Closer than just Physical
The Fall Formal was either a time for friends or for people to become friends. The passing of a season and entry into something new. Winter and cold meant a lot more in the days of the past. People had to join together while the air was warm, while they were still warm, joining before the cold came.
Something better handled once all came together and, even if some became cold, their previous warmth was known. Celebrations like these were devised for such reasons. Even if the cues and cause for them weren’t threats as they once were... the joining of people, the exchanging of warmth, the promises to each other of better tomorrows were good causes in of themselves.
Lucky Star sat on a crate with her legs over the edge, kicking, swinging through the air. Many of her friends rocked the floor in the stomping of their feet. The vibrations jolted through the wood and underneath her rear. It wasn’t an effect she minded much.
Though action was happening all around her... the miniature girl was taken to the playing of her mind.
She’s not here. Not that she would come. But... she’s not anywhere in school either . Star tilted back her head, blowing a heavy breath, unable to escape the constricting of her skin to something not being right. Things didn’t blow over as much as she would like. And it doesn’t look like anyone else is trying hard to find her either.
The last few days were strange, but not due to being uncomfortable, though rather, evoking growing concern. Lucky felt watched. Down the halls. In the class. Eating on the table in the cafeteria. When the weight of a gaze settled on Lucky’s shoulders, the miniature girl looked around, spotting, though without giving it away, the worried eyes of Sunset.
Were her words true? It didn’t feel like she scared me to be terrifying. Lucky dipped forward, lifting a foot onto the wooden edge. Hugging the knee against her chest, she cradled herself, rocking back and forth. Just felt like one outsider speaking to another. Two different paths for the same kind of person. Even in an evil way—she was telling me to better look out for the world around me .
And considering how Lucky was nearly sat on by countless couples walking past the box she sat on... Sunset was right to advise more caution. Lucky wouldn’t have believed she’d need it. But having it scared into her, well: matters were given a more profound, second thought.
Scared me when she had to. Caring and concerned and protecting after that. Even if she never said a thing . If Sunset had done it only to be mean... then all this looking out wouldn’t make sense. Rather, she wanted to help. Only didn’t want anyone thinking that at all. For such a strong and powerful girl... you’re also a complex puzzle, aren’t you?
The incident before rushed to mind. Battle of two powers at the front of the school. Sunset had transformed into something else, like a demon—what people believed her to really be underneath the surface. Lucky didn’t see that. All she witnessed was a monster with the eyes of a lost, terrified girl.
But few—if any —saw that.
Staying here isn’t going to clear my mind—not with this music playing . Luck rose from the crate and begun her journey across it. Getting down would be tricky. Across the dance floor trickier . But her added caution to the world rendered such treks possible. Maybe there’s better luck outside. If not... at least fresh air is nice.
She’d been sitting in the crater.
Though the trek was long, far, and mixed with the soreness of aching legs... Lucky arrived at the edge of the crater to see the towering woman sitting there. Legs dangled over it, staring into its center. Her face and eyes lost to the world. Stuck in heavy contemplation—the type not kind on the mind.
“I know you’re there.” Lucky shivered at hearing the voice. She’d neared the bottom of the giant’s jeans, gazing across the landscape of Sunset’s back. It was slumped. Shoulders the same. Total dejection. “Go back to the party. Get too close and I may shift my bottom and sit on you.”
“And you think I wouldn’t like that?”
Sunset’s head lifted if only by an inch. It turned, tilting, eyes now glowing from over the edge of her shoulder. Only their topside could be seen. Brilliant and piercing and fixated entirely on the tiny. “Still haven’t learned your lesson—have you? Small and alone and before the great bad. Do you know all the horrible things I could do to you... without anyone knowing.”
Lucky shrugged. “I’d probably enjoy half those things.” Then nodded. “And the other half you couldn’t force yourself to do.”
“Like swallow you?”
“By accident.”
“Still did it.”
“And still coughed me up and ensured I was okay.”
“What are you trying to pull here?”
“Not trying to pull anything.” Lucky came around the broad bottom of the girl, not that it wasn’t overly vast, but rather, became so in the size difference. In truth it was supple and achieved perfect curvature—filling out the denim ever so slightly. “Just the kinda girl that calls things as she sees them. Tend to notice more than the usual person at this size. Even if only because small things are bigger to me.”
Lucky took a seat next to the giant, both of them sitting upon the edge of the crater, not saying words, not doing acts. They kept in silence. Sometimes speaking the right words at the right time isn’t the right thing to do. Maybe, given the current context, sitting there, silently, and being there is all it takes to earn the trust of a villain.
Sunset cried.
Not outright. Never loudly. But streams coursed from the welling of Sunset's eyes and created a river down the slope of her cloven cheeks. She didn’t dare glancing at the tiny. Not a word or a phrase or a wisecrack or a whimper. Silently crying...and not terribly upset by it.
Lucky didn’t have to say anything either. Only placing her hands onto the asphalt and leaning back, stretching, warmed by the moonlight. Being there was enough. Letting the big girl let it all out, without being judged or advised or anything of the sort paved the way for connection. And in genuine connection: came truth.
“I don’t think you’re a bad person,” Lucky said upon fixating on the stars, becoming lost in the greatness of space. It had a slowing, cooling, and peaceful effect on her body. One always looked at the big picture when confronted with the biggest thing of them all. “Despite the stories. Enduring the rumors. Everything always seemed inflated... little bit off from the truth.”
“...they spoke the truth.”
“Maybe they spoke some of it,” Lucky countered. “What they saw and felt and went through. Not that you didn’t do anything bad or aggressive.” She shook her head. “Just seemed like someone special who got lost along the way. One thing goes wrong, react badly to something after, things snowball... something like that.”
“Know m-my life story?”
“Hardly.” Lucky glanced up to the face of the giant, which turned to meet it, tears streaming fully. “Only got swallowed by you a few days ago.”
“Har-har.” Sunset rubbed beneath her eyes. “Keep talking like this... and I might do it again.”
“And once more: you think I have an issue with that?” Lucky chuckled, and seconds later, Sunset did so too. She tried fighting back the tears, to repress her crying. But the acceptance of it... allowed her to indulge in the pent-up release. “But I have seen you keeping an eye out for me. Spreading word for people to pay better attention for the tiny girl running past their feet. Even had a few people become my friends if only to appease you.”
“Wimps.”
Lucky laughed. “Had trouble holding myself back from saying the same thing. No friendship in merely making friends.” She shook her head. “They meant well. But meaning well and doing well doesn’t always mean the same thing.” She glanced to the face still coursing with streams of salty waters. “You’d know a thing or two about that, wouldn’t you?”
Sunset sniffled. “Maybe. You the exception?”
“You don’t get a wit this sharp without accidentally cutting a person or two.” Lucky swallowed. “But I did my best to make things right after every time I mess up. I think that makes me a good person.” She lowered her head. “And you did exactly the same as me, so...”
“Think that cheap logic is going to work?”
“Prove me wrong if you will.”
