Giaaggararga! (That's the changeling who infiltrated us! Kill him!)" Yelled the bioweapon with the knives. "Giagara! (Understood!)" Said the two others. Then they activated their stun rods, and the three of them charged at him. Thorax got into a fighting stance and charged at the two bioweapons as well. The bioweapons with the knives tried to stab him, when Thorax noticed the attack he back stepped and smashed the bioweapon into the wall, making his head explode. The two other bioweapons with the stun rods tried to zap him, Thorax spinner to the right when he saw the attacks. Then he activated his horn and shot the two bioweapons in the head and they fell on the floor dead. "Pathetic." Thorax scoffed. Then he exited the cafeteria and went back to the split section. "Antiviral spray, here I come." Thorax said to himself as he walked back to the west area panel. Once he got there he grabbed the keycard out of his pocket and tapped on the panel but it didn't work. "What? Why isn't it working?" Then he looked at the screen and it said 'Seinor staff keycard required.' "Oh, you've got to be kidding me." Thorax grumbled in annoyance. Then he turned to the east area, which was the green house facility. "Hopefully the keycard is over there." Then Thorax ran to the east area and walked through the door. He activated his horn and slowly opened the door. He then took a peek inside and saw that there were no zombies or the bioweapons that he fought. "Huh. This must be my lucky day." Thorax chuckled to himself. Then he entered the room and saw ripped sofas, broken chairs and opened lockers with nothing in them. "This place looks messed up." Thorax thought to himself. Then he looked in front of him and saw a door with a sign on top. And the sign read. Greenhouse "Greenhouse? Then that's where I'm headed. And I better find that keycard fast. Because I think Twilight only has 34 minutes left." Thorax said to himself as he approached the door. He then gripped onto the door's metal handle and activated his horn. He then pushed the door opened and looked in the room. There were blood stains and plants everywhere. Then Thorax looked in front of him and saw a stallion in a protective suit being crushed by a giant plant. "What in Equestria happened to you?" Thorax asked looking at the stallion. Then he noticed that there was a small panel with a blue button on it. "What does this do?" Thorax asked himself. Then he walked up to the button and pressed it. Then water stared to pour in the green house and it made some of the plants soggy and wet. The plant pushing the stallion to the glass let go a little because the water made it weak. Then Thorax saw taht the stallion had a keycard in his pocket. "Another keycard!" Thorax exclaimed. Then he pushed the button once more, but this time there were no water. "Damn it, I need something to put inside the panel." Then he turned and walked to another door. And the door automatically slid opened and Thorax saw lots of plants and the one that creeped him out a little was a four hooves plant monster hanging on some vines. "What the heck is that?" Thorax asked examining the B.O.W. Then suddenly, the plant monster grabbed Thorax with it's green hooves and Thorax tried to struggle free. "Ahh! Get off me!" Thorax yelled. But the bioweapon kept grabbing him. Then it opened it's jaw and showed it's sharp teeths. When Thorax saw the bioweapons teeths. He immediately unsheathed his knife and stabbed it in the head. The bioweapon let out a large screech and it let go of it's grip on Thorax and he fell on the floor. And the bioweapon died. "Holy crap... that bioweapon was strong." Thorax complained. Then he heard some growling noises on his right. He then turned his head and saw four more of those four hoofed plant creatures, walking towards him slowly. Thorax got up and readied his knife. "Come on you ugly monsters!" Thorax yelled as he charged up at the plant monsters. He kicked the first one in front of him and it crashed into the wall. The second one tried to grab him with it's hooves. Thorax noticing the bioweapons attempt, he back stepped and stabbed it in the head with his knife. The third one got close to Thorax and it tried to bite him. Thorax then reverse kicked it in the side of it's head, and he made it spin mid air and crash to the right. The first one tried to get up but Thorax shot it in the head with his magic, and it's head exploded and blood poured out of it's head. Thorax began to gasp for breath, because he was a little tired from the combat he had with the red coloured and masked bioweapons and the plant bioweapons he fought and killed. "There's no time to rest. I