As Sunset Shimmer (The Doctors 10th Regeneration) strolls along a hallway of the equestrian prison, many inmates were making a ruckus, even the Dalek prisoners of war wouldn't stop shouting exterminate and babbling insane nonsense. While one was perfectly silent, and the Doctor knew who it was. That cell belonged to the Master, the vilest being Equestria had ever seen. He was a manipulator, a fiend, and completely insane. As the doctor wanted to talk to her old friend one last time before his execution by the order of Equestrian Time Lords.

She entered his cell and locked it right behind her as she told the guard she wouldn't be in there for a long time, the guard agreed and let her talk to her old friend now arch-enemy. He was in the form of the dreaded King Sombra (His 12th
regenerated form) as he had led a great and terrible army to accomplish his goal of galactic conquest. But as usual, the Doctor came, saved the day yet again and arrested him. As she entered his cell, he had this look as if he knew Sunset was entering the room.

"Hello, old friend, if you are still there." The Doctor asked

"Hello, Doctor, how has life been for you. Pretty good, peaceful and boring, Ms. Goody two-shoes," The Master said sarcastically.

Ignoring the Masters' rude remark, she then said.

"You know what is going to happen to you, right." The Doctor said

"Yes, I will be executed, not that I'm dying already." The Master revealed.

"What?" said the Doctor in a confused manner.

"I'm nearing the end of my 12th regeneration, there is no more hope for me to conquer the universe, I will die alone," said the Master.

"It shouldn't have ended this way, I honored you as a friend, and as my partner during this bloody and violent war."

"You could've fought with me, helped me end the war against the Daleks."

"If it were up to me, all the Dalek race would've been dead by now. But noooooo, you're too busy being the peacekeeper, always wanting to Observe the Universe instead of conquering it!!!!!!!"

"That is not my way of doing things."

" It should be, the Master boomed. It was always about you wasn't it, you just like to have all the glory and fame while I was in your shadow."

"Enough, don't do this right now." The Doctor Pleaded.

"NOOO, I was tired of being pushed around by the other time lords, and this is where I am now, a chained rat in a cage!"

"I said Enough!" The Doctor bellowed in frustration, "I want you to stand with me in this Last Great Time War."

"NOOOOOOOOO!!!!! I WILL NEVER SIDE WITH YOU, DOCTOR, I'D RATHER DIE IN DALEK OBLIVION THEN SIDE WITH A SPINELESS COWARD LIKE YOU!" The Master shouted, "YOU ARE LOOKING AT A MIGHTY EMPIRE THE GREATEST THE UNIVERSE HAS EVER SEEN, AND YOU JUST WANT TO OBSERVE EVERYTHING, YOU'RE JUST LIKE THE OTHER TIMELORDS, GUTLESS COWARDS THAT DON'T WANT TO INTERFERE WITH ANYTHING!" YOU'RE JUST JEALOUS OF ME, YOU JUST DON'T LIKE TO GET THE JOB DONE. "IF YOU WERE A REAL LEADER YOU WOULD'VE KILLED OFF ALL THE DALEKS BY NOW, BUT YOU DIDN'T, why, BECAUSE YOU WOULD RATHER FIND A BIG TELESCOPE AND WANT TO OBSERVE THIS WHOLE STINKING UNIVERSE THEN GET THE JOB FREAKING DONE." "EVEN IF I JOINED YOU, YOU WOULD JUST LEAVE ME TO DIE ON SOME BARREN PLANET AS YOU DID TO TRIXIE AND YOUR LITTLE GIRL EMBER SPICE! GEE, I WONDER WHAT SHE WOULD SAY IF SHE EVER KNEW WHAT HAPPENED TO HER..."
Before the Master could finish, the Doctors temper had gotten to her, and she let out all of her rage out on the Master

"THAT IS ENOUGH OUT OF YOU MOUTH THAT I CAN TOLERATE," The Doctor roared as she slammed her hoof down with rage. "I WOULD HAVE DONE EVERYTHING IN MY POWER TO SAVE YOU, WE COULD'VE OBSERVED THE UNIVERSE, BUT YOU WERE TOO BUSY BURNING THEM."

hehehehehehehe, I finally see it, the rage of a time lord. Snickered the Master.

