Act 1: Island Trip

Located off the Cost of Coasta Rica was Isla Nublar. A large island completed with large forest, rivers and lakes. It was also homed to Jurassic World, a large tourist attraction that drew crowds of thousands. This is where we find Mr. Grandruler, his wife Principal Celestia, their sister, Vice Principal Luna and their surrogate niece of her husband, Dean Cadence and Shining Armor and their student body. The students of Canterlot College and Crystal Prep Academy gasped in awe as they entered in Inovation Center where in the center showed holographic images of the many dinosaurs the island held; Brachiosaurus, Triceratops, Parasaurlophus and many more.

"This is gonna be awesome!" Rainbow Dash squealed in joy.

"Oh I can't wait to see the baby dinosaurs." Fluttershy cooed. Her boyfriend, Rhymey smiled at his girlfriend and placed an arm around her shoulder.

"This was a great idea, honey." Principal Celestia said to her husband.

"Well I thought the students could use a nice, relaxing vacation." Celesto smiled.

"And hopefully no incidents with Equestria Magic." Sunset hoped.

"Oh please, how can magic possibly get way out here?" Twilight Sparkle dismissed. Her talking dog, Spike, barked in agreement.

"Alright students, stay with one of your supervisors and explore around." Vice Principal Luna announced and the students all went their seperate ways but Sunset, the Starfleet Gang and the Mane 6 stayed with the Grandruler family. "What can we do daddy?" Celeso and Celestias' three year old son, Castor asked.

"Hey, what?" his twin sister, Leliani asked.

"Well.. how about we go and see the baby dinosaurs, first?" Luna suggested.

"Yeah...!" the children cried with joy. The family and friends chuckled and they went off to the enclosure where Castor and Leilani could ride some of the baby dinosaurs.

Meanwhile, at the Hammond Creation Lab, Claire, the labs supervisor was leading a small group of inventors; Hal Osterly, Jim Drucker and Erica Brand, through the lab while explaining, "Jurassic World. While year-over-year revenue continues to climb, operating costs are higher than ever. Our shareholders have been patient, but let's be honest, no one's impressed by a dinosaur anymore. Twenty years ago, de-extinction was right up there with magic. These days, kids look at a Stegosaurus like an elephant from the city zoo. That doesn't mean asset development has fallen behind. Our DNA excavators discover new species every year. They enter a part of the lab closed to visitors. DNA double helixes are displayed on computer screens. But consumers want them bigger. Louder. More teeth."

The investors listen intently, exchanging looks.

"The good news? Our advances in gene splicing have opened up a whole new frontier. We've learned more from genetics in the past decade than a century of digging up bones." Claire leads the over to the computer screen, "So, when you say you want to sponsor an attraction, what do you have in mind?"

"We wanna be thrilled." Osterly stated.

"Don't we all?" Claire smirked and she slides her finger across the screen and a DNA double helix reacts. Claire steps forward proudly.
"The Indominus Rex. Our first genetically modified hybrid."

Drucker looks dubious. "How did you get two different kinds of dinosaurs to..." He struggles with how to put it, and makes awkward "doing it" motions with his hands. "Y'know..."

He trails off uncertainly. Dr. Henry Wu walked over to the group, smiling. "Oh, Indominus wasn't bred. She was designed. She will be fifty feet long when fully grown. BIGGER than the T. rex."

Then Claire spoke to the investors, "Every time we've unveiled a new asset, attendance has spiked. Global news coverage. Celebrity visitors. Eyes of the world." Osterly was convinced and then Erica saw something else on the computer screen. It had the shape of a raptor but off to the side there were small images of other dinosaurs; Triceratops, Stegosaurus, Ankylosaurus and other dinosaurs, even a small human image. "And.. what's this asset?" she asked Claire and Dr. Wu.

"Ahh... Experiment 101.... the parks first human and dinosaur hybrid... mixed with the DNA of every single dinosaur that has lived on the earth and all the dinosaurs we've created at this very park... even Indomious." Dr Wu said with pride.

"So.. when will they be ready?" Osterly questioned.

"... They already are..." Wu stated.

At the Raptor Paddock

Transits to a quiet jungle area. Suddenly, a pig runs past, squealing with fright. Suddenly, it gets through a gate, and it closes. Then four Velociraptors come into view. One had a blue stripe running down its back. One is dark green, the thrid had white stripes on its back and the other has a scar on its nose.

OWEN GRADY

HOLD! The velociraptors obediently comply. They abruptly pull to a halt. Owen Grady holds his hand up and pressed a clicker, "Hey! Okay! Eyes on me! Blue?" Blue was focused on the pig, "Blue!" Owen called and clicked the button, catching Blue's attention. "Watch it. Charlie. Hey! Don't give me that! Delta! Lock it up! Good! And we're moving." He moves to where a basket hangs from a railing and the raptors followed, "That's good. That is good." Owen said as he pressed the clicker again. He reached into a bowl and threw the raptors a dead rat. "Very good! See, Charlie, that's what you get!" he threw the bait to Charile, who promptly snatches it from the air. "Echo, there you go! Delta! Blue?" Blue looks up at Owen as he holds the bait. "This one's for you." he tossed the bait at Blue who promptly ate it.

"HOLD!" The raptors clicked and obeyed, "Eyes up!" the raptors held their heads up, "Go." and with that final command, the Raptors scatter. On the platform above, hands are shaken and cheers heard. Barry, Owen co-worker approaches Owen. "You finally did it, man."

The Hoskins came up to them, "Owen. I was starting to think I hired the wrong guys, but, damn, you got them eating out of your palm."

"You came on a good day. It's not usually a happy ending." Owen said.

"Is that why you're not sending in your reports?"

"We've been busy."

