Spike's Betrayal

Twilight awoke to find herself restrained against her bed with leather straps. She struggled momentarily before attempting to use her magic to try and free herself, but found nothing working. Twilight nervously tried to get up and notice her surroundings, she was still in the library, her horn was covered up in magical restraint tape, and she couldn't see who or what had tied her down.

"SPIKE! Spike, are you there?! I need help!"

No response, not even a hoot from Owlicious. Something was terribly wrong, and Twilight started screaming out, hoping somepony would still be awake to hear her.

"Just a moment, Twilight, I'll come 'help' you," Spike spoke up, seeing Twilight's eyes go relaxed for a moment to be saved by her number one assistant. He stepped out, carrying a copious amount of potions and books, seeing Twilight react with confusion.

"Spike? Why are you bringing out my research?" Twilight asked, before seeing a book flung right into her face with tremendous force. Twilight could feel her eye begin to swell as she turned back to Spike in shock.

"Why?! I'll answer you, not as your slave, but of my own will!" Spike screamed, making Twilight feel confused as to why he was acting like this. "These potions, these books, all of this, it was all done off of my back! Off of my labor, you're going to take all the credit and leave me with the scars of your abuse!"

Twilight struggled again against the straps, "Spike, think this through! I've never been abusive against you!"

Spike pointed to his left arm, "You call this 'never been abusive'?" The arm was covered in multiple holes that looked as if needles were shoved into it. He brought out a needle and shoved it into one of the potions and pulled the liquid up into it. "Tell me, Twilight, what does this liquid do?"

She looked up to see the pink and glowing liquid in the needle, filled up entirely. "Please, Spike, don't do something-"

"WHAT DOES IT DO?!" Spike roared, pointing the needle dangerously close to Twilight's eye.

"It... It's Love Poison. A specially modified kind that is supposed to increase the sexual drive and result in no death unless in-" Twilight gasped and swallowed, "-large quantities."

Spike pulled the needle away and smiled, his teeth shining against the moonlight. He pulled away and yanked the blanket cover near Twilight's tail, the needle now pointed at the clitoris. His face looked up at Twilight as he pushed the needle into it and injected the liquid.

Twilight screeched in pain and felt the immediate effects of the altered Love Poison, she began to heat up and the urge to have sex beginning to rise. She struggled to try and rub her legs and attempt to masturbate by doing so, but had no luck. "S-S-Spike, wh-wh-wh-?"

"Why?" Spike finished her statement as he reached the needle into another test tube filled with liquid and sucked it up. "Let's just say that I wanted the tables to be turned. To make you the tested subject instead of me or a pony that you would easily trick, for once." He pulled the yellow liquid filled needle to Twilight's right forearm and held it there as he looked at Twilight, still squirming and moaning from the sexual overdrive her body was forced into. "What do you think this will do to you?"

Twilight found that she couldn't speak coherent words anymore, as she now struggled harder against the straps so she could at least start trying to release the pressure underneath her. All she could do was grunt and wail from the immense pressure that built up. Spike clicked his forked tongue in disappointment, "Guess I'll learn by observation."

Spike stuck the needle into the arm and injected the serum, allowing another wave of both pain and pleasure rock Twilight's body. Spike looked down at Twilight's convulsing pussy and back up to his former tormentor. "How helpless are you? Without your magic, you are a worthless pony with just a big brain." Spike tapped the wrapped horn of Twilight, "I guess you shouldn't have kept that restraining cloth so easily accessible to the individual you were slowly killing."

Spike watched as Twilight's arm started to strain from something growing on the inside. After a moment, Twilight groaned out in pain as a sharp bone finally broke through the skin and was soon followed by many more. Each bone was covered in blood and they all dripped down on the bed and floor. Some had caught against the leather strap and after some time, snapped off, only causing Twilight to cry out. The pain was enough to knock Twilight out of her lustful stupor to try and plead with Spike. "I... I understand... no more... please, Celestia, no more!"

Spike had dunked the needle into another test tube and had filled it in it's entirety, a nice dark blue formula. "That sounds familiar, doesn't it?" Spike turned to Twilight and gave a wide eyed look of fear and his lip trembled, "Twilight, I don't feel good about doing this, you've already done so much to me, I don't know if I can take it!" His pupils slit and his fearful expression was replaced with one of anger.

