My Tiny Dragon: Hatchling Yearsby Blue BlazeChaptersPrologue: Just another Ordinary DayChapter 1: A Fresh StartChapter 2: Getting The Band Back TogetherChapter 4: Better Watch Out!Chapter 5: Bad GirlsChapter 3: A Meeting With The PrincessPrologue: Just another Ordinary DayAuthor's Note Something I normally don't do in my stories is include a prologue, but I have a feeling this is going to tire me out for a few days, but here it is... Prologue: Just another Ordinary Day The day started out like any other. Twilight got up, brushed her teeth and mane, got breakfast (mainly with coffee in case of all-nighters), and started on her way. Today was a special occasion for her. She and her friends were having another picnic, but with some special friends. First of all, Sunset Shimmer was coming by. It had been a long time since the two of them last saw each other in person (or pony, depending on the place). Next, Tempest Shadow was passing by. She had decided to come to tell Twilight all she had learned, and because she actually wanted to meet Sunset as well. This would also be the first time she and Starlight got together. All in all, today was going to be a good day. The alicorn was wandering through her library, looking for something interesting to show the mares, but nothing really caught her eye. "sigh. I guess I won't be entertaining the girls with anything this time," she said in a flat tone. Then, one book. One book that the lavender mare was 100% sure wasn't there before, appeared out of thin air. It didn't make a pop or anything. It was just there. "Hello, what's this?" She looked at the book curiously and cautiously. The book looked brand new and had a nice baby blue color to it. The cover was a picture of a white dragon that had recently been hatched, though the dragon in question didn't have many features. It seems the artist for this book didn't make the effort or have the time to finish the cover; but the title was on there to say the least. It read... My Tiny Dragon Twilight wasn't sure what to make heads or tails of the book, but seeing as it came out of nowhere, it wouldn't hurt to ask one of her friends if they knew anything about the book and where it came from. The lavender mare took a look at the clock on the wall and realized that she was already falling behind schedule. "Shoot! Got to hurry if I want to have everything done. Spike!" she yelled to her no.1 dragon assistant. Said dragon yawned groggily at Twilight's plea. "Why you gotta be so loud, Twi? We're just going on a picnic. Don't think I forgot..." he answered, wiping his eyes with a claw. "Tell me we got everything ready." she said, levitating her saddlebag onto her back and placing the book inside. The young drake pulled out a list and said aloud, "Applejack's got the drinks and the blanket, Rainbow's got the umbrella and shades, Pinkie's got the snacks..." "Of course she does," Twilight answered. "Starlight will be bringing the games, and that's about it, Twilight," Almost as if on cue, A pink unicorn with a teal mane and tail walked by, overhearing the conversation. "Oh, good morning you two. Didn't expect you to get up so early, Spike," Starlight said gleefully. "When you're the assistant to the Princess of Friendship, you have to be prepared for anything. And I mean ANYTHING," "Okay, so..." she asked, looking at the alicorn now. "Well, everything seems to be good so far, so yes, everything right now looks to be fine," came Twilight's response. "And one more thing," "What is it?" Starlight asked as the book from earlier was levitated into her view. "Can you tell me anything about this book? I found it just lying around in my library, and I have no idea how it got there," The pink unicorn inspected it for a few seconds, taking in as much detail as possible. "Sorry, Twi, but I've never seen a book like that anywhere in Ponyville," "That's okay. Maybe one of our other friends have an idea on what this is," "We better hurry, then. The picnic is going to start soon," Spike intervened. Twilight's friends were already setting up the place by the time she caught sight of them. She waved a hoof at them, signaling her arrival. "Oh, there you are, darling. we were wondering if you were going to show up," came Rarity. "Yeah. I mean, can you imagine being late for a picnic that involves friends that have very limited time to be around, and by the time you come, they already had to leave because they had something super important to do? Can you imagine how heartbroken they must feel when they had to cut their time short and you didn't even have the chance to say goodbye?" Pinkie rambled. "Come on, Pinkie. It's not that bad. Besides, they'll be plenty more times to have fun with your best friends," Rainbow retorted. "Ah have to say, it's a might nice to see some of our other friends meet up with us when they normally don't have the time to," AJ added. "It's certainly nice to do a little catching up with them, what with everything that's happened recently. It's good to just sit down and relax with your