“I’ve... lived a bad life.” Sunset rose her knees into the air. “Started off good though bore one or two insecurities. Lived with a princess and a mentor that loved me... but not enough to make it deeply known.” She hugged them against her chest, laying her head atop them. “From what I hear, she did better on her next student. Guess that makes me the failed project, huh?”
“Do you know she feels that way?”
“Haven’t written a letter in ages.”
“Maybe things can be worked out?”
“This crater begs to differ.”
“Ever presume to be a decent person grasped by something terrible?” Lucky mimicked the massive girl by doing the same. Hugging herself tightly made it easier to talk deeply with the giant. “Lost yourself to bad causes, and yet, did well when you could. And tonight feels like something’s changed within you.”
“Some sixth-sense you’ve got there.”
“Took it from inside your stomach,” Lucky said. “Did you know there’s a treasure chest in there?”
“Gold eater instead of gold-digger?” Sunset shrugged. “Guess I can take that.”
“I prefer kind and caring girl looming beneath the surface,” Lucky continued. “You’re someone special. No denying that. But you play it to the heights of a villain while trying to do as much good as you can once you’re not in the spotlight. People already respect you. Why do you think that will change if you do?”
Sunset sniffled. “Suppose... it’s a part of me now.” She shook her head as if to fight away certain thoughts—but they crept on her the same. To her respect, however, she fought, answering, every one. “The part of me that feels more, better , is tied within that character. It allows me to be something above myself.”
“And you think if you dropped the act... everything else about you would do the same.”
“Can’t be certain.” Sunset nodded. “But it seems possible.”
“Cut it! You know it won’t be like that.” Lucky stood from the edge, walking across it. Coming to the side of the giant’s legs, she placed her hand, letting it sink into denim, connecting with the body, the skin beneath. “You’ll still be teasing and intelligent and witty and so many other things. Your fundamental base doesn’t change. It’s just how you express it does.”
Sunset wiped her eyes a final time. “Heh. That’s what you think? It’s not the character giving me strength, but rather, the reverse?”
“You were strong whenever you dropped your character.” Lucky rubbed across the lowest-portion of Sunset’s thigh. It probably went unfelt. But the act itself, what it meant, shuddered through the towering woman. “How could you still be so great when you weren’t playing a part? Maybe something of you hoped for more. But... rarely does absolution come from within.”
Sunset chuckled as her legs pulled away from her chest. She exposed herself again, more of her body. The front of her top pushed out by the contained-mountains of her breasts. Perfectly defined against the fabric to the rising inch of every curve. The fibres coated it, supplementing their shape—allowing for greater sensation to both the eyes and the lucky hand.
“You’re not a usual student, are you?”
“Jeez.” Lucky shrugged. “What gave you that impression?”
“Guess I’m not much of a normal student either—not even in the world before this.” Sunset had stopped peering into the crater. “Should have learned my lesson the first time... but I guess second time's the charm, right?” Pushing her hair over her shoulder, she gazed above and over the disaster. “New world. New place. New life.”
“Coward.”
“...what?”
“You’re a coward! We go through all the only for you to keep playing a coward!” Lucky stepped back from the curved dam of denim, her head tilted all the way back, gaze travelling over the towering span of Sunset’s body—staring at her head looming where clouds belonged. “Doesn’t matter how great you are! Everyone makes mistakes! Some small and some severe.”
“This is way too far in the latter.”
“And you didn’t get any wisdom from this talk? That stuff is supposed to cause you to make less of them.” Lucky held her arms out to the sides, fully putting herself out there. To some, however, she may have looked like she wanted to be picked up. “You’ve learned from your mistake! You’ve begun to improve! Running away because you feel bad isn’t something you do for others.”
“And what are you proposing ?” Sunset fired back with zero hostility in her voice. It’s choking of every other word ensured that. “Tell everyone I’m sorry? Make friends with all I bullied for the last few years? Convince everyone I’m not a demon.”
“People change or can be changed.” Lucky dropped her arms to her sides. “Improve from this. Slowly prove it. You’ll win a few people by this.” She nodded with determination. “Earn their forgiveness and become filled with genuine friendship. You’ll improve overall from it. People will notice the greatness used to better effect... and want to be close to you again.”
“Forgiveness, huh?” Sunset fully turned as her butt slid against the ground, the colossal front of her body twisting into view. Lucky stumbled back a few steps, needing to do so, if only to see the head beyond the black, covered mountains jutting out from Sunset’s chest. “How about you? After everything I said and did. Even though I tried being nice and making things right.” She swallowed. “Could you genuinelyforgive someone who did that? Not mere words. But truly forgive them?”
It should be noted that Lucky, in giving her answer, didn’t hesitate a second. “Course I would! Already did the day after.” She grinned. “Really think I’d go through all this hassle if I didn’t? Just doesn’t make logical sense! Tee-hee!”
Sunset didn’t have any words as she cried again and, much like before, the beats of denial were tamed by the same means that encouraged success. Out from the side, the crane of a golden hand swooped the tiny girl, rolling her onto a series of fingers—before meshing them into the plushness of her left mountain.
Lucky didn’t mind as she sunk into the softness of the buttery mound, the padding accentuating the feeling, a sporadic heartbeat lulling like a melody. Sunset held Lucky close to her heart, allowing her to recline on her personal mountain. An intimacy forgotten for a decade. The resolution found... because confessing your sins to a minuscule lady rendered the act a little easier to do.

Trouble in Trio
Lucky and Sunset drew close without words, that night and the act it bore, everything said and done, all of it solidifying a trust in the other. It’s those in our lowest points offering their hands—regardless of sizes—that we come to come to have faith in for, at their greatest base, we can see they are a good person.
And regardless of what is said and done on the surface, this fact remains the same, always, and, every so often, the profound moments we find we each other confirm if it has changed or not. One knows a friend by feeling alone. If friendship is felt... then nothing greater is required.
Not many girls could ride on the shoulders of the one who teased and bullied and swallowed her, and yet Lucky did it with ease, learning the sways of the titanic frame, keeping hold to a lock of hair not for safety, but rather, the texture and closeness to the person that it then implied.
The ground was composed of wood and the drapes in the distance were red and velvet. Spotlights shone through the dense fibres, faintly, allowing dimness backstage. Sunset leaned against the wall with her arms crossed, relaxing, while Lucky sat on her shoulder.
Having a pet for a friend—or a friend for a pet—allowed interesting situations.
The Rainbooms had just been on. Every practice fighting for progress to defeat the Sirens. It was possible. They believed in it, in each other and, perhaps hardest of all, in themselves. Time drew short until their greatest show was to be performed. None could be sure of its result.
But instead of worrying about such things, the tiny girl peered over the shoulder of the giant—glimpsing at the side to the fabric-mountain—until losing her vision to the vistas of the ground below. Gazes lost to blurriness were easier swept into a stream of consciousness.
I knew it was going to take a few for the school to treat the big girl a bit better... but I guess everyone still has their reservations. Lucky didn’t feel fear in gazing across the size and scale of the giant as it sprawled downward. Though towering and imposing and subtly sexy and commanding... not once had fear been a stimulus to her anymore. Sure! Maybe seeing a devil becoming a demon may earn a shudder or two.