have to get that keycard from that stallion." Then Thorax walked to a door. When he got to it he realized that he needed a keycard to open it. He then grabbed the keycard out of his pocket "Thank goodness I didn't throw you away." Thorax chuckled. Then he swiped the key card on the panel and it made a beeping noise. Then the door slid opened and Thorax saw the greenhouse, there were lots of trees and flowers. "Alright. Where to go?" Said Thorax. Then he looked to his left and saw a panel which showed a map of the greenhouse. "Alright, let's see what we have here." Thorax said to himself quietly as he tapped on the panel. And it showed the sections of the greenhouse. Greenhouse west area Water supplyroom Green house east area Energy room "West side it is." And he only has 37 minutes left to save Twilight. "Alright, I only have 34 minutes left until Twilight turns in a monsters. I need to hurry." Thorax said to himself. Then he reached the water supplier room door. And the door read. Water supplier room staff's only Thorax gripped onto the door's handle and activated his horn. He then pushed the door opened and began to observe his surroundings. The room's light was on so Thorax could see clearly what was inside. There were machines and walls with scratch marks. Thorax was going to deactivate his horn, but a banging noise stopped him. *Bang! Bang!* "What was that?" Thorax asked himself quietly. Then he listened to the noise again and realized that the noise was somepony banging on the wall in the room. "Is somepony else here?" Thorax asked himself again. Then he ran to the source of the noise. Once Thorax made a right turn, he saw a pony. Thorax assumed the pony to be a male, then he began inspecting him again. He was wearing a helmet on his head, he has a shield and a baton on the ground near him, he was wearing a green suit and a full unit kit. And the back of his suit read, Changeling police Thorax then realized that it wasn't a pony, it was a changeling riot police who has turned into a zombie. "What in Equestria? Why is that changeling riot trooper here? Did the queen sent them?" Thorax thought with a confused look. Then the zombie turned around and Thorax saw it's bloody face and opened mouth. The zombie then stretched it's hooves and ran up to him with an incredible speed. Thorax was a bit caught off guard by the zombies speed, but he shook his head and focused. Once the zombie got close to him, he grabbed it's vest and flipped him at the back. After Thorax has finished that, he looked at the baton and shield in front of him and ran up to them and grabbed them. Then placed the shield in front of him with his left hoof, and swung the baton back with his right hoof. "These will come in handy." Thorax said to himself. When the zombie stood back up, it ran up to Thorax with an angry roar. The zombie then collided with the shield Thorax was holding, and Thorax struggled to try to fight the zombies strength. "Take this!" Thorax yelled. Then he smacked the zombie in the face with the baton, and it fell on the floor. When Thorax saw the zombie on the floor, he fired his magic at it's head and the zombies head exploded. After that, Thorax began to gasp for breath from that intense battle. "Okay, that zombie was strong." He said to himself gasping. Then he dropped the baton and shield on the floor and turned around to the water system. Thorax looked at the water system and saw that it had a couple of buttons which didn't help. He then saw a big blue button on the left, and the button read. Manual water dispenser Thorax smiled and pressed the button. Then he heard some water noises coming from outside which he assumed that the water was being sprinkled on the plants. And after 7 seconds, he heard a banging noise. "Nice! The body must've fell on the floor! That means the keycard must be on the floor as well!" Thorax said to himself with a smile. Then he began to walk to the exit of the water supplier room. But before he did, he looked back at the riot police gears again and began to make a wise decision. "Maybe these would be handy for Twilight after I give her the anti viral spray. Her horn might not work properly after her recovery." Thorax thought. Then he walked to the changeling riot trooper's gear and grabbed it's vest. Then he grabbed the baton and shield. After that, Thorax exited the water supplier room and saw that most of the plants were soggy and wet, and when he looked at the cracked window where the stallion was, he saw that the plant got all soggy and the stallion fell on the steel ground. Thorax smiled and said "Perfect!" Then he ran up to the stallions location. Once he got