"Not too busy to cash your paychecks."

"What do you need, buddy?"

"A field test. Hey. I've just seen they can respond to commands. We need to take the research and get it on its feet."

"These are wild animals, Hoskins. Trust me, you DON'T want them in the field."

"I just saw a bond. A real bond. Between man and beast." Owen tried to walk away but Hoskins blocked him, "You're in my way." Hoskins moved out of the way as they made their way down the steps, "Come on. We're the same. We're dogs of war. We know that the military needs to reduce casualties. Some people think that robots are the future. Look, nature gave us the most effective killing machines 75 million years ago. And now we know they can take orders."

"We finally make progress and that's the first thing he says? Make a weapon?" Barry grumbled.

"Come on, gents. It's grown-up time. Drones can't search tunnels and caves. And they're hackable. The minute a real war breaks out, all that fancy tech is gonna go dark." Hoskins exasperated.

"But that tech's not gonna eat them if they forget to feed it." Owen defended.

"Look at these creatures." Hoskins started as he pointed at the raptors, "They've got millions of years of instinct in their cells, instinct that we can program. Their loyalty can NOT be bought. These guys are gonna run straight into the enemy's teeth and eat them, belt buckle and all."

"What if they decide THEY wanna be in control?" Owen stated.

"Well, then we remind them who is. We terminate the rogues. Promote only loyal bloodlines. (notices Owen laughing)What? What's so funny?"

"I don't know. You come here and you DON'T learn anything about these animals except what you want to know. You made them, and now you think you own them."

"We DO own them. Extinct animals have no rights."

"They're not extinct anymore, Hoskins."

"Exactly. We're sitting on a GOLDMINE and Masrani is using it to stock a petting zoo. He just wants to teach people some humility. He doesn't make weapons. You think that the eighth richest man in the world is only into oil, telecom, and family fun parks? He's so diversified, he doesn't even KNOW what he owns. How long has InGen been practicing this pitch? Since the day we hired you out of the Navy. You knew the end game. These animals can replace thousands of boots on the ground. How many lives would that save? War is part of nature. Look around, Owen. Every living thing in this jungle is trying to murder the other. Mother Nature's way of testing her creations. Refining the pecking order. War is a struggle. Struggle breeds greatness. Without that, we end up with places like this, charge seven bucks a soda."

"Do you hear yourself when you talk?"

Hoskins was apathetic. "This is gonna happen. With or without you boys. Progress always wins, man."

:Maybe progress should lose for once."

LEON

Suddenly, a Jurassic World worker, Leon called, "Pig loose! Pig loose!" The pig was squealing as it ran around the paddock and just as Leon got it in a noose, Blue snatched it, causing him to fall into the raptors' paddock, attracting the attention of Blue, Charlie, and Delta. Owen's eyes widened in horror. He quickly pressed the button and opens the gate and rushes inside to save him. "Owen, no!" Barry cried. Two rangers aim their weapons at the raptors. Owen called to them, "Oh no, no, hold your fire!" Owen approaches the three raptors. The raptors screeched, "Hold your fire, do not fire!" Barry stopped the gate from rising. "Put 12 amps in these animals, they're never gonna to trust me again." Barry pulls Leon out of the paddock.

"Blue, stand down. Stand down." Owen stated. Blue snaps at Owen. "Hey, hey! What did I just say? Delta, I see you. Back up." Delta snarls. "Okay, good. Good.Charlie? Stay right there. Good." The Owen called to Barry, "Close the gate."

"Are you crazy?" Barry exclaimed.

"Just trust me. Close the gate!" Owen stated. He backs up to the gate. At the last possible second, he drops down and rolls underneath as the gate slams shut. The raptors try to follow and ram their heads into the metal. "I'm okay. Yeah. You're the new guy, right?" Owen said. "Yeah." Leon stated.

"You ever wonder why there was a job opening? Hey. Don't ever turn your back to the cage." Owen advised and Leon turned and saw Blue snarling at him through the bars.

Meanwhile, at the Gentle Giants Petting Zoo...

Castor and Leilani laughed in joy as the two baby Triceratops walked around the enclosure. The family and the friends watched them happily as the two babies brought them over to their parents. "Hehe, thanks little guys."

Castor and Leilani climbed down from the two babies who gave soft cries before walking the other way. "That was funny mommy." Leilani said.

"Yes honey, now come on, let's go and see something else.." Celesto cooed. His children giggled and the family walked off as the gang went, "Aww.... they're so cute.." Sunset cooed.

"Stop it!" they whined, making the group laugh as they walked after them.

The construction crews are on break as Claire and Owen get out of the car. Owen stares up at the towering walls, looking unconvinced and more than a little uneasy. "We've been pre-booking tickets for months. The park needs a new attraction every few years in order to reinvigorate the public's interest. Kind of like the space program." She walks over to the flight up steps leading up to the observation tower. Owen follows. "Corporate felt genetic modification would up the "wow" factor."

Owen was not amused, "They're dinosaurs. "Wow" enough."

Claire smirked, "Not according to our focus groups. The Indominus rex makes us relevant again." Owen can't believe his ears. He grinned. "The Indominus rex!"

We needed something scary and easy to pronounce. You should hear a four year old try to say "Archaeornithomimus." Claire smirked.

Owen frowned, :You should hear you try to say it..." They enter the observation room. Supervisor Nick is sitting at his desk on his lunch break, munching a sandwich. Besides them he's the only one present. They walk over to one of the windows. As before, we don't see the I. rex, just the dense jungle of the paddock interior beyond the glass.

"What's this thing made of...?"

"The base genome is a T. rex, the rest is... classified."