She shook her head. But surely a few months of good behaviour stands for something, right? Or is that just me? Probably just me . In glancing back to the mountains effortlessly composed and strained by the fabric of the top, however, enlightened Lucky to a few things. Maybe it being me is a good thing for now. Haven’t gotten close to those two since that night. Damn it! Should have milked it when I could.
Lucky’s thoughts, of course, surpassed selfishness.
At least these girls are a couple of real ones. Lucky smiled upon leaning back her head. Gazing to the right showed the remaining land of the covered shoulder unto the base of the rising neck, leading to the face above. Sunset was looking down with her creamy cheek imitating a soft cliff. It’s the close friends that know enough and care enough to set you better and right. She was lucky to strike out with them.
Lucky then blinked. Is it lucky that she came besties with me? Am I objective in that statement, or is that arrogance? Confidence, more likely. She exhaled from the exertion of her thoughts. If I’m a good person, then it means it’s good she’s friends with me. No wait. That’s me thinking too highly of myself. Because I’m lucky to be friends with her. Especially when she’s a knockout.
A tilt of the head to the left. Did I do all this simply because Sunset’s hot? It’s likely. But I also like to think of myself as a better person than that. She nodded and slammed a fist into a palm. A good person! Her shoulders slumped. Drat. So this is why I don’t think of myself often. Easier to reflect on what others do.
Lucky was a very complex girl.
Luckily the drapes to the stage were drawn to the sides, opening to the ending of the performance, the six walking, tired and drained, not depressed but projecting the air of it. Their footsteps clattered in discord to behind the set. Sunset was knocked from her trance with a hopeful smile borne across her lips.
“H-Hey! Been reflecting on your performance while you played!” Sunset took her foot off the wall and took a step forward, but not one more, opening herself though keeping still. “You girls are definitely getting better!”
She went ignored.
“That performance sucked. ” Rainbow Dash pushed the guitar over her shoulder as it then slit into place. Its strap was pulled taut by its weight—it being not the only one. “Everyone was off to my beat.” She glared at the girls. “Why can’t any of you keep rhythm?”
Rarity rolled her eyes. “Sorry, darling, but don’t you mean your rhythm? My cadence is instinctual when it comes to my instrument. Our goal is the joining of all of our blends rather than your ‘beat’ as it t’ were.”
Sunset perked up. “Or maybe it’s—“
“Or maybe it’s everybody here tryna play leader!” Applejack stomped her boot in the step forward. “Y’all are trying to call the shots like it’s even your place in the first place! Why can’t y’all shut your traps and learn to listen for once.”
The bickering continued.
This isn’t like them. These girls are stronger than this. Less petty at least.
Lucky glanced to the sunny cheek of the giant once more, a chin-held high though bearing eyes dipping low, not in thought nor contemplation, but rather, internal contempt. Moods are felt at proximity. Riding Sunset—non-lewdly —shared internal surges.
“Don’t sweat ’em.”
Sunset blinked as though hearing the sound from afar, that was, until her corner-gaze settled on the tiny. She looked at Lucky with bewilderment, which, of course, was met with a thumbs-up. “These girls are sweating the small stuff only because they’re frustrated. Don’t look too much into it. Maybe hashing everything out later will clear everything.”
Sunset fixated on her. The brilliance of those eyes, massive and powerful, resting on a tiny body. It was hard for Lucky to not swallow, fighting the urge to scratch at her neck or throat or anywhere at all. Sunset was beautiful when she looked transfixed in another world, though whatever she saw, its impact on her was beautifully reflected in those glimmering pools.
Okay. Now I understand. I forgave her easily because of how sexy and beautiful she is.
Lucky had the selfish thought of wondering such a friend could have been scored if she wasn’t previously evil. But such routes, though reflective of the character thinking about them, thankfully, never had to be embarked in the first place.
Sunset finally smirked as the colour of confidence spread across her face once more. “I knew there was a reason why I let you ride on my shoulder.”
Nearing the end of their exchange, however, saw to the girls leaving. No word or beckon or anything of the sort. Only bickering and walking away. It caught Sunset by surprise to see them suddenly go. It’d been a theme stroking her deepest fears.
All of the girls filling out through the door, the giant took a step toward them, that was until the trio appeared. Filling out in-front of her, each a foot from the other, two with hands-on their waists, one with her arms crossed.
The Dazzlings.
Of course .
“Isn’t this a treat to see?” Adagio took out from the middle of the group, arms still crossed, flaunting her hair with a tilt of her head. “Nice little pack you’ve found, Sunset Shimmer. How goes the villain reform?”
Sunset shrugged—Lucky stumbling to the pelting of feet against the skin—to the question. “Not asked to perform often.”
“So you know how to rhyme after all?” Adagio tilted her chin up. “If that’s the case, then why aren’t you in the band?”
Lucky continued to watch the affair and still held to a curled strand of hair. Even though Sunset’s expression kept inside annoyed confidence, the air projected was unlike that, a mere veil to what she felt.
Sunset never stood up for herself, for reasons of the past and, when asked to explain them, did so gladly blaming her every act. From confidence to nothingness and little uses of wit. This was the first time, however, she truly needed to stand up for herself. All without the power of arrogance stemming from being a villain.
“Who can’t rhyme? Keeping rhythm is what’s tricky.” Sunset gave a shake to her head to the flying of her hair, composing a curved wall reminiscent of the inside of a tornado. “But I sincerely doubt that’s the kind of stuff you girls wanted to talk about. What is this, anyway? Elementary school bullying?”
Lucky giggled. Okay. Maybe I was thinking too deeply on that one .
“What! Don’t be silly—we’re just bored and saw you here back alone!” Adagio took another step forward, and then another, her towering frame drawing close. Lucky felt safe on the shoulder of a titan, but even then, her safety felt more owed to Sunset. “Get a judge for who and what you are. One of us had a worry, maybe, you’d be an issue.” Adagio snapped her hand into Sunset’s chest, pushing her back with a flick. “But without your power and confidence, you really aren’t much, are you? And any knowledge you may have is useless without sharing it with your friends. But you can’t really call them your friends—can you?”
Sunset chuckled, and despite this, her eyes lowered. “Maybe we’re not there yet. But I don’t blame them for that.” The corner of her eyes caught the tiny standing there and, seeing the small one standing tall, found the courage to do the same herself. “Takes time to prove you’ve changed—both to yourself and others.”
She nudged toward the tiny. “And so long as I have one friend to support me on the journey... then I don’t care how long it takes.” Her eyes then settled back on the trio, her gaze not burning, but her perception now piercing. “Those are the feelings you girls were so desperate to find out. Have fun tearing them apart. Words with malicious intent mean nothing to me now.”
You know I don’t like it when you talk poorly of yourself... finally starting to accept what you did... and why you did it. Lucky smiled from those thought as something more than them coursed through her. Becoming a balanced girl beyond the body department? I’m going to lose you if I don’t find a way to make myself ten out of ten quick!
