Vintavia Scralody Season 2

We open with an exterior of a door to the Scratch and Melody residence. Vinyl comes crashing through it.

“Hurry up, we're running out of time!” Exclaimed Vinyl.

Octavia runs, catching up with Vinyl. “That door was unlocked!”

“I don't care, we only have two minutes to get there!” Vinyl jumps on a series of rooftops and garbage cans.

“You do know there's a sidewalk, right?”

“No time to explain! We need to keep moving!”

Vinyl spills a trash can, ruins a mailbox, ruins a garden plastic flamingo, and jumps through a decorative shrub design, ruining it.

“Was that really necessary?” Said Octavia.

“No time to worry about collateral damage!”

“I'm pretty sure that was just damage damage.”

Just then we see a female earth pony with a light orange coat and a red mane appears on the sidewalk, and her name is: Canni Soda. “Hey guys! I just want to-”

“Sorry, we don't have much time right now!” Said Octavia running past her.

Canni appears again. “Hey, guys!”

“Sorry no time.” Said Octavia.

Canni appears again. “Hey guys.” Appears again. “Hey guys!”

“What the?” Said Vinyl.

Canni appears. “Hey guys!”

“Alright, go for it.” Said Octavia as Vinyl rams into Canni, knocking her out.

Canni appears again in front of a fence, unharmed. “Oh, hi guys!”

Vinyl and Octavia use her as leverage to jump over the fence.

“Sorry!” Said Octavia.

Canni appears in a yard with a Dog running towards Vinyl and Octavia. “Hi guys!” She called out.

Vinyl grabs the Dog.

“Just go home, okay?” Said Octavia.

“I just wanna-” Canni Gets attacked by the Dog, but appears on the sidewalk again, unharmed. “Hey guys!” Gets knocked over, then appears again in front of a store. “Hey guys!” Gets her face smashed into a window, and appears again, next to a carriage. “Hey guys!” Gets jammed into car and appears again, knocked over by Vinyl and Octavia. “Hey guys!” Appears again unharmed on the sidewalk Hey guys, I'd just like to-” Vinyl runs back to push Canni.

“WE DON'T HAVE THE TIME!” Vinyl yelled.

“Hey guys!” Vinyl tosses her away, and she appears on the sidewalk again. “Hi guys!” The first Canni crashes into another Canni.

“Hey guys!” Said the clones.

Vinyl and Octavia reach the end of the block, where Canni is present.

“Oh, hi guys.” Said the earth pony.

Vinyl and Octavia grunt with frustration. “WHAT?!”

“I just wanted to say… it's ICE to see yoou!” Said Canni as an unseen crowd is heard laughing.

“Look, Canni, we don't have time for this.” Said Octavia.

“Yeah, we have to — why are we running again?” Vinyl said questioningly.

The Day Spa explodes in the distance.

Vinyl and Octavia are sitting on the school hallway floor, crying while hugging each other.

“The whole Day Spa, destroyed! And we could have saved it!” Vinyl sobbed.

“Yeah, but we could have not caused it too.” Said Octavia.

“The smoke steam supply contaminated for centuries! They say our kids will look even weirder than we do!”

Just then Canni appears beside them. “Hey guys!” She said as the duo sigh in response. “Well, I guess the moral of this story is: All's well that ends well!” She laughs.

The frame freezes as the words "The End" appear on screen, and a jingle plays.

“CANNI! This did not end well, for anyone! It'll take three weeks to rebuild it!” Vinyl exclaimed.

“Yeah. Well, then I guess you could say: The grass is always greener on the other side of the fence!” The earth pony winks and laughs again.

Frame freezes again, and the words "Executive Producer" and "Canni Soda" appear on screen as the jingle continues.

“CANNI! All the grass is on fire and so is the goshdarn fence!” Vinyl angrily yelled. An unseen audience is heard laughing and She and Octavia are irritated. “OK, what is that? Who's laughing?!”

Canni reveals an audio recorder, and stops the audience laughter noise. Then Vinyl pulls it from Canni, and throws it away. Canni fetches it, then she plays cartoon music in it. Vinyl and Octavia open their mouths in disapproval.