"You made a new dinosaur but you don't even know what it is?" Owen asked, dubious. She's already annoyed by his line of questioning. "The lab delivers us new assets and we show them to public." Then she adressed Nick, "Can we drop a steer, please?" An annoyed Nick presses a button.

"How long has the animal been in here?"

"All its life."

"Never seen anything outside of these walls?"

"We can't exactly walk it."

"And I heard you made one with human DNA, whose idea was that?" Owen questioned.

"Dr Wu said that a dinosaur with human like abilities would be another great asset.." Claire said.

"And has she in this paddock?"

"Nope... she's in a completely different paddock." There's a rumbling noise outside and a huge crane lowers a hunk of beef down from above.

"And you feed it with that?"Owen inquired. Claire isn't getting it, seeming bemused and still mildly annoyed. "Is there a problem?"

"Animals raised in isolation aren't always the most functional."

"Your raptors are born in captivity..."

"With siblings. They learn social skills. And I imprint on them when they're born. There's trust. The only positive relationship this animal has is with that crane. At least she knows that means food. And with this human one, its required she has interaction something every human needs." He seems increasingly concerned, but Claire isn't sharing his opinion. She adopts a very patronizing, sarcastic tone. "So she needs a friend? We should schedule play dates? That sort of thing?"

"Probably not a good idea." Owen stated, darkly. Noticing the dinosaur hasn't emerged from the jungle to eat the meat, Claire leans over and taps on the glass.

"Where is it...?"

"What, is it in the basement? Is there a downstairs? Maybe it's in the rec room." Owen said sarcastically. Ignoring him, Claire shakes her head. "It was just here. We were just here."

She goes to one of the thermal imaging consoles and activates it. It performs a scan of the jungle. After a moment it emits an annoyed buzzing sound and flashes the readout "NO THERMAL SIGNATURES DETECTED." The other computer screens arranged around the room begin beeping in alarm and they all show the same words. They're not detecting any body heat inside the paddock. The Indominus rex isn't showing up.

"Oh, Shoot." Owen walks over to a window at the far end of the room.

"That doesn't make any sense. These doors haven't been opened in weeks." Nick said. Across the room, Owen points out the window, "Were those claw marks always there?"

Claire turns and comes to look at what he's pointing at. "You think it...?" Realization hits her and she begins trembling. "Oh, God!" Turning, she runs out. "She has an implant in her back! I can track it from the control room!" Owen watches her go, then turns and looks back out the window. By the rear door of the paddock, we can see numerous deep scratch marks in the concrete going up very high.

Claire is in her Mercedes racing back to the main area of the park, talking on her cell phone. "We have an asset out of containment! Put ACU on alert! This is not a drill!"

Control Roon
Lowery and Vivian are chatting. "Even though I didn't meet him until I was thirteen, I definitely considered Carl to be, like, more of a dad than my real dad." Lowery said. They hear a beep. On the park map, a blinking red dot indicates trouble in the Restricted Area. The phone rings. Lowery answers it, "Yeah, hello?"

"Lowery......get me coordinates on the Indominus. Lowery and Vivian exchange confused glances. "Okay, yeah, uh..." Masrani enters and looks up at the map. "...let me do... uh, I'm doin' it right now.

Owen and Nick enter the main area of the enclosure through a side door. Warily, they walk through the jungle to the back wall, where a worker, Ellis, is inspecting the claw marks. Owen is alert and Nick looks nervous, but they make it over to where Ellis is without incident. Owen feels the deep grooves with his bare hand and the three men stare up at the massive wall looming over them.

"That wall's forty feet high. You really think she could've climbed out?" Nick said, skeptical.

"Depends."

"On what?"

"What kinda dinosaur they cooked up in that lab..."

The tracking device indicates on the map that the dinosaur is still in Paddock 11. "Wait, what the hell? It's in the cage..." Lowery said.

Claire was dubious, "Well, that's impossible. I was just there."

"Claire, I'm telling you, she's in the cage...!" Masrani looks up and sees a video feed of the Paddock 11 interior showing Owen, Nick and Ellis still inspecting the claw marks. After a moment the others do, too.

"What? Wait a second, there are people in there..."

Claire gasped, "Get them out of there now! Now!"

Vivian contacted them, "Paddock 11, this is Control! You need to evacuate the containment..."

Paddock 11

Vivian's voice comes through Nick's radio all garbled."...area... ...Paddock 11... ...dock 11, do you copy..." Nick answers. He doesn't seem concerned, although Owen is already glancing around, suddenly uneasy.

"Yeah, what's the problem?"

"It's in the cage! It's in there with you!" Vivian cried frantically. Nick looks confused. Owen springs into action. "Go!"

Owen pushes past Nick and then the three men begin running for the door they entered through. Nick is slow and lags behind. Suddenly he stops, glimpsing the outline ofIndominus rex through the trees. Turning, he runs back the other way. Owen and Ellis skid to a halt as the I. rex emerges from the jungle and blocks their escape. It bellows forth a mighty roar. The two turn and run back the way they came, but Ellis isn't fast enough. Indominus snatches him up in her clawed hands. He screams.

In the Control Room, Masrani, Lowery and Vivian listen to Ellis' screams over the radio. We hear crunching sounds. A horrified Claire can also hear the sounds of Ellis dying.

Reaching the back door, Nick uses a handprint ID and a security code to override the door lock. The huge door begins to open. Running to it, he hesitates, looking back at Owen who is running towards him with Indominus rex right behind him. He sees Indominus with Ellis in her mouth. She rips off one of his legs. Nick screams and runs through the door.

A video feed shows the paddock door opening with an alarm blaring "SECURITY BREACH."

MASRANI
"Close the door." Masrani said.

"We can't lock him in there with that thing!" Lowery said.

"Come on, close it now!" He leans over and presses the button himself.

