Chapters Ghoul squadron in Equestria
RC 5216 or Ark as his brothers called him, was sleeping in his Consular class cruiser nicknamed “the Bludgeon” along with his squad mates flying in space,
Ark woke up not being able to sleep after his mission decided to just wander around his prize ship that they had been given after he and his squad completely drove separatist forces from a planet where a senator was held captive.
To show his gratitude he let the Commandos keep the ship as a sign of his thanks, they kept the ship ever since keeping it as to honor the man who they saved.
He walked to the cockpit and looked around seeing the giant bunch of stars that the galaxy called space, His sensor would start bleeping saying that an incoming object was heading towards the ship. The ship had gotten damaged and none of the engineers were helpful so every now and then the sensor would go off at random moments.
The commando dismissed it as another bug.
“damn sensor” he uttered under his breath “why can’t you just be silent for once”.
But his words would eventually come back to bite his own tongue as a CIS fighter came out of hyperspace and immediately began raining a barrage of red bolts on their ship.
“LEP 0758 get this ship out of here!” he yelled at the modified servant droid that piloted the cruiser,
“Fierfek” Ark cursed under his breath.
“What in the name of Manda'lore is going on Ark!” his second in command Lieutenant Serin yelled to him with the others following suite.
“Clankers got the jump on us” Ark replied while trying to keep himself from falling over as the ship shook from each successful blaster shot,
“making the jump sir” the droid said.
“hurry it up!” Magma said with slight panic in his voice
“where's a venator when you need it” Fry said with the slightest hint annoyance.
The hyper-drive finally activated and they sped out of there before the worst could happen
“Thank Kamino we got out of there” Fry said with a sigh of relief but that sense of happiness lasted for a second as they got the news from the LEP. “sir power is at a low and we could disintegrate if we don’t exit now”.
“Well then ain’t that jolly news” Serin said with a sarcastic tone.
No sooner had they entered the mass void of blue and white had they exited over a lush looking planet that looked similar to Naboo.
“land there LEP 0758” Ark said, before we become a floating boat in space”,
“as you wish sir” the already battle-damaged droid complied before heading into the planet’s atmosphere. They found a forest clearing to land in and made their slow descent downwards.
“power at 0% shutting down”
The ship was thankfully a rough inch off the ground so the ‘landing’ wasn’t that rough it only shook them.
“that was convenient” Magma laughed, the others joined in,
“sir...” Fry broke the feeling of joy “droids down”,
they all looked to see that the droid was crushed.
“He had a good run, I'll miss him” Ark said with a sympathetic voice.
They all walked out of the ship to see a bunch of black creatures flying around and cries of help and pain echoing the area,
“men it looks like we have a job to do and some creatures to kill” Ark said with some joy in his voice
“sir yes sir” they all said with mass amounts of glee in their voices.
“Let’s give em hell boys!” the all ran towards the edge of the forest just waiting to see what would await them.

Well hello my future fans or haters this is my first fic and I hope that I did well enough to please you all. Do remember its a first so i will probably be terribly but ya know what I tried to do something today and I feel great so if there are any tips that can help me make this better then don't hesitate and drop them right into the comment section.
Ghoul squadron in Equestria
The commandos rushed to where the screaming was coming from, when they exited the forest all they say were multi-colored animals screaming and being chased by some similar black creatures, but more bug like with what appeared to be holes in their legs.
“What the blast are these things” Fry asked dumbfounded “I haven’t seen anything like those in the records”.
“Whatever they are we have to protect them” Ark stated with a heroic tone,
“so which one do we shoot commander?” magma asked while getting his rifle ready for combat.
“It looks like the black ones are the hostiles, shoot the bug lookin ones” Ark replied
as everyone loaded their weapons and attached their custom rocket boots for faster travel.
“permission to begin battle sir” Serin asked with some excitement in his voice.
“Granted and exterminate with extreme prejudice” Ark said with almost the same amount of excitement in his voice.
They all ran towards the chaotic town and began firing their blasters which ripped through changeling bodies dropping them like flies. The ponies looked in horror as blue bolts of what appeared to be magic shot through the sky and nailed every changeling within the immediate vicinity.