there, he saw that the stallion was a scientist, he was wearing a protective yellow suit and he had a keycard on his left hoof and a letter as well. Thorax grabbed the keycard and then the letter. "What does this letter have?" Thorax asked himself as he unfolded the paper. Then he read the message in the paper. To every scientist We have been infiltrated by the changeling riot troopers. The queen has sent them here to exterminate every evidence that the changeling agents have created. But they have been infected by a new virus when they broke into the virus container room. The virus had turned them into fast and strong zombies. They can run up to you with an incredible speed like a timber wolf. Hopefully this warning letter has helped all of you, and I'll wish you luck escaping the facility. From- Thorax had another confused look when he saw the letter talking about a new virus. "A new virus? Why didn't the queen and the scientists tell me about it?" Thorax thought. But then he shook his head out of that thought. And stood up with the riot gears. "I have no time to think about any these right now. I have to get back to Twilight." Thorax said to himself. Then he began return to the split area. But before he could move, he heard the door in the greenhouse area room opening, and the sound of multiple hooves running. "What is that noise?" Thorax asked himself. Then he looked at the greenhouse control room area and his eyes went wide when he saw 10 changeling riot trooper zombies smashing the glass window with their hooves trying to get to him. "Uh oh! Time to go!" Said Thorax turning back and running. "The energy room is my only option!" Then the changeling riot trooper zombies broke through the glass window and landed on the steel floor. Then they began chasing Thorax with an incredible speed. Thorax managed to reach the energy room door, he gripped onto the door's metal handle and pushed it open. Then he closed the door shut and locked it. And the riot trooper zombies began to bang on the door which made Thorax stumble backwards. "Whoa! Those zombies are strong!" Thorax yelled in his mind as he took a few steps back. But then he felt something behind him. Thorax turned around and saw that there was a ladder behind him which lead up, and a door that leads to somewhere else. "Huh? Another split section?" Thorax asked himself. Then he noticed that there was a map on his right. He looked at it and began to study it. Ladder area Back to the split section area. Door Bioweapon containment area near the medical facility. Thorax began to think about which path he wants to take, and after 10 seconds, he has made up his mind. "I need to be quick because to my calculations, Twilight only has 30 minutes left until she turns." He said to himself "Guess I have to go to through bioweapon containment area." He sighed. Then he turned walked to the door. He gripped onto the door's metal handle and pushed it opened. "Well, here goes nothing." He said to himself. Author's Note Finally! Another chapter finished! And he had to activate his horn so he could see clearly through the corridor. "It's pitch black here." Thorax complained "Must be because that the power supplier got damaged by either the bioweapons, or the changeling riot trooper zombies." He assumed. After walking through the corridor for 10 second, he saw a giant metal door with a lever on the right. And the door has words that read. Bioweapon containment area "Huh, guess the royal guards aren't that incompetent after all." He said to himself. Then he looked at the lever on his right "That lever must be the switch to that door." Thorax assumed. Then he walked to the lever and pulled it down. After he has done that, the door slowly slid opened and Thorax stood in front of the giant dark cage. He took a deep breath and said "Well, here goes nothing." Then he walked in. Thorax activated his horn and his green glowing horn illuminated the area a little. He began to observe his surroundings and saw a steel floor, blood, steel walls and looking area with glass. He then saw a sign which read. Medical facility^ Thorax smiled in satisfaction when he saw the sign saying that the medical facility was in fromt of him. "Perfect! Time to pick up the pace." Thorax said to himself. Then he ran to forward. But then, he encountered a giant locked steel door blocking his path to the medical facility. "What the?" Thorax thought. Then he sighed in annoyance and turned around. "Guess I have to find another lever to open this door." Thorax began to look around the cage and he saw another lever near the steel door he came in. "Oh, how did I not notice that there?" Thorax