Chapters Equestria...Stand Together!
Sweetie Belle and Apple Bloom stood nervously beside Scootaloo. She was standing beside a catapult, which was all ready to go.
"Are you positive this is the best way?" Sweetie Belle asked as Scootaloo slid her helmet onto her head.
"Yes, for the last time. And it doesn't really matter, we need to unite everyone together to save our sisters. Besides, it's the only way to get into Cloudsdale before the other Pegasi seal it off completely." Scootaloo replied, sitting inside the spoon.
"Agreed. You need ta focus on gettin' to Canterlot with the other Unicorns." Apple Bloom said
"Hey, kid!" Spitfire of the Wonderbolts flew down to them. "What are you doing with these two? Don't you know the races are divided?"
"My friends and I have a way to save Equestria! I just need to get up to Cloudsdale and tell the other Pegasi." Scootaloo explained to the mare.
"Save Equestria?" Spitfire echoed, pushing up her flight goggles and looking at them with her fierce brown eyes. "You're serious?"
"Yes! We got word from Commander Tempest Shadow in the Crystal Empire that Twilight and her friends went to stop the villains and haven't been seen since!" Scootaloo replied
"Say no more kid. I can fly you up to Cloudsdale. No offense, but this isn't the safest way up." Spitfire said, tapping the catapult with a hoof.
"That's what I said!" Sweetie Belle exclaimed
"Really?" Scootaloo asked the Wonderbolt Captain, ignoring her friend.
"Yes. Come on, let's go." Spitfire lifted Scootaloo up
"Scoot, you remember what to say, right?" Sweetie asked
"Of course. Good luck guys." Scootaloo said
"You too. I've got to go, my parents are taking me to Canterlot." Sweetie said
"I'll convince the Earths!" Apple Bloom called, running back into town.
"I'll convince the Unicorns!" Sweetie Belle added
"I'll convince the Pegasi!" Scootaloo cried
"Cutie Mark Crusaders, go!" they yelled together.
"Come on kid." Spitfire took off with the small filly in her hooves.
"Drop me in the center of town, then gather everypony you can, I need them all to hear what I have to say." Scootaloo directed
"Normally I wouldn't take orders from somepony else, especially a foal, but you're Dash's sister, so I'll make an exception this time." Spitfire said
"Sorry ma'am." Scootaloo said
"Don't worry about it. I'll call all the 'bolts back. We were patrolling the city on the mayor's orders." Spitfire set Scootaloo down, then turned and shot off. Scootaloo ran forwards.
"Rumble! Featherweight! Cloud Chaser! Flitter! Blossomforth! Thunderlane!" Scootaloo called out to the Ponyville Pegasi, who flew over. The Wonderbolts joined them, followed by the other Pegasi of Equestria.
"What's going on?" one pony asked.
"You need to hear me out!" Scootaloo called, jumping onto a platform.
"Equestria has always been united, ever since the three tribes came together underneath the Fire of Friendship to defeat the Windigos. We've never split apart again since. Now should not be the time that Equestria is divided. Whenever Princess Twilight and her friends are faced with an obstacle, they do not split into their tribes! They stand as one, despite their differences! We should follow their example. We are not cowards, we are brave, and we need to fight for our home!" Scootaloo cried
"But we aren't the heroes of Equestria, what can we do?!" somepony asked
"Just because we aren't the Elements of Harmony, it doesn't mean that we are given permission to run and hide! We can represent the Elements just as well, because no one pony is the sole bearer! The Elements live inside each one of us, and are the keys to saving Equestria. We just need to stand alongside our fellow ponies! Are you with me?!" Scootaloo asked
The crowd was silent for a minute, then Spitfire stepped forward.
"She's right. The Princesses need our help, who are we to hide? Are we the proud and noble Pegasi we once were? Or are we cowards?" Spitfire asked them all.
"Proud and Noble!" they all cheered
"Come on! Let's go!" Scootaloo called
"Where?" another pony asked.
"Ponyville! It's the one place that all three tribes live in harmony, and a perfect representation of Equestria!" Scootaloo called.
The Pegasi flew down, punching the clouds they'd put in place aside to reveal the floating city. Rumble flew over and lifted Scootaloo, carrying her down with the aid of Featherweight and a few other Pegasi foals from Ponyville.
"We are more than seperate tribes! United we will always prevail over evil. But if were are divided, we'll always fall! So are you with me?!" Sweetie Belle and Apple Bloom were asking their races. Each were met with applause and cheers of agreement.
The Pegasi landed in Ponyville to see the Earth Ponies gathered around.
"Scootaloo!" Apple Bloom ran to her friend.
