Set in the ruins of Baltimare, a powerful faction called the Ravites had been known as the leading security group in all of Equestria. This all changed when a mysterious army came from distant lands and took over the operations in District B-5, the Baltimare Stadium.

Hail Storm, our protagonist throughout this story, finds himself caught in the crossfire as this new hostile group has full intentions to overthrow any standing power in the land of Equestria. After being shot in an attempt to escape and loosing track of his closest friend, Minty, he once again regains consciousness in an odd facility where things soon start to derail.