“Huh.” Adagio narrowed her eyes. “It appears you’ve grown—even by a little. Warms my heart to see the weak become stronger. So much personal tension and emotional energy to devour throughout that transition.” There was a smooth spasm shaking down her body from the tingle of her own words. “Most are sensitive and confused and vulnerable around such a time. It makes them... easy targets for high returns.”
She pushed her body into Sunset. The crashing of frames sent trembles across each, minuscule to them, world-rocking to Lucky. She held onto a strand and lifted her feet from the shoulder—only for the hair to swing in a circle, a small one at least, rocking her in place.
“But easy work for easy pay is an easy way to die inside.” Adagio said. Her tongue spilled from between her licks, licking across their length, impressing upon its suppleness. “It’s cracking cases like you where the spark comes. The little something more from life that gives certain acts their tastes. But in this... I’d never thought it’d be literal. ”
Adagio parted her lips to reveal the velvety texture of her unrolling tongue. There was a sheen of saliva covering the appendage as it drew out, curving, promising soft and firm bedding. Little bumps seeming with taste. Vines within the slimness of the maw drooping with the seconds passing.
The whole time she kept her eyes on Sunset, exhaling a warm breath of peppermint, it having been tinged with something else. The whiteness of the teeth was barely seen from the lack of light. Even the depth of the cave was hinted at as the dense wall of black loomed near the back.
And then a hand snatched Lucky from the shoulder.
Quick and without warning. Swipe then grabbed and then pulled back. Five fingers weren’t necessary to wrap around the diminished girl, but it was done anyway, the tiny rolled into the center of the curled hand. Adagio lifted her fist to display the smaller friend, tucked within its center, head and arms the only parts outside of its hole.
Lucky took a second to breathe upon taking in the situation. There was a platform of softness around her, warm flesh feeling supple and sinkable given a few inches. The roundness of the creamy land sprawled into the lane, composing the side of a wrist, it leading further and up, blurring as it came, distant haze on the way, that was, until seeing the monolithic head of Adagio looming in the sky.
Not good! Not good, not good, not good! Lucky berated herself. Simply saying that is not helping! Think about that one time with the cat. Wriggle and feel to where she has you. Find a weak spot. Tickle if need be!
Lucky twisted her body from within the reaches of the curled hand, feeling the softness of its texture washing down her body—with its firmness ensuring a locking hold. There was enough layer of plushness to rub and roll around. However, it did nothing to the giant. Worse was how her legs didn’t even make it the whole way down—ending before the ring finger.
Lucky arched back in her hold and planted her hands into the surface around her, pushing there and pulling below, trying and struggling, loud groans threatening into a cry as she worked her greatest escape. Her hair fell back and head tilted up, and all of this, of course, as to prove how horribly trapped she was.
From this pose, she gazed over to the other side of the fist, seeing, in the looming distance, the giant that was her friend. Sunset’s eyes were wide and with a face caught in surprise. She strode forward evermore, though horror, it seemed, had trapped her in a different reality.
“I... I-I don’t know what you’re thinking...” Sunset’s head dipped until hair fell over her eyes. Her hands curled into fists, shaking, unable to keep still without having moved. “But you don’t hurt her. You don’t do anything to her. Not if—“
“Not if we’re to endure your magic? See the demon inside come out to play?” Adagio said from above and, seconds later, tightened her fist. Lucky spasmed in reflex from the softness starting to crush her. The heated skin delicious in spite of everything. “Any threat of yours died the day you decided to change. And don’t think words can work on us.”
Sunset cracked her head from side to side. “Acting like I’ve never been in an ‘another’ kind of fight before.”
“But aren’t good girls supposed to keep away from fighting? What would the school think? Such a good and building record only to be wiped out in an afternoon.” But as if to match an intent above her words, Adagio did much the same, producing an even loud popping to her kinks. “Your friends are onto us. But they’re still not sure of you. What would they think? Even if you were right... did you do the right thing? More doubts don’t make your case, ya know.”
Sunset smirked. Her hands raised, a fist smashing into a curved palm, knuckles cracked, the same done to the other hand. “Think I’d care? My character is the only thing that matters to me. What everyone else thinks is up to them.”
“Strong words for a girl unable to handle that journey alone.”
“Won’t be alone.” Sunset could never speak of such a connection to another, to be so sure another would be there for her... regardless of what came before. Nothing was higher than bearing certainty in friends having your back. “Don’t care about what world thinks of me. Not if it’s to save her. Whatever gets in the way doesn’t matter.”
Adagio smiled. “I like you.”
Lucky blew out words from inside a gasp. “Is Sunset says that back—then I’ll be pissed.”
Luck was sacred, ever since birth for the world around her. Wit had become her friend and it allowed her, in situations like these, to gain power, to bear strength, feeling something more than the terror currently consuming her being.
“This would have been a good fight of fists and words.” Adagio slumped her shoulders. “Wouldn’t have even ditched these two for it. Make it fair. More enjoyably that way.” And then she sighed. “But for such a strong and smart girl, however, you gave away your greatest weakness.”
The hand curled tight and Lucky wiggled suddenly.
“This girl means a lot to you, doesn’t she? The bit more than a friend kind.” Lucky cried upon the lifting of the hand, feeling gravity leave down her belly, that was, until warmth circulated the air. In turning from the hold, she gazed behind her to gigantic face devouring her vision. “Hate yourself pretty badly if anything happened to her. So you won’t take that extra step—or else my hand clenches. ”
Sunset stood there, panting, a wisp of hair settling over her face, eyes burning emerald. But she didn’t move, unable to say anything, unsure of what to do. Any act, whatever choice, bore results. Ones her mind couldn’t justify.
“Problem with being good is how weak you become for it.” Adagio lowered her hand to the side of her body, coming to hold the girl like nothing. A mere carry-along and nothing more. And nothing could be done by any from this act, a defenestration of power—once previously held. “There was a reason you kept to a solo gig, was there not? Glad to be able to serve the lesson as to why the bad should never change. Always a pain and ends in waste. Do your best to reflect on that.”
The trio turned around.
“Wait! Y-You can’t leave like that!” Sunset went to take a step forward, her foot hovering... but stepping back from whence it came. She shook her head, an act unseen from all besides Lucky. Adagio’s rump swelled to the left of her vision but, beyond it, she watched the restraint of her titanic friend. “What are you going to do with her?”
While Adagio didn’t move... she didn’t look over her shoulder either. “You have my word no harm would come if you didn’t take another step. And to this promise I’ll keep true. But I need a little... insurance, you won’t interfere.”
“This is your trick? Kidnap a girl smaller than your fingers?”
Lucky spasmed, this time, for a different reason. “Hey! You watch those descriptions of me!”
Gone ignored by all.
“You’ll get her back, safe and sound, that I can assure you.” Adagio turned her head so the side of her face could be seen from over her shoulder. The smirk that followed brimming with power gained from the situation. “Stay clear of us and reflect on all of this. We need to come back anyway for that horrible energy you’re wonderfully brewing for us.” She then strode forward while waving the back of her hand. “Bye bye! Until next time! Chow!”
