Chapters Author's Note
This is a just an introduction into the story throughout chapter they will be longer and go in deeper in detail. Also I love some feed back. Thank you! Also FYI my prologue was too short so the chapter one and the prologue is mixed!
A New Beginning
The moon was full, bright and hypnotizing. The light pulsed through my veins compelling my hunger. My lips slid down his soft neck breathing heavily the warmth of my breath made him shiver. I let out a little moan. I attached my lips to his neck feeling his vein against my tongue, I couldn’t help my urges any longer. I latched my sharp sparkling white teeth in to his blood pumping veins. They were calling me the sound of blood was rushing over my senses, as I came up his body went limp. I got up got dressed, cleaned up my face. Buried my boyfriends bloody corpse in the forest I called home.
I woke up the next morning, in terror I looked over in the bed next to me my boyfriend was gone. I got up to look at my face, there was blood. I had lost control again, I got my bag and filled it with personal items and some clothes. I would again go off the grid have a new name, a new town, and a new beginning. My name is Rarity and this is my non-human, crazy and immortal life.
I packed my things into black 1967 Chevrolet Impala. That car has been with me through hell since the year I got her. The moon was still out but only for a few more hours. I took one last look at the cabin I had lived in for the past five months and drive off into the night. I was heading north into a small town I had never been. From the coast of California to the coast of Oregon. I had always stay but the beach. The water made me feel better it was an escape for me.
As the sun started to rise making an bright splash of colors from the dark blue that was fading. By mid-day I had arrived at seaside Oregon. The beaches were beautiful aqua blue with the white of the waves crashing along the rocks calmed my nerves. I had found a small cabin on top of mountain over looking the ocean. This new start felt different this time for the first time in 90 years I’m using my real name. My landlord was nice enough. She had bought the story I gave her, I was 17 just about to turn 18 in two months time and my parents had died in a car crash. That story actually saved me the first two months rents.
I had called the local high school, it was a typical school nothing high profile which was nice. It was Seaside High School home of the sharks. I started next week, enough time to settle and move in. I also got a job at a local archery shop. Before the curse I was the hunter in my family I was the eldest and I was a fine shooter in my day and with this new tech stuff my shooting was even better. I felt at home here, usually I’m having to constantly look over my shoulder but here I feel normal somewhat human. The next few days went by smooth, decorating the cabin making it feel like home.
Monday morning came the first day at my new school. I got up brushed my teeth and brushed my dark auburn hair. Looking in the mirror my skin was pale but my lips were a natural red. I had golden hazel eyes that shimmered in the sun. I picked out my clothes, a simple black tee-shirt that extenuated my breasts and hips.Old pair of blue jeans and brown bear paw boots to complete the look. I applied my makeup I didn’t like to much so just enough to cover up some small things that scared my face over the years. I was fairly skinny I thought, I knew I had curves and I was kinda insecure about them actually.
I pulled in the parking lot early and went into the office. They took my fake background file
“ It is principle...-“
“ Ash, it’s principle Ash.”
“ Oh, ok.”
The principle gave a weird almost perverted feeling he was older but I just wanted out of that room. The bell rang, as I got up the principle blurted, “ Miss. Moon, In the office is a boy named Chance Blueblood he is giving you a tour and to your first class.”
“ Ok thank you!” I said with a smile picked up my back and hurried out the door.
Walking into the office I saw a very handsome boy , he was a littler taller than me but he was very muscular. His long dirty blond hair caught my eye it was about to his shoulders shiny and well kept. His eyes were an ocean blue like tidal pool I could drown in and feels safe. He wore regular blue jeans and a plain tee-shirt with a thin denim jacket. His jaw line was sharp and he had the smallest stubble. He looked over and smiled. His bright teeth shined his smile was warm and welcoming.
“ Hey are you Rarity? I’m Chance!” He held out his hand for a hand shake. I took it and he was very gentle and is hand was soft but he had a firm grip.
“ Hi I guess your Chance?” I let out a sheepish smile.
