Tirek had been offered a chance at redemption, something that he felt he didn't deserve, but after a argument caused a divide between Celestia and Spike he felt compelled to take it. He saw a lot of himself in the drake, and it terrified him. He couldn't, no, he wouldn't let him turn out the way he did. Not if he could help it.

But unbeknownst to Tirek, the earth began to shudder as dread began to slowly fill the air. Something's coming, and they're powerless to stop it.

So one question remains: Will they survive the oncoming storm, or will they be swallowed whole?
