Rainbow Dash notices that Spitfire has been getting more aggressive lately, and decides to talk to her superior about it one day after the other bolts leave. A conversation soon reveals that Spitfire has been feeling very stressed, and it's taking a tole on her mental health.

Sensing that what the young captain needs most is a chance to relax, Rainbow Dash offers a private weekend treatment to do just that. But she doesn't specify what it is, which puzzles her fellow Wonderbolt a great deal.

When Spitfire agrees and shows up at Rainbow's place, she is shocked to learn that the treatment involves being treated like a foal. Rainbow says it helps ponies to relax, but Spitifre has never heard of such a treatment before. Will she accept Rainbow's terms and agree to be Rainbow's foal? And if so will the treatment work as intended?