"Somebody talk to me! What is happening?" Claire yells over the phone. The door begins to slowly close as Owen runs towards it, with the huge predator gaining on him from behind.

He runs through. Workers rush around in a wild panic, trying to escape, as Indominus gets halfway through before the door closes on her. Her head and one arm stick free and she snaps her jaws at Owen. He runs and slides underneath the crane, where he lies hiding on his stomach. Indominus pushes the door off of its track with the servos whining in protest and then steps out from inside the paddock, freed.

Owen watches, wide-eyed, as Indominus stomps over to where Nick is sitting in front of a pickup truck. She walks around the left side as Nick, mustering his courage, peers around the right front bumper. He whimpers and sobs as he sees the huge tail disappearing around the rear of the truck, then turns back around, trying to hide. He clutches and kisses a crucifix.

Suddenly the truck is violently knocked aside, flying through the air and crashing noisily to the ground upside-down, leaving the supervisor sitting out in the open completely exposed. He and Owen look at one another for a long moment. Suddenly, the jaws snap down, grabbing Nick and lifting him up out of view.

Acting quickly, Owen draws a survival knife and rolls over onto his back. Reaching up, he grabs the crane's fuel line and hacks desperately at it with his blade until he finally slices through it, rupturing it and spewing gasoline down onto himself. Hurriedly, he smears it all over himself in an effort to mask his scent. Having finished eating Nick, Indominus now approaches the crane and crouches down on all fours, sniffing. Owen lies back, perfectly still, as the dinosaur's bloodied, gore-encrusted jaws inch closer and closer... until finally she withdraws, rising up out of view, and walks away.

Slowly, Owen lifts his head, watching her go, her thudding footsteps retreating into the distance. Shivering, he lies back down and exhales in relief.

Act 2: Failed Containment/101 Discovered

Claire entered the Control Room and saw everyone in deadly silence over what just happened. "Everyone remain calm." Now the I. Rex was loose! "The implant will shock it if it gets too close to a perimeter fence."

"Okay, it's moving really fast." Lowery stated.

"This is control, put out a park-wide alert-" Vivian started but Masrani cut her off, "Hang up the phone, please!"

"Sorry, I'm getting new information. Everything is fine."

"Let Asset Containment capture it quietly. The very existence of this park is predicated on our ability to handle incidents like this. It was an eventuality, okay?"

"You should put that in the brochure. Eventually, one of these things will eat somebody." Lowery stated.

"That paddock is four miles from the closest attraction. ACU can handle this, no one else is gonna get-" Claire started and Lowery finished, "Eaten?"

In ACU Headquarters
Troopers are seen locking and loading various weapons as an automatic voice came , "To all units.
This is a non-lethal operation. Understood?" A trooper with a stun device in his hand is activated as he does, the blue bolt visible.

Meanwhile, in the park the group was approaching a large paddock and saw the door busted a trashed truck and large footprints in the rocks. "Woah... What happened here?" Lightning Dawn asked. Krysta, his red robin friend, saw the crushed truck. "Looks like something broke out... something huge!" They group heard something and aw Owen coming out from underneath the other truck, "Owen?" Celesto exclaimed in shock.

"Celesto, long time no see." Owen smiled.

"You two know each other?" Buddy asked.

"Yeah, he's one of my businesses partners. What happened here?" Celesto asked.

"This park decided to make two new hybrids... and one just broke loose." Owen grumbled. The group gasped and looked at each other in concern. "Come on.. we're going to the Control Room.."

"What about the kids?" Celestia asked.

"Keep them close... with that thing out here, now, not the best idea to put them in a safe place." Owen said and the group followed him to the control room. The Security guard would have asked for their badges but they were excused, knowing that Celesto was a buisness partner with the company. "What the hell happened out there?" Owen exclaimed. "There are thermal cameras all over that paddock. She did not just disappear!"

Claire sighed, "It must have been some kind of a technical malfunction."

Owen was not amsued, scratch that, he was angry. "Were you not watching? She marked up that wall as distraction. She wanted us to think she escaped!"

"Hold on. We are talking about an animal here."

"A highly intelligent animal."

"400 meters to the beacon." Vivian reported. Everyone looked to the screen and they show the stun devices which the team are armed with. "You're going after her with non-lethals?" Celesto questioned.

"We have $26 million invested in that asset. We can't just kill it." Masrani stated.

"Those men are gonna die." Owen claimed.

"300 meters to the beacon." Vivian said.

"You need to call this mission off right now."

"They're right on top of it."

"Call it off right now."

"You are not in control here!" Claire intreuppted.

In the Jungle

The team have dismounted their vehicles and proceeded on foot to the I rex. The commander picks up the tracking implant from the ground, the team members wary.

"Blood's not clotted yet. It's close." The Commander said.

Masrani: "What is that?" Masrani said. Celesto and Owen recongized tthe device. "That's her tracking implant. She clawed it out." Celesto said.

"How would it know to do that?" Claire questioned.

"She remembered where they put it in." Owen explained.

"Woah... that is smart." Lightning stated in amazement.

(Skip to 1:22)

Meanwhile, the commander notices blood dripping onto his arm. He looks up and backs away as the Indominus comes into view. The camera pulls back to show it is exactly the same colour as the foliage."It can camouflage!"

He races for safety and the I rex picks him up. The team hits it with all their stun weapons and the creature drops the commander. While uneaten, he is crushed as the Rex flattens him. In the control room, the personnel watch as the chaos ensues. The Indomnious Rex kills many of the soliders and the group could see the containment attempt was a big failure. Owen turned to Claire. "Evacuate the island."

"We'd never reopen." Claire rebutted.