“W-what is happening"
a pony asked as he saw the barrage of blue lights fly and kill changeling after changeling, his question would be answered as a group of bipedal creatures with what appeared to be white skin covered in different markings running through the streets with black sticks in their hands that shot out blue bolts of magic.
The pony fainted after seeing these giant creatures that appeared to probably be a foot taller than Celestia herself.
“We got a possible wounded over here” the one in green armor yelled as he ran to the fainted pony who was shook awake by the strange creature.
“AAAAHHH PLEASE DON’T HURT ME”.
The pony screamed but the strange figure patted his back and said
“don’t worry sir we are here to help, please find immediate shelter while we take care of these things whatever their called”.
“T-their c-called changelings Mr.” the pony shakingly replied
“thank you for the info now get to cover” the green one said pointing to an empty house.
“Thank you sir please rescue the princess in Canterlot she is on that mountain there” He pointed his hoof at the giant castle which appeared to be on a mountain
“will do, but for now you need to get to cover” the pony nodded and ‘galloped?’ towards the vacant building shutting the door behind him.
“Ark I've got some good intel you might want to hear” Fry said on his commlink.
“What is it Fry” Ark responded.
“I have some intel that might get us on the good side of these things”.
"well speak away soldier we can’t wait all day” Ark said
“do you see that castle like structure on the mountain sir that is where their monarchy resides I believe we must head there” Fry said with a sturdy tone.
“Good I'll send the coordinates to the rest, let’s move” Ark said.
Immediately the team got the new orders and activated their customized rocket boots and began flying to the top of the mountain all while shooting down any changeling that stood in their way.
When they reached what appeared to be the central plaza of the area, they heard a female yell and headed towards that direction and saw what appeared to be a group of these changelings abusing a female version of the planet’s inhabitants.
“Just let us have fun with you” the changeling said with a seductive tone.
“Never!” the mare said as she spat in the changeling’s eye.
“GAH” the changeling said wiping his eye and slapped the mare “you’ll pay for that” he said in a dark voice.
Suddenly a loud sound and a blue light came out of nowhere and now he lay dead on the ground and the other changelings looked in fear
“WHO DID THAT!” screamed one of the changelings.
“hello pests” Ark said with in a dark tone as he put his smoking blaster on the side of his pack and pulled out a menacing sword.
“You, you will pay for this” yelled a changeling who ran at the commando but was chopped down by the sword that cut through his body like butter.
The changeling lay decapitated on the ground green blood oozing from the stump where his head would be attached to.
“Timmy no!” a changeling screamed and ran towards this thing who had easily slaughtered two of his friends but was grabbed by the neck by the creature and lowered his face.
His blank emotionless face with a red T where the eyes should be and said in a malevolent tone “today you meet death” as it stabbed him in the gut but not giving him a fast death he was left to bleed out
“pay for your sins”.
The creature turned to the mare who was frightened by these things that just killed the changelings that hurt her.
“Y-y-you m-murdered t-them" she stuttered looking into the emotionless faces of these killers.
“We did what had to be done ma’am”
Said the one with black markings on his body.
“if we did not interfere, you would have died”
she thought about this and nodded but asked “why didn’t you just knock them out or something”.
“We were born to do nothing but kill no more no less” replied the one with grey and orange markings.
They turned to leave but the mare had one more question
“who are you” they turned around and the one with black and red markings answered for them all
“we are ghoul squadron of the galactic republic”. They said while running towards the palace where they heard most of the fighting going on.
Twilight sparkle looked in horror as Celestia fell to the ground with her horn smoking from trying to fight Chrysalis.
“Find the elements of harmony” Celestia said as she fainted from the blast.
No sooner had she uttered those words had 4 tall bipedal creatures entered the room all with a glowing eye or glowing eyes? She couldn’t even tell if they were eyes they looked just, so weird. They stood at almost 7ft tall and had hard looking white skin with different markings for each of them,
“surrender or die the one with black and red markings said with a harsh tone towards Chrysalis.