friends," Fluttershy continued. "It certainly is," came another voice that wasn't Twilight or one of the others had spoken. "SUNSET!" They all cheered. "Nice to see you again," Starlight said. "Same. Hey, Twilight. Something bothering you?" Sunset asked tp the lavender mare. "Yeah. It's this book," Twilight answered as she levitated the book over to Sunset. The orange mare took it in her magic and looked it over. "My Tiny Dragon, huh? Never heard of it," "I know right? It's so weird. I mean, I walk into my library trying to pick out a book for all of us to read, and all of a sudden, this book just comes out of nowhere. It makes no sense," "What makes no sense?" came another voice. "This book. I have no idea where or who it came from, Tempest," "Interesting..." the mulberry coated mare said quietly. Just then the book started to glow immensely, blinding the mares and drake as it pages flapped wildly, a wind building up. After a few seconds, the light faded and no one was there. The book closed as the cover lit up. The white dragon that was on the cover was replaced with a lavender dragoness with a ruby red underbelly wearing a collar of a six point star. Chapter 1: A Fresh StartAuthor's Note The following chapter will contain light wetting. Chapter 1: A Fresh Start Twilight groaned. She felt an immense headache. She put her forehoof to her head in an attempt to ease away some of the pain. Or at least that's what she thought she had put there. She slowly opened her eyes and looked around to see what was wrong. She was back in bed. That can't be right. she thought. She was supposed to be with her friends, and yet somehow, she was back in bed, or so she thought. She looked to see that long bars surrounded her bed, making it look more like a crib. She was in a crib, but why? Another thing she noticed was that her body felt weird. She felt her hooves move in a way that was similar to the was humans move their hands and fingers. Visiting Sunset's world had made sure of that, but when she looked at it again, she realized that it wasn't a hand, it was a claw. A scaly claw that was the same color of lavender as her. Twilight nearly jumped out of said scales, her mind now fully awake at was was happening before her. She then saw that her entire body had changed from that of a lovely alicorn mare to that of a beautiful dragoness. She would've screamed had she not put her claws to her mouth in time. Yet another thing caught her eye. She seemed to be dressed in what could only be called 'hatchling attire'. A nice purple and red dress was what she currently wore, but it was what was underneath that really rendered her speechless. A swish of her now draconic tail alerted her to a few audible crinkles, and she saw the one thing that all foals were required to wear. A diaper. A thick, poofy diaper with little printings on it of eggs, gems, crowns, and baby dragons on it. The dragoness currently wearing it, though, was not happy with it and went into a state of panic, her breath growing rapid and shallow with each passing second. "What's going on? What is happening right now? Why am I a dragon? Why am I in a crib like a foal? Why am I dressed like a foal? Or hatchling, in this case. AND WHY AM I WEARING A DIAPER FOR CELESTIA'S SAKE?!" "Oh, is someone up already?" Twilight looked up out of the crib to get a good look on who or what could possibly be holding her hostage, only for yet another surprise catch her off guard. It was a white dragoness with a purple underbelly wearing a collar with three 5 point stars hanging off of it. Her mother. This scared the daughter to such a state that a faint hiss could be heard. The elder dragoness picked up the sound as an indication that her daughter had accidentally wet herself. "Oh, no. You were doing so well, keeping yourself dry, now you're soggy all over again," came Velvet. She reached down to pick up her daughter, her claws wrapping around the lavender dragoness with ease. Twilight suddenly felt that much smaller when she was lifted out the crib and lead to a changing table. So many thoughts filled her head at once, making proper speech impossible at the moment. WHAT IS GOING ON?! Velvet sat her daughter on the table and gathered the supplies needed to change her. Wipes, hatchling powder and, of course, another thick diaper. This one even came with frills at the end. Velvet stared at her worried daughter's expression and immediately knew what to do to calm her down. From within a drawer, a red pacifier was popped into Twilight's mouth. Twi stared back at the pacifier as if it was cursed, but she couldn't help but to suck on it just once. Just to try and calm herself so that she can think more clearly. suckle This sucking increased after a few seconds before she found a steady rhythm. She let the pacifier wash away her worries as her mother changed her. "There. That wasn't so bad now, was it?" Velvet asked her daughter. Twilight couldn't do much but nod in response. "Now then, let's go and see your sister," SISTER? Sparkle thought aloud. But I have a