“ Yes I am, and I will be giving you the tour and walk you to your first class!”
“Ok let’s get started!”
The campus was average but the yard was beautiful with a mountain right behind the school. There were separate buildings for different subjects.
“ Rarity, what class do u have first?”
“P.E.”
“ Really? So do I ok let’s go.”
I dreaded P.E cause I knew I would have to hide my abilities. Being a vampire has it’a perks as I’m having increased senses, strength and speed. The rest of the day went by pretty quick it was fun to hear the teachers pronounce my name wrong multiply times. I had a few more classes with Chance and he was very kind the whole day he even sat with me at lunch. After the last bell rang he walked me to my car. After he realized I was the one the have the Impala he asked if he could see her. After he was done drooling he shook my hand once more and asked for my number. After the exchange I drive home, I felt all the eyes from students on my car did I care? No! I loved it! I might actually enjoy life here.
At home I was snuggled in a nice plush blanket watching Christmas movies. Snow started to fall on the mountain my small rustic cabin was on. I was in a comfy white sweat-shirt and some short that busted out my ass. I felt confident at home I didn’t have anyone to impress and I was alone, I was the only person I could trust. At midnight I went out to a local hospital to steel blood bags. I d not like the idea of killing for my food. I only loose control when I’m vulnerable on a full moon. On a full moon my hunger increases making me a monster. Flashes of the last full moon appeared in my head. I was drinking that night and I messed up I killed someone I loved for the first time in 103 years. I let myself open up, he trusted me and he died because he did.
I grabbed a tub of O negative blood. It held me over the most with O negative I can last days with out eating. Like a normal human I don’t have to sleep or eat but I love the taste of food and food help suppress my cravings. I drank one bag and went to bed but events recurred in my dreams on repeat. I woke up in a panic but I was also really horny. I liked the feeling of killing but I hated that I did. There was something about having someone life in my hands well, fangs that turns me on and makes me want more.
I got in the shower feeling the hot water on my cold body made me shiver. My Large breasts turned firm as my hands glided across them. My finger caressed my full ivory breast toward the rim. In a way it was comforting someone knew what I had been through. What it felt like to be alone. We discovered he lived down the street from my cabin. We waved each other off was we enter the gym into the separate locker rooms.
We did the pacer test I wasn’t even starting to get tired by the time I was the last one but I quit and 70 after the teacher told me to stop. Chance was in shock.
“ You haven’t even broke a sweat! How?”
“ I run a lot! Every morning and every night!”
He seemed to have bought my story. He was different than other guys I have met. From what I could pick up he was quite the gentleman, he also had a big heart. After a few more classes lunch came. He took me to a small pizzeria that was pretty quick, It was really good and we had a deep talk about our parents. We both agreed to be there for each other.
“ So, Rarity where do you come from?”
“ California.”
“ Oh, I heard there was a pretty viscous attack on a teen boy there in the southern part. He died and they are trying to figure out what happened.”
As he kept talking my heart beat grew louder in my ear was he talking about my ex the boy I murdered.
“ I HAVE to go.” I blurted in loud then quiet voice.
“ Oh ok. I’m sorry if I have upset you in anyway.”
“ It’s ok I just have to go!” I picked up my things
“ I forgot your my ride back to school.”
“ I am so sorry! I didn’t mean to upset you!”
“ I am okay, it’s just I knew that boy he went to my last school.”
“ Oh I didn’t know I’m so sorry! How about I make it up to you tonight? Over dinner?”
“ I would like that very much!” I let out a small
When we got back to school the bell had already rang.
“ Thank you for lunch it was great.”
“ Your welcome!”
I turned to walk away but he grabbed my wrist.
“ Ohh yes I will thank you Chance, I will see you at seven?”
“ Yes you will.”