She stared at them with confidence and pride “I don’t know what you things are but as you can see my people have conquered Equestria and my people will feed on every shred of happiness this land has until there remains nothing of it” she said with a royal tone that didn’t even move them.
“Well if you were to look again lady most of your people have been killed, by us of course” This news shocked her and she peered out of the window to see that a small fraction of her changeling army was left standing even then they looked beaten and bruised.
This angered her and she shot a bolt of green magic directly hitting them but when the smoke cleared, they all still stood with no injuries whatsoever.
“Was that supposed to hurt?”.
Twilight’s eyes widened with pure shock and horror ‘these creatures are immune to magic!’
“ready Ark” Serin said,
“ready when you are” Ark replied as they both unsheathed their sith shocker swords and ran towards Chrysalis.
“YOU WILL PA-”
but before she could finish her sentence, both her legs were shot and her sides were stabbed with incredible speed by the sword wielding ones.
“AGHHH” Chrysalis screamed in pain as the kicked her to the ground and the two held their boots to her face almost crushing her bones.
“Fry Magma go free those two” Ark said and they both ran and freed the couple stuck in goo.
Cadence looked at the creatures in horror before turning to her lover Shining Armor and she put her horn next to his. Shining armor suddenly awoke and saw that his horn was sparking
“my spell won’t work Cadence” he sadly replied “I'm not strong enough”.
“My love will make you stronger” Cadence replied as his horn stopped sizzling and they both began to float in the air eyes turning white.
“What in the name of Manda'lore" Fry replied looking at what appeared to be some form of magic
“take cover guys I don’t like this” Ark said, the commandos took cover, Ark and Serin's sword's plunged into the ground keeping them there.
“Please do not go flying” Magma said in a praying tone.
A giant heart appeared above the couple’s horns and it became a giant bubble swallowing all of Equestria. The clones expected to be thrown into the atmosphere but they stayed there inside the shield while Chrysalis and what remained of her changeling army went flying along with the lifeless bodies strewn across the streets and valley.
The couple went back to the ground and hugged each other as did the main six who came out of hiding and came in for a giant group hug.
“Shining your safe!” Twilight said with tears in her eyes as she hugged her older brother.
The moment lasted short as the four commandos rose and stood in attention in front of the giant hug fest.
“Are you all safe” said the one who appeared to be the leader.
“yes we are safe thanks to your efforts” Cadence said before really looking at the creatures who saved their lives and a look of horror washed over her face as she saw what they really were, giant creatures with hard white skin and a red glowing eye of sorts.
She swallowed her fear as she and Shining Armor approached the menacing individuals along with the others who looked at them with fear and confusion in their eyes. They stood still a few feet from the creatures in fear of what they might do but they saluted surprising them. Shining armor spoke,
“are you soldiers of sorts” he said still with fear in his voice as he saw the green blood of changelings staining their armor.
“Yes we are “ replied the leader. “We are Ghoul Squadron of the Galactic Republic”.
“the Republic?” Twilight said with confusion in her voice
“I’ll explain later” he said confusing them further.
Celestia awoke to 4 giant creatures and looked with confusion and fear just like the others
“Celestia!” Twilight said with relief and joy in her voice as she ran to her teacher.
“Hello twilight I see Chrysalis was defeated” Twilight nodded “but I must ask who are these creatures” Celestia asked.
“These creatures helped get Cadence and Shining armor out of Chrysalis’s control saving Equestria” Twilight said still with fear in her voice ”but how they did it is, very brutal and horrific”.
The clones stood at attention turning to look at Celestia and the leader said,
“are you the ruler of this planet ma’am?”
“yes, yes I am” Celestia replied “but may I ask, who are you”.
“We are Ghoul Squadron ma’am” Ark said
“Ghoul Squadron? I know not of your name, where do you come from” Celestia asked.
“Our home planet is Kamino, but you could say we come from space” Ark replied.
“space so your ExtraEquestrian life?” Twilight asked with wonder in her voice. “I knew there was life out there” she squealed in a high-pitched voice.
