This isn't the Equestria that was meant to be, there are no Princesses ruling the ponies, no tree of Harmony, no Pillars. There's only the Empress and her empire, with most of the world under her control, the ponies are forced to live like nomads traveling from place to place just to stay away from the Empire's forces. Starlight Glimmer will find herself burdened with a great responsibility as she travels to assemble those bearing the elements of harmony and slowly fight back against the Empire.
