But honestly, I think we should acquire some new clothes in order to better brand in,” said Rarity. “Speaking of clothing, have you made our mission suits?” Sunset inquired. “Yes, I used the image you sent me,” Rarity said as she pulled out her phone to reveal the image. “Well, we already basically stole the gokaiger mechs, so we may as well steal their looks as well,” Dashie mused. “I had to use the fashion morpher that Twi gave me, but it’s...just not as rewarding,” Rarity lamented. “What do you mean?” Asked Twi. “Well, as much of a godsend as it is, but when I sew up clothes, stitch by stitch, I feel like an artist making a beautiful painting, or a musician making beautiful music. I just can’t get the same feeling by pressing a few buttons. But still, it really comes in handy in time constraints,” Rarity said reassuringly. “We should come up some aliases. Luckily, Anon and I came up with some,” Sunset said, pulling out a small deck of cards. Sunset passed around the cards, and the group studied them. “I’m Becky Shoichet. Twi is Tara Strong. Applejack is Leigh Ball. Pinkie is Shannon Kent. Rarity is Kazumi Jones, and Fluttershy is Drea Libb.” The Booms tucked them away. “So, should we-” Sunset was cut off as a large poster that flew onto the table. Sunset studied it. Mind Games Round 1 Chapter 3The Booms have managed to find a nice loft to stay in for the time being. Sunset was currently writing her application to Magix Academy. “Guys, you should get on with making your applications as well, and also I’m debating on whether or not we should enter that dance competition. What do you think? Said Sunset. “Yowie wowie, I totally think we should enter,” said Pinkie. “I entirely concur, thanks to my science brain, I was able to establish an internet connection. According to the research I found, The Dance Competition has been going on for a few years now, and Musa has held the high score since its inception. Makes sense, she IS the fairy of music after all. “AlsoI think I just found Daphne’s social media. Oh! She’s competing in the Dance Battle. Sunset, what now?” Twi asked. “Well, Sparky, in that case, we are going to dance,” said Sunset. “Sunny, brings us those applications,” said Dashie. “You’re signing up?” Said Sunny. “Sure, after we crush Daphne Sparks in that Dance Battle. It was at that moment, Sunset got a call on her cell phone, it was I, Maxx Phoenix. “Hey, Maxx, what’s up? How are you and MegaHeart enjoying your vacation?” Said Sunset. “We’re doing alright. It’s pretty fun here. Later on, Seishy and I are going to check out this dance contest. It should be a lot of fun,” I say. Sunset raised a curious eyebrow. “Really? Well, the Booms and I are going to the same place, so we hope to see you there,” she said. Seishin came into the screen, with a warm smile, soft, yet firm hands on my shoulders. “If that’s the case, maybe we can team up. J here is always pestering me, telling me to ‘loosen up’, right, J?” “Seishy, you know I’m right. You DO tend to have a stick up your arse, not that I blame you, but still-” “Alright, I get it. Anyway, since we’re out here shopping, we may as well find some good dancing clothes,” MegaHeart remarked. I laughed as Seishy tapped me. “J, let me speak to the readers real quick,” she requested. “Only if you give me a piggyback ride,” I said. Seishin took the phone, and spoke to you, the readers. “Hi, readers. Will you help me and Maxx Phoenix? You will? Well, great! See you then!” That’s when I hopped on Megahearts back “Onward, my sexy battlehorse! Later, Baconhead!” With that, the called ended, leaving Sunset mighty confused. “Um, Ooookay,” she droned. “Oh, darling, bro, we should get some dancing attires ourselves, I can whip something up for us, what do you have in mind?” Asked Rarity. Sunset blushed. “Well, let’s say a very talented artist has provided us some very...interesting attires…” Sunset’s blush intensified as similar blushes formed on the faces of Dashie, Fluttershy, and Rarity. “O-Okay, so, me and Dashie’s attires are sort of okay, but you and Fluttershy’s are going to need some...modifications,” Rarity mused. “Yeah, I suppose so,” Sunset said sheepishly. “Guys, I think we should all agree that we should all agree that we don’t try to provoke or engage with the Daphne, especially when she puts on that there mask,” said AppleJack. “Mask?” said Sunset. “Yeah, according to research, it’s sort of like when you take off your weighted jacket,” said Twi. “Very well, here’s the plan, four of us will go to the contest, while two of us stay here and watch over things. AJ piped up. “I’ll stay here,” she said. “I’ll help out from here as well,” said Twi. “Okay, AJ. So, you when Sparky can watch over things,” Sunset said, much to Sparky’s blushing. “Oh my,” she said. “Anyway...Fluttershy, Rarity, Dashie, you three are up. “Simply devine, we won't let you down, darling. “Alrighty then, look out, Magix, it’s time to meet the dancing queens!” Author's Note That art was used from the very talented Racoonkun, go show them some love.
