In a alternative future, the world was split in two nations based on two different ideologies, and two princesses. Within one nation Rainbow and Rarity met as high school students, starting a relationship with each other. When it came to officially proclaiming their homosexual union, the government wasn't really keen in permitting them to make this move, especially when they had low population compared to their mother country. Eventually though a law was passed that permitted their union and others like them as a couple and legal.

Now years later Rainbow and Rarity might create another new law. Even though they're happy with each other, they still feel something missing. Foals from their own DNA. It should be impossible as mares... but what if as something else?

With magic by they side they could potential do what they want, but will they dare to change the laws of the government once more? And will this little affair give them what they want?
