THE FORCE OF HATRED (2019 with MLP Version)

ACT TWENTY-ONE

The heroes all charged forth, and Yami charged as well.

“Get him!!” shouted Robin, and everyone unleashed their magic, projectiles and anything they could through at him.

Yami swerved, leapt over, and sliced through all the forces thrown at him, and then returned the favor by firing a large pulse of power, making a huge explosion that threw everyone off in different directions splitting them apart.

“Keep up the hate!” shouted Twilight.

Everyone agreed!

Robin rushed forth with his staff.

Yami blocked the attack and kicked Robin hard out of the way.

Twilight and Starlight fired magical beams at him, but he shielded himself with his cape and fired furious shots back at them forcing them to retreat.

Rainbow and Starfire came soaring in from way up high.

Starfire fired her starbolts swiftly at him, while he swiftly waved his sword blocking every shot, only for Rainbow to soar in and grab it out of his grip!

“Hey!!” shouted Yami.

“Hah, hah! Look at that, I got your sword!” Rainbow taunted.

Yami growled, and the emblem on his head glowed brightly.

The sword emitted burning jolts of power that hit and shocked Rainbow hard, forcing her to release the sword, allowing Yami to leap up high and reclaim it, as well as grab Rainbow by the neck.

“You want it? Have it!” and after giving Rainbow a huge punch to the face, he raised his blade to strike her down, when he was intercepted by a huge flying boulder Terra had thrown his way.

Sending him crashing down towards herself and other heroes.

Applejack and Pinkie rushed forth, and both got punched and kicked off.

“That fancy armor you wear is useless!” Yami thundered “Nothing can protect you from the power of hatred!”

“Wanna bet” thundered Cyborg as he rushed forth and took a swing with his new arm, but missed, and Yami grabbed him and threw him hard towards Fluttershy.

“Look out!”

Fluttershy screamed, and BAM! Cyborg crashed right into her.

“Ooh…!” groaned Fluttershy “That really hurt!”

Discord popped up when heard her groan. “Fluttershy?!” he then glared at Yami “You hurt FLuttershy?!!” his rage began to show in flames around his body “Alright!! NOW IT’S PERSONAL!!!”

He rushed forth, expanding his body to tremendous size, and gave huge pile-driving dive down onto the evil creep!

BOOM!!! The quake rocked the land, and the heroes all fell off their feet.

“Discord…!” Twilight thundered.

Discord then realized maybe he went a tad overboard as he shrunk to normal size. “At least I got him.”

That’s what he thought when all of sudden, the ground began to vibrate beneath his feet, and he quickly teleported off the spot…!

POW!! Just Yami burst through the ground, a little dirty, but hardly hurt. “You’re all prediciatble as you are pathetic. You know NAUGHT… the power I possess and just what I’m capable of!”

Rarity narrowed her eyes, and charged at him, coating her horn with a bright magical glow from her element, making it strong like a sword and as long as one too.

“Murderer!!” she shouted as she parried his sword with her horn. “For Spike!!” she shouted as she thrust forth, clashing with his sword, and struggled with such power. Yami snickered and his eyes glowed, “Feel the hate growing!” he hissed, as his strength seemed to increase and he shoved Rarity right off of him, and then took a huge swing with his sword…

WHING!!!

…Slicing right through her horn, splitting it right off so only a few rough spots remained on her head.

Twilight gawked in horror, and everyone looked in total shock as Rarity screamed “MY HORN…!!!!”

“It was…!” snickered Yami as he picked up the severed horn in his hand and crushed it like it was a cracker.

Rarity was most furious, as were all her friends!

“WHY YOU!!” Pinkie thundered as she fired a blast from her element, but Yami deflected it back at her, knocking her back into Rarity, and the two hit a pile of rubble hard.

Raven used her powers to grab and throw loads of debris, making it hard for him to block and dodge all of them.

Terra then used her power to levitate him up high on a flying rock, and Starlight and Twilight cast a spell to lock his feet squarely on the boulder so he couldn’t move!

Terra sort of hated what she was about to do next. “Forgive me, Beast Boy!” and she slammed the rock down hard, damaging him a lot.

“Good shot!” cried Starlight.

Terra smirked at her and Twilight, but Yami emerged from the ashes, laughing maliciously. “You’ll have to try better than that.” he teased, and he fired enormous blasts at the ladies, which they barely dodged, and Terra’s shoulder was grazed!

“Terra!” cried Robin.

Terra groaned in agony as she clutched her aching shoulder. She was still able to fight as the wound wasn’t fatal.

Discord helped Rarity. With a simple snap of his fingers, her horn was fixed.

“Thank you!” she said as she owed him her life.