chuckled. Then he ran to the lever and gripped on it. He then pulled it down and the steel door opened, and it revealed the medical facility room. Thorax smiled in satisfaction and said "Perfect! Anti viral spray here I come!" But before he could move an inch, he felt the ground shaking and the sound of legs stomping on the steel floor. "What is that noise?" Thorax asked himself quietly. The loud stomping noise eventual came to a stop, and Thorax felt a low screeching noise. Then the B.O.W spat out a white substance next to him and Thorax recognized it. "Oh right, now I remember. This is one of their powerful B.O.W. ever. A fly and a virus combined." He said to himself. Then an alarm sounded, and the door began to close slowly behind Thorax. When Thorax heard the door closing, he stood up and ran. "Gotta run!" Thorax yelled as he ran to the medical facility before the door closed. And the B.O.W chased him. After 5 seconds, Thorax managed to get through the steel door in the medical facility and the door closed behind the giant B.O.W and it screeched in pain when it crashed head first into the steel door. Thorax stood up and began to catch his breath after that event. "That... was... one tough B.O.W." He said in breaths. Then after 15 seconds, he turned around and looked at the medical facility. And he saw many operation desks and machines to make medicine. Thorax began to make a decision whether to use the machine to make the anti viral spray, or the machine to make the anti viral spray. After 3 seconds, he has made his mind. "I think I will use the machinery, I don't have time to do the anti viral spray myself. Because Twilight only has 25 more minutes left. I think an anti viral medicine requires three blue herbs considering it's colour." He assumed "Alright, time to get to work." Thorax said to himself as he walk to one of the medical machines. And Twilight was a bit shocked by his transformation. Then Thorax looked at Twilight and she looked back. "Um, Twilight?" "Yes?" She asked. "Is this friendship?" Thorax asked. "I think it is." Twilight assumed. "Maybe this transformation happened because you saved me." She finished. Then Thorax raised an eyebrow. "You mean I did a good deed?" He asked. "Yeah, maybe this happened because you saved me." Said Twilight with a smile. "Huh, that's cool." Thorax chuckled as he began to look at his hooves again and new face in a mirror on the table. Twilight giggled when she heard that. Then she asked "So Thorax, how do we get out of here?" Thorax looked away from the mirror and looked at Twilight. "Well, on my way back here, I saw an elevator that probably leads down to the basement and the underground train." Thorax told her. Then Twilight smiled because there was a way out of here. "Really? That's great!" She said. Then Thorax scratched his head and said "It is great but." "But what?" Twilight asked raising an eyebrow. "It's just that the queen has sent some of the riot trooper changelings here to destroy some evidence that me and my team has created." Thorax told her. "Oh, and what's the problem?" She asked again. "The riot troopers got infected by a new virus when they trashed the virus container room. And the virus had turned them into really strong zombies, they can run really fast like a timber wolf and they are pretty strong." He told her. Then Twilight's smiled disappeared. "Oh no, what will we do?" She asked. Then Thorax reached onto his back and grabbed the riot trooper baton, shield and vest and Twilight had a confused look on her face when he brought all of these out. "Here, wear these." Thorax told her. "Uh, no." She refused as she turned away from him. "Come on, these will protect you." Thorax told her. Then Twilight sighed and she looked at Thorax again. Then she grabbed the baton shield and vest. "I need to change, go wait outside." Twilight told him. Thorax nodded and said "Okay." Then he turned to the door and left the room leaving Twilight changing herself. While waiting at the main desk, Thorax was searching the cupboards for any useful equipments to protect him and Twilight from the zombies. When he pulls opened the bottom cupboard, he saw a black duct tape. "A duct tape?" Said Thorax as he grabbed the duct tape. Then he began to think about how to use it. Then an idea came into his head. "Maybe if I wrap the duct tape around me and Twilight's hooves, the zombies can't bite us." Thorax thought. Then he walked away from the main desk and knocked on the surgery room door where Twilight was changing. "Twilight, are you done?" He asked. "Yes, I'm done just give me a minute." She told him. Then after 5 seconds, Twilight opened the