Cut to the cafeteria, and Canni stops cartoon music playing on her recorder. While Vinyl and Octavia eat, they suddenly hear a weird noise. To the left Canni is seen noisily eating an ice cream from the tail cone. She sucks all the ice cream into her mouth

“Ah!” Canni starts talking to the two mares. “Don't you hate it when ponies eat noisily cause I do. I'm so like you in that way. Hey! We should totally go on an adventure where we like to tell others off for their bad habits but learn that everyone should be themselves, and then we hug!” Canni holds her hooves up, signifying a hug, then gets up and walks to Garble. “Hey! Me and my BFFs, Vinyl and Octavia think you should stop mouth breathing. It's not very dignifying and it's making the cafeteria moist. But we forgive you, because it's important for you to be you.” She does the hugging gesture towards Vinyl and Octavia again. Garble growls in response.

“How about we just have lunch?” Octavia said sheepishly.

Canni squeals. “Yeah, sure. No problem. Can I sit here? At your table?” She said in a whispery voice.

“Yeah. Whatever.” Vinyl responded.

Canni sits and melts excitedly. Then she stays still for a moment while the other two eat. Suddenly she talks to them again. “So, now we sit together at lunch. I guess we need to work on our dynamic.”

“Wuh?” Said Octavia.

“Yeah, since I moved school to be near you guys, I haven't figured out where I fit in. 'Cuz am I like, the kooky one?” Canni said. Vinyl and Octavia shrug. Canni is then seen wearing white cat ears with whiskers, purple eye lids, light blue lips and playing a ukulele. “Kooky Kooky Kooky Kooky Kooky Kooky Koo-ky-Koo…” She sang as the pair stare questioningly. “No?” The light orange mare is seen wearing gigantic glasses, and her eyes look bigger. “Okay so maybe I'm like the nerdy insecure one, but then I take my glasses off, and I'm like super cute.” Canni take her glasses off, and spins her hair. Her hair becomes a mess. “Eh?” She rearranged her face back to normal. “Or maybe I'm just the girl next door who's always been there for you, but you're too foolish to realize is perfect for you.”

“But you don’t live next door.” Octavia pointed out.

“I can move!” Canni said in a whispery voice. “But of course I couldn't do that because then you both would have to fight over me.” She squealed.

“Well, at the moment you're more like... the insanely obsessive one.” Vinyl commented.

The red maned mare slams the table. “The insanely obsessive one! I can totally do that.”

“No, no, no! I didn't mean I wanted-” Vinyl protested.

“And I'll be really creepy, and you'll be really scared. But in your final moments, you'll realize that we're meant to be.” Canni said cheerfully.

“Our final moments? What does that mean? I'm not sure I'm comfortable with you following us.” Said Vinyl as Octavia nodded in agreement.

“Don't worry.” She uses whispery voice. “You'll never see me.”

As the earth pony slowly steps away, the audio recorder plays with her whisper voice saying “best friends” on loop on the device. The batteries suddenly die. Canni’s hoof comes back on screen, quickly replacing the batteries, then she leaves again.

Canni is recording a video. It begins with Her removing the lens from the camera, and it focuses on Vinyl in her house. Vinyl takes her shades off, sees Canni, and angrily shuts the blinds. The video continues, showing various scenes of Canni stalking Vinyl and Octavia throughout their lives.

The video ends, and we see a stunned Vinyl and Octavia in the classroom. They have watched it on the school TV, they look at each other with their jaws dropped, and they freak out for several seconds.

“I think we need to have a reasonable conversation with this young lady.” Said Vinyl crossing her arms in anger. Octavia nods.

Vinyl and Octavia walk along the hallway.

“Where is she? We've been looking for two hours now.” Said Octavia.

They come across a seemingly stunned Dr. Hooves, paying great attention to a mural by the hallway.

“Oh man…not cool…” He said.

“You okay, Doc? Why are you looking at that painting that way?” Vinyl waves her hoof to her his attention.

The doctor sighs in relief. “Thank mother Equestria! You can see it too.”

Vinyl and Octavia look to each other confusingly.

Dr. Hooves leans closer to the painting. A part of the painting that looks like an pony (which is obviously Canni) opens its eyes, and startles Dr. Hooves. Canni quickly closes her eyes, and continues camouflaging within the painting. “Did you see that?” He whispered.

“See what?” Said Octavia.

Dr. Hooves pokes Canni. Canni reveals her face, and screams. Dr. Hooves screams, followed by Vinyl and Octavia screaming. Then Dr. Hooves chuckles silently in relief. Canni runs away.

“Canni! Wait!” Vinyl called out.

The roommates take off after her trail. Canni is trapped in the dead end of a hallway, and the roommates corner her. Canni hears them, gasps, and pretends to be distressed as they arrive.

