War. It's ignoble, brutal, bloody. Tragic. Sunlight Blade, a young guard, volunteered to be a part of the vanguard, to hold back the tide of Changelings Intent on destroying the Equestrian way of life.

But things have gone horribly wrong. And now... well, now it's up to him. To keep what's left of his fellows alive, to keep his friends alive. But... When you're horribly outnumbered, how does one succeed?

A short drabble I wrote a long time ago, and I'd like to keep it saved somewhere people might actually appreciate it. It does, however, assume you know who Sunlight Blade is, so hopefully it doesn't stop you from enjoying this little drabble.
