Ponyville Thorax's home 10:30pm

In a home in Ponyville, a changeling named Thorax was studying some pathogens in his laboratory room he built.

He placed a small sample of the virus on a watch glass and placed it under a microscope he bought in an equipment store.

He then looked through the microscope and saw that the virus the doctors showed him in the hospital was a very common one called the hepatitis.

"A hepatitis virus? That is a very common one." Thorax said to himself with a surprised look.

He then grabbed a file and a report on his desk and a pen. Then he began to write down about the virus that the ponies encountered in the hospital waiting room.

After fifteen seconds, he has finished writing his report and he placed it in a folder.

"I should get some sleep. I need to send the report to the hospital tomorrow as soon as possible." Thorax said to himself as he exited his laboratory and walked down stairs to his bathroom.

After taking a shower and brushing his teeth, Thorax turned off the lights in his home and began to walk upstairs to his bedroom. But then he was stopped when he heard a knocking on his front door.

*Knock! Knock! Knock!*

Thorax turned around and looked at his front door with a perplexed expression.

"Who's there? It's the middle of the night? My big brother and my mother are probably asleep at home, and I did not even invite my friends here for a drink." Thorax said. "I guess I have to see who it is. It better not be another prank from my friends." He finished with a roll of his eyes. Then he walked to his front door.

Thorax gripped onto his door's metal handle and twisted it. He then pulled it opened. He was expecting to see his family and friends, but to his surprise he saw Twilight standing there with a huge smile.

"Hello there Thorax." Twilight said as she fell on him, but Thorax was able to catch her and keep his balance.

When Twilight felt his touch, she looked at him with a blush and Another huge smile.

Thorax began to study her look and saw that she was drunk considering her blushing and facial expression.

"She looks drunk." Thorax thought.

"Thorax, it's been a while since we've seen each other." Twilight said with a drunk smile.

"Um... yes." Thorax replied nervously.

"Hey, since I'm here. Would you like to have fun with me?" Twilight asked.

Thorax got confused.

"Um, what kind of fun?" He asked.

"A fun time in your bedroom." She said giggling.

When Thorax heard that, he blushed and began to sweat nervously.

"But Twilight, what if you get pregnant?" Thorax asked taking some steps back.

"It's alright." She replied with a giggle "Besides, it's not going to be that big of a problem."

"You know what, I'm going to write a letter to your mother and she'll come and pick you up." Thorax told her as he attempted to walk to the table.

But Twilight grabbed him and loomed at him with an angry expression.

"No! You are going to stay with me my handsome medical scientist changeling." She replied with a smirk.

She then began to push him upstairs to his bedroom, Thorax tried to resist but she was too strong for him even though she is a bit shorter than him.

Twilight was able to push Thorax all the way to his bedroom after his failed attempts to stop her and snap her out of it. She then stopped and looked at his science coat with a smirk.

"Let's get this off you." Twilight said as she took his science coat on him making him blush, because he is now in an inappropriate situation with a mare.

Thorax tried to warn her again.

"Um, Twilight? Are you sure you want to do this? Your going to have a huge problem next month." Thorax warned her but it didn't work.

"Nonsense." Twilight rolled her eyes. "I've been waiting to do this with you for a while now." She said which made Thorax's eyes widen.

After she has successfully took off his science coat, she then pushed him on top of the bed which made Thorax grunt.

Thorax tried to get up, but he got pinned on the bed by Twilight.

Twilight then leaned her head close to his and kissed him. Thorax tried to struggle free from Twilight, but her grip on his hooves were too strong.

After kissing for ten seconds, Thorax was starting to get used to it and he closed his eyes. He then pushed his tongue forward and placed it on hers. When Twilight felt his tongue on hers, she began to wrestle her tongue with his. And at the end Thorax won.

Then they released each other and a thin strand of saliva was the evidence of their past action.

"You know, I think I'm getting used to this." Thorax chuckled.

"That's good to hear." Twilight smiled.

She then began to push it to the limits by moving her head to his member which made Thorax's eyes widen in horror.

"Uh oh." Thorax said quietly "I spoke too soon." He finished while sweating nervously.