“Is that your skin?” asked Fluttershy in a timid voice.
“No ma’am this is our armor” Fry said.
“armor well then y’all are lookin mighty powerful with it on”. Applejack said.
“those colors look alright I guess” Rarity said with her noble accent.
“Great a fancy pants” Magma said with a sarcastic tone.
“how rude” Rarity replied annoyed with the lazy party man.
“Don’t mind him ma’am he's more open to expression” Serin said with a slight hint of annoyance towards Magma.
“Less talking and more wedding” Pinkie Pie said with a bored face
“right” Cadence said, “let us continue the wedding you may stay if you want to, clones was it?” cadence said.
“Sorry ma’am but we have to work on our ship” Ark said.
“We can work on it later buzzkill” Magma replied,
“we’ll stay” Fry said a smile spreading across his face even though the others couldn't see it.
“Terrific” Cadence said “well take your seat”.
“we are more of a standing type ma’am” Serin said them still standing but staying in the area still.
“You may now kiss the bride” Celestia said as the newly married Shining armor Cadence kissed lovingly the clones clapped Magma even did a fake cry.
The brothers all shared a laugh but they were not seen by the ponies as Pinkie Pie decided to give them a Welcome to Equestria Party that they couldn’t really refuse due to her insistence, so when they all moved to the plaza Princess Celestia stood up on the podium and announced.
“Mares and Gentlecolts tonight we celebrate the marriage of Princes Mi Amore Cadenza"
“please just Cadence” Cadence said
"of Princess Cadence and Shining armor" Celesta corrected herself.
"But this day would have never happened if these brave creatures fought to suppress Chrysalis and her changelings and save us”.
She pointed to her right and out came 4 white armored creatures who stood on the stage and saluted, many ponies gasped and exchanged looks of fear and confusion. Ark walked forward and said
“natives of this planet we intend not to harm you but to be friends with you and to build a bond stronger than steel so that together we may prosper not as separate beings but as one”
all the ponies moved by his words clapped and appeared to lose the stress they had
“my friends” Celestia said “may you please remove your helmets to show your faces to these ponies so that they know who saved them".
They nodded and began to take off their helmets everyone had looks of wonder as to what these aliens looked like under the helmet and when they did, they saw that they had faces of
“humans” Twilight said surprised and amazed. “they exist in space”
the clones nodded. everyone then saw that they were all identical the only thing that separated the group was their hair and the two’s eyes Ark and his brother Serin. Twilights gasped and said
“what happened to your eyes” she said confused
“this is our defect we are clones yes but me and my brother are different, we’ve had these for as long as we can remember”.
Everypony looked sad for them and some even cried.
“do not feel bad, we feel that it makes us more unique”
the ponies would nod and began clapping for them. The commandos were confused, why were they getting so much praise for doing something that they were born for. Celestia noticed their looks and asked,
“why are you so surprised, you should be congratulated after your efforts”
Ark replied with “no offence ma’am but what we did today is the only reason were alive, we were bred to kill and only kill”
Celestia looked at them with shock and asked “why would you be made just to fight, doesn't everypony have a choice to do something they want”
“no ma’am this is just how we were made” Ark replied with no form of sadness whatsoever.
The party would continue that day and happiness and joy would spread all throughout the land.
“I’m not alone anymore” and with that the man fell back into his slumber waiting for the next day.

Ghoul squadron in Equestria
Ark and his squadron were walking down the path with their new pony friends that were known as the main six.
“Hey Ark” Twilight said, “how come you and Serin are the only ones with those eyes” Ark responded with a shrug and said,
“That seems very uncomfortable” Rarity said while trying not to sound disgusted.
“You get used to it eventually” Fry said smiling under his helmet.
“Ah wonder if you’re the only Humanes here” Applejack said frowning from the many stifled laughs of her friends.
“Humans or to be more specific, clones” Magma said with some amusement in his tone.
“Um Ark” Twilight said, “would it be OK if you and your friends came over to my house so to answer some questions of mine”
The ponies looked, and all nodded Twilight seemed to be happier with this outcome.