Lucky wasn’t sure how to feel nor to react to recent events. In the long swing of the arm holding her, forward and up, dashed back and upward against, a consistent momentum including its own stream of air—she wondered when her life changed so drastically.
There’d been close calls and bullies before, though her life had been lacking, at least, to the form of some plot. Days passed and classes slept through. Friends hung out with and books requiring a journey to read about adventures. Though she’d never been taken nor threatened like this until Sunset.
All of this started with Sunset, didn’t it?
It was true. From the day of their meeting and threat, to the gap tightening between them, that new group of friends, the rise of these Dazzlings. Her involvement in all of this was because of Sunset. There weren’t any other stakes beyond that. And yet, somehow, that involved her within the middle of all this.
The price of hanging with a ten out of ten. Maybe the danger factor will level the playing field between us . Lucky was snapped from her thoughts as the blurring of her vision streaked downward. She was being lifted. Lifted right before the rolling width of those plush lips. Wait a second. There WAS something more important I was supposed to be focusing on.
“Don’t worry,” Adagio’s eyes loomed from above and the weight of their gaze was placed upon the smaller girl. The expanse of confidence was also a cause for horror. “I’m a villain of her word. You won’t find any harm with me. Unless you provoke a reason of course.”
Lucky felt the hand inching upward and forward, seeing those bunched lips coming to part, revealing the dim, warm, and moist interior of the approaching maw. She struggled and wiggled and fought as the inches toward her destination were crossed anyway.
“Wait wait wait! Give this a second thought or maybe six, alright?” Lucky continued to feel the hand move despite her words, proving that, while wit comforted her, sometimes holding power—it could never defeat raw strength when it came to it. “Clothes and air and skin don’t taste good! Much less the stomach aches you’ll get from me down there.”
Appeal to self-interest instead of someone’s morality. Works decently on people and waaaay better on villains.
“Why not let me go? I can chill at home for a week—no sweat there.” Lucky chuckled to the tune of nervousness as her eyes darted down, far below, where the towering mass of the taut stomach loomed. “Where I would be doing a lot of sweating in there. Sweating, and a lot of other things. I’d rather not do those other things—if that’s okay with you.”
A malicious girl probably without any real intent to keep me safe. She swallowed. This should end well. End well for her, at least, and not me. Or Sunset. Maybe my family. How much of a pain was I in my later years?
“Suppose I’ve been rather unkind with you.”
Okay. Those weren’t expected words.
Lucky was pulled away, enough at least, to take in the full view of the giant face, of those eyes resting on her. Their glimmer was softer now, still burning, tamer, a gentle source of evil. Complexion stirred in the little one.
“You were caught in the middle of something you’re not a part of and, while it does suck for you, I’m afraid it doesn’t change this fate.” Adagio lost the sinister confidence as it drained from the air. All she became was a girl again, one... recounting facts. “My word is something that’s never broken. Just as I can’t harm you... I also can’t let you leave. Not until our plan is complete.”
“So what are you—“
“Sirens are unlike the rest of you humans, for we do not consume matter as you do.” Adagio lowered her head, eyes dipping, keeping them below the tiny. Even though it never changed, what it implied, of putting her giant-scale beneath the small one—it soothed a nerve or two. “You must keep close to me. Perhaps my bra or panties may have been a better pick. But to keep certainty in my words, I need to keep it first in my actions. No chance of escape in only one place.”
Lucky, much to the hatred of her perversion, nodded. “...is it bad to say the back of your pants would have been a nice compromise?”
“Your tickles might have proved enjoyable,” Adagio followed, “but perhaps intimacy such as that should be saved for the friend before this? None risk themselves like this without something more beneath the current.” The giant smiled. “Your friend has cause enough to be jealous of me down there. Seeing your bulge against there would bind something unable to be stripped from her mind.”
Lucky blinked. “Is this your way of working with words? Use my love for Sunset so that I’ll sink into your tummy?” She swung her head downward, once more, in self-hatred. “Anywhere else and she’s jealous. But inside your stomach...”
“You won’t be harmed! It’ll be pretty spacious for you down there—so no need to fear being cramped... unlike in other certain places.” Her lips were licked again as if the words were the teasing of a delicious treat. “Kept warm and carried all around. Nothing could harm you. It would be nice and safe from deep inside my belly.”
Adagio gave it a pat for effect, demonstrating its tautness, its unending slenderness. “Trust me. If the stories heard are to be true... you’ll enjoy inside me.”
And then came the end to words as the conversation closed. Fight was still at the back of Lucky’s mind. To say or do and to prolong. Prolonging was always pointless. But one was bound to commit it anyway.
The hand lifted Lucky as the bedding of the tongue slithered beneath her, curving inward during its arch, crafting a spot. Fingers slipped as the hand lowered toward it, the girl freed over the sheet of the tongue... nowhere else to fall.
She landed with a splat and sunk into the softness, shaking her head, feeling the ground beneath her live . Lucky was beckoned forward by instinct to avoid the fate of being eaten but, in slipping and cumbering over the length of the tongue, arriving at its tip did nothing to aid her.
Lucky hugged it against her chest in watching the outside push further away as she was pulled inward. Gales of warm air drafted from the nose overhead and from within the depths of the maw. It was weird seeing the giant face from below and so close, both eyes lowered, set on her departing form.
From beyond the tip of the tongue loomed the two other girls, watching either with a smirk and a smile, both licking their lips, waving before swallowing, the fingers of their other hand tracing down their throat.
Humiliation is one way to inspire confidence.
The air changed from freshness to a unique scent, the temperature rising, moisture growing all around. Lucky watched the world become capped by the interior of those lips, which kept open, allowing her a final glance to the outside world—to what it looked like from inside of a mouth.
Before it closed.
Nothing special beyond lips then pressing together. There was a wave coursing across the tongue, pushing and sliding the little one back, falling across the length of the tongue. Light was here, somehow, even if the maw was utterly dim. Faint definitions to the curved and rising cheeks that comprised this cage. Hints to the teeth marking the den.
Until Lucky was swished further back.
The back of the throat was a world onto itself, vast and broad and dropping like a spacious well, a travelling to the depths of the girl, allowing her to pass into a new world. She didn’t jump so much as be pushed over the edge, velvet muscles catching her, contracting, the feeling of sliding downward accompanied by a loud gulp from the great beyond.
Lucky was pushed downward, consistently, feeling greater pushed from time to time. Everything was so tight as she went, no doubt a bugle on the other side—confirmed as fingers pressed into her, following her, always there, looming beyond the barrier of skin and flesh.
It took a few seconds until the long passage opened beneath her feet, a valve spitting her body into the chamber of the stomach, vast and wide and without liquid, the tautness of its appearance felt from within. It was warm and lightly scented of lavender. The atmosphere made her very sleepy.
It’s... going to be a long week, isn’t it?
Lucky strolled across the chamber as her feet sunk into its grounding, feeling rumbles and blaring sounds from within. She was deep inside the body of another, the innermost portion of her stomach, the lands still from its placement from within her. This world existed inside the giant—the only thing of scale to the tiny.