surgery room door and Thorax saw her wearing the black vest and holding the baton and shield. "How do I look?" Twilight asked him. "You look okay in that vest." Thorax told her. Twilight tried to walk forward but the vest made it hard for her, she grumbled in annoyance when the vest stopped her again. "Uggghh! This vest is so annoying! I'm not wearing this!" She yelled. "Okay, you can take that off." Thorax.told her. Then Twilight began to undress and Thorax was looking at her with wide eyes and a small blush happened on his cheeks. But then, he snapped out of it and focused on the obligation ahead. After5 seconds, Twilight has removed the vest away from her body and she threw it over the counter desk, then she looked at Thorax while holding the baton with her right hoof and the shield with her left hoof. "So Thorax, what's the plan?" She asked. Then Thorax walked up to her with the duct tape and Twilight gave an irritated look at him. "Duct tape? How's that gonna- hey!" Twilight yelled as she saw Thorax wrapping the duct tape around her hooves. After Thorax has finished wrapping the duct tape around her hooves, he began to wrap duct tape around his hooves. "Thorax! What is this for?" Twilight asked with an angry expression. "Stop whining Twilight, the duct tape will help you prevent the zombies from biting your hooves when your fighting." Thorax told her. Then Twilight's angry expression disappeared and she looked at him with an embarrassed look. "Oh! Sorry, I didn't know about that method." Thorax chuckled and said "It's alright." Then he began to talk about his plan. "Okay Twilight listen up, we are gonna walk on the split area and to the elevator in the middle. And we need to use our strengths to push the zombies aside and rush to the elevator, you understand?" Thorax asked her. Twilight nodded confidentally and said "Yes!" "Good, now I'll be at the front and you'll be at the back understood?" Twilight nodds. "Good, now get ready." Then Thorax walked to the door and tapped the senior staff keycard on the scanner. The scanner beeped and the door opened revealing a 10 riot trooper changeling zombies standing on the railing. Twilight hid behind Thorax when she saw the zombies. When the zombies heard the door opening, they turned around and saw two survivors, and they moaned hungrily and they stretched their hooves at them. "Let's move." Said Thorax walking up to the zombies with Twilight behind him. Thorax kicked the first zombie in front of him and it fell on the floor, he then grabbed the second zombie by the head and he snapped it's neck, then he threw it at the rest of the horde making them fall on the metal floor. The first zombie got up behind them and it ran straight at Twilight. When Twilight heard the zombie behind her, she turned around and placed the shield in front her and smacked the zombie in the face with the baton. Then the zombie fell on the metal floor unconscious. Thorax was holding off 4 zombies at the same time and he was having a bit of a hard time. When Twilight saw Thorax holding off four zombies, she immediately charged forward and boosted him by pushing her shield into him, then Thorax managed to push the zombies off the metal railing. "Thank you." Said Thorax. "Your welcome." Twilight replied. Then they walked up to the elevator and the doors automatically slid opened for them. They stepped in the elevator and Thorax saw three buttons, one lead to basement one, the second leads to basement 2 and the third lead to basement three. "Basement three it is. Time to get out of here." Said Thorax as he pushed the button and the elevator doors closed. Then the elevator began to go down. Author's Note I hope you all enjoyed this chapter! "After this, I will return the G Virus to my queen. But how will I return it with this look?" Thorax thought. Then the elevator came to a stop with a dinging noise. The doors slide open and Thorax and Twilight stepped out of the elevator in the middle of a long corridor. Thorax looked to his left and saw a sign which read. "Trains to everfree forest" Thorax smiled and looked at Twilight. "Hey Twilight, the train to the everfree forest is just through there and through the doors." He told her. Twilight smiled and said "What are we waiting for? Let's go!" Twilight and Thorax began to walk through the corridor to the doors to the train. But then they heard the elevator going up which made them stop their path and look back. "Is somepony else here?" Twilight asked. "I don't know." Thorax replied with a shrug. Then after 15 seconds, the elevator came down and Thorax and Twilight's eyes widened because there were 15 riot trooper changeling