They began to walk towards their ‘Landed’ ship where it was slightly covered in branches, leaves and dust. “This is our personal beauty, The Bludgeon”.
The mares looked in surprise at the size of the thing, it may have looked small from a distance, but the thing was huge to pony standards. “HOLY COW” Rainbow Dash said clearly blown away at their little ship. “That paint job is a little drab” Rarity said at what she considered a ball of tan and crimson.
“She's meant for battle not style” Fry said while he was contemplating on redesigning its color once they got back.
“Well now let’s get inside shall we” Ark said trying to get everybody out of their trance,
“O-OK” Fluttershy said still uncomfortable at the sight of the metal ship in front of her
“don’t worry it won’t bite” Magma said jokingly. They became even more entranced as they entered the ship, crates and guns were everywhere from the supposed ‘landing’ that the team made.
When they made their way towards the cockpit, they saw rows upon rows of buttons and twilight looked as if she was about to have her mind explode.
“It’s so amazing” she said with pure delight in her eyes
“this is just a small transport ship” Ark said “wait till you see the big ones” this only made Twilight smile bigger.
“Sir” Serin came in “picked up some movement west of the area”
They all ran towards the last location of movement by the unknown individual.
Suddenly a group of Timberwolves jumped out and ambushed the group (like I would give them a break). “Battle positions men set blasters to kill!” Ark said while readying his own blaster,
The clones had begun to ready themselves only waiting for the first Timberwolf to launch at them.
The clones looked up in confusion as the wolves broke apart and formed a giant version of a Timberwolf.
“Fierfek” Magma said while looking at the giant mass of splinters with its green eyes looking directly upon them all,
“Frags soldier, now!” ark yelled at the heavy who activated his grenade launcher launching frags into the wolf’s (wolves?) mouth. The giant mass of bark retreated in the pain caused by the explosives and began to charge at them.
Ark and everybody knew it, if they didn’t kill this thing they were as good as dead, until suddenly a figure jumped from out of nowhere, and a howl came from the giant Timberwolf as it tried to claw at its back. Ark and Serin felt something inside them like a power that told them this was their chance.
That thought was assured when they saw grey robes and a saber impaling the giant beast.
“h-h-how did they do that” Rainbow said with a face equal to everyponies reaction.
“They just butchered it in under a few minutes” Fluttershy said with tears in her eyes.
It seemed that these clones were more than just comedic friends but the most elite soldiers Equestria has ever seen.
“Can’t believe a Jedi would be on this planet” Fry said with a slight bit of curiosity,
“evening my friends” the figure said while putting his saber back under his cloak.
The cloak had a grey and torn appearance as if littered with age. His mask was a little bit more interesting it resembled a creature called a jackal from a planet Ark read about that lived a long time ago. “Nice mask you got there” Ark said with a small glimpse of curiosity.
“Oh, the jackal” the figure said, “it’s made from a tree native to my world, it’s considered a symbol of strength and wisdom.”
“Neat” said magma.
“I guess it is” the figure which they now just called Jackal replied.
The ponies looked almost confused as if these people were lifelong friends and were having a nice conversation, “do you know each other” Twilight asked confused as the group looked at her with those lifeless helmet that still scared her and anypony who looked upon it.
“I have no clue who he is but from where were from we served under them as soldiers” Ark replied with a little more optimism in his voice.
“Well I did originally fight for the Jedi order, but I was captured and forced to become a sith” Jackal said with sorrow and regret when saying the word sith
Jackal replied with,
The words of Jackal seemed to burrow themselves deep into the hearts of the ponies. How could a person go by living so horribly, “d-d-d-do you r-regret it” Fluttershy said still afraid of the man.
“More than any living being can imagine” Jackal said still saddened and guilt tripped by his past.
they all smiled at him seeing that even a cold black heart can warm up again
"now where is this ship of yours commandos I would like to see it.”
