The next day Akane was packing her suitcase. Sapphire and the others noticed her packing.

“ Where are you going Akane?” Blanc asked.

“ Back to Atlas I want to see how my father is doing,” Akane said.

“ You sure it’s a good idea?” Sapphire asked.

“ We don,t have any classes today and I’m sure Professor Oscar will understand why I’m going home,” Akane said.

“ Can we come I always wanted to see Atlas,” Lightning said.

“ What the heck pack your bags, ladies because we are going to Atlas,” Akane said. After everyone was packed they locked their room and went outside. As they were walking they bumped into Professor Oscar.

“ Where are you four going?” Oscar asked.

“ To Atlas, I’m sure my mom told you about the condition of my dad and I’m worried about him,” Akane said.

“ She did. Proceed and please tell Flame I send my best wishes for a speedy recovery,” Oscar said. As soon as the girls left Glenda walked up to him.

“ Are you sure this is a good idea letting those four leave campus especially after witnessing Ms. Schnee’s behavior yesterday,” she asked.

“ It’s quite alright Glenda family is important and with her friends by her side I’m sure Akane will be just fine,” he said.

A few hours later the girls arrived in Mantle. Lightning was amazed by all the shops and stuff.

“ Right now we are in Mantle up there that is Atlas,” Akane said pointing to a city floating above them.

“ How the hay are we going to get up there?” Lightning asked.

“ We take the lift obviously,” Akane said as she showed them to a special elevator. As they were going up they saw more and more of Mantle. As soon as they reached the top and exited the lift they saw a far fancier city. Ladies Welcome to Atlas. As soon as Akane said that her mom arrived.

“ Akane so glad you could make it and I see you brought your friends as well,” Weiss said.

“ Pleasure to meet you, Ms.Schnee,” Blanc said.

“ Just call me Weiss,” Weiss said.

“ How is Dad doing?” Akane asked.

“ He just got out of the infirmary and is currently at home waiting to see you,” Weiss said. After they were finished talking Weiss showed the group to the Schnee Manor which amazed Lightning, Blanc, and Sapphire.

“ This is where you live you must be some kind of princess,” Sapphire said.

“ Heiress actually but I guess you could say that,” Akane said. As soon as they went inside they saw a Wolf Fuanus man in a wheelchair with bandages wrapped around his torso, the same red hair, and tail as Akane with red eyes. Dad, it is so good to see you again.

“ Good to see too you, my little pup and I hear you started attending Beacon,” The Wold Fuanus said.

“ Sure am I’m guessing mom told you everything?” Akane said.

“ She sure did especially how you stood your ground against the daughter of that Fuanus killer,” Akane’s Dad said with pride. Blanc noticed a picture of Akane’s Dad and another warrior fighting on a bridge.

“ Are you the legendary warrior Flame Bloodcraven?” Blanc asked.

“ I am and I can guess you heard of me?” Flame said.

“ Sure have back in Mistral they taught us about you. You were the wolf that won 999 battles and always claimed the weapons of your opponents upon victory,” Blanc said.

“ And as I’m sure you heard my 1000th battle did not end so well for me. After meeting my lovely wife I retired from fighting and started a family. I thought my fighting days were over until a murderer named Carden Winchester kidnapped Akane and tried to kill her,” Flame said.

“ That monster came close when he did this to me,” Akane said showing everyone her scar.

“ I’m just glad to still be alive,” Flame said.

“ As I’m I you are the best thing that’s ever happened to me,” Weiss said.

“ Akane please feel free to show your friends around I’m going back to my study to admire my vast collection of swords,” Flame said as he called Klaine to wheel him to his study.

Akane showed them to her room which was full of posters of a famous Roller Derby Team called the Neon Kittens and various Roller Derby trophies but what was most noticeable was the wolf-like decor.

“ Is this your bedroom or a wolf den?” Lightning asked.

“ You could say its both,” Akane said jokingly. Sapphire noticed Akane’s walk-in closet and the many kinds of feminine outfits most rich girls would wear.

“ You have a lot of amazing outfits,” Sapphire said.

“ Thanks, being the CEO of remnants biggest Dust Company my mom has certain standards which I don,t mind,” Akane said.

“ I never expected you to be into this kind of stuff you always struck me as the warrior type of girl who prefers fighting over being pretty,” Lightning said.

“ Can,t I do both?” Akane asked. Akane showed them her most cherished outfit which was a crimson and black version of her mom’s favorite outfit when she was a little older than her with the Schnee logo on the left sleeve replaced with her own. I made it myself by using mom’s version as a template.

“ How come you didn’t take it with you when you left for Beacon?” Sapphire asked.

“ Because I didn’t want it to get ruined if I had to fight near a lava pit like what happened to one of my mom’s combat skirts during her and Yang’s fight against Team FNKI,” Akane explained. As they were talking Weiss came in to see how they were doing.

“ How are you girls doing?” Weiss asked.

“ We are good and Learned some interesting things about Akane,” Sapphire said referring to the crimson version of Weiss’s old outfit.

“ She always was good at recreating things she sees when I showed her my old outfit she not only recreated it she even added her touches,” Weiss said. Anyway girls Oscar called he wants to know when you will be coming back to Beacon?

“ We will return first thing in the morning, for now, may I show my team around Atlas?” Akane asked.

“ Go ahead but don,t do anything to get arrested by your aunt again she is not known for her patients,” Weiss said.

After changing into her favorite outfit she and her friends left to see the rest of Atlas.

“ So girls what do you want to see first?” Akane asked.

“ How about the shops I want to see what kind of outfits you Atlisians have,” Sapphire said.

“ Boring how about the Roller Derby Rink I want to try and meet your teammates,” Lightning said.