I hoped that you would have a change of heart, but all I see in your eyes is fire. I have nothing else to say to you.
The Doctor said before being interrupted by a Time Lord.

"DOCTOR, DOCTOR, COME QUICK!!!!!"

"What? What's happening?" The doctor said.

"IT'S THE DALEKS, THEY'RE LAUNCHING A FULL FRONTAL ASSAULT!!!!!" Said the guard.

"NO! NONONONONONO NOOO!" The Doctor shrieked in terror as she ran towards the battlefield.

This gave the Master the perfect opportunity to escape undetected since all the other time lords were fighting the Daleks.

"You have not seen the last of me Doctor, no, for I shall return to draw the fiery hand of vengeance upon you, I swear it!" The Master vowed.

The Master searched for a way off the planet until he noticed a Grandfather clock sitting with other objects.

"Ahhh, my Tardis, the perfect getaway, even though I shall miss Equestria, It is worth the sacrifice for my dream of galactic conquest to be fulfilled.

As the Tardis had landed, he staggered outside and saw the colorful new world.

"So, this is the planet called earth, what a disgusting mudball this place is, in time, I will terraform the planet and make it into a world fit for a ruler," the Master proclaimed. "But first things first, since I can't regenerate, I will need to find a new, better body to steal."

Then the Master spotted a teenager with glasses and a strange uniform walking towards his Tardis.

"I have to hide quickly before she spots me," The Master thought, as he hid inside the Tardis.

The girl, named Twilight Sparkle, finally saw the strange object in the middle of the woods.

"It looks like some kind of old Grandfather Clock," Twilight thought to herself.

Just when she finished her thoughts, she heard her classmate Indigo Zap calling her.

"Come on Twi, we need to head to class," Indigo said.

"I'll be there in a minute," Twilight said. "I just want to investigate this strange Grandfather Clock."

"Clock, what clock?" said Indigo.

"This one," said twilight. "I want to feel its texture before we go."

Just as she touched it, she realized she couldn't let go.

"Twilight, come on we're going to be late, let go of that dusty old thing!" Demanded Indigo.

"I can't, I'm stuck, I can't let go, Twilight said in distress!"

"Hello, little one," The Master said as he exited the Tardis.

"Who are you, don't hurt me, please." Twilight yelped.

"Hey, leave her alone," Indigo barked.

"Ahhhhhh, a new body at last," The Master Cackled in victory.

As Indigo watched, as it looked like the mysterious man went inside of Twilight's body and vanished, leaving only Twilight Sparkle behind.

"Yes, a new body at last," proclaimed Twilight (The Master) with an evil cackle.

Indigo was in absolute shock, so spoken that her foot snapped a twig. The Master spun around to look at the panic-stricken girl.

"Hello, Earth Girl, I don't intend on killing you...yet," The Master said. "Right now I have some important business to attend too."

"Who are you?" Indigo said.

"You will find that out soon enough, girl, now, prepare the human race for my eventual takeover, your master has come." The Master said as she entered the Tardis.

Indigo watched as the Grandfather Clock suddenly vanished. In her panicked state, all words Indigo could muster from her mouth were mixtures of screams of absolute fear and maniacal laughter as Principal Cinch and the other shadow bolts headed to the source of their classmate's side as her unhinged laughing echoed through the woods.

As her Tardis teleported to another part of the human world, the Masters' plans have been set in motion.

"Yes, everything has gone according to plan, now all I have to do is wait for the Doctor to show up, then the fun will begin." The Master said as she laughed maniacally inside the safety of her Tardis looking at a world just waiting to declare him as their conquerer.
"Beware Earth, Your new Master has come."

Man, my first FanFiction, I wanted to make this because some Doctor Who fanfics I've read are either Convoluted or boring. So, I thought a story about Sci-Twi as the master would be entertaining.

I'll make some edits in the future.