"You made a genetic hybrid, raised it in captivity. She is seeing all of this for the first time. She does not even know what she is. She will kill everything that moves." Owen explained.

"Do you think the animal is contemplating its own existence?" Masrani asked.

"Yeah.. more like learning where she fits in the food chain." Rainbow stated with a deadpanned stare

"She's right and I'm not sure you want her to figure that out. Now, Asset Containment can use live ammunition in an emergency situation. You have an M134 in your armory. Put it on a chopper and smoke this thing!" Owen ordered.

"We have families here. I'm not gonna turn this place into some kind of a war zone." Claire stated, not wanting to turn the place into an all out war

"You already have." Celesto said.

"Maybe.... we can use something else... to capture her..." Masrani said.

"You are not using my raptors." Owen stated to Masrani.

"Not them... our other hybrid asset." Masrani replied. Claire looked at him in shock, "Simon, do you really think she can do it?"

"She's genetically engineered human hybrid with the DNA of every single dinosaur that has ever lived including the Indominous. Her skills shall make her a definite match for the Indominous Rex." Simon explained.

"You made a human hybrid?!" Buddy exclaimed in shock. Simon nodded and gestured for everyone to follow him. He lead them to another enclosure far from the park but not far from the Indominous Rex's paddock. Simon pressed his hand onto the lock and typed in the password. The door opened, "Come along."

Everyone followed him into the paddock. It was a thick forest like habitat like the Indominous Rexs' enclosure. They've searched for any sign of her for about two hours, but they haven't found anything yet, meaning she was very elusive. "So... she's lived in here for how long?" Celesto asked, curiously.

"All her life.." Claire stated.

"All her life?! With no social contact?!" Celestia gasped, shocked. "How come?"

"Her primary instinct is to kill." Simon stated. "She's too dangerous to be set loose, but she's dangerous enough to hunt down the Indominous."

"How do you know she's dangerous?" Lightning asked with a raised eyebrow. "Have you ever encounter her? Like when you came in to feed her?"

"Nope, we use a crane to feed her instead of risking the lives of our workers." Claire stated.

"Then how do you know she's dangerous, if you've never actually met her?" Rainbow questioned. "Sounds like misjudgment."

"I agree." Celesto stated. Suddenly, a branch snapped behind them and they froze. They heard clicking sounds and slowly turned around... seeing a human behind them. The human snarled at them, baring her teeth. Owen carefully approached her, "Hey there girl... its okay..." he spoke softly but the human gave a raptor screech before turning and running off into the forest.

".... Soooo, that could have gone better." Rainbow grumbled.

"She's had absolutely no human contact for years, what else would you expect?" Owen sympathized. "She has no relationships with anybody."

"Poor thing..." Fluttershy cooed. None of them could think about how the girl must be feeling. Having had no contact or even a sighting of a human for years only to see a group of them enter her territory. "So now what?" Luna asked.

"We have to try and convince her to help." Simon stated.

"How?" Cadence asked.

"Umm... Aunt Celestia, Luna, Uncle Celesto... where did Castor and Leilani go?" Shining Armor asked with fear in his voice. Everyone looked and saw the children no where in sight. "Oh no! Castor! Leilani!" Celesto called out.

"How'd they get away from us?" Celestia asked with fear.

"They must have wandered off!" Lightning exclaimed. Celestia and Celesto were panicked. They had to find their children before anything bad happened to them. Suddenly a loud screech echoed through the paddock. "Oh no!" Celesto gasped in horror. The group rushed in the direction of the screech and found Castor and Leilani face to face with the human.

"Castor! Leilani!" Celestia and Celesto called. The human turned to the adults but ignored them. Castor and Leilani spoke to the human hybrid, "It's okay... we won't hurt you.." Castor cooed. The human made raptor clicking sounds and tilted its head to the side. "You look like you could use a friend." Leilani stated with a small smile.

The human gave a confused roar, "You don't know what a friend is?" Leilani questioned. The human lowered its head and shook. Castor and Leilani moved slowly towards her, "Well... maybe we can be your friends..?" Castor and Leilani held out their hands to the human hybrid. The hybrid sniffed their hands, getting their scent, purred and nudged their hands before nuzzling them.

"Okay... what's wrong with her now?" Rainbow asked.

"... She thinks Castor and Leilani are baby raptors.." Owen spoke softly. Celestia and Celesto started to approach their children but the human came in front of them and screeched, her hands changing into raptor claws! "She can change her hands?!" Lightning exclaimed in shock.

Celestia and Celesto carefully held up their hands, "Easy there girl... we just want our children back?" When they said 'our children' the human looked confused. It took a step forward and sniffed the two. They had the same scent as the children. The human calmed down and allowed the children to go to their parents. "Hi Mommy, Hi Daddy, we made a new friend." Castor smiled.

"Y-Yes but please don't wander off like that again. You had us worried sick." Celesto scolded.

"Yes Daddy." the children said in unison. The human cooed and turned her raptor claws back into regular human hands. The human made purring sounds like a raptor.

"So... now what..?" Rainbow asked the experts.

"Now.... we being..." Claire stated.

Act 3: Pterosaurs and Raptors Loose

Meanwhile, back at the Contol Room

Lowery and the others were tracking the Indonimous Rex.

"Every time this thing kills, it moves further south. It's headed right for the park."

"Why would it do that?" Simon asked, confused by the Indominous Rex's behavior.

"She can sense thermal radiation. Our emergency measures just put all the warm bodies in one place." Vivian stated.

Simon then entered, having left Claire and the others to deal with the hybrid human. Then Simon was called, "Sir" and he turned and saw Hoskins. "InGen. Hoskins." He introduced.

"I know who you are." Simon stated.