“ Well, Blanc you’re the deciding vote what do you want to do?” Akane asked.

“ I’m with Sapphire,” Blanc said to Lightning annoyance.

“ Don,t worry Lightning I will text my teammates to meet us at the rink before we start shopping,” Akane said. After texting her teammates the group went to the shopping district. Sapphire was amazed by all the shops.

“ We have nothing like this back in Vale,” Sapphire said.

“ Akane why would you want to choose Beacon over Atlas this place is amazing,” Blanc asked.

“ It is amazing but the Atlas Military scares me Beacon is less strict and I’m more at ease with you guys,” Akane said.

“ Because of your aunt?” Lightning asked.

“ Aunt Winter is not the problem she loves me even though she can,t be seen showing favoritism to anyone it’s because the Atlas Military is not known for being merciful my mom once said that the former general James Ironwood locked her and her friends up because of his trust issues,” Akane said before flinching at the sight of an Atlas shoulder who was patrolling the shopping district.

“ Relax Akane we get it,” Blanc said. After Sapphire bought many outfits from a few of the boutiques Akane suggested they stop by the fro-yo shop before they head to the Roller Rink. Everyone agreed and went there for a little treat. After buying their fro-yo they picked a table and Akane’s teammates looked concerned with her chocolaty masterpiece.

“ Are you sure it’s safe for you to eat chocolate since your part wolf?” Sapphire asked.

“ Its perfectly safe Theobromine doesn’t kill me since we fuanus have the digestion system of a human,” Akane said.

“ Just making sure Blanc and I aren’t completely familiar with Fuanus Biology,” Sapphire said. After finishing their Fro-yo they left for the Roller Rink to meet the rest of the Atlas Fenrir. As soon as they got there Akane’s team were all excited to see her again.

“ Akane good to see you again,” One of the girls said.

“ Corundom you beautiful beast its good to see you too,” Akane said. Girls meet my Roller derby Team the Atlas Fenrir this is Corundum our best blocker.

“ Nice to meet you,” Corundum said.

“ And this is Ao,” Akane said referring to a girl with short spiky blue hair.

“ Pleasure to meet you,” Ao said.

“ And this is Jade,” Akane said referring to a girl with green hair styled in a ponytail.

“ Sup,” Jade said.

“ And Finally this is Autumn,” Akane said referring to a girl with orange hair with red highlights and a matching Foxtail.

“ Very nice to meet you,” Autumn said.

“ And now that introductions are out of the way what happened to you after you left the rink a few days ago?” Ao asked.

“ Interesting story as soon as I left the rink the team we beat the Mistral Bruisers ambushed me. I put up a decent fight but they managed to hit me hard. Naturally, I thought I was done until I unlocked my semblance which surprisingly was the same as my mom’s side of my family. After my glyph blew them away the Atlas Military arrested me and I was interrogated by my aunt. My mom was impressed with my abilities she transferred me to Beacon Academy a year early so now I am the leader of Team ABSL,” Akane said.

“ Did you say Beacon Academy?” Corundum asked.

“ I did and yes I met Krystal she seems to be doing alright despite a certain first-year messing with her,” Akane said.

“ Good to know and we have some news to That team we beat got banned for life after what they tried to do to you,” Ao said. As they were catching up the team they were talking about came to settle their score with Akane.

“ Hope you’re ready to die this time Wolf Freak because no one is going to save you this time,” The leader said.

“ I’m not alone this time,” Akane said.

“ That’s right you want to get to Akane you need to get through us,” Lightning said as she drew a Sword that suddenly broke into many segments connected by a small cable.

“ Do you think a whip sword can beat us,” The leader said.

“ Now ladies let not fight lets all just get along,” Sapphire said while winking thus generating pink hearts that hit the Bruisers and made them drop their weapons and fall for Sapphire.

“ Anything for you our true love,” The leader said along with the rest of her team before the left.

“ What’s with the sudden change of heart?” Lightning asked.

“ I never told all of you about my semblance you see I have the ability to cause whoever I want to fall in love with me but I don,t like to use it too much because if I use it on too many people they will invade my personal space,” Sapphire said.

“ That’s a pretty handy Semblance especially when dealing with Grimm,” Blanc said.

“ Now that they are gone how about we see what you three got,” Corundum said. As soon as the girls all got their skates they circled the track.

“ Sapphire that truly amazing you’re like a natural at this,” Akane said.

“ It’s almost the same as ice skating,” Sapphire said. After almost two hours of skating and a scrimmage between both Teams, Akane and her friends returned to the Schnee manor. After returning to her room Klaine knocked on Akane’s door.

“ Lady Akane dinner is almost ready please come to the dining room,” Klaine said before taking his leave. After arriving and joining everyone else at the table the chef brought everyone their meals. Chaliapin steak for Weiss and the others and Raw Meat for Akane and Flame. Blanc looked worried after seeing what Akane and Flame would be eating.

“ Don,t you think you should cook those first before eating them?” Blanc asked.

“ We are Wolf Fuanus we don,t wait for our meat to be cooked we eat it raw,” Flame said.

“ Cooked meat is great but I prefer mine raw,” Akane said before she and Flame began chewing on theirs like the wolves they were.

“ Don,t worry about them fuanus tend to act more like the animals they are and for Akane and Flame stuff like this is natural for them,” Weiss said.

“ Besides I need to plenty of protein if I want to get out of this Wheelchair,” Flame said.

“ Honey don,t push yourself the doctor said you need a month to recover,” Weiss said. After discussing many things it was getting late and everyone turned in for the night.

I decided to expand on some of Team ABSL's abilities a little. coming up for a weapon for Lightning was not very easy but hopefully, I found the perfect one for her.