"Apple Bloom!" Scootaloo had hit the ground awkwardly, but sat up and hugged her friend.
"What do we do now?" Sandbar asked, coming up to the foals.
"Your friends went to their Kingdoms to ask for help, right?" Scootaloo asked
"Yes." Sandbar replied
"Then they can help us." Apple Bloom finished
"Look!" Sugar Belle cried, pointing. In the distance were hundreds of flashing lights, then, a herd of Unicorns ran towards them.
"And there!" a pegasus added, as they saw a cloud of reformed Changelings land beside them.
"King Thorax, you're here!" Sweetie Belle exclaimed
"Of course. I am forever in the debt of Princess Twilight, if there is trouble, I will aid her." King Thorax responded
"Where's Princess Twilight? And Headmare Starlight?" Ocellus asked
"Princess Twilight is currently nowhere to be found. Ever since she left the Crystal Empire with her friends no one has heard from any of them. Starlight Glimmer is also missing." Tempest Shadow replied, coming up to them, Sunburst beside her.
"Princess Cadence and Prince Shining Armor sent us to provide aid." he told them
"What's the plan?" a voice from above them asked.
"Dragon Lorddess Ember!" Scootaloo cried
"Smolder insisted we come. After all, ponies are our friends now, not our enemies." The blue dragon said, touching down with her scepter in her claw.
"The Dragon Lorddess is correct, what is the plan?" Chancellor Neighsay asked
"We contact Princess Cadence." Tempest Shadow said, holding out a glass bottle. She dropped it and a haze of smoke appeared. "Contact Princess Mi Amore Cadenza." she instructed, and the haze became a mirror, revealing Princess Cadence.
"Tempest! The potion worked!" Cadence exclaimed
"Yes, Princess, we now await your orders." she bowed to her ruler.
Author's Note
I had an idea for changing the story of Ending of the End to make the CMCs the messengers instead of random foals. Also, I'm writing how they found the mane 6 and worked together. The citizens of Equestria now must stand together, to defend their home (alongside some other species)

"My...orders? You mean Twilight's not with you?" Cadence asked
"No Princess, she and her friends' whereabouts are still unknown. You are the only Princess left, we require your assistance." Tempest said
"I'm afraid I must refuse Tempest. I was never meant to command an army. It is not my destiny. It is yours , and it is theirs." Cadence gestured to Spitfire, then to King Thorax, Pharynx, and Dragon Lorddess Ember.
"Princess." Thorax said
"King Thorax. Prince Pharynx. Dragon Lorddess Ember" Cadence said, nodding her head. "As I was saying Tempest. Use the assets you have by your side. Such as the Captain of the Aerial Military, the ruler of the Dragons, and the Commander of the Changeling Army."
"I'll do my best Princess."
"That is all I ask of you Tempest. Meanwhile, I have more important things to take care of." Cadence said, lifting up her daughter into her forelegs.
"Princess Flurry Heart?" Tempest asked
"Yes. It was strange. Twilight said that Flurry would be 'Equestria's last hope'. She told Shining and I to protect Flurry at all costs, that's what we're doing now." Cadence replied
"Continue with Twilight's orders, and reinforce the protection on the Empire. Protection of the Princess would be worthless if the villains can get into the Empire. Princess Twilight obviously thought that she could be leading her friends straight into a death trap, and gave you those instructions to make sure Equestria had a Princess to lead them if anything happens." Tempest ordered
"No! You have to find them, I don't want to lose my sister-in-law, or her friends." Cadence gasped, holding Flurry close.
"We'll find them before that happens, I promise." Tempest assured Cadence, who nodded, horn glowing as she stopped the potion from her end.
"Now, here's our plan." Tempest said, but before she could say anything, a shout came from behind them.
"Yaks fight with ponies!" Yona ran towards them, followed by a bunch of her fellow yaks.
"Yona!" Smolder, Ocellus, Sandbar, and the CMCs cried.
"Hiiii!" Silverstream landed beside them, followed by hundreds of Hippogriffs.
"You convinced them?" Ocellus asked
"Yep. Queen Novo said it was time she repaid her debt to Princess Twilight and her friends for defeating the Storm King." Silverstream replied happily.
"That means the only one left is..." Smolder trailed off.
"Where is Gallus?" Silverstream asked
"Don't know. I hope he managed to convince his species." Sandbar said, worried. A lion's roar came from above them, as Gallus, Gilda, and Gabby landed.
"Gabby!" the CMCs shouted, and she hugged them.
"You guys miss me?" she asked happily.
"Gilda? I thought you were a bully?" Lyra said from beside Bon Bon.