Thorax tried to warn her again but a gasp stopped him from trying to say anything. And that's how everything started.

The next day

The sun has risen in Ponyville and sunlight has shined through Thorax's window blind and into Twilight's eyes which caused her to wake up.

"Uhhh." Twilight moaned as she woke up "What happened?" She said as she regained her visions.

Her eyes widened when she saw Thorax sleeping next to her.

"Ahhh!" Twilight screamed which caused Thorax to wake up.

Thorax then rubbed his eyes and looked in front of him and saw Twilight standing at his bedroom door with a shocked expression. Thorax knew why she had that expression, and he tried to calm her down.

"Twi-"

"Just, forget I was here Thorax." Twilight told him as she ran out of his home.

It has been a month since Thorax has seen Twilight, he wrote letters to her asking if she was okay, but she didn't reply to any of them. He even went to her home to see if she was okay or not, but every time he visited her she was never at home or she refused to answer it.

When Thorax was working on his experimental project in his laboratory, he heard a knocking on his front door.

*Knock knock*

"Is it Twilight?" Thorax said. He then walked down stairs and to his front door.

"Who is it?"

"Thorax, it's me your mother."

Thorax then opened the door and looked at her mother with a huge smile.

"Mom! It's been a while." Said Thorax hugging his mother.

"I know my son." Rose said hugging back.

Rose then sat on Thorax's couch and Thorax gave her a cup of tea.

"Here you go mother."

"Thank you my son." Said Rose as she sipped the tea. then she placed it on the table in front of her.

Thorax then sat next to her mother after she has finished drinking her cup of tea.

"So, how's your life my son?"

"It's great, I'm now living a really happy and pleasant life after my graduation at the medical science university." Thorax told her.

"That's good to hear." Rose smiled. But she noticed that Thorax has a depressed expression while he is talking to her.

"Thorax? Is everything okay? You look depressed."

"What wha?" Thorax shook his head "No-nothing's wrong mom, I'm fine." He told her.

Rose sighed and said "Thorax, I know something's wrong with you judging by your expression. Please tell me what's wrong, I can help you just like when you and Pharynx were little."

Thorax sighed and began to tell her about the event that happened to him last month.

"Okay, I'll tell you what's going on. But promise that you won't freak out?"

"I won't." Rose said with a shake of her head.

"Okay." Thorax sighed. "Here's what bothering me." He finished as he looked at his mother.

"Last month, I was assigned to study about a new virus that was encountered by many patients in Ponyville hospital." He told her.

"Okay."

"I then placed a small sample of the virus on a watch glass and looked through the microscope and I found out that it was a hepatitis virus."

"A hepatitis virus? That's a very common one." Rose said.

"Yep." Thorax nodded "After I have finished studying about the virus, I then wrote about it on a report. And after I have finished writing it, I placed it in a folder and prepared for bed. I then took a shower and brushed my teeth. After I have finished doing those, I walked upstairs to my bedroom, but a knocking on my door stopped me." He finished.

"Who was it?" Rose asked raising an eyebrow.

"It was Twilight."

Rose eyes widened in surprise and she was eager to know more.

"What happened next?" She asked.

"Well, she entered my home with a very big smile and she was stumbling after each steps she took, I assume she was drunk."

"Then what happened?"

Thorax took a deep breath and began to reply.

"Well, she kinda pushed me towards my bedroom and took off my coat. Then we did that thing..." Thorax said with a blush.

Then his mother blushed as well.

"Wow... so soon? You two are not even married yet. I thought you two only had three dates."

"Yeah, but I guess she was too drunk to even think."

"Then what happened?" Rose asked again.

"I don't know." Thorax replied with a shrug "She just ran off after she found out that she was in bed with me, and I haven't seen her after a month, I'm starting to get worried."

Rose sighed and stroked her son's head trying to sooth him down.

"Thorax, sometimes the road to love can be a very difficult and rough journey. Just like how me and your father met."

"Yeah, maybe." Thorax sighed "I just don't know where she could be."

"Tell you what Thorax, I think I saw her while coming over for a visit."

Thorax's eyes widened when he heard that.