Coming to the center of the place, there wasn’t much else to do, that was, besides plop into a seat. Sways from the outside came muffled through the walls of the sac and the skin thick and composed like a wall. Things of the outside world could be felt and made out with focus. Every step of the giant containing her offered a minuscule jostle to the world inside the stomach.
There was only one thing on Lucky’s mind, however,
She wished she was within Sunset’s stomach again.
...as strange as that sounded.
Adagio tilted back her head after the swallow, accentuating the lump in her throat, exposure for the other girls. Her fingers traced after it, pressing and feeling it, knowing it was another person trapped beneath it. Someone set to reach the innermost part of her body created like an area to her. Lucky would always be with her, experience some of what she did, the bliss of knowing she was in her tummy delectable more so than any treat.
Those fingers traced the bugle even as it diminished into nothing, sinking to the depths behind her chest. Following it through the valley of her breasts, however, her fingertips pressed against the fabric of her top, that was, until reaching her belly. It was there she felt Lucky settle inside, rubbing the spot with gentleness—along with a pat. “Get comfy in there. It’ll be a while before you come out.”
Sonata narrowed her eyes. “How come you were so gentle with this one?”

Under the Tongue
Lucky didn't cry amidst the splashing of saliva, washing left and right, dousing her in its spit. Sometimes the ceiling of softness would rise ever so slightly, allowing her to stand in the space provided, barely, the weight of the tongue mounting on her shoulders.
It was a game to the giant that walked around the school without care to misdeeds. The shifting of her steps coursing through her frame—felt in the vibrations throughout the mouth—that reminded Lucky exactly what she was now.
An object. Plaything. Something flicked around inside a mouth. Killing time in playing with Lucky. The tongue relented on her shoulder, a dense drop of spittle crashing into a puddle—the sound pronounced. Every so often, there was a sway, causing her feet to adjust on the webbing of red.
The bottom of the mouth was the size of a park for the poor girl. Curved stack of teeth towered around here, barely able to see over them even at full height. Her thighs tensed as she pushed harder on the tongue and, to reward her effort, the closed lips began to part.
Opening ever so slowly, pleasant to the giant, torture to Lucky.
Her hands lifted to the underside of the tongue and sunk into its squishiness, feeling it impress a little too easily from the force. Warm slickness coated across her skin, leaking onto her head, spreading across her face in a film. It gathered in her hair, dampening it with weight, infusing with the strands.
Worst came in its wiggling.
Lucky grunted a breath from inside of the mouth, oxygen scarce beyond what the sprawling lips sometimes sucked in. The place was permeated in a lightly-minted aroma and the girl's natural smell. Above, the lift tongue flicked left and right, mere inches to it—much more to her.
It burned into her subconscious to be used like this. Stumbling right as the tongue did so before forced into a dance left as it shot that way. Lucky continued forward toward the base of the two bottom teeth, knowing that climbing them both and escaping through those lips would be her only escape.
Adagio just needed to get a little too cocky.
And Lucky could escape and find her way to Sunset.
Then the tongue lifted.
"Whoa!" Lucky yelled and grabbed the flesh in reflex, lifted from her feet and into the air, hanging from the inside of her cage, seeing the back of the pressed-lips like they were a movie screen. Slowly they opened again, more this time, opening to the size of a vault—encased by the back of the surrounds lips "F-Fresh air!"
Lucky hung in place as every step of the titan swung her in place, unable to let go or make a leap for it. She was forced to gaze into the blueish tint of the outside world. The spanning floor considerably below, miles travelled in seconds, the view of the world from how a giant—or normal person—saw it.
People passed through the view of the mouth from the inside. People blocked off by the sides of the lips as they walked past, not noticing the girl with the partly open mouth, another inside it, tiny, hanging from the raised tongue.
So easily able to be seen and saved.
And yet not at all.
Then the giant turned, and the tiny girl flew left, thrown against the wall of the cheek and then caught there by a tip. She was pushed against the curved lining as suckling noise echoed in greatness all around. Sweet smacking of her lips as they then slowly closed.
Lucky did her best not to scream, for the cheek of the cave kept it in, and all it did was left the giant know she won. The tip of the tongue crushed and collapsed against her ass, meshing around her cheeks without knowing, dipping between her denim legs, pressing, sometimes, in her personal spot.
Her bust meshed into the cheek, warm and steamy, the surrounding aroma. The tongue flicked up and down the wall, coating Lucky more in saliva, up in the trench neck to the top row of teeth—slid across that divot.
It didn't help to have her butt toyed with, thrusting her body upward on the skilled tip of the serpent, thrashing her around the maw—like a treat. Seconds later, it dropped her onto the grounding, slithering back up and, while Lucky struggled onto a knee, it loomed behind her, consuming the background.
Waiting for the kill.
Lucky rose to a knee, the underside of the tongue collapsing over, its immense softness forcing her to the ground, the tiny laying flatly. Its plushness spilled and filled the space, the view of the teeth ahead, blocked, as the tongue dropped. She was submerged beneath it. Warmth became heat and saliva welled.
And then the tongue wiggled again. Left and right and dragging her along. Forced over soft bumps and pressed into the bouncy lease of the flooring. Her clothes were utterly wet now with another woman's spit. Clothes that hung to her skin, now slick in a sheen of spit, her jeans squeezing her curves more than liked.
Underwear too.
It teased Lucky in a way she hated. The baked ravine of saliva soaking through denim and underwear, creeping across the cleft of her ass, tickling with heat in all the warm places. Same kept true in the front of the shimmering liquid lathering across her crotch.

Before she was the towering structure of the teeth and, little ways above that loomed the lips still together. Without breaking haste, she broke into a sprint forward, running and jumping at the back of the teeth, kicking up a step—hooking an arm over its edge.
From there, she pulled herself up, the inward curves of the tooth scary at first but, in beating her legs and feet against the white surface, it became less scary as it went on. Upon sitting on it, Lucky laid her hand on the protrusion of the inward-lip.
Lucky then stood on the tooth and turned, gazing up to the inward curve of the lips, seeing the glimmer of a line between them. This would have to be it. Daring to be bold, Lucky launched herself forth, landing on the swell of the lip.
From there, she climbed upward on the spongy surface, feeling parts of it wobble from her meagre weight and movement, allowing her grip to continue up. Finally. She came before where the lips were tucked together and, squatting, gripped the upper lip and attempted to lift it.
To no avail.
Which left a sole technique left.
Lucky dropped onto her belly as the lip absorbed her impact, sinking and jiggling, a sloped hill of skin. Crisp and fresh winds filtered through the closed crevice. On the other side of this line was the outside world and freedom. Lucky struck her hand through, struggling to wiggle it through—feeling it break to the other side.
The lips were tight against her forearms, but the brisk winds tickling the skin of her fingers... it was another pleasure entirely. Her head fought through, popping into the brightness, the monolithic world before her. Her frame wiggled halfway through—until the lips tightened, dangerously, around her form.
Adagio's chin marked the sunny cliff below, the lips a cute swell out through the sides, coming into the plains of butterscotch cheeks. Smooth and silky to the eye. Much better to look at and feel than what was on the other side.