brother. Velvet led Twilight through what was supposed to be her home, but somehow, she wasn't the owner anymore. So who did it belong to? "Honey? Where are you and Barb?" Velvet asked. Barb? Who's that? thought Twilight. If what her mother had said earlier was true, and if she did, for some weird reason, have a sister, then... Twilight's eyes nearly bugged out of her eyes at the shocking realization that he could be her sister. Poor Spike... Night Light, Twilight's father came walking down the hallways carrying yet another dragoness. This one bore the same shades of purple and green as her Number 1 assistant. What's more is that this dragon had a more feminine look to it. Is Spike really my sister in this world? How is that even possible? I HATCHED HIM! Twilight screamed internally. The fourth dragon in the room slowly opened her eyes and let out a cute yawn. "Twilight..." "Sp... Barb?" the former pony asked, quickly correcting herself. Before either of them could go on, however, both their tummies let out a gurgle to let them know it was num num time. "Sounds like the two of you need something to follow up those tummies and stop that tummy monster from causing a ruckus," came Night Light, tickling Barb's belly. Barb squealed in delight, fidgeting in her father's grip. Velvet did the same to Twilight, who was incapable of holding back laughter of her own, wiggling as much as her 'sister'. The two elders led their young to the kitchen where snacks were already made. A couple of bottles for the two, cut meat, and even crus gems. Velvet had always remembered what gems was the girls favorites. Barb had a knack for emeralds, where as Twilight perfered rubies. Night Light levitated Barb over to Velvet so that she can set the two in their high chairs. "Who's ready for num nums?" the mother asked. Barb was quick to put her claws up in the air as she cried, "Me, me, me!" "Twily... I'm surprised. You not acting like your usual self today. You must've had a bad dream, but you didn't call for mommy. That's bad for hatchlings, you know," For some reason, the mentioning of a 'bad dream' was a little too on the nose regarding the situation Twilight was in, causing her to squirm in her chair and eliciting a few more crinkle from the diaper she wore. "Mommy, what wrong with sis?" Barb asked. "I'm not sure. Your sister won't tell me," Velvet answered. "Perhaps if she ate something first, she can speak," Twilight look up to see a spoon of Apple sauce and rubies coming her way. "Here comes the airplane looking to land. Whoosh!" her mom had said, making all sorts of noises to amuse her. She was failing to maintain a straight face as her lips curved upwards into a smile. After a few more seconds, she bit down on the food, allowing the contents to slide across her forked tongue. It... was... delicious... The sauce was done just right, and the rubies. She could eat them, and they were so sweet. She kicked her feet in response to the tasty treat. "M-more?" "Of course, sweety," came Velvet as she scooped up another spoonful and placed it in Twilight's mouth. By the time she was finished, Twilight felt like a ball of pure energy strong enough to rival Pinkie. She was flailing her claws to and fro, making a smile appear on her mom. "See, I told you you just needed something in there to make you think," Velvet cheered. "Thank you, m-mommy," "No worries there. Now, who's ready for playtime?" The younger sister was quick to her claws as she laughed in her high chair, tail swishing about. Twilight was lead outside where everything looked so... well, crazy. The entire landscape was similar to that of Ponyville, and yet, different. For one, most of the ponies she knew were turned into dragons. Derpy, Lyra, Roseluck and Octavia just to name a few, and they all had at least one thing in common. They were all dressed in the poofiest, silliest, and most colorful of 'hatchling clothes' as possible, accompanied by the thickest of diapers she had ever laid eyes upon. What was really crazy was that none of them seemed to be bothered by this. The lavender dragoness had that train of thought pull off the rails for a few seconds as she considered something. Wait, where's Starlight? I can understand all the others being at their homes, but she's always lived with me ever since I reformed her. Now was not the time to focus on her though. Now was the time to focus on what all this 'diapered dragon AU' nonsense was about. Luckily, she was coming up to a very familiar place. Carousel Boutique. "Mommy, mommy. Can we go there?" asked Barb, pointing to the store. "Oh, you want to see your friend, Rarity?" Velvet asked. "Uh huh, uh huh," Oh, thank Celestia. Maybe one of my other friends can help me. Twilight thought, a smile coming across her face. Velvet knocked on the door to see if anyone was home. A few seconds passed before the doorknob was encased in a blue aura and the big door was opened. Out came perhaps the most beautiful dragoness to ever grace the land with her appearance. Pearly white scales covered her body and a