It's 2030. Society is developing new technology, and all the newest and greatest gadgets are made in Los Angeles; home of the stars.

Sandbar and his friends are just trying to enjoy their lives in a busy city until strange events unfold. Strange cars are driving close to them, and they discover a startling secret about someone who works at their school. Soon new faces start to pop up in Los Angeles; mechanical, highly advanced, but alive. And so new friends and new enemies will be made in order to save the planet.