"Then you know why I'm here. I've been working for two years on an application for those Raptors and your other asset. They can hunt and kill that creature." Hoskins stated

"But your program was to test their intelligence."

HOSKINS
Yeah, it was a nd we did. And in the process, we learned something. They follow orders. You see, the solution to your crisis is standing right in front of you."

"Let me be as clear as I can. No Velociraptors or hybrid human are going to be set loose on this island."

"You're out of your mind! What are you going to do with all these people? You got 20,000 people here. What are you going to do? They have no place to go. That thing is a killing machine! And it will not stop."

"Okay. I intend to personally look into your project to determine its viability within the moral principles of this company."

"Okay, boss. What's your next move?" Soon, Simon was boarding a helicopter that held two ACU soldiers and a loaded gun, Vivian went with him and announced, "Sir, I can't get a hold of your instructor."

"Never mind. He's likely caught up in the evacuation." Simon stated.

"You're sure there's nobody else who can fly a helicopter?"

"We don't need anyone else." Simon said before getting on the copter and flying off.

Back at the Hybrid's Paddock

Claire, Owen, the Grandruler Family, the Starfleet Gang and the Mane 7 were keeping an eye on the hybrid human. "So... any idea on what we should call her?" Rainbow asked everyone.

"Name her?" Sunset said. "She's not a pet, you know that right, Rainbow?"

"I know but we can't keep calling her Experiment 125 for the rest of her life. She needs a proper name, like us."

"And what do you suggest we name a human with the DNA of every dinosaur that has ever lived on Earth?" Lightning asked sarcastically.

"How about....Crystal?" Rainbow asked. Everyone fell down.

"Crystal? Really?" Luna questioned.

"It's fine. Her eyes glimmer like a crystal does." Rainbow replied.

"That's a Diamond, darling." Rarity corrected.

"Well I'm keeping Crystal!" Rainbow exclaimed, annoyed. Castor and Leilani laughed and Crystal nudged the two little ones. Celestia and Celesto watched them, "She seems to have really bonded with your kids." Lightning smiled as he came over. Celestia and Celesto had to agree with him.

"Yeah.... still shocked to see her getting so used to humans... even after being locked up here for years." Celestia added and her husband agreed. Then Crystal perked up and sniffed the air. "What's up with the girl, now?" Buddy asked.

Crystal snarled and hissed before she dashed away and out of the paddock! "Crystal, come back!" Owen called as he and the others chased after her. Following her scene of smell, Crystal lead the group south of the Gyosphere Valley and into an old Aviary. Crystal was carefully walking around, with all of her scenses on high alert. Owen and the others came in. "What is she doing."

"Some must have drawn her here,
That much is clear." Rhymey stated.

"But what could have drawn her here..?" Celesto questioned. Crystal turned to the gang and screeched in alarm at them. "What Cry-" Lightning started but he stopped when he and everyone else felt hot felt on the back of their necks. They all slowly turned around and and right in front of them was the Indominous Rex. "Holy..!" Lightning gasped in awe. The Indominous Rex roared and Crystal screeched, changed into a raptor and leaped onto her back. The gang scattered as the Indomnious Rex roared and shook, trying to shake Crystal off but, Crystal dug her claws into the side of the hybrid dinosaur, making it roar in pain and anger. The Indominous Rex roared and grabbed Crystal in her jaws and tossed her aside before getting down on all fours and roaring before the shadow of the copter flew overheard, drawing her attention and she followed it.

"Crystal!" Fluttershy gasped. Crystal staggered towards them, dazed from the throw, but otherwise unharmed. Crystal clicked and purred as the group came around her. "Are you okay?"

Crystal nodded, "No you're not!" Celesto exclaimed, pointing at her side, "You have several punctures in your side!" He was correct! There were five puncture wounds in her side. "Eeee.... that looks pretty bad.." Rainbow winced, looking at the wounds, but right before everyone eyes the punctures and blood slowly vanished and the wounds were healed. "Woah.... she can heal herself?" Rainbow questioned, looking at Claire and Owen.

"That was mentioned in her creation." Claire gasped in awe.

"Well worry about her abilities later, right now, we have a dino to track down." Owen said, running out of the old Aviary, followed by everyone else.

Claire called Lowery, "Lowery, we found her. South of the Gyrosphere Valley, between the old park and the Aviary."

"Wait, are you following the dinosaur?"

"Yes. Get ACU out here. Real guns this time."

"ACU is airborne. They took the helicopter."

"Who's flying it?"

In the Helicopter...

"Did you boys serve in the Armed Forces?

"Afghanistan, sir." replied an ACU Officer.

"Did your general ever fly. into battle with you?" Both officers share amused looks, with slight smirks. Suddenly, the helicopter shakes, and they jump, grabbing onto things in the helicopter. A calm Masrani straightens the helicopter."Got it! Got it."

Vivian's voice came on the intercom, "We have eyes on the target, south of the Aviary. Proceed and engage."

Simon nodded and he talked to he officers, "Come on! Look alive, boys! Look alive!"

The group made it to a cliff and saw the new Avairy which held all the Pterosaur dinosaurs and the copter flying overhead. Then on the officers saw her, "10 o'clock! By the birdcage!" The Indominous Rex was running and she roared. Simon turned the helicopter sideways and one of the officers fired at the gun but the bullers missed the dinosaur and forced her to crash into the Aviary, causing the Pterosaurs into a panic.

Control Room

The group saw the I. Rex in the Aviary knew this was bad news! "No, no, no!" Lowery gasped in horror.