"This will also sound familiar," Spike stabbed the between point of Twilight's right shoulder and her neck. "I haven't done enough, I need to see what the effects are so that I may document them!" He yelled into Twilight's ear as he injected the liquid.

Twilight's right arm was now covered in sharp bone and she continued to be driven deeper into the lustful madness that plagued her. She started screaming out, but instead of sound, out came a burst of flame that nearly touched the ceiling. Her mouth and lips were now badly burned and any movement from Twilight's face made the pain worse. Spike pulled over a stack of books and set them beside Twilight.

He then stood on Twilight's chest and picked the top-most book, "Twilight Sparkle's Personal Research Journal." Spike spoke with malice and tore the cover off, taunting Twilight by reaching up with the next page and edging his claw on the spine.

Twilight could only close her eyes and found the book smashed into her face. Spike began punching the book as it lay on Twilight's face, he could feel the mare's snout break as he pulled away and waited for her eyes to go open. He saw that he had crushed the snout so hard that it had made Twilight's mouth ooze blood and her teeth were just barely hanging on to the gums. As soon as he noticed her peeking out, he took his claw and tore the book in half before going to the next one and tearing it up as well. "Look at all of that effort! Look at it Twilight!"

After covering the bedroom entirely in paper, Spike took the needle and dipped it in a red vial and slowly filled it up. Pulling it away he could see that this was the last piece of his plan of revenge against Twilight. He waited a moment to look around him at the destruction he had wrecked, the papers, the vials, Twilight's slowly torn apart body, as she tried to hang on to life. "Twilight, you're no sister of mine."

He stuck himself with the needle and injected the red serum inside, letting the power of the magical and scientific formula take it's course. He felt his body grow larger, more fearful, more... MORE... MORE!

Spike bellowed out a large flame that engulfed the entire room, watching as the room was now lit ablaze and the walls were already beginning to crumble apart. He crashed through the window and with a flap of his newly gained wings, went out towards the mountains to be with his kindred, to never be abused again. Freedom as his reward, and his mad 'friend', finally released from her continual delusions of grandeur that she had made up in her mind.

Twilight slowly began to suffocate in the burning flames and with no mouth to scream for help, she could only summon up a single tear before her heart finally stopped.

No pony cried for Twilight Sparkle. They all knew what she had done to Spike, even her closest friends weren't shocked to hear of her passing last night. Twilight Sparkle had never been Celestia's number one student, she was bright, certainly, but Twilight couldn't understand that Celestia had been dead for years. Every order she 'received' from Celestia was her mind connecting segments of the many books she had read and making up missions, even going as so far as to recreate the problems so that they could be resolved.

Spike had been assigned to Twilight since the beginning and had been informed of Twilight's condition. He was told that if she had gotten out of control, he had a right to leave her. Twilight, however, didn't want Spike to leave. She constantly kept him sick, not enough to be noticeable, but enough to make him unable to try and escape. She did keep a formula that would cure him of his ailment, perhaps as a sign of trust, but she would never let Spike see the red vial.

When Spike had managed to find out about this, he attempted to leave cryptic messages to anypony he could find, hoping that one of them may have been his saving grace. Sadly, no pony could save him, not with Twilight's ungodly ability in magic. Some figured out what was happening and had attempted rescues before, but they all had failed and were, in Twilight's mind, willing test subjects for her next experiment. Spike could only watch in fear as the ponies that were brought in were drained of blood, but then filled back up with it again.

After she would perform her science, she would wipe their minds and send them away, often with horrifying results. Ponies with much mental anguish, resorted to alien conspiracy theories like Lyra Heartstrings, or had completely lost it, like the barking mad Screw Loose. Some ponies were actually happy she was now dead, others felt miserable that she couldn't be saved from her own imaginary place.

I felt empty.

Empty, not because I had lost a sister, or a friend, but of the way I had to get myself away from her. I pray that Luna forgive my actions that night every waking moment I have for what was done. If I must go to Tartarus at my deathbed, then I will accept such a fate. I hope to anypony or creature or sentient being that has such an ability to read this, please don't hate me or Twilight for what had happened. Let her horrors die and perhaps we'll all live better because of it.