Meanwhile the group of ponies were somewhat cowering behind them, Fluttershy’s fear was a bit more visible as she was shaking uncontrollably. “You know, for the stories your kind tells, this place is pretty peaceful” Fry said still taking in all that was around him
“well that’s probably because you took out a giant Timberwolf in a very short time span” Rainbow Dash said still in fear and awe.
“Heh guess your right” Ark said still wondering about how those things just meshed themselves together to create a giant version of themselves.
They arrived in a very short amount of time, but it was only because the clones and Jedi decided to run almost literally leaving the ponies bite the dust.
“Home sweet home” the clones said looking at what the Bludgeon or what they also liked to call "the big stick"
-On the CIS Cruiser "Huntsmen"-
“You want me to eliminate them sir” Clik said with a cold tone.
“yes Captain” the Tactical droid said to the clone “take your squad of commando droids and eliminate the clones”,

Ghoul squadron in Equestria
He didn't know where he was, he was drifting in a sea of black almost as if he were drowning. There was a light ahead and he swam towards it hoping that he could escape this black void. All he saw was him and his brother sitting on what looked like a stone altar, Ark watched as he and his brother were tortured, maimed and destroyed yet in the end their bodies stayed the same.
Ark swam to the defeated bodies of he and his brother looking at what should have been a pile of dust and blood but it wasn't that, it was two clones covered in dark tattoos. He got closer and close until he saw it, their eyes those glowing yellow eyes that could bring fear into any that saw it
"NO NO NO NO NOOO" Ark yelled as they began to come closer, it didn't matter how fast he swam they would always be two steps away from catching him. They reached out their arms as if calling to him
"helllllpppp..." the corpses of himself and his brother called in an eerie voice
"n-no your just a dream its just a dream" Ark repeated to himself over and over hoping it would end.
just as soon as he was touched by the creatures was he woke by his brothers all around his bunk, helmets and armor off as if they woke not shortly after him.
"You alright sir" Magma said in a concerned tone.
"I'm fine" Ark replied still shaken by the dream.
One person however knew something was up and that was the other corpse in the dream, Serin looked at his brother with the expression of seeing a ghost.
"Did he have the same dream?" Ark wondered. But now was not the time, they were going to Ponyville because Twilight was now scared of another timberwolf attack even after Ark's insistence that no harm would come to them.
"We got a meeting boys so get your armor on and lets move out" Ark said sternly the others nodding in response.
"Is he coming with us sir?" Fry pointed to the tired looking Jackal
"If he wants to" Ark replied
"I would be delighted to accompany you to this meeting" Jackal replied looking less tired now.
"Fine by me" Ark said.
They packed their ammo and supplies put on their armor and set out of the Everfree to go to the Library tree. it didn't take them long to reach it as they had no resistance from ponies due to their intimidating appearance.
"So the mountain ones know were good from the party but they don't" Serin said confused.
"People learn from seeing it not just hearing about it" Ark said.
They were walking to Twilights house when all of a sudden a pony came up to them.
"Hi again, I don't know if you remember me but you saved me from those nasty changelings" the pony said to the group.
"Oh yeah, I remember you" Fry said remembering the time he saved him. "Hows it going"
"Amazing, I'm so grateful you saved me how could i possibly repay you" the pony said happily.
"No need we did what any good soldier would do" Fry said with a compassionate tone.
"Well, just know I'm super thankful" the pony said before heading off to his normal life once again.
the group continued to walk until they reached the library.
"So this is the library" Magma said. "paper in paper, heh heh"
They walked in through the door and saw that there were books everywhere, shelves carved into the very bark itself. The Jedi stared happily thinking of his home planet and its seemingly endless libraries.
"oh good your here, I have so many questions to ask you guys" Twilight said gleefully
Ark and the others prepared for a long day of questioning.
-Several Hours Later-
Ark and team, though not Jackal as he decided to stay, were walking back to the ship when they saw a Separatist shuttle flying right towards them. It didn't show signs of stopping at all and seemed to be picking up speed as it drew closer.
"Open fire!" Ark ordered as the team shot round upon round into the ship not slowing down by any degree.
"Dodge" Serin yelled as the ship crashed right where they had been.
