Note: This is a rewritten version of my very first story, Starfleet: MiB. I felt the original version was rushed, overly lengthy, and without a solid idea of what I wanted it to be. I hope this version corrects these mistakes, and if it doesn't, then you can't say I didn't try.

When a young prince decides to abdicate his position of nobility in favor of joining his empire's military, he is recruited by the most capable mare in the organization into her own team along with his best friend. However, when an ancient pair of foes from millennia past reemerge with their sights on conquest and annihilation, the eight-creature team is forced into an adventure that eventually crosses their paths with the land of Equestria...