“Thank me later, if there even IS a later.”

Robin rushed at Yami with his staff, colliding into his sword, engaging in a struggle.

Yami pushed Robin’s arm to such an angle aligning his wrist with his chest.

Robin gasped, realizing just in time, and he ducked down just as Yami extended his wrist claw, missing him, and Robin rolled back behind him and gave him a huge kick in the back!

“Starfire!” Robin called.

Starfire rushed in from out of hiding behind a crumpling wall and kicked Yami way up high into the air, and fired a huge beam from her eyes shooting him up even higher!

As he came crashing back down again, the ponies all stood together.

“Ready, girls?” hollered Twilight, and her friends all nodded as they and she powered up their elements and unleashed strong bindings, ensnaring him in midair.

Starlight and Discord added their powers to further bind him.

“Now, Titans!” shouted Twilight “Attack him!”

Robin agreed, and he looked at Terra.

“We have no choice, we have to weaken him.”

Terra cringed to supress her burning feelings, knowing she had to go along with it, and she agreed!

Together the titans attacked him mercilessly, channeling all their hate into their powers and weapons.

Robin threw his disc-bombs…

Starfire fired numerous star bolts…

Cyborg unleashed the magical waves from his right arm, and Raven and Terra both used their powers to throw loads of rubble at him from many angles.

Yami took quite the pounding, but he managed to hold it together.

“I need more hate!” he grumbled, and then shouted with all his might “…COME TO ME!!!”

Because of all the chaos and fear he had enforced on the land, the hate seemed to emerge from the land, in massive forms of aura that soared across the land and infusing into his head emblem.

His body blazed with such fury and hate, and his strength increased rapidly, as was shown by his muscles bulging.

“Got’cha!” Robin said softly.

The Equestrians felt they were losing their grip as Yami grew strong, and the force waves surrounding him grew hotter!

Finally, in a thunderous roar, Yami actually shattered the bindings, which knocked everyone off hard.

Yami landed on the ground, panting heavily while still shrouded in flaming aura.

“ATTACK!!” shouted Robin.

The heroes all got to their feet and rushed for him.

Yami took one swing of his sword, unleashing a burning wave of winds at everyone knocking them down hard again.

Some managed to get back up and continued to rush for him and battle him up close.

Still, Yami fought more fiercely than ever. He punched Twilight hard, hurting her deeply.

He kicked Starfire hard sending her crashing into a pile of rubble.

“COMING!!” shouted Discord, as he once again expanded in size and attempted pile drive him down again, but Yami gave him a good slash with his wrist blade.

Discord yowled in agony!

“DISCORD!!” screamed Fluttershy.

Next, Yami, actually held him up with his own hands, and threw him far over, hitting many of the others, hurting them hard, but Fluttershy managed to scramble onto her feet and dashed over to Discord.

“Discord…! Discord, are you alright?!”

Discord moaned and groaned as he held his wounded side, “I… I don’t think so!”

His magical, grey sparkling blood gushed forth slowly, prompting Fluttershy to pick up a long curtain from the ruble, break it two long halves. She bundled up one part into a ball and quickly tied the other around him like a bandage, pressuring the wound.

“You’re going to be okay! I promise you!” cried Fluttershy “I don’t want to lose you either.”

Pinkie looked at Raven, “Can’t you help him?”

“I’ll try…” said Raven “but I’m already pooped as it is, and besides I don’t know if it’s safe to use my powers on a creature like him. The combination of dimensional magic could cause real trouble.”

“It’s okay. I’m fine.” said Discord “Just go help the others!”

The others hesitated for a moment, but then rushed back into battle, but only Fluttershy stayed behind, wanting to tend to Discord and guard him.

Yami was panting from his rage fits and his overdrive.

“It’s working! He’s getting tired!”

“Yeah, but so are we!” panted Cyborg.

Many of the others were starting to seem a bit weary as well, but not willing to give in.

“This has been most amusing,” hissed Yami. “Usually my enemies are all wiped out by now, but you all are unlike the rest; forcing me to give everything that I’ve got.

It’s almost a shame you must be eliminated, but the hate knows what it wants, just as I know Beast Boy would want nothing more than to be rid of you freaks forever!”

Tears of rage came to Terra’s eyes, “You lie!! Beast Boy would never want to destroy us!”

“You think that, but I could see his inner thoughts. Deep down he always resented you all, his so-called friends when really they were nothing but traitorous mongers only interested in their own pursuits and delights.

Why do you think he wrote in that pitiful diary of his?”

Terra and the Titans were growing angrier with every word said.

“Don’t listen to him!” said Twilight “He’s trying to rile you guys up so you’ll strengthen him again!”