...to most people.
But in looking above was where the feat came for, on either side of the soft prostitution of the nose... were the ponds that composed Adagio's eyes. Both of them smugly glared at her. She knew full well a girl was caught between her lips like a lollipop.
Something done, without doubt, by design.

Angry at herself for being weak.
Sunset lost her gaze into her sunny cleavage. Why hadn't she been less of a coward and offered that warm seat instead? Confessing an even deeper need for the tiny girl. Celestia, she was becoming pathetic. Truly alone.
Until they had met back on the stage.
"Adagio!" The back of the siren stopped, wearing her hoodie, still for a moment. Turning around a step to show a calm face and a raised eyebrow. "Just a second. You're alone. So am I. L-Let's just talk for a second."
Adagio stood feet away, flicking a gumball in her mouth. When it became obvious she wouldn't speak... anger flourished. "Where's Lucky? You promised she'd be safe if she kept with you. Has that kept true?"
Adagio grinned before sticking out her tongue.
Sunset gasped with a hand to her mouth at seeing the tongue protrude into the air. Around the thickest portion of her tongue was the tiny girl, hugging to the soft appendage in fear of falling, a tightness that Sunset craved, on more than one occasion, to feel around her finger.
And maybe clit.
Lucky had barely any time to hold onto the tongue as it shot out into the open, forced to hug its girth in exchange for her life. She barely lifted her head from the series of tastebuds to the giant face of Sunset poised over her. Seeing her reduced to nothing but a plaything for a siren. Before she could offer a word or hold out a hand—the tongue retracted inside.

Before any more words could come from the giant, those plush lips closed again, the movie-theatre of the world removed. The lack of oxygen returned as the miniature girl slid across the pooling saliva. Gravity tilted downward as the dome encasing her must have done the same.
Everything flew backward. Lucky rose as the curved teeth dropped and loomed beneath her. Soaring back as the lips parted ahead, her form pelted the plushness of the tongue and couldn't stop the momentum.
The last thing Lucky saw. Sunset's face. Dominating the view from over the rolling tongue and spread lips. It gazed at it a final time in worry before forces gripped on Lucky's legs. The back of the throat clamped on her and, as the struggle on the ledge that was the back of the tongue—a mighty swallow shot her downward.
Sunset Shimmer beat forward a step, a hand raised and doing the same, reaching for the tiny friend, the one lodged at the back of the throat. One belonging to a foe and naughty woman at that. She made a show of the swallow in twisting her head in the fashion that comes from grand deserts.
Without even being warned of the intent, Sunset's hand had been grabbed by the fingers—them pressed into the slender curvature of the throat. The smooth skin was warm, beckoning for her fingertips to search around. Seconds after that, the reason was revealed, the starting of a lump.
Sunset's fingers were forced into the squishy protrusion, gasping in feeling the miniature struggles beating against it. The shape was slender and pleasant to press, the force slowing the descent of the morsel, the quivers of the bulge deeper pronounced.
Sunset barely tore away her fingers—regretting it. The bulge of the throat thinned on reaching the exposed collarbone... disappearing beneath it. Two fingers chased after it though. Through the valley of those breasts and passing circles around the taut belly hidden beneath a sweater.
"There we go, nice and safely tucked away." Adagio laughed as she patted her stomach, feeling it watched from the inside and out. She glanced over at Sunset, who seemed in disbelief. "What's the matter? Wanted to swallow her yourself? You have a cute tummy for it."
She then giggled. "But I think she likes mine better."
Adagio placed her hands into the air and hovered it there, swinging her hips around, developing into a comfortable speed. Little lurches coursed through her stomach, a shaking to the cavity, blowing around the one within.

"If you look closely enough, mmhmmhmm , you can see Lucky's tiny impacts." Sure enough, they came every now and then, after a violent thrust of the hips, forward and back, they sent the little one tumbling into the inner wall of the stomach. Faint bugle of her body appeared for fractions of seconds. "But don't you worry. I don't let her become alone down there. Sometimes I give my belly a little pat to remind my prisoner I haven't forgotten about her being in there."
Adagio gave a refreshing slap to her stomach, the sound pronounced its pitch, a miniature yelp nearly sounding from within. Sunset almost pushed her face into the stomach, ear and cheek set against it—whatever it would take to hear from the small friend again.
"But I think I've wasted enough time on you," Adagio said upon turning around, sweater dropping and hand raising, a shake of the hand as if to gesture everything was okay. "Rest assured she likes being in there. Yours, too, if your body language is to be believed. Y'all have something special. No need to worry about me."
Adagio chucked as she beat a step forward. "Try to enjoy yourself. Your friend and I will be doing the same." She pushed through the door and left the scene. "Besides! She'll be back inside your tight tummy before you know it!"
Adagio left with a laugh.
And Sunset was left with something to think about.
Lucky had endured the hours inside of the stomach, the distant thumping of a heard a musical backdrop, the muffled echos of the world a new version of radio. Sometimes her cage rattled as the giant who encased her jumped around, going up or downstairs, the change of gravity felt—even from deep within.
She'd learned ways to kill time like pacing across the area. Sometimes she would dash to the other wall and leap onto it, sinking into the lining as it bounced back the impact, doubling her momentum as she sprinted to the other side—doing the same.

I suppose there is shame in admitting there are some clients a writer likes more than others. To pretend all projects are equally loved to be worked on is folly. This story, however, needs no pretending.
This has to be my favourite commission of all time to work on. Alex's tastes are the same as my own and we both get a kick out of the same kinks. His outlines had enough to work off while allowing me room to inject a few beats. It was simply a fun, relaxed, and great story to work off.

Despite the terror of being held by the bully, hovered before the monolithic maliciousness of her expression... Lucky still found a way to cross her arms. Another vow she'd made to herself. Everyone feared something. Maybe she had more things to fear. But never would she allow herself to become afraid.
“But don't you worry now! “You put me in a handbag,” Lucky said in reply, those crossed arms becoming fists at the end, “and that velvet material is going to have a lot of holes.”
“So that's how you deal with the world? Always thinking there's a way out, don't ya?” Sunset then licked her lips, the titan of her tongue slipping out from the lips—almost like a leviathan peeking out from the surface of the water. “Maybe I had the right idea with a cage. One hanging from the end of a necklace.”
“You should tell all of this to a mirror,” Lucky replied upon feeling herself being hoisted up. Without revealing it, something strange had ravaged her body. Little tingles creeping across her spine. The tip of that tongue peeking out, allowing only a glimpse between those lips, a tight slit to the moist cavern of the mouth within. “You'd get a better reaction.”
“Now that won't do at all! Little twerps need to know their place or else they're bound to make the same mistakes! Lucky lost her response on that one. With gaining fear she gazed around the hall, seeing only the rush of people looking down, at their phones or at the locker they walked along. Most didn't dare to look at Sunset. This crime, committed in the open, saw by none.
“Always a way out, huh? It tried to stop her, but keeping her still made the throat tense from the blockage—nearly crushing Lucky as she screamed and squirmed as if her life depended on it.