"If ponies can change, Gryphons can too." Gilda responded. "Gallus told us what happened. Are we gonna save Dash and her friends or what?"
"We're trying to come up with a plan. Where's the rest of your kind?" Tempest asked
"They're the only ones I was able to convince. Most Gryphons don't understand friendship. Apparently these two do, though." Gallus responded
"Alright, now, is anyone else going to-" Tempest was cut off.
"Wait for us!" Autumn Blaze ran up to them.
"Mah sister told me 'bout you, you're Autumn Blaze, you're a Kirin!" Apple Bloom cried
"Yep, that's me! We saw an explosion from Canterlot and came as fast as we could, what can we do?" Autumn Blaze asked
"Everycreature, you need to see this!" Misty Fly called, and the Pegasi took off, watching as three Windigos circled above Canterlot, followed by the three villains emerging from the castle.
"We need to act fast. If the villains are over there then Princess Twilight and her friends have to be close by." Tempest said
"My medallion can create a passage to anywhere I wish. We can use it to get to Princess Twilight and her friends." Chancellor Neighsay told her.
"Then we'll use that. Good thing too, the villains just ran into a field at the bottom of the Canterlot Mountain. Take us to the hill at the edge of the forest that's on the opposite side of the field." Tempest then turned to the others. "Winged creatures will attack from the sky, Unicorns and Kirin will counter the villains with their magic, and Earth Ponies and Yaks will attack with all their strength."
"The Wonderbolts can lead the Aerial Attack." Spitfire suggested
"The Changelings can make it look like there's more than one group of Elements of Harmony to attack. It'll confuse them." Pharynx added
"The Dragons will use their fire." Ember said
"Then let's go." Tempest stated, and Neighsay touched his medallion, creating a vortex.
"For Equestria!" they all shouted, running through the vortex to the hills.
They emerged on the hill overlooking a field. They could see the villains, looming over a huddle of ponies. Princess Twilight and her friends.
"Not one step further." Chrysalis hissed "Or the dragon gets it." she lifted up Spike in her magic.
"Spike!!!" the CMCs, Gabby, Ember, Thorax, and Sunburst shouted. Chrysalis began pulling at his wings with her magic, snarling.
"Stop! We'll surrender, just don't hurt him!" Princess Twilight shouted, she and her friends backing away from the villains to show they were telling the truth.
"Good choice." Cozy Glow sneered, as Chrysalis tossed Spike to the ground. He skidded as he hit the ground, landing at the mare's hooves. Rarity, Applejack, and Fluttershy pulled him out of harm's way.
"Now, prepare to face your doom." Tirek's horns glowed with magic, as did Chrysalis' and Cozy's. Princess Twilight held out her forelegs, and the six of them joined hooves, closing their eyes, waiting for the blast.
"No." Tempest breathed, then turned. "Unicorns, now!" she cried
Every single Unicorn lit up their horns. Tempest let sparks fly from her own, murmuring an incantation under her breath, determined to help. The flying creatures rose into the air, looking down in determination. A clear shield surrounded the six mares. They looked up in surprise.
"What?!" Tirek bellowed
The mares looked up to see the crowd of allies on the hill. The Unicorns worked together to lift the ponies to safety, as Tempest sent a blast of blue sparks into the air.
"Attack!!" she yelled, and they ran/flew to the villains, attacking them at Tempest's command.
"Tempest?" Twilight asked as the bubble dropped "What are you all doing here?"
"It was us." Sandbar said, stepping forward.
"We used what you taught us to unite our species, and convince them to help." Smolder said
"Sorry more Gryphons didn't show. I could only convince Gilda and Gabby." Gallus apologized
"It's okay Gallus, I'm just happy that I managed to teach you all enough to convince them." Twilight said
"It doesn't look like that's the case Gallus." Fluttershy pointed at a cloud of Gryphons who appeared in the distance and joined the fight.
"It wasn't just us Princess. We convinced our kingdoms, but the Cutie Mark Crusaders united Equestria." Ocellus told them
"Well, what are we waiting for. You united them all. But we can stop the villains, together." Twilight said, as Rarity, Rainbow, and Applejack congratulated their sisters for bringing everypony together.
"Enough!"
Changelings, Wonderbolts, Hippogriffs, and Gryphons hit the ground, groaning. Earth Ponies were tossed aside, and Unicorns ran to help the other creatures.
"Did you really think a few measly ponies and creatures were enough to stop us?" Cozy laughed. Princess Twilight stepped forward and flew into the air.
"Don't you get it? it's not the fact that they were unable to stop you, it's that they tried. And they tried together. As friends. Proving that even in the dark, there are always ponies who search for the light."