zombies inside the elevator trying to get to them by breaking the elevator's glass. "Uh oh, Twilight run!" Thorax yelled. Twilight did what he said and ran with him through the corridor and to the last train in the facility. The elevator's windows began cracking because of the force of the pushes that the zombies were creating. Then the elevator doors broke and the zombies began to chase Thorax and Twilight. The pair survivors managed to get to the doors in time and Thorax pushed it opened and they ran in. Then they closed the door so the riot troopers couldn't come in, but they were pushing themselves on the door. Thorax and Twilight were holding off the riot troopers by pushing the door, and Thorax was trying to look for something to put in between the door handles, then he remembered the baton that he gave to Twilight. "Twilight! Put the baton through between the door handles!" He told her. Twilight nodded and grabbed the baton, then she placed it between the two metal handles and the riot trooper zombies had a harder time trying to bust in. Thorax and Twilight stepped back from the door and turned around and saw the last train, and a door was opened. "Come on, it's time to go home. The dynamite arrows will strike Manehatten soon." Thorax told her. Twilight smiled and said "Yes." Then they entered the train and Thorax walked to the cab controller. He pushed a handle forward and the train began to move. Twilight looked through the window of the train and saw the riot trooper zombies breaking the wooden door. Her eyes widened and she began to look around the area to help buy some time while the train is moving slowly. She then saw a red button on the side of the train door where she and Thorax came in. "That button must closes the train doors!" She assumed. Then the riot trooper changeling zombies broke through the wooden door and ran towards the train where Twilight and Thorax were in. Twilight immediately ran to the red button and pressed it, the doors in the train closed and Twilight felt the riot trooper zombies banging on the door which made her take some steps back. Then Thorax managed to raise some speed on the train and it went into the tunnel. Twilight looked through the back window of the train and saw the riot trooper changeling zombies falling off the train roughly and some were still chasing them, but they couldn't. Twilight couldn't believe it, she has finally escaped the nightmare she has gone through with Thorax. She then heard the train door in front of him sliding open, she looked to her left and saw Thorax walking up to her with a smile. "We have escaped Twilight." Said Thorax. Twilight bursted into tears and she hugged him, and Thorax was a bit caught off guard by the hug, but then he smiled hugged her back. "Thank you for everything Thorax." Twilight told him "I owe you everything." She finished. "It's okay Twilight, I promised that I would get you out of here safe and sound, and I have kept my words." Thorax was a bit caught off guard, but he smiled and gently stroked her head with his right hoof, and Twilight was enjoying it. After 5 minutes, Thorax gently removed Twilight's head from his lap and laid her gently on the couch. Then he stood up and walked to the train's control system room door. Once he got there, the door automatically slid opened for him and he began to reach for the G Virus in his belt. "I should contact Nighthawk about the G Virus I have with me." Thorax thought to himself. Then he grabbed the G Virus on his belt and removed it, and when he held it in front of him, he saw a note attached on it. "Huh? What is this?" Thorax asked himself quietly. Then he removed the note from the G Virus and flipped it opened. Then he saw some letters in it. Dear Thorax Thorax I just want to say thank you for protecting me in our journey to escape the nightmare we have gone through. You were really brave, helpful and kind to me, and I'm sorry if I was a bit mean to you because you are a changeling, and I hope you can forgive my attitude. But besides from that, thank you for everything. From Twilight Sparkle Thorax had a small smile on his face when he read the letter, but what confused him the most was why she wrote it for him, he is a changeling and she is a pony. Then a voice came into his head. "Look at the wonderful gift Twilight has given you, if you deliver the G Virus back to your queen, how would she feel?" The nice and kind voice asked. "She would feel sad and hurt." Thorax replied to the kind voice in his head. But then the cold voice began to talk to him. "What does it matter Thorax? You have already completed your mission, and all you have to do is to