-Cue CIS anthem as background music-

A group of Commando droids came out of the shuttle and from its smoking entryway appeared an ARC trooper but bearing the colors of the CIS and pointing an E-5 blaster at them all.
"Clones of the Republic" the ARC trooper said in a harsh tone.
"You are to be killed under the name of the Confederacy of Independent Systems for your crimes and allegiance to the Republic".
"Why is one our brothers fighting for the clankers?" Magma said in pure confusion.
"That boys is the one clone who risked his life to save me and my brother" Ark said in a regretful tone.
"that is ARC-3313 or as we called him before this, Clik"
"Don't use that retched name to describe me traitor" the ARC said "I am Jai of the CIS" he said with pride in his voice.
"Your our brother!" Fry said outraged at the fact of a clone with the seppies.
"My brothers are under the guise of having a life in your corrupt Republic, they are slaves to bickering senators".
"I fight to relieve them of their suffering and bring an end to the Republics foul rule of the Galaxy" Jai proclaimed.
"you fight for a corrupt cause yourself" Ark said in a voice that sounded almost demonic "you claim to fight for your brothers when all your doing is killing them"
"LIES! The CIS will free the clones from the harsh ways of the Republic. And you will die so I can ensure that future".
"SO BE IT" Ark yelled as he charged the traitorous clone with his blade centered on his heart at demonic speeds, a red fog almost surrounding the Commando as he charged.
His helmet fell off and when the fog cleared they saw his eyes were glowing to the sickly yellow of the sith black veins surrounding them.
Jai drew out his commando vibro blades and stood his ground positioning them in the shape of an X as if to signal Ark's death. The two clashed and and explosion was created, it was big enough that twilight could see it from her tree. Swords clashed and blows were given and blocked all at lightning speeds. Jai himself began to falter but would not give up for the 'Freedom' of his brothers and the vengeance of the fallen ones. All the while Arks seemingly limitless berserker mode continued on and seemed to get stronger by the second their blows making the ground start shaking slightly.
"come on brothers lets help him out, take out those stinking clankers!" Serin shouted running to the clankers his own sword and pistol in hand with the others charging next to him blasting away.
The droids were defeated and Jai was in a bloody mess wounds all over his beaten and bruised body, Ark had stopped this weird mode and was back to normal although fatigued and needing to lie down to recharge the great amount of energy lost.
"your goals are bound to die horribly brother" Serin said to the damaged body of Jai.
He was too beaten to respond and just lied there next to his brother. The group was found by Twilight and group who rushed them both to the hospital with medical assistance were able to heal both men.
"Serin was it, I have something to discuss with you in private" Red Heart said to the blank staring clone. They walked out of the medical room and into an empty hallway where they could discuss in private.
"What is it nurse" Serin replied concerned for his leader. "is something wrong with Ark?"
"no Ark is fine just tired" she replied "but the magic readings are off the charts with him" She said, but getting back to the point rather quickly "its the other one, he seemed to have been hypnotized before you met him" she said.
"we can stop the process with some magic but it will take a while"
Serin although not really attached to the rouge considered his sleeping brother and decided that he would let this happen
"please heal him doc" Serin said "heal both of them".
Red Heart nodded and went back into the room. not shortly after the other two came out and the crew headed out later joined by Jackal back to the ship to sleep. Hopefully their brothers would heal and a new day would arrive from this...

Ghoul squadron in Equestria
It was carnage all around the two as they fought on the dusty planet of Geonosis, Ark and Serin were fighting for their lives on the planet of the first battle. Red and blue bolts flied across the battlefield.
"Watch your left!" a soldier yelled as a missile exploded killing all who were in its radius.
The battle seemed to be at a loss, the Jedi were unfit to lead these men, they had little to no leading experience. Yet despite the lack of leadership the two fought on for the Republic, against the seemingly endless supply of endless droids. A hailfire droid launched a dozen missiles towards the group of troopers Ark and Serin too concentrated on the oncoming wave to notice.
"Duck!" another trooper yelled as he pushed as much troopers as he could to cover.