Much as the Titans realized this, they couldn’t contain their inner rage.

Suddenly, Robin got the sick feeling that maybe Yami wasn’t stalling them to gain power.

He held a single one of his bombs behind his back, and then looked over at Twilight, and gave her a motion of a special move they had discussed during the planning.

She nodded at him, and with that, Robin rushed straight for Yami and threw his bomb at him, Yami repelled it with his cape, sending it right back towards him, detonating right in his face!

“ROBIN!!” screamed Starfire.

“Ha!” sneered Yami, while everyone else gawked in horror, but really, when the smoke cleared, there was no one there at all.

“What?!” snapped Yami!

Robin then roared as he came crashing in from above with his staff at the ready, and he smashed Yami hard right across his face with a WHAMM!!

Yami went down flat, and Robin landed next to him.

“It worked!” cried Twilight.

Just as the bomb detonated, Twilight teleported Robin to way up high, which allowed him to escape harm and attack the villain by surprise.

“Sweet moves!” cried Applejack.

“Awesome!” agreed Rainbow.

Robin didn’t seem the least bit pleased though as he looked down at Yami, and could see the part of his face he had grazed when he hit him. There was no blood but just enchanted straw.

“It’s a puppet-clone!” cried Starlight “It’s not him!”

Everyone gasped how they had been deceived all this time!

“Where are you?!” Robin growled.

The dummy snickered at him and hissed, “…Guess!”

His body began to glow brightly.

“LOOK OUT!!” cried Starfire, quickly zooming in and kicking the body up high into the sky where it exploded in a massive KA-BOOM!!

Everyone covered their eyes at the explosion.

When the light had cleared, though the dummy was gone, Yami’s evil voice was heard, “Pathetic idiots! You spent all that time contemplating the things that I could do, you never stopped to realize what I actually HAD been doing!

I’ve already desolated this world and placed it under my command, but there are other worlds to conquer as well, especially in such places where there are loose ends to tie up.”

The Titans could immediately guess after hearing that, “He’s gone back to Jump City!” cried Cyborg.

Yami snickered, “And don’t think I’ve forgotten about your little hideout as well, or did you really think it was safe from my knowledge? My soldiers saw where you emerged from, it was no difficult task to send them back.”

Twilight gasped “…Cadance!”

Even as they all spoke, at that moment the Dark Soldiers were marching through the gates to The Ark.

“Guards, to arms!” shouted Cadance.

Together, the guards formed layer after layer of barriers and barricades which Cadance strengthened using the power of her love magic; the one thing strong enough to stand up to the powers of Hate.

The barriers only seemed to hold up, but they wouldn’t last forever.

Cadance urged all the civilians, “Get the absolute back of the village, and stay there!”

Her subjects did as they were told and rushed to the far side of the village away from any tunnels or entry ways.

Cadance was still concerned what with those soldiers piling up and forcing their way in. she would only be able to hold up the barriers for so long.

“Twilight, we need you!” she muttered.

Twilight felt ready to kick herself for falling for the trick.

Then there was more trouble as more and more soldiers appeared by Yami’s distant command, and they looked edging for a massacre.

“There’s no way out for any of you this time.” hissed Yami “So this is goodbye heroes, FOREVER!!” he laughed and his voice faded out.

The soldiers were closing in, and the heroes were all pooped out from fighting the puppet-clone.

“What are we going to do?” wailed Pinkie.

“I fear there is nothing we CAN do!” cried Starfire.

Discord, still ailing from his bad injury clenched his fists and said “Yes… there is!”

He slowly stood up.

“Discord, what are you doing?” asked Fluttershy.

Discord looked pretty upset, and a single tear fell from his eye.

Fluttershy felt a turn in her stomach.

“I can only manipulate reality.” Discord said “…I can’t create, mend, or destroy it, but I can do the next best thing.”

He looked down at Fluttershy, and he hugged her with his one free arm. His tears were falling fast now.

“You were the best friend… that I ever had!”

Fluttershy gasped when she realized what was happening.

Terra, judging from his words-- the very words she had used once-- “No! No, don’t do it!”

Twilight begged and pleaded, “Discord, you can’t!”

Everyone caught on, but Discord held out his hand, a large glowing orb appeared, and he handed it to Fluttershy.

“Discord…!”

He looked down at her one last time, and then quickly teleported all the heroes away.

Still in pain and clutching his wound, he growled at the incoming soldiers, “ALRIGHT!! LET’S PARTY!!”

The soldiers came charging in all around him as he punched, kicked, and zapped them all with what little strength he had left, but eventually he was buried within the sea of baddies, and his claw sank down, disappearing in the crowd… where he was mauled to death!
