Question? Have you ever awoken in a bed you weren't familiar with? Yes? Well that was what happened to me...in a way, but when I awoke I felt off.

My body it felt...different, to say the least.

My limbs felt numb as the rest of my body felt cold as my vision was blurry by the blinding white light as my breathing was shallow as if I was breathing through an oxygen mask.

Then I saw it.

MY BODY!

OH MY GOD!

MY LEGS!

MY ARMS!

Panic was an understatement! Where I was would make any brave soul shit themselves.

Somehow for some reason my body was inside some kind of chamber where my limbs were missing! And...and...my body? What the fuck?!

What I saw when I looked at myself surprised me, where I expected my nude fleshy body was replaced with some kind of black-furred body with strange mechanical parts where my limbs were supposed to be.

' What the hell?'

"User: Online. Beginning assembly,"

'Assembly?'

Before I could speak the chamber I was in opened up as robotic arms folded out from behind the wall plates and hummed to life as they moved. As the arms came out so did a large rack of what looked like different limbs that matched my body’s fur color. Confused, I watched as the limbs grabbed a pair of arms, legs, and a tail?

'Wait...am I a? No could I be?'

With a snap the limbs attached themselves onto my body and the numbness disappeared as my newly attached limbs moved at my command. Moving my hands...or rather claws to my face I looked at them in awe as my theory of what I had become was even more likely to be true!

"Assembly complete. Beginning: Arming procedure."

'There is more?'

The racks that held the limbs moved back into the machine as a new rack with what looked like armor plates replaced the previous rack. As I watched the rack something from in my throat was pulled out causing me to gag from the action as long tubes were removed from my nose and...muzzle?

'Am I really what I think I am?!'

Before I could speak five robotic limbs grabbed my wrists, ankles, and my tail as other robotic limbs moved around me and began to add some kind of black bodysuit to my body before adding the black-armored plates to my body. As the last of the plates were added the last piece of the suit was attached.

The visor.

This last piece was what confirmed my theory in what I had become. As the visor was lowered onto my face (Darth Vader style) the darkness inside of the visor faded as a light blue HUD appeared before me.

Welcome to the Mark X Protogen armor system...

HUD online.

As I was lowered on to the ground I looked at my hands.

I was a Protogen?

"AWESOME!"

One would normally be scared or freaked out about being turned into a cyborg-anthro-canine-creature but I'm not like most people.

Right now I don't know what to think!

How did I get here?

What happened to me?

And most of all, is this a dream?

Looking at my hands I flexed my claws and exhaled, this wasn't a dream...this was all too real.

Before I could do anything more, the large door to the room I was in opened as the white space inside of the tube was met with the darkness of what was before me. With no other option, I walked forward where I was met with darkness for but a moment before blue light filled the room revealing what was within.

"Welcome on deck captain."

'Captain?'

I placed my hands on what looked like a terminal, as it lit up at my touch a wave of files and other information appeared.

'Boy, I got a lot of reading to do,'

Twilight hummed a tune as she did some paperwork for Ponyville and her school, as a new princess she's been quite busy lately and hadn't had much time to herself even though Pinkie Pie is always telling her she needs a little 'me time' or she's going to lose her marbles. But honestly she was just glad to have something to do, though her new daring do book has been collecting dust and she hadn't had much time to read it thanks to her being drained after doing all the work.

Maybe she did need some time off.

"TWILIGHT!"

The new princess looked up from her paper on the new school field trip idea to her assistant spike who was at the door panting.

"Oh hey spike what’s up?"

Spike pointed back out the door panting.

"The board, its flashing."

Twilight’s face lit up with a smile, it's been awhile since she has had a friendship problem or was it going to be her or one of her friends? She looked down at her pants and unzipped the pocket that covered her cutie mark to see it was flashing! As she zipped up the 'cutie cover' she went over to spike.

"Well what are we waiting for? Let's go see who needs our help!"

With that the two ran down the hallway to the friendship board to see...well something was different about it. It was flashing to the everfree? As Twilight got closer she saw it had both her and her friends' cutie marks. She scratched her head in confusion.

'Does Zecora need our help?'

Before she could question it, one of the windows to the friendship was shattered at the impact as a certain rainbow daredevil crashed in. Getting up Rainbow Dash turned towards twilight.

"I came as soon as I could, who needs my help Twilight?"

Twilight glared at her friend for destroying another one of her windows yet again but sighed as she has gotten used to the pegasus’s antics.

"Well Rainbow, this little matter requires all of us,"

Rainbow blinked as she turned to the table.

"Oh man...who needs our help?"

Twilight crossed her arms as she turned to the table.

"I have no idea.

First one is always the hard one...well besides that I do hope you enjoyed this 'official' 'furry' story and please don't he the dislike because I made this a furry story that's just cold. Besides that for all you guys out there who liked this THANK YOU! Your all awesome!

Now I bet your wandering why the hell is there a star fox tag? Well I may add the series to the story. But there is no star wars related charaters in this story just a few weapons, materials, and ships are going to be in it. Besides that there are a few other things that are going to be in this series that are from different sci fi series so I hoped you enjoyed and comment if you have anything to say!