“Canni, listen…” Began Vinyl.

“I know what you're gonna say. I'm sorry about the hair.” Said Canni.

“Eh-what? What hair?” The unicorn turns around, revealing a spot of shaved hair behind her head. “Is there something wrong with my hair?”

“Nooooo.” The red maned pony said sheepishly.

“Canni, this whole… thing… isn't really working out.” Said Vinyl gesturing at her.

“Yeah. It's not you. It's us.” Said Octavia.

“By which we mean it's you.” Vinyl nodded.

“Wait! Don't you want to see what's inside my locker?” Canni offered.

“Is this another one of your tricks? Why would we want to see inside your locker?” Vinyl facehoofed.

“Because this is the part of the story where you maybe I do all this…because I'm lonely.” Canni Sadly opens her locker.

“No, Canni. This is the part of the story where you realize there is no story, and you'll leave us alone.” Said Vinyl with a straight face.

“Oh. Y-yeah. Sure.” Sighed the light orange mare as she walks away holding her tears.

Vinyl and Octavia approach Canni’s locker.

“Vinyl, look at this.”

They look at various pieces of paper in Canni’s locker. There are papers with Vinyl and Octavia drawn on them.

“The first mares who spoke to me at Canterlot High.” Octavia read as she flips the page. “The coolest kids in school: Vinyl and Octavia.”

Vinyl sees Octavia drawn as a tall mare, while she (Vinyl) is dwarfed in comparison, drawn beside the tall Octavia. At this, she begins examining her size, while Octavia continues reading.

“The only mares who really knew me.” Octavia finished reading. “Are you thinking what I'm thinking?”

“I know right?” Vinyl said sarcastically before going to serious. “I'M DEFINITELY THE SAME HEIGHT AS YOU! AND IF MY EYES WERE THAT CLOSED TOGETHER, I'D BE A CYCLOPS!” Vinyl yelled.

“No! She really cares about us, but we just pushed her away.” Said Octavia rubbing her marefriends back to calm her down. “Look at this!” She grabs a book, and shows it to Vinyl.

“The Amazing Adventures of Vinyl, Octavia, and Canni.” Vinyl read the title. “Oh man. All she ever wanted was to be included.”

Octavia nods sadly and opens the book. “This…this is today. Here's us at lunchtime.”

“Oh yeah.” Vinyl points at her hoof in the drawing. “Look at that hoof, it's like a big thumb.”

“Well, Hooves are difficult to draw.” Flips page. “Here's us watching the video.” Flips. “And here's Canni walking off just a second ago. I wonder what will happen next.” Flips page again.

“Hm. Well, whatever it is I hope she goes to art school.”

“No. You say: We're her only friends, we have to do whatever it takes to make her happy.”

“We're her only friends!? We have to do whatever it takes to make her happy!” Vinyl exclaimed.

They both gasp at what Vinyl just said exactly what was on the book.

“Right! How do we do it?” Vinyl asked.

“Alright, here.” Said Octavia.

Canni leans on the edge of the school building, clearly saddened. Vinyl and Octavia bursts through the door.

“Canni! You shall not be alone!” Vinyl acted.

“It's alright guys. You don't have to do this.” Canni sighed.

“Yes I do, Canni! I have been touched by the beauty of your art, and now…” Vinyl Blushes, and her face becomes anime-style. “...I think I love you.”

“No! You cannot love her.” Octavia glances at Canni’s book for lines. “For I love her more! She's beautiful, and yellow, and runny!” Checks lines, realizing that she made an error. “And funny!”

“Forget it guys.” Canni sighed.

Vinyl and Octavia smile encouragingly.

“Aw, come on!” Said Vinyl.

“Come on.” Said Octavia.

“Come on!” Said Vinyl.

“Come ooon!” Said Octavia.

“C'mooon!” Said Vinyl.

“C'mon!” Said Octavia.

“C'mon!” Said Vinyl.

“C'mon!” Said Octavia.

“C'mon!” Said Vinyl.

“C'mon!” Said Octavia.

“C'mon!” Said Vinyl.

“C'mon!” Said Octavia.

“C'mon!” Said Vinyl.

Canni begins to smile as the two kept on going with their “come on’s” she finally decides to give in.

The light orange mare decides to go with the act. “Please don't fight over me!”

“There's no other way. You are too beautiful to be shared!” Exclaimed Vinyl.

Canni gives an excited squeal. “Oh, wait.” She takes out her recorder, and plays music.