sapphire blue underbelly. Two curvy horns adorned her head and a few more scales of the same sapphire color where her mane was. she wore a gorgeous baby blue frilly dress along with a platinum crown. a glimmering white collar hung around her neck, where there hung three diamonds. "Oh, hi Barb!" came the dragoness, waving at Barb. "Hi, Rarity!" Barb waved back. Yep, definitely Rarity. And good to know she still has her fashion sense in this world. "You wanna play with her, you two?" came Velvet, getting the two sisters out of their stroller. "YAAAAAAAY!" Barb screamed as she immediately hugged her friend. Twilight could only stare in disbelief at the scene that was unfolding in front of her. For a fraction of a second, Twilight could've sworn she had seen a thick blue diaper wrapped around Rarity's waist, but thought it would be better if she played along. "Hi, Rarity" "Twilight, darling." Rarity said, giving a small hug. "You're just in time for our playdate!" "Playdate?" Twilight repeated, her wings flaring in surprise. "Mmm-hmm. Of course, you can do better than something like that. Not to be mean to your mother, but maybe this can spruce up your looks," the ivory dragoness then proceeds to levitate an alluring dress. It looked as if it was a glitter covered rose pink dress with six small points coming out from it. "I designed this especially for you. No need to thank me. We're best friends after all," The dress Twilight was wearing was quickly changed to the one Rarity had made. At the very least it was comfortable. Very elegant, yet lightweight and easy to move around in. Of course, the dress did nothing to hide the bulky padding she was in. Not that Rarity minded. Or anyone, for that matter. "So, what do you want to do first?" Rarity asked joyfully, jumping in place and giggling like a little filly. Ok. Nevermind. Twilight thought again to herself. there was no way the real Rarity would act this playful towards something so foalish. "Tea party!" came Barb's response. "Yay, tea party!" Rarity and Barb had enjoyed themselves where as Twilight was just staring at her tea. It had long since grown cold, and Barb had asked politely if she could have Twilight's slice of cake. The lavender dragon slowly pushed over the slice, and Barb had taken it in her ridiculously long tongue. Rares had seen enough. "Twilight?" "Hmm?" "Is something bothering you? You haven't touched your tea or cake. And to think Pinkie and Fluttershy worked so hard on those..." "Sorry. Just... I can't tell you... you'd probably think that I'm a freak..." Twilight sighed, looking down at her feet. "Darling, we're friends. You can tell me anything that's upsetting you and I promise you I will help you to the best of my abilities," That's something the REAL Rarity would say... "Well..." Twi gulped. "Don't you feel a little strange wearing this?" "Whatever are you talking about? We've always worn something the likes of these. The crowns scream royalty, the dresses are so elegant, and the pampers, darling?" Rarity turned around, giving the lavender dragoness a good view of her diapered rear. "They are to die for! What hatchling in their right mind wouldn't want one of these?" "I would," Barb answered. Twilight couldn't fight off the blush that was coming on her face. "That's what I'm talking about! Don't you remember anything that happened before we entered the book?" "Book?" "Yes. The book with the white dragon on it?" "I'm afraid I have absolutely no idea what you're talking about..." Twilight groaned. "Well, you mentioned Pinkie and Fluttershy, right?" "Yes," Rarity answered. "Rarity, we've got to get the gang back together," Chapter 2: Getting The Band Back TogetherSomething has gone wrong. We don't seem to have an archived copy of that chapter.Chapter 4: Better Watch Out!Twilight and the gang cleaned up their mess, then met back with Princess Celestia at the end of the day to discuss the discovery they had made in the archives. "Very interesting. A pocket dimension that has quite possibly trapped you and your friends, then gave everyone else an alternate mindset but you. This is quite the clawful, I must say," the elder said. "I know, right? And I still haven't seen hide nor tail of where Starlight and Tempest are," Twilight stated. "It's quite possibly that whoever designed this gave them an alternate mindset as well, and considering the past those two had..." Sunset said. "WHAT?! Starlight and Tempest are good now. Why would this thing turn them back to evil?" "Maybe it believes that you didn't defeat them properly and wanted to give you a second chance at doing things the right way," Sunset concluded. "I guess, but why?" Meanwhile, in the Dragalia outskirts. "Uh. Why you do dat?" a random dragon asked, waving their chubby little arms in protest to the offenders. It realized how awkward it's language was after the regression. "Why I sounds like dis?!" "Well, because it's fun to get back at the ones who torture you, silly," Tempest answered. The hatchling then proceeded to throw a tantrum at its captors, balling