return the G Virus back to the queen and the changeling scientist can create a new bioweapon to unleash on Equestria, and they can capture the ponies for tests as well, and you will be paid." The cold voice told him. Thorax sighed and began to make his decision. "I'll make my decision tomorrow." Thorax replied to the two voices. Then he placed tucked the G Virus back into his belt and walked back to the couch where Twilight was sleeping. Once he got there he sat down next to Twilight. When Twilight felt him near her, she hugged his warm body. When Thorax felt her hugging him, he smiled and placed his right green hoof on her head then he drifted to sleep. Everfree forest 8:00am The next day. The Train came to a stop in the everfree forest near ponyville. And Thorax was the first to wake up, the sun shined through the windows in the train. He then stretched his hooves and looked down at Twilight who was sleeping comfortably on his lap. Then Twilight yawned and opened her eyes and looked at Thorax. "Morning princess Twilight." Said Thorax. Twilight giggled and said "Morning Thorax." "What time is it?" Twilight asked as she stretched her body. Thorax looked outside of the window and said "It's probably eight am. Ready to go home?" "Of course!" She replied with a smile. Then They got up and walked to the train's exit door. Once they got there, the doors slid open and they hopped off the train and stepped on the soft grass. Then Thorax looked at Twilight and asked "So, what are you gonna do now?" "First, I'm gonna see my friends and family again, then I'm gonna take a long shower and finally I'm gonna see my teacher Celestia again." Thorax chuckled and said "That's good to hear." Then a thought came into his mind. "I think I'll give her the virus sample. I don't want the queen to unleash any more bioweapons in her town, and I'm actually quite mad at what the queen did all those horrible things in Manehatten and the research lab." Thorax thought. Then he reached into his belt and handed her the G Virus sample. Twilight was looking at the G Virus sample with a confused look. "The G Virus? Thorax why are you giving it to me?" Twilight asked in confusion. "I told you that I would make up my decision back in the apartment in Manehatten remember?" Twilight remembered and said "Yes, I do." "And I have made my decision to give you the G Virus sample and let you give it to Celestia for safety keeping." He told her with a smile. Twilight was caught off guard. But she grabbed the G Virus and hugged Thorax. "Thank you so much Thorax!" Thorax smiled and hugged back, then Twilight released and kissed him on the lips. When Thorax noticed the kiss, his face turned extremely red. But he did not return the kiss. After 10 seconds, Twilight released and looked at him with blushes on her cheek. "Well, goodbye Thorax and thank you for everything." Said Twilight. Then she ran back to ponyville. "Your welcome Twilight! And hope see you next time!" Thorax yelled. He then began to study the medical machine to see how it works, when he looked on his right, he saw an instructions paper labeled on the machinery. "Okay, what does the instructions say?" Thorax asked himself as he began to read the instructions. And the paper read "Place in herbs in the three metal holes to make a medical injection." "Three green herbs= first aid injection" "Three blue herbs= Anti viral injection" After Thorax finished reading the instructions, he then turned back to the machinery. "Alright, three metal holes. Where are th- oh, they there are." Thorax said to himself as he took notice of the metal holes on the machinery. "So it's three blue herbs for an anti viral cure." Thorax said to himself as he flipped opened one of his pockets in his vest. He then pulled out three blue herbs. "Thank goodness I didn't throw away any of these." Said Thorax with a smile. Then he tucked one blue herb in each of the metal holes. Then the machinery grabbed the three blue herbs and began to make an anti viral injection. It made a lot of pouring and banging noises which were not too loud. Then after 15 seconds, the machinery made a pouring noise at it's right side. When Thorax heard the noise he walked to the right side of the machinery and he saw a blue liquid container on top of a jet injector. Thorax smiled in satisfaction and grabbed the injector with the blue liquid container on top of it. "Perfect!" He said as he tucked it in one of his pockets in his vest. Then he turned around and saw a metal door which leads back to the split area. "Alright, all of my objectives are completed. Now all I have to do is to return to Twilight." He said happily. Then he