Which it did.
Lucky blinked on realizing the blockage. With her head still tilted all the way back, Sunset had placed multiple fingers against her exposed throat, posing them right below the cute lump of gold passing down it. The pressure tried to press upon her feet, to maybe slide them back up the route—but the clenching of the passage denied it.
Hence why the fingers then pulled away, and the clenched walls of the throat then relaxed away, allowing the snack to slide down once more. The large lump disappeared from the silky skin of the throat, shrinking upon reaching the chest—the disappearing from beneath it.
Pressure. Gone at once from her feet. Her legs kicked and swam in the newfound freedom. The sweet release from that softly crushing grip eased some hope into Lucky's heart. It travelled up through her, the strain leaving her skin, from tightness to the freedom of a pool.
The passage then spat her out, the sliding smooth and slow, the thick lining now guiding her downward. It took a few seconds for her to rest at the bottom of the sac, leaning back, feeling the wall cushion beneath and around her.
Lucky sighed. She was too scared to even think about being terrified. In a coolness that was but a veil, she looked around her surroundings, of the interior of a stomach set inside the colossal body of another girl.
There was a constant swaying to it.
It was hard to hear anything beyond the dense walls that comprised her current cage. Looking around didn't do anything to cool her fears. Rather, vines of something lazily drooped from the ceiling. The ground, thankfully, had been barren of liquid.
It spanned on the size of a playground, almost like a place that could be lived in, all of this being inside the body of another. Even while Sunset walked or ran or did whatever in the outside world, the actions inside her belly would mostly be lost on her. Sunset would be aware of nothing and Lucky would experience everything.
And she kept like that, softly swayed by the twisting occurring to the body that sprawled all around her, caught in the stomach of it all. Far too weak to throw a hissy-fit, she sat in defeat, mind quiet. Everything silent. Except for the muffled voices in the beyond.
And the quickening beat of the heart close and yet so very far.
Oh.
Oh no.
No no no.
Oh no done four more times.
Sunset stood still, deadly still, frozen to her skin. She didn't dare move as though the faintest inch would shatter her being into a billion pieces. Someone bumped into her and, upon making contact, apologized profuselybefore running away.
She didn't care about that. With a blink and in placing a hand against her throat, what she cared about was the tiny twerp she swallowed. Her palm rubbed across the length of it, the smoothness pleasant against her skin. Someone had gone down it from the other side.
Her fingers kept lowering. Across the valley of her chest and pausing over her belly. Placing a hand against it, something minuscule jostled from within, a whole, entire being caught within the cage of her tautness.
Someone else was inside of her, now a prisoner of her stomach, no hope of escape, forced to go and endure whatever she pleased. Glancing around showed none had witnessed the affair. None would be the wiser if she pretended none of this had occurred.
Yet the evil woman kept still. She could have rocked her belly, rolling it around, throwing the prisoner inside all around—letting her defeat be more profound. Even though she'd been eaten and trapped inside another, that the predator could still play with their prey would drive the humiliation factor to blissful levels.
And yet. Sunset kept still. Fearful of causing any more harm to the girl she had swallowed.
Walking through the halls became hard. Every step forward, slow and steady, body straighter than straight. The students flowing in the wall still kept to either side, leaving ample space for Sunset to walk through. Some dared to gaze upon her, wondering why the strange movement.
It didn't take long for Sunset to reach the bathroom. She came inside and with a single call, ushered the two girls by the sink outside by once. Her eye clenched after having done so, expression guilty, rubbing a hand over her belly. The force of her shout would have hurt Lucky most of all.
Once everyone was gone, Sunset approached the rows of sinks. Thankfully, she skipped breakfast and coffee. Turning on the tap for warm water, she cupped her hands beneath the stream, watching it pool. Her reflection flashed on the surface. Defeat.
Ironic. All things considering.
Sunset shook those feelings and thoughts from her head. Now wasn't the time for reflection. Rather, upon raising those hands to her lips, she tilted them, pouring the water into her mouth and drinking it down.
Maybe it was because there was a tiny one down there now, but Sunset became far more aware of the sensations of her stomach. The water splashed within, feeling, actually bearing a kind of weight to it.
Thankfully enough hadn't been drunk to drown the tiny. But to make things as comfortable and as clean as possible, such an act was required—as was another, when Sunset drew two shaky fingers inside her mouth, allowing them to float to the back of her throat.
Light.
Blinding but met with fresh air. Soreness and aching. Not as intense but still lingering all over. The groan brought her soul back to life as the previous strife faded from her being. Lucky only lost herself for a moment—was that enough time to pass on to the next life?
“Oh, thank you thank you thank you!” Something warm slipped beneath her limp body, raising her to the sky filled with sunny hills. Then her body pressed against something warm, softly curved, a plushness better than any pillow. “I-I thought you were done for! You weren't in there long... b-but I... I was worried about what I'd find...”
Then she was drawn away. The platform expanded as another palm slid next to the one she was upon. Lying on her back, Lucky lifted herself onto her side, supporting herself with an elbow. Gazing across the smooth, golden fields, she saw Sunset's distant, hazy face.
“N-No wonder how you retain your figure...” Lucky chuckled out, coughing, some water spurting out from her lungs. She jerked at feeling something plush pat against her back—the giant tip of a careful finger. It wasn't pushed away as it kept tapping her back. “Ever hear of breakfast or lunch? Surprisingly enough, they're good for you.”
“Guess you saw around in there, huh?” Sunset exhaled slowly, the strong gale drying Lucky's clothes. “Late start on the day. Had to sacrifice a few things. Listen... I didn't mean to swallow you—someone bumped into me.”
“Right.” Lucky shook her head in vain attempt. The world quivered within her vision, everything refusing to come together into a single sight. “So holding me over your mouth like that—“
“Was all for show! Wouldn't have spat you out otherwise.” Sunset closed her eyes, sighing, but turning her head away upon doing so. “Listen. I've been where you are—just in a different context. It took something painful, something real to snap me out of it.”
Lucky narrowed her eyes on the giant, but didn't say anything, swept away from the words. Suspicious of them.. but still listening all the same.
“You need to be wiser about this stuff, or else the real thing is going to happen. If you didn't see that for yourself, then I needed to scare it into you.” Sunset shook her head. “Something like would make you more careful from now on. But it wasn't actually my plan to go on with it.”
Lucky continued to look at her. She wanted to be mad, to yell and lash out but, in seeing the hurt of the giant, the sincerity of the words glittering upon her heart... anything more would have been a wasted effort.
In the theme of strangeness that had followed from the start of the day, both girls had learned a lesson, each in their own way. Lucky to be more wary of venturing too far from established comfort.
“Looks like someone's watch too much scared straight.” Lucky shook her head one last time, finally locking her vision in from swaying. “But you've got those guards beat in terms of a prison.”
Sunset didn't want to—but she giggled. “Guess I do. C'mon. I'll drop you off at the front of the school.”
Perhaps there was more to the evil Sunset Shimmer then she let on.
At least, Lucky Star was set to find out.