its claws into fists and swinging at them. "My, my. You're a fussy little one, aren't ya? Perhaps the right motivation will set you straight," Starlight said as her horns and eyes glowed. The drake watched her eyes swirl around, causing him to cease his small attack at the pair. "Good boy. We'll give you a treat if you promise to behave," The small drake then put his claws out and begged her to give him a treat. Starlight grabbed a small bottle out from her backpack and handed it to him. He happily sucked away, no longer caring about the regression that had transpired. "Too easy. At this rate, we'll take over Dragalia by days end, dear sister," came Tempest. "Ooh, I can't wait!" "Oh, no. I have to warn the Princess," a guard said to himself. Back at the castle, Twilight and the others were having a nice dinner with Celestia and Sunset. A few fruits and gems were passed around as they got their fill. Twilight thought that now was a good a time as any to think about where her next move should be. The others gave her a few glances every now and then to see if she was cool. She gave them nods to assure them that everything was fine. "So Twilight," Sunset asked. "Yeah?" "How is it that you came into this world to begin with?" "Well..." It all started back when I was about to meet up with my friends at a picnic. There was nothing special happening at the time for any of us, so I figured there was a good a time as any to have all my closest friends meet up to see each other. Me and Starlight had seen a book that I didn't even include in my library. I looked at it to see a white dragon on it with very little detail. My friends observed it one by one, then we all saw a blinding light, and it pulled us in. "Wow. So, how have you been able to cope with things so far?" Shimmer asks as a look of pity came upon her face. "Not that well. I found out that a friend of mine, a close one, was turned into a girl," "Wait. You mean to tell me that one of us here is a guy? That's rough..." Just as Twilight was about to continue, a guard came bursting through the dining room doors panting for breath. "Sorry to interrupt, princess, but we've got trouble out in the Dragalia outskirts, dragons everywhere are being magically regressed!" the guard announced bef plopping on his padded butt. "Oh, no. That has to be Starlight and Tempest," Sunset said sadly. "I thought they had learned. What would cause them to do this?" Twilight sighed. The team made their way outside to where the trouble was taking place, and there they were. The tag team of troublemakers were doing business left, right and center as hundreds of dragons were regressed. Starlight took a look at the party that was approaching the two and put on her most innocent smile she could muster. "Why, hello ladies. Didn't expect to see you here. What's the occasion?" "Kicking your padded butts, obviously,"Sunset hissed behind clenched teeth. The periwinkle dragoness turned around and shaked her diapered rear at the offense. "Ooh, Sunset and the others are gonna spank us for being such naughty hatchlings. I'm so scared," The taunt did it's job and made the amber dragoness even hotter. It had even gotten to Twilight as she now bore a face of frustration. "What's gotten into you two? I had hoped you would be the first pony, er, dragon I saw when I first got sucked into this wacky world, but no; and now, you two are totally acting weirder than anyone else here!" "Does it really matter?" Tempest asked. "Yes, it does?" Twilight answered, now wondering why her latest 'friends' were acting so hostile. Is it because of the things that they tried to do to her and her real friends? She was now so wrapped up in locating an answer, she didn't realize that a beam of magic was heading straight for her. Luckily, Sunset saw the oncoming attack and decided to take action. "Twilight, look out!" she screamed, tackling the lavender dragoness in the process and taking the blast instead. She let out a scream as the magic regressed her into an actual hatchling. Twilight looked down at her friend to see she was happily babbling away her cares, however Twilight herself was anything but. "Turn her back right now," "Why don't you make us?" Starlight asked as she and Tempest bumped their padded rumps together at a successful mission. "They might not, but I can!" Celestia roared in fury. Author's Note I apologize if this chapter took longer to get out there, but I really didn't want to go through the trouble explaining why Starlight and Tempest are evil in this story. Anyways, as always, constructive criticism is always welcome here. Chapter 5: Bad GirlsThe white dragoness stood tall over the much younger ones. Starlight and Tempest looked up in fear, trying their best to hide it, but their voices betrayed them. "You d-don't scare u-us," Starlight stuttered. "Yeah. We gulp don't kneel to anyone," Tempest said with a shaky voice. "Really, because it sounds to me that you two are very scared of me right now," Celestia snarled. The duo took a step back as the beast lowered