Steam of my hot shower had fogged up my mirrors, swiping a small opening so I could admire my figure. As my dried I pick out a red dress, it was short but classy. I slipped in on over some red sexy lace lingerie. I proceeded to put my hair is a classy loose bun, top it I put diamonds on my ears and fingers. A white over throw scarf top it off I was fierce and ready. A knock on my door finally came, coming around the corner through a small window I saw it was Chance. His hair was sleeked back, his face was freshly shaven and his eyes looked full of excitement.
I opened my grande oak wood door to see his eyes meeting mine. His jaw dropped open slightly as a smirk started to appear. I felt his eyes wondering my body, in his chest I could hear his heart beat increasingly go faster.
“ Wow Rarity, you look...um...Stunning!” The biggest grin appeared as he spoke.
“ You look handsome your self!”
Stepping down he took my hand and led me to his car, Chance never looked away from me once.
“Where are you taking me tonight?”
“Well Miss. Luna I thought I take you to the finest steakhouse in town!” His voice was deep but he had a peak of excitement his tone.
“Wow fancy! Oh look at that. It’s beautiful.”
Looking ahead was a mountain covered in green pine, with the slightest bit of mist coming up. The sun was setting behind it colors filled the sky like a vibrant flower blooming on the earth. Being over 200 years old and it still amazes me how beautiful the world can be. I looked up to see we had arrived at the restaurant.
Chance took my hand and led me inside. It was a warm, large, rustic cabin interior, after walking in the smell of blood in the kitchen caught me off guard. I stumbled back into Chance who put his hands on my arms leaning over my shoulder he asked.
“Yes I’m fine just got a little dizzy for some reason.” We continued asked a for a seat for two. We went on to follow a waiter who also couldn’t keep his eyes off of me. We sat down as he unexpectedly order a beer. He flash what was obviously a fake ID. The waiter took our orders.
“I’ll take mine rare.” I Lead over whisper in his ear. “Extra bloody.” He gave me a strange look of disgust. We made small talk until our meals arrived. With it the waiter brought me red wine with a note, on it was his number. It had what looked like a small herb on it. I didn’t see as suspicious but I drank it anyway. The rest of meal was nice. Chance ordered a chocolate cake for us to share, We laughed and talked. I started feeling faint and weak.
“ Whoa Rarity? Are you feeling alright?”
“ Yes, I just wanna go home.” Chance got up and saw how weak I was. Wrapping my arm around him self he carried me out. In the car I was in and out of consciousness. I remember taking a look at the stars, then seeing nothing. I woke in my bed tucked in and changed. Chance has taken care of me wiping off my makeup even. He sure knew how to take care of a girl.
I walked into my kitchen, my hunger was raging. I slightly opened the fridge when I heard him behind me. I quickly closed hoping he didn’t see my blood stash. He was standing right behind me, “Thank god your alright I was worried.”
“ Oh thank you for taking care of me. Hey did you um...”
“No I didn’t look, if you were wondering.”
I looked deep into his eyes I felt like I could drown in the amount of lust he had in them. A pulse over came me as a static wave shivered down my body. I leaned in a little and that was enough consent for him and I. His lips smashed into mine he was soft but it was intense and passionate. His tongue slipped into my mouth roaming it and twirling mine with his. He picked me up with one arm and placed me on the counter genteelly. Breaking our kiss for one moment, Chance swiftly took off my shirt throwing it across the room. Again our lips met. His hands wondered my body toying with the clasp of my bra. His lips moved down my neck as I grip his long ragged hair intertwining my fingers in it. I let out a little moan, he giggled under his breath. He stood up to flex up his shirt. He unveiled his muscular cheat with perfectly sculpted abs. His veins popped out but I squinted my eyes to resist. His tongue separated from mine as we looked into each other’s eyes. I jumped on him reattaching our lips. He carried me to the bed, he was roughly gentle placing me on the bed. My eyes outlined his body going down into his shaped V-line. Slowly he climbed on top of me, the pressure of him body came down on me. The slight touch of his lips met mine as he traveled down my neck on top my boobs to the rims of my nipples. He was still, Speechless and Petrified.