"Looks like the fox got in the henhouse." Hoskins said sarcastically. The Indominus roaring at the dinosaurs, getting them to flap their wings, and they all fly out towards Masrani's helicopter. "Pull up! Pull up! Up, up, up!" the officer cried.
Masrani tries his best to avoid the reptilian birds, but suddenly, one grabs one officer. He screams as he is thrown out. The lead officer is soon stabbed in the chest, and it kills him. Masrani takes something off his head, and his helicopter crashes in the Aviary, landing roughly onto the ground, and explodes behind the Indominus as she roars, running away. Lowery looks on, upset, and Vivian is sobbing as she cries into her comm, "We have a breach in the Aviary."

The group stared in shock at what happened before the saw hundreds of dinosaurs come flying towards them. "Trees, the trees! Go! Go!" Owen ordered and the group dashed into the forest to avoid the flying dinosaurs. "They're heading back to the park." Claire gasped.

"We have to get back there." Rainbow stated.

"How?" Lightning questioned. Crystal purred and she glowed momentarily and she turned into a Quetzalcoatlus, the largest flying Pterosaur that ever lived. Crystal nodded towards her back, "Looks like we found our ride.." Owen smirked and everyone climbed onto Crystal with Celestia and Celesto in the front, holding their children. Crystal squawked and she spread her wings and flew off towards the park.

As soon as they got to the park, they saw it was in complete chaos. "Oh my god..." Celesto gasped, seeing the people getting attacked by the flying dinosaurs, the Pterosaurs were crashing into the stores and picking up people and pecking at them!

"Crystal, land." Owen called and Crystal landed in a secured area and the group hopped off. Claire contacted Lowery, "Lowery, I'm on my way back to you."

"That's a bad idea. The board assigned emergency ops to INGen's private security division. This guy Hoskins is in charge. And he has this insane plan to use the Raptors and Experiment 125 to hunt the Indominus."

"What do you mean "use the Raptors and Experiment 125"?" Claire echoed.

"Son of a bitch!" Owen exclaimed, grumbling seeing the helicopter flying towards the raptor arena.

"You shouldn't say "bitch."" Lightning advised, gesturing to Fluttershy and Crystal who were 'innocent'.

"Everyone, back on Crystal, we're going to the Raptor area." Celesto ordered and the group piled back onto Crystal and she took off towards the raptor cages.

Now it was nighttime and Crystal landed on the ground and the group hopped off and Crystal changed back into herself and hid behind Celesto, scared by soldiers.

"Easy Crystal... we won't let them hurt you..." Celesto cooed at her. Crystal purred nervously and rubbed against him. Hoskins came up to Owen and Claire, "The mother hen has finally arrived." Owen punches him square in the mouth. The group look on and groan.

"Get the hell out of here and stay away from my animals." Owen demanded, not wanting Hoskins anywhere near his raptor squad.

"Hoskins, you wanted this to happen, you son of a bitch!" Claire said.

"Jesus! How many more people have to die before this mission starts to make sense to you?" Hoskins asked everyone.

"It's not a mission. It's a field test." Barry stated to Hoskins.

"This is an InGen situation now. Okay, there are gonna be cruise ships that show up here at first light. Everybody's gonna get off this island. You're gonna watch a news story tomorrow about how you all saved lives. No, better yet, how your animals saved lives!" Hoskins said. Crystal barked at him. "And a hybrid.." Hoskins added. Crystal snarled at him.

"They've never been out of containment. It's crazy." Barry said to Owen.

"Let's move it out! This is happening! With or without you." Hoskins challenged. Celesto and the others looked at each other and discussed quietly.

"We are not letting Crystal got out there!" Rainbow hissed. "You saw what happened the last time!"

"Owen is now talking with the InGen soldiers, explaining the mission. "We know that she is in sector five. This is a game we call hide-and-seek. It's a scent drill. We've done it about a thousand times with these animals. When they get on target, and they will get on target, wait to engage. Velociraptors are pack hunters. They like to herd the animal into a kill zone. That's when we take our shot. Get a clear shot, wait on my command, and give her everything you got. We got one good target, gentlemen. Do not shoot my Raptors or Crystal."

"Crystal?" an INGen Solider questioned, confused.

"The hybrid." Owen replied.

Soon everything was set up and the operation was about to begin....!

Owen held up the piece of the Indominous Rexes skin with implant in it to each other cages that held Blue, Charlie, Delta and Echo. Crystal sniffed it too in her Velociraptor form. Not long after that, Everyone was ready with Owen on his motorcycle and Barry on an ATV. Claire, the Grandruler family and the others were in a large van nearby. Owen nodded up to Leon and he pressed the button setting Blue and the other raptors loose. Crystal chased after them as they dashed through the bushes.

"Imagine if we had these puppies in Tora Bora?" Hoskins stated and he reaches over, grabbing Lowery's drink then spoke to a man, "Are you recording this thing?" he asked and the man nods.

Back with the group, Barry looked down at a piece of Tech, where it shows that the Raptors and Crystal are slowing down. "They're slowing down."

"They got something." Owen said into his mic. The raptors and Crystal slowed down as the solider got into position; laying down with their guns loaded with lasers for aiming.

Everything was quiet except for Blue and the raptors chatter. Suddenly, the Indominus Rex appears. She looks down at the Raptors and Crystal, and begins to make noises that a raptor would make, speaking to Blue. Blue responds. "Something's wrong. They're communicating." Barry stated which was confusing. If the Indominous Rex was a hybrid then how could it communicate with Blue and the other raptors.

"I know why they wouldn't tell us what it's made of." Owen realized.

"Why?" Barry asked. The Indominus makes a chittering/chuffing noise towards the raptors.

"That thing's part Raptor..." Owen whispered.

Act 4: Crystal's Alpha Charge

Blue and the raptors turned around and hissed all looking at Owen, but Crystal came in front of them and barked at them. The Indominous Rex roared at Crystal but she screeched at the large carnivore. The Indominous Rex clicked at the raptors and they screeched at Crystal.

