Applejack stomped a hoof on the cloud floor.

"Alright! What is takin Twilight so long!?"
"Patience, darling. Patience."
Rarity sat down next to Fluttershy.

"She's been in there for almost an hour." Pinkie Pie said, flopping onto the cloud floor.

"An hour!? It wouldn't take Twilight that long!" Rarity jumped up.

"Should we go in?"
"We probably should. What if something bad happened to her?"
"G-guys. Twilight told us to wait out here."
Everypony turned toward Fluttershy. Fluttershy let out a small, shy squeak and hid her face inside her mane.

"Well, we can't just wait here! I forgot how long Twilight said the cloud walking spell hoodoo would last. That's a metal floor so at least we won't fall down."
Everypony except Fluttershy nodded.

"B-but the p-pony said that Rainbow w-would bring down the entire W-"
"Well, we can't just wait here!"
"Applejack. I appreciate your concern for Twilight, but Rainbow would never hurt her. And she's an alicorn."
"Well, from what I know, unicorn and alicorn horns are fragile!"
"Yes, but-"
"Alright! That's it! I'hm going IN!" Applejack ran inside.

"Wait! Applejack! Rarity yelled. Pinkie Pie sat up and one of her Pinkie senses acted up.

"Ooohh... my Pinkie sense is telling me Applejack is going to be in big trouble and something bad will happen to her."
"Something bad? What will happen!?"
"I don't know."
"I NEED TO KNOW!!!" Rarity shrieked and ran after Applejack.

"Rarity!" Fluttershy cried. But she was already out of earshot.

"Should we go after them Pinkie?" she asked.

"They're going to die in there if we don't help them."
"B-but you said you didn't know what would happen."
"Eh. Google, YouTube, that stuff."
"What?"

Oopsie!

"Nothing!"
"O-okay."
"My Pinkie senses are telling me that-" Pinkie Pie started shaking.
"-that our friends are going to die if we don't help them. If we go in, we might survive and get out or die as well." Pinkie said while jittering around. She finally stopped.

"Sh-should w-we still g-go in?" Fluttershy whispered.

"Our friends are going to die, we can go in and save them now or die with them. I think going in would be a good and bad idea."
Fluttershy looked at the factory.

"I think we should go in."
"Okay! Good and bad idea!"
Pinkie Pie bounced inside and Fluttershy followed, hiding her face in her hair but allowing herself to still see.

Rainbow Dash zoomed through the hallways. She stopped by one of the turns. She thought she heard a familiar voice just around the corner...

"I'h think we're lost."
"What do you mean lost? I thought you said we were following the signs!"
"I think we might've taken a left when we were supposed to turn right."
Rainbow Dash peeked around the corner and growled.

"Well, what are we-"
"Rarity! Applejack! How wonderful to see you both!"
"Rainbow Dash!?"
"Yes. Now tell me what the hell are you two doing here!?"
"Well, tell us where Twilight is!"
"You shouldn't be here..."
An ecstatic grin spread across her face. She brought a hoof to a small device on her other hoof.

"Get them." she said.

"Wha-"
Two pegasi grabbed Rarity and snapped her horn off, knocking her out in the process. Blood spurted out of the opening now in Rarity's head. Four more came over and held Applejack down, making sure she couldn't hit them.

"What they hay!?!?" Applejack yelled.

"I'll be willing to repeat to you what I said to Twilight..."

"What the- WHAT THE HAY DID YOU DO TO TWILIGHT!?"
Applejack furiously tried to escape, but the guards were well trained and were able to hold her down.

"Oh. Well, she's locked up right now and are waiting for you guys."
Applejack growled and tried to bite one of the pegasi. But one of them gave her a hard punch in the face, nearly breaking her muzzle.

"Oh, I wouldn't do that."
Rainbow Dash smirked and laughed.

"What's so funny!?" Applejack shouted.

"I think I hear Pinkie Pie and Fluttershy coming."
"Dashie?" They heard Pinkie cry.

"Pinkie! Don't-"
One of the pegasi quickly put a muzzle on Applejack, preventing her from talking.

"Hey, Pinkie! Over here!"
Pinkie Pie turned the corner and gasped.

"Dashie! What are you doing?!" she shrieked.

"Oh, I was just taking them to Twilight. WITHOUT fighting."
She glared at Applejack and the cowpony growled.

"Then why does Applejack have a muzzle on?"
"She was yelling and SCREAMING at me AND my employees."
"Okie Dokie!"
"It seems more like... Applejack had to fight you for a reason and Rarity got knocked out."
"Fluttershy? Do you think AJ had a reason to fight?"
"It's Applejack to you now." Applejack tried to say through the muzzle.

"I'm sorry. I can't hear you through your muzzle." Rainbow Dash said with a look of disgust.

"Now follow me. Or you will be forcefully dragged there, just like Applejack and Rarity."

"Why is there so much of this red stuff?" Pinkie Pie asked again. Rainbow Dash was reaching her limit.

"It's just there." she growled.

"Okay!"

"But why is it-"
"I SWEAR TO HELL WILL YOU STOP ASKING?!?!"
Pinkie Pie flinched and nodded, producing a zipper out of nowhere and zipping her mouth shut.
Rainbow Dash slammed the doors to the Pegasus Device open and Dr. Atmosphere came over.

"Is this a good idea? We've never tried non-pegasi before."
"Look. You wanted to try non-pegasi."
"But only one of them is a pegasus. And here we have two earth ponies, a unicorn, and an alicorn."
"If it will work with pegasi, it'll probably work with other races."
"Okay. And also, I thought you said friend."
"I left out the s at the moment for a reason, you know."
"Ah. Well, you can explain later."
Atmosphere flew up to the scaffolding and watched them from there.

"Can you both stand still?" Rainbow asked Pinkie and Fluttershy.

"Whyyyyy. You know I can't-"
"You are pissing me off every time you MAKE UP AN EXCUSE."
"Sorry, Dashie!"
"I'll be right back. And don't call me Dashie"
Rainbow Dash whispered something to one of the pegasi holding the still unconscious Rarity and she nodded. The pegasus pulled out her taser, making sure nopony saw and walked over to Pinkie Pie and Fluttershy.

"What are you-" She flicked on the taser and tased Pinkie. Fluttershy screamed and tried to run, but she was too slow. She was down in less than a second. Rainbow Dash grabbed Fluttershy and Atmosphere lowered the shackles above the Pegasus Device. Dash clasped them to Fluttershy's hooves and ordered the pegasi to throw the others into one of the cages in front of the device.

"Now, we wait for them to wake up before bringing Twilight in." She said flying over to the scaffolding and landing by Dr. Atmosphere.

I don't know why I put the part where rarity shrieked and ran after Applejack. Maybe it's just how the story goes? Rarijack and Rarishy shipping?
