Fluttershy was too tired to remember how long she'd been asleep before something in her stomach snapped and she’d had to start waking up. It had been a long, long night before. Fluttershy was just getting up to move her hooves over to it when she was confronted with something new. A small, round table sat on the front of the bed. It's legs bent from the weight of cakes and other food. She stared at it time, looking at the contents, not much later than she had looked at herself. It was only when she felt her face brush against a mirror that she realized its eyes were now staring back at her. Something in the mirror, she knew that only she could see, made her grin wide again, before she felt something tickle her guts. Her mouth opened at the thought of the delicious cake she was going to need, and she began to push herself up into bed as fast and easily as she could.

She had only started taking a handful of bites of it before she started to gag a little.

But even that was not enough to stop her from swallowing a small chunk of her meal. The gurgle that came out from her stomach had turned loud enough to be very obvious, and she had only swallowed the smaller part of the cake. But when she saw the size of the cake she was swallowing, it took all her will not to swallow it whole. She swallowed a fourth chunk. And then she swallowed a fifth, and then a sixth, and she swallowed a seventh.

She placed a hoof to her lips and gulped the last piece down, the taste was so intense that in her small hoof she could feel it burning her. The rest she put right in her mouth, as her stomach continued to expand in size despite her stomach being nothing more than a big soft lump, it was quite disgusting.

"It’s...well, it feels weird," Fluttershy mumbled.

She closed her eyes as the massive weight of cake settled into her belly, a small, unoccupied gluttony of the flesh that seemed to have no place to go. Even after she had finished the rest of her cake, the gluttony continued to fill up. Every piece of cake was packed with energy in order to force her to swallow and chew even more, the gluttony making an effort to keep her insides filling in order to keep the weight growing even heavier. They felt… a bit soggy, as if her body was trying to absorb all the delicious sugar instead of enjoying it. Her stomach had become bigger and heavier than anything before, and she was sure her croup was gaining even more fat.

A part of her had fallen into a state of despair and thought this was the end of her.

This had to be the end, right? Her wings jerked again, making her gulp loudly and stop chewing again. She let out a small, deep breaths of air as she took hold onto her chest.

As she became increasingly more bloated, her body grew more and more tired as she was repeatedly fed, but the overindulgence only made it worse as her body began to ache from the constant hunger.

"Oh god..." Fluttershy moaned, the pillow under her rubbing her belly.

She kept crying as she tried to find a solution, but couldn’t do it while standing so fast and in pain. Her jaw had already started to hurt while she was sitting, and she felt weak with each bite. This was not going to work, so Fluttershy went back to eating the rest of the cake. The food from the cake was covering her stomach and muzzle, and that alone was doing a wonderful job of covering up everything she saw.

The stuffed pegasus continued to groan as she continued to stretch out and squeeze her belly, unable to move much further. The food she ate was now literally overflowing her stomach, and the amount of food kept building in her belly was overwhelming. Her stomach was so bloated that if she just sat down she almost certainly wouldn’t be able to get a full breath. Fluttershy’s immense belly wasn’t as large around as she thought, but now it was not the only problem to be sorted out. The constant eating had started to make her tired, and it wasn’t long before she was able to fall back asleep. Fluttershy's eyes drifted closed as she settled down onto her pillow, her breathing slow and deliberate. She falling to sleep, and as she closed her eyes she was surprised to find that she was dreaming. Her back and sides were starting to feel like jelly, the pegasus feeling her muscles begin to weaken as her stomach continued to expand.

After two days of this, the weight on her belly was too much, and the magic that had trapped her had gone out of control. Each morning before she would wake up, she would begin to feel the first signs of fatigue, a little sluggishness as she tried to move her limbs. She was hungry still, but she was even more concerned about the time of day she spent sleeping. The longer she was forced to sleep, the more time she would lose to the day's constant consumption of cake. She wasn’t sure if it was better or worse, but the longer she’d been forced to sleep, the less time she would have to gobble up.

Slowly, every passing day, the hours started to pass even faster as the amount of cake that she had put into her belly started to build up. She knew these things were happening, the gluttony thing keeping her at a level of overfed at all times, the spell causing her to chew and swallow another bite. Her skin was especially tight as the sheer weight of the cake pressed into her guts had increased the pressure, causing her to grow weaker as the food stretched her exceedingly. She was also forced to eat more, and her body couldn’t handle more of that. She wasn’t even sure it was a full stomach anymore, and her ribs, thighs, and chest were swelling painfully. The pegasus had become increasingly overweight, and the effects of the cake were starting to show.

Fluttershy realized that something had changed inside her. She would wake up every morning feeling lightheaded, sleepy and exhausted, but with no other choice but to eat. She didn’t care if she’d become fat or even ugly. Her body had become a monster as the weight of every meal and every pound of cake consumed piled up.

When she tried to stand, the weight of her swollen belly made it nearly impossible to stand, and she struggled to stay on her feet. Still, magic hunger causing her to chew and swallow and swallow and swallow all of more. Fluttershy was in madness, her back arching, and flapping her wings were useless. Her stomach was now almost full, the flesh stretching like crazy across her skin and muscles. Fluttershy watched as her stomach began pushing her legs outwards. The huge belly was a mess and completely full, her hooves flopping helplessly and not even reaching the floor.

She couldn’t fly, in fact, she’d never fly again.

A strange smile formed on a small face as Fluttershy made a few more small sounds of pleasure as she swallowed more cake. She had never tasted so many different things in her life, and it didn't seem like she needed a lot more. It’s not something she could control, it just...feels good.

Her cheeks were sopping wet and her hooves were covered in a layer of the warm flesh. It would be nice to see how her friends would react to the size of her monstrous belly before all this.

She was a colossal pile of meat. Fluttershy didn't seem to mind, in fact, she looked positively delighted with herself, the gurgle that came from her stomach, and the large mound of her belly still growing.

She had stopped counting the cakes when she finished about ten days ago and had never been so happy before in her life.