The missiles hit the ground but not killing any troopers nearby thanks to Clik getting them to safety. Fire was returned and grenades were launched thinning out the wave of droids. A commander came up to the troopers picking up Ark and Serin.
"I need you two to lead a small squad and get into that cave, were pinned if you don't" the commander yelled through the continuous rain of blaster fire. The two nodded and led the group to the cave so they could eliminate the bugs crawling out.
Luckily and unluckily Ark and Serin were the only two allowed to survive and were chained to the altar. A strange hooded figure walked to the stone altar and began chanting his body seeming almost transparent as he began some form of magic. The two were engulfed in a red fog and they began to feel like they were burning, the pain grew and grew almost to the point of death but they didn't die, no they endured it all the burning the inner screaming the growing voices.
It was like they were going through hell itself and no one was there to save them, They felt their eyes burn more out of any other part of the body, it was like acid was being poured onto them. The red fog entered through their eyes turning them a sickly yellow their skin turning an ash grey black veins surrounding the now yellow eyes of the two brothers shadow figures seemed to emerge from the entrances and began swirling around them and the strange figure chanting in the same language until all of them flew into the bodies of the clones.
Blaster bolts were heard in the distance and the screams of more Geonosians as they fell to the ground dead. The darkness faded and the brothers were found by the small squad in tears and muttering in an unintelligible language.
"get these men out of here and to a medic" the commander said as Clik and a random trooper took the two to a temporary med bay and left to continue the battle.
-a week later-
Ark and Serin woke up to beeping and whirring noises all around them as blurry figures were walking around them.
"Ahh you're awake" a now visible clone doctor said with a datapad in his hand "you took quite a beating, were surprised you lived" he said amazed.
"W-where are we" Ark asked feeling hazy as he tried to move but still felt sore.
"Your on Kamino brother" the clone said while Serin too began to wake up.
"what happened to the battle" Serin asked just as groggily.
"We won, but at a high cost" the medic replied with some sadness in his tone. "enough of the past however, you too are to be put into training again to see if your still battle ready" the medic said although not mentioning what type of training they would be going through.
The two were given the all clear and were set with two new troopers Magma and Fry.
"So. your our new partners" Fry said looking at the yellow eyed troops "interesting"
"this is gonna be fun I know it" Magma said welcoming his new squad mates to 'Ghoul Squadron'.
The team passed through the relentless training with ease, it was like the four were meant to be a team. Graduation came and they passed with flying colors.
"troopers it is with great honor that I grant you this armor, or should I say Commandos" as he revealed the armors with the different designs matching each troopers personality and name. Ghoul Squadron was now an official Commando squad of the Republic.
-Months later-
The squadron was stationed on the Venator 'spearhead' with their ship 'the Bludgeon' sitting in the hangar with the G.A.R customization's being put in though seemingly not caring for the damaged alert system that kept beeping every now and then.
"hey you guys" a familiar voice rang out calling to the Commandos. An ARC trooper named Clik ran up to them, "is that you guys Ark and Serin" he questioned looking at the two commandos
"Clik?" Ark asked. the ARC nodded. "Hows it going old friend" Serin asked happy to see him alive.
"The usual for an ARC I guess" Clik said. "I can't stay long but just wanted to say hi again to my brothers" Clik said as he ran off to the bridge to receive his new orders.
It was a while before the squadron was called up to the bridge and were informed by the admiral to head to Naboo.
"There's a Separatist General hiding out there and I want you to find him". The group nodded and headed out towards their ship ready to start the mission.
"And that's how we ended up here" Ark said finishing up a story to the Main six with the now de-mind controlled Clik now going by Rai sitting with them, a smile on his face. Jackal sat among them keeping his mask on but smiling nonetheless.
"that was an, EPIC story you guys no wonder your so powerful!" Rainbow dash yelled out in awe.
The eyes weren't told since it was in the recesses of their memories but Ark told their story regardless. Clik was happy to have his memories and will back but he didn't know what the CIS would do once they figured out he was reformed and now with his brothers. Only time would tell what would happen to the peaceful country of Equestria.