Vinyl and Octavia take stances against each other, but instead jump cheerily along each other repeatedly.

Canni gets confused. “Uh guys? What are you doing?”

“I don't know. It's the dancing you drew.” Said the DJ gesturing at the picture doing just that.

“That's fighting.” The light orange mare corrected.

“Ohhh.” Said the roommates.

Vinyl slaps Octavia, and they start slapping each other. Octavia holds Vinyl’s head.

“You only love her because she's beautiful! I love her because her heart shines like diamonds!” Octavia hits Vinyl.

Vinyl pretends to be hurt very bad, then mimics hitting Octavia with a flying kick, Octavia falls down, and pretends to be hit.

Canni is pleased, then stops smiling. “What are you two doing?”

Vinyl and Octavia are hugging warmly, smiling at their embrace.

“Oh, what now? It says they snuggle for a while!” Vinyl moaned.

“No, it says they struggle for a while.” The light orange mare corrected.

“Well, it's not our fault your girly writing is so curly.” Huffed Vinyl.

Octavia looks through the book. “Vinyl, this is the part where you rip your shirt.”

“But I don’t have a shirt.”

Octavia pulls out her bag and gets a spare shirt and hands it to Vinyl, who wears it.

Octavia goes back to acting. “Let her go, or prove that you understand true love!”

“My beating heart is the only proof I need. Look!” Said Vinyl, who attempts to rip the shirt off, but fails. She struggles with it for a while, and in the end just takes it off. “Look!”

Octavia checks the book, and sees muscular Vinyl with abs. “Meh. That'll have to do. Now do your line.”

Vinyl approaches Canni. “You don't know how long I've waited for you!”

“I don't know which path to choose!” Said Canni dramatically.

“So real, I can feel it.” Vinyl whispered.

Silence for a while. Canni (with her eyes closed) peeks at Octavia. Octavia realizes that she missed her cue.

“What? Oh!” She Glances at book; speaks in the act. “NOOOOO!”

She tackles Vinyl, and they "struggle" again.

“What happens next?” Asked the DJ. Octavia flips the page of the nearby book, and they both see the next scene. “We have to jump?!”

“Yeah. We're doing this for Canni in the name of friendship.” Octavia grinned.

“And pity.” Vinyl said deadpan.

“Yeah, that too.” Octavia agreed.

They run towards the building's edge, but they stop to realize it’s a bad idea. They run towards the building's external staircase instead, pretending to scream. Afterwards, they drop to the floor.

“Stop! Don't hurt yourselves for me!” The red maned earth pony called out.

Vinyl helps Octavia up. “You okay, babe?”

“Yeah. Scratched my knee, but I'm okay. You?”

“I’m fine.” She said as the two patted each other on the back.

They resume "fighting." Octavia pushes Vinyl towards an air conditioning exhaust fan.

“You have to choose between us!” Exclaimed Vinyl to Canni.

“I can't. I love you both!”

“Then one of us must go!” The unicorn said.

“Hold on, I got a track for this.” Canni plays another music track.

Vinyl pulls Octavia, and now threatens to push her against the exhaust fan (though the fan has a protective screen). As Vinyl talks, Octavia is pushed nearer to the fan.

“Goodbye, my friend. I'm sorry it had to end this way.” Vinyl said dramatically.

“It's not the end, for my love will live on forever!” Octavia replied.

“Goodbye!” Vinyl gets out of act. “Okay, you're supposed to intervene here.”

“I can't! The tape is stuck, the music won't stop.” Exclaimed Canni struggling with the recorder.

“What!? What do we do then?” Octavia shouted.

“Yeah-you-keep going! I'll be a sec.” Canni called out.

“Are you kidding me? Do something!” Vinyl cried.

“Okay. Just uh…” She fumbles with recorder. “Almost got it!” Octavia comes closer to the exhaust fan. Vinyl goes to Canni, and throes the tape away. The music is cut off. Canni approaches the girls. “Stop! I can't bear to see you destroy each other.”

“Okay, so what happens next?” Vinyl asked.

Octavia looks through the book. “Hmmm… We agree that you get her on Monday through Thursday, and I get her Friday and the weekend, and we live happily ever after.”

“I think I have a better Idea.” Said Vinyl as she takes the book, and angrily shreds it with the exhaust fan.

Canni starts singing the end credits to My Little Pony: Friendship is magic.

“Hm?” Octavia said confusingly.

“What is that? What are you doing?” Vinyl said questiongly.