Crystal turned tail and ran with the four raptors on her tail, "Crystal!" Owen called. Hoskins and all the others saw what had happened and were shocked and horrified, "Where is she running to?" Sunset asked.

"That's back to the Main Street, come on." Claire stated and she started to van and they all drove off to the park.

Meanwhile, Crystal was runnin through the forest with Blue and the raptors behind her, screeching! Crystal dodged branches and leaped over logs and put a great distance between her and the raptors. She eventually made it to the Main Street with the full moon shining brightly over the whole park. The street was abandoned with many people in the shelters where other were treating their injuries and wounds.

Crystal heard a rumble and she saw the van coming in front of her. Celestia, Celesto and the group exited as Owen came on his motorbike. "Come on, come on. Go inside. Control room. That way." Claire called as the group entered the Innovation Center and entered the control room and saw the lab completely empty except for a few lizards, fish and amphibians in small tanks, "They evacuated the lab."

Crystal sniffed the air and screeched seeing Hoskins slowly walking into the room, "What are you doing?" Claire asked.

"I'm afraid that's above your pay grade, honey."

"Where's Henry?"

"Dr. Wu, he works for us."

Lightning saw a computerized image of the Indominous Rex on a computer screen, "That's not a real dinosaur."

"No, it ain't, kid. But somebody's gotta make sure that this company has a future. Imagine, that one, a fraction of the size, deadly, intelligent, able to hide from the most advanced military technology. A living weapon unlike anything we've ever seen." Hoskins said.

"Dinosaurs aren't weapons made for human use, Hoskins." Celesto growled. Crystal screeched at Hoskins in agreement.
"Yeah, they're living creatures too and deserve respect." Fluttershy added.

Hoskins chuckled, "You see... Millions of years of evolution, what did we learn?Nature is the gift that just...Shit!" Everyone turned and saw Delta entering the room and walking towards Hoskins. "Easy. Easy, boy. Easy. Hey, hey. We're on the same side, right? Right? Easy. I'm on your side." Hoskins said, trying to avoid an attack from Delta, but he failed... Delta wasn't a boy, she was a girl. She chomps on his out stretched hand. He screams out in horror and pain. Blood splatters on the walls.

Crystal screeched at Delta and Delta screeched back at her while the others made a break for the door and ran outside. "This way. Come on. Come on. Come on." Claire called. The group made it outside, but Blue came in front of them and screeched and then Charlie and Echo appeared as well. Delta came bursting out and Crystal fell onto the ground.

"Crystal..!" Lightning gasped. Crystal got up and growled at the four raptors. "That's how it is?" Owen reached for the tracker on Blue's head. "Easy. Easy. Easy. That's it." Owen detached the device from Blue, who stares at him for a moment. The Indominus reveals herself. She roars at Blue. Blue looks back at Owen, and chitters. Owen smiled at her, knowing Blue made him the Alpha once more. She roars to the hybrid, and she knocks her away, sending her crashing into a made pillar and knocks her unconsoius. The I. Rex turns to the others and Echo, Charlie and Delta screech. Owen whistles and . Echo and Delta attack the Indominus. The others run away, with Owen shooting at the Indominus. "We have to take that thing down now!" Celesto exclaimed.

"How..?" Lightning asked. Fluttershy spoke to herself, "24, 50.. we need more.." she said.

"More? More what?" Rarity asked.

"Teeth. We need more teeth." Fluttershy said.

"More teeth..." Claire gasped, knowing what dinosaur could possibly match the hybrid.. however, "INCOMING!" Owen cried out as something came bursting onto the scene with a giant roar! It was one infamous Tyrannosaurus Rex! "Rexy!" Claire exclaimed in shock. "How did you get out?"

Lightning and Celesto smirked, pointing at her back, "I think I know.." Claire and Owen turned and saw Crystal riding on Rexy's back. "Alright girl, let's get her!" Crystal ordered and Rexy roared and I.Rex and she roared back.

Rexy charged the I.Rex and bit her on the neck. I.Rex struggled and broke free but Rexy got her in her jaws again but the I.Rex breaks free and uses her claws to slash Rexy's skin. Crystal changes into a raptor and pounced on I.Rex's face, confusing her and allowing Rexy to bit her on the neck and pushed her into a building, demolishing it.

Suddenly, Blue, who had recovered fro being knocked out, charges in and joins Crystal, leaping onto the I. Rex's face and The Indomnious Rex roars and Rexy grabbed her by the neck and the I.Rex threw Crystal and Blue off but Rexy throws the hybrid near the lagoon, and she roars, and so does Rexy and Blue, but the Mososaurus pounces out and claps her jaws around the hybrid's neck! Crystal, Rexy and Blue backed off as they watched the Mososaurus dragging her into the water. The group was stunned for a moment. Charile, Echo, Delta came to Blue and chitters, happy she was alright. Crystal, Rexy and Blue share a respectful look, before Rexy leaves.

Lightning and the others came out of hiding and sighed, thankful that the rampage of the Indominous Rex was finally over.

Ending: A New Life

After that, the people returned to their homes and recovered from the events at Jurassic World, which was closed down for good considering the amount of lawsuits they would see if they continued. No one knows what happened to Dr. Henry Wu bu they decided not to dwell on it.

As for the dinosaurs, they were free to roam the island to survive and live on... except for one.... Crystal.

Lightning, Celesto and all the other students and facility decided to have Crystal move to Mystic Island, to give her a new home where she would be free of confident and learn more about society to help her fully integrate into their world. Celesto enrolled her in Canterlot High and put her in the others class along with Sunset and the others which made them very happy and glad to have their hybrid friend join their class.

All in all everything turned out alright.
