Eastern Griffonia is in turmoil. Ever since the failed summit in Canterlot back in 999, tensions between the river ponies and the griffons have slowly rose. Nowhere from the Knights of Hellquill to the River Republic is safe from radical ideologies. Political dealings both internal and external are commonplace, and war is inevitable. The question is, how long before the whole place goes up in flames?
