Seapony Stories Volume 3: Go with the Flow
Hello everybody! Today, we are going to be going to sea! To be precise, we shall go to the Atlantic Ocean, which is just a very big sea. And you might think that there's not much point in going by sea, as you can just fly everywhere. However, there are certain benefits to traveling by sea-
I feel like we're saying sea an awful lot.
There's nothing we can do.
Thank you, parallel DeviantArt narrator! We now travel to Manteo once more, which is on the sea, next to the Outer Banks where lots of boats go fishing and things. There is also a reason why Jimmy is going on a boat, by the sea.
Jimmy had previously traveled by other forms of transportation, namely a train, a car, and a plane. However, all of these had gone wrong for various reasons. The train had derailed into a swamp, the car had broken down in another swamp (or next to it, as the road runs on top of an embankment of raised earth), and the plane had crashed, killing almost everybody on board. And in all of these cases, Jimmy had been adversely affected. His curse had chased him there, resulting in (in the following order) a pegasus who didn't speak English, a woman with extremely odd tastes in clothing and propensity to rhyme all the time, and an earth pony who looked like she had fallen out of 1850's Louisiana and somehow got stuck here, frozen in time. This left a boat, which would hopefully work properly.
UNTRANSLATABLE DIALOGUE
"The world has sprung a leak: can I not speak?"
"May Ah tell them what happened, Mr. Narrator?"
Somnambula, I have no idea what you just said, Zecora, you were a few weeks ago, and Meadowbrook, your adventure is still ongoing. So shush. I have a story to tell.
So, Jimmy was on his computer, as he often was, and he typed on it as he looked at his watch. "Hmmm, Sunday," he noted. "There's a 50/50 chance of me turning into a Disney Princess today, so I'd better complete this booking as soon as I can." As he looked on the screen, he saw his route set out.
As he had never traveled by see, the curse probably wouldn't follow him onto the sea, and thus he would be safe in the sey and not in the seay. Can anybody spot the deliberate typos? Of course, the route was a fairly standard one. For some reason, Jimmy had decided not to go from New York to Southampton owing to all the icebergs that floated around the Atlantic at that time of year. Instead, he would go from Norfolk, just up the coast from Manteo, and then sail along the sea (that was high or low, take your pick) and finally arrive in Liverpool, where people would either love his do or want to hold his hand. But the real question was, would they stand up and walk out on him if he sang out of tune?
Anyways, Jimmy checked his route, made his payment with Cunard lines, and got up, glancing around for any spinning wheels, drawers, or anything else that would have adverse side effects for him that day. But they cameth not.
The next day, Jimmy headed out of Manteo and headed for Norfolk, Virginia. Once he arrived in Norfolk, he headed for the Port where the cruise ship was docked at. Once he got there, he boarded the RMS Queen Elizabeth II (or more commonly called the QE2, which got incredibly confusing as this was also the name of a hospital in Welwyn Garden City). The horn was sounded, and the ropes were cast off. They were away! They were off on their voyage on the sea! As they sailed forth into the sea, Jimmy took the opportunity to stand out front and savor the crashing waves as they bounced over the bow, or the bough, depending on your standard of spelling. The boat continued onwards, and as night fell, Jimmy retired to his cabin and went to sleep, as his journey to Liverpool would take at least five days by sea. Oh well. At least the boat and bed didn't rock too much, and were very comfortable.
That night, just as the clock struck 23:00:00, Jimmy was suddenly awoken by something. There was a small sound floating around the door, and Jimmy felt he just had to check it out. So in he walked, and out he walked, and multiple times over the Irish Sea (which he would not sail through). He followed the sound to the back of the boat, and looked over the back to suddenly sea (see? I made a pun) a piece of green seaweed sitting on the railing at the back.
"Did somebody leave this?" he asked, as he reached for it and touched it.
"Sir, please return to your cabin, it's past curfew," called a crew member, seeing Jimmy standing there. But Jimmy didn't reply, as he was too mesmerized by the piece of seaweed on the railing on the poop deck. Suddenly, the railing gave way, and Jimmy plummeted off the back of the boat and fell straight into the sea, being pulled further and further down as the water pressure increased. The crew member could only watch from above as Jimmy was now gone.
"Man.... he could of just stayed in his cabin." The crew member scoffed. A look of realization spread across his face. "That guy seemed oddly familiar."
Meanwhile back with Jimmy, who was still in the depths of the water, he saw something: A bright light and a portal opened, forming a tunnel, and Jimmy fell straight through it. And as this happened, along with the usual blue electric zap, he began to change...
His legs merged together to form a single tail, which then expanded until it ripped his shoes, socks, pants and underwear clean off which caused them to drift upward through the portal. His manhood retreated into his body, and from the back of what was now her body a purple rear tail erupted, which was colored in two different shades of purple: one light, the other dark. Her arms suddenly snapped backwards and hung at the opposite angle to usual, whilst her hands merged together into yellow fins with purple flippers to compliment them. Her neck began to stretch upward as the piece of seaweed now hung around her neck along with a necklace appearing below it, whilst a turquoise shawl appeared around her neck as well. Her nose and mouth pushed forward into a muzzle and her eyes turned from blue to a light purple as well as growing in size with eyelashes forming on the sides of them. Her glasses floated away, by now crushed by the water pressure, and her hair turned from brown to the same two different shades of purple as her tail, hanging over her head whilst an antenna emerged from her forehead. And then, a pair of wings, a translucent purple, emerged from her back. Any trace of human skin that was left on her simply vanished as her body was completely coated in yellow. Lastly, and to not look totally out of place, her human ears shifted and changed into yellow seapony-like ears with a bit of purple on the inside of them. And there she was, complete, and the portal spat Ocean Flow out in Seaquestria, such that she landed in her home.
Ocean Flow glanced about to find the place conspicuously empty. "Where are they?" she asked. "Where are Silverstream and Terramar?"
She swam out of her home and suddenly ran into a very familiar face. "General Seaspray!" she exclaimed.
"It's Admiral Seaspray," the admiral sighed. "Whichever idiot thought I was a general needs to be shot."
"Have you seen Terramar or Silverstream?" the female seapony asked him.
"No. I'd assume Silverstream is at the School of Friendship, same as ever. Terramar, I don't know."
Without another word, Ocean Flow swam off in the direction of the exit to Seaquestria. She had to find her kids, after all.
Elsewhere, Princess Skystar and Queen Novo watched on as Ocean Flow left Seaquestria as she searched for her kids.
"Should we be concerned about your sister, Mom?" Princess Skystar asked her Mom, unsure as to what her Aunt was up to outside of Seaquestria's borders.
"She'll be fine Skystar," Queen Novo assured her daughter. "Knowing my sister, she'll find her kids and come back to Seaquestria with them safe and sound." She smiled when she finished her sentence, a sentiment that Skystar returned in kind. Together, mother and daughter returned to the relative safety of Seaquestria, united once more.

P.S. As of this story, all 4 main modes of transportation that I have used in my stories... aka Plane, Car, Train, and Ship, have gone awry that eventually lead up to my transformations from yours truly