"What really?" He asked and his mother nodded.

"Yes, she's at a restaurant not far from here. You might be able to find her."

"Thank you mom." Thorax said as he hugged his mother. He then stood up from the couch and ran out of his home to find Twilight.

In town, Thorax was looking for Twilight in nearby restaurants, but he couldn't find her.

Thorax was about to give up and walk back home, but he came across another restaurant and decided to see if she was there.

He looked through the crowd of ponies and saw her sitting on a chair alone with a sad expression.

"Twilight!" Thorax called her.

He then squeezed through the crowd which gave everypony perplexed and angry expressions.

After squeezing through the crowd for ten seconds, he finally made it to her and he stood near her.

"Twilight, I'm so glad I found you." Thorax said smiling.

Twilight didn't reply to Thorax, she kept looking down on her cup of water with a sad expression.

When Thorax saw her depressed look, he asked what was bothering her.

"Twilight? Is everything okay?" He asked.

Thorax still didn't get a reply from her, but he caught the sounds of her sobbing.

"Twilight? Are-"

Thorax wasn't able to finish his sentence when Twilight burst out into tears and hugged him tightly.

"Thorax! I'm so sorry about what happened last month! I'm such an impulsive and stupid mare." Twilight cried.

Thorax hugged her back and began to calm her down.

"Shhh... shhh... calm down Twily. Tell me what's wrong."

Twilight then released herself from Thorax and looked at him with a tearful expression.

"Thorax, I'm sorry about this but-"

"But what?" Thorax asked baffled.

Twilight then took a deep breath.

"I-I'm pregnant." She sighed.

Thorax's eyes then widened in shock, he didn't know that she was going to have a baby with him, he thought that the medicine the doctors told him that they gave her will stop the pregnancy from happening, but it turned out that it didn't work, or she didn't took it.

When Twilight saw his shocked expression, she bursted into tears again and buried her head in his chest.

Thorax then got rid off his shocked expression and placed his head on hers trying to calm her down.

"Don't cry Twilight, I'm not mad at you. I'll do my best to be a good father for our baby." Thorax whispered into her ear.

3 years later

It was another sunny day in Ponyville, and Twilight woke up again before Thorax because today was her turn to bring Alistair to school.

She got off her bed and stretched her hooves and wings.

She then walked to her son's room door and opened it and saw her adorable three years old little colt snuggling comfortably in his bed. She walked up to his bed and shook him.

"Alistair, wake up. It's time to go to school."

When Alistair heard his mother, he slowly stood up and rubbed his eyes. He then looked at her with a smile.

"Good morning mommy."

"Good morning." She said with a smile.

Twilight then lifted her son up from his bed and brought him to the bathroom. She then gave him a bath, helped brush his teeth and wash his face.

After that, she brought him to the living room and grabbed his schoolbag with his breakfast in it.

Twilight then lowered him on the floor and gave him his schoolbag.

"Thanks mommy."

"Your welcome honey, now let's go to school."

"Okay." Said Alsitair as he nodded.

Ponyville kindergarten

In Ponyville kindergarten, there were many parents seen bringing their foals to school and saying goodbye to them.

Twilight then dropped her son off at school.

"Have a great day honey." Twilight said as she kissed her son on his forehead.

"I will mommy." Alistair replied with a nod.

He then turned around and saw his best friend named Rocky who is an earth pony.

"Rocky!" Alistair called him.

When Rocky heard the familiar voice, he turned around and saw his friend Alsitair walking towards him.

"Ali! How's it been?" Rocky asked.

"It's been good." Alistair replied simply "Are you excited to learn more about chemistry today?" He asked.

"You bet I am." He replied with a nod.

"Then let's go." Said Alsitair as he walked into his school with his best friend next to him.

Twilight smiled when she saw her son going to school, she then turned around and started walking back home.

She still couldn't believe that the new life she is having with Thorax, it was like a dream come true.

I hope you all enjoyed my story! I gave it my best shot. And I have to say, I don't think I did too well with the grammar. So feel free to correct any mistakes I made in the comments section below. And I hope you all enjoyed my new story even if some of them parts are a bit rushed and unclear.