"The Elements are gone! You have no means of defeating us!" Chrysalis snarled
"Yes we do. No matter how many times the elements have changed bearers, their previous owners have remained just as Honest, Kind, Loyal, Laughing, Generous, and Magical as before." Princess Twilight said "And even though they're gone, the spirits of the Elements live on in us all, not just the previous bearers."
Princess Twilight began to glow, her friends were magically lifted into the air, followed by Sandbar, Gallus, Smolder, Ocellus, Yona, and Silverstream. Six ponies appeared out of nowhere. The Pillars of Equestria. Together they were all aligned in groups behind Princess Twilight
"And no matter how hard villains may fight, we will always believe that..." the crowd of creatures below them looked up in amazement as they saw it.
"Friendship Is Magic!" the floating creatures yelled, and the blasts of rainbow light shot from them, one from each group. it wound around the three villains, knocking them to the ground. The ponies landed, Twilight lifting a bell from them.
"I'll take that. Discord, if you please." she held it out, and the being of Chaos took the bell. In an instant Starlight Glimmer appeared, followed by Princesses Celestia and Luna.
"Thank you, Discord." Princess Celestia said, nodding to him, then turning to see the creatures before her.
"Good job, all of you." Princess Celestia said, and they smiled. Princesses Celestia and Luna turned to deal with the villains.
"Hey guys." Spitfire turned around to see Rainbow flying up to them. "You all okay?"
"We're fine. Few hurt wings but nothing serious." Spitfire replied, the other Wonderbolts coming up to them.
"Would you really have let them blast you?" Blaze asked
"Honestly, I was a little scared about possibly dying, but as long as I went down with a bang, and with my friends, it wasn't that bad." Rainbow replied
"Your sister's really cool, she united all the Pegasi." Misty Fly added
"Of course she's cool, she's my sister." Rainbow smirked, and they rolled their eyes.
"You know, since Princess Twilight is your friend, if you want to help me and Soar design the performance for her coronation, you could." Spitfire suggested.
"Really? That would be aweso-"
"Hey, Dash." the Gryphon from before said, coming up to them.
"Hey Gilda." Rainbow said, turning to look at her. "You need something?"
"Not really, just wanted to talk to you, it's been a while."
"Sure." Rainbow turned back. "You guys mind?"
"It's okay, go ahead." Spitfire assured her. "We can talk about the performance later."
"How do you know a Gryphon anyway?" Blaze asked
"Gilda and I met in Flight School." Rainbow answered "C'mon Gil, you need to do a few things."
"Like what?" Gilda asked
"Apologize to Fluttershy, remember what happened last time she met you?" Rainbow reminded her
"Oh, yeah. Probably should say sorry for scaring her." the two of them headed off.
"Flim, Flam? What're ya'll doin' here?" Applejack asked
"Saying...that we're sorry. For everything. We thought that maybe saving your life was a good apology." Flim responded
"Well, I guess it's okay. So long as ya promise to stick to legal businesses." Applejack sighed
"We promise." the two said earnestly, and Applejack could tell they meant it.
Fluttershy was being held tightly by Discord.
"Discord, I've been wanting to say this for a long time...I...I...I like you." Fluttershy said
"Fluttershy, I like you too, but...but I'm just...you deserve somepony who hasn't made so many mistakes." Discord sighed
"But I want you. Please Discord, you've been alone since the day I met you, and now...you wouldn't have to be." Fluttershy murmured
"Alright. But let's save the kiss for when we're alone, alright?" Discord asked, and Fluttershy nodded, blushing.
"Minuette!"
"Pinkie Pie!" the two friends hugged.
"How's Ponyville?"
"Amazing. You know, Lyra just got engaged."
"Really?! To who?!"
"Bon Bon, I'm in charge of the wedding!"
"Congrats! Imma go find the others and tell them the good news!"
"See ya!"
"Yes, I was considering opening boutiques for other species. How would you feel about starting in Mount Aries?" Rarity asked a few Hippogiffs.
"We'll bring it up with Queen Novo." Silverstream's father replied.
Tempest looked around at all the creatures interacting and talking comfortably, despite their differences. Hippogriffs were playing with the Changelings, Gryphons and Dragons were testing the range of each other's roars. Unicorns were comparing magical abilities with the Kirin. Yaks and Earth Ponies were talking about their relative strength, Pegasi were flying alongside both Dragons and Gryphons.
"Something tells me this is going to be the beginning of a whole new Equestria." Tempest murmured, smiling at them with pride.

I'm serious, this is the end. Don't ask for sequels because I have no idea what I'd do for them (but feel free to check out my other stories!)