walked to the metal door and saw a keycard scanner. He flipped opened one of his pockets on his vest and pulled out the senior staff keycard. "Thank goodness I didn't throw you away." Said Thorax with a smile. Then he tapped the keycard on the scanner and it beeped. Then the door opened, revealing the split section again. "Hang on Twilight! I'm coming." Said Thorax walking back to the surgery room where Twilight was in. But before he could walk there, Thorax saw an elevator coming up, Thorax looked at the elevator closely and saw 10 riot trooper changeling zombies in there. "Uh oh! Gotta hide!" Thorax said to himself quietly as he hid behind a keycard scanner at the medical facilities entrance. The elevator opened and the riot trooper zombies walked out of the elevator and they began to look around the split area moaning hungrily. And their defender suit were scratched and damaged. Thorax was thinking about a plan on how to lure the riot troopers into another place. "What do I have with me?" Thorax asked himself as he began to look in his inventor. Riot trooper baton Riot trooper vest Riot trooper shield Combat knife First aid spray Senior staff keycard Thorax then made up his decision and unsheathed his combat knife. "I won't be needing this anymore." Thorax thought. Then he swung his right hoof back and aimed at the railing on the east area. After 5 seconds of focusing, he threw the knife at the railing on the east side. *Cling!* When the riot trooper changeling zombies heard that clinging noise, they immediately ran to the source of the sound. When Thorax saw the zombies walking away from the elevator, he stood up from his hiding area and began to sneakily walk back to the main office. After walking slowly and quietly for 25 seconds, Thorax made it back to the main office door and it slowly slid opened. He stepped in and the door closed behind him. He sighed in relief after that event. "Okay, that was a bit terrifying but, I can still handle it." He said to himself. "Alright, now back to Twilight." He finished . Then he walked to the surgery room door. He gripped onto the door's metal handle and pushed it opened. After that, he saw Twilight on the bed breathing for oxygen, her colour was turning red and she coughed weakily. "Hey Twilight, I've got the cure." Thorax told her as he walked near her bed. Twilight slowly turned around and looked at him through the gas mask he gave her. Then Thorax slowly lifted his mask off her face and he saw a red mark near her right eye. "Alright, time for the injection." Said Thorax as he raised her right hoof with his left hoof. Then he grabbed the jet injector with his right hoof and injected the needle in her right hoof. Twilight gasped in pain when the needle was injected in her. Then Thorax pressed the trigger on the jet injector and the blue liquid began to enter her hoof. After 10 seconds, the vaccination was completed and Thorax removed the injector from her hoof. The. He grabbed a small bandage on the table next to him and placed it on her hoof. And Twilight was all healed up. "Vaccination completed." Thorax told her. After Twilight heard that, she slowly sat up staright and she looked at Thorax with a sad and confused looked on her face. When Thorax saw her confused look on her face, he asked "What's wrong?" Twilight looked at him sad and confused look. "Why?" She asked quietly. "Pardon?" Asked Thorax. "Why?" She said. "Why what?" Thorax asked. "Why are you helping me? Aren't we enemies? You changelings tried to turn us into monsters and eliminate us. But why are you helping me?" Twilight asked. Thorax looked at her and smiled. "Well, what would everypony do if they lost one of their beautiful princesses?" Thorax asked in a soft voice. Then Twilight's eyes went wide and she blushed. "And eliminating you is not part of my mission. And I value you as my friend Princess Twilight Sparkle." He told her. Then Twilight bursted into tears and she hugged him. Thorax was caught off guard by the hug. His eyes went wide and his body temperature began to rise. "So this is what friendship is like." Thorax thought with a smile. Then he hugged her back. After hugging for 10 seconds, Thorax's body began to glow. When Twilight felt a glow hitting her closed eyes, she opened them and she saw his body glowing through his suit. "Thorax, your glowing." Twilight told him. When Thorax heard Twilight, he opened his eyes and saw what Twilight said was true. "What the? What does this auughh!" Thorax yelled as his whole body glowed. And Twilight had to shield her eyes with her wings from the strong glow. After 5 seconds the glowing stopped and Twilight looked at Thorax.