her head to meet them. "Now, I will ask you this only once. Return my subjects and my daughter to normal, or there will be a severe punishment for you," The periwinkle dragoness grumbled something before finally saying, "Fine, then..." "That's what I thought," Celestia said confidently. She then turned her attention to Twilight and her friends. "See, girls? This is how you handle-" Starlight was quick to betray her word and shot a beam right in the elder's face. Her smile only lasted a few seconds as Celestia grimaced, before smiling a wicked smile of her own. That caused all the young to quiver in fear, including her regressed daughter. "Still as short witted and short tempered as ever, eh Starlight? Tsk. Really, now? Did you honest believe I wouldn't be prepared for the situation at claw?" She shot a beam of magic so fast, no one spotted it. Starlight and Tempest closed their eyes, both from the blinding light and also from whatever pain they might have felt. Instead, what happened were that two inhibitor rings were placed on their horns. They tried casting their magic, before the rings siphoned it. That caused Starlight to go into a panic attack. "MY MAGIC!" she screamed before Tia put a claw to her mouth. "Shh. There will be much time to think about your actions after I settle you two in your new home," The group was back in the library, hoping to come across a reversal spell to turn Sunset back to normal, but nothing came up. A knocking came at the door of the place. "Now who could that be?" AJ asked. "I'll check," came Rainbow. She opened the door to see another pink dragoness. This one had horns and wings. Her sparkling tutu and pink frilly diaper were beyond words. "Cadence?" "CADENCE?!" Twilight shouting as she teleported of the chair she was in and made her way over to the newcomer. The two embraced each other in a hug before performing their signature dance, With Twilight not even stumbling on the claws part. "Twilight! How are you?" she asked. The lavender dragoness looked back at her with a low head. "Not so good, Cadence. Sunset had just been regressed by Starlight and Tempest. Those two are with Celestia right now," "Well, I'm sure you can find a way to change her back. If anyone can get us out of a bad spot, it's you," "And don't you ever forget that," came a masculine voice. "BBBFF?!" Twilight asked as she looked behind her sister in-law to see her draconic and diapered brother in goofy looking armor that barely covered his padding. "The Twilight I know would never give up that easily. How about we take a break and you can play for a while?" All of the ears in the room(except Twilight's) shot up in excitement. PLAY! "But Sunset! She's still regressed. We can't-" she tried to protest. "Relax, Twi. So what if you didn't get it on the first try. That doesn't mean you can't come back to it later after you've had a little break?" came Cadence. "She does make a good point. And I should know, darling. I do own multiple stores," Rarity added. "A little downtime to help ease your nerves would most certainly do wonders," "Well, if it will help me clear my mind off everything that's happened at this point, then I'll give it a go," came Twilight's response. Meanwhile, with Celestia. "You two have been very bad hatchlings. You have disrupted the peace of my fair city, regressed hundreds of dragons, including my daughter, and attempted to do the same to the Elements of Harmony! What do you have to say for yourselves?" she looked down at her prisoners with fire in her eyes. "We regret nothing," came Tempest. "You've been looking down on us for far too long," Starlight added. "All we EVER tried to do was make you smile and be proud of us," "How could I ever bring myself to be proud of the damage you two have caused?!" the white dragoness roared, pulling a paddle out from a closet. "I will make sure you pay dearly for this," Their eyes went wide as the looked at the wooden object, thinking about how much pain they would be in should Tia punish them; and knowing they couldn't overpower her with brute strength alone, they tried to beg. This only served in enraging Celestia all the more. "You should know by now that no longer works on me. You're only going to make this worse," she said before removing the pampers off the troublemaker duo before bringing the paddle across their rumps. Her massive size meant she only had to apply minimum force, but to them, utter torture. They screamed and cried out in pain as ten paddles were given to them. "I hope you two learned your lesson," she said sternly. They laid there, crying and unable to speak. "I'll come back for you two later. Think about what you have done... She left to see what luck the others might have had on reversing the damage those two did. Something deep within the shadows saw the two get captured and went about freeing them. With a SNAP!, the rings on their horns were broken. Black claws extended to them, carrying them in its arms. A deep and masculine voice said to them. "What a shame. Still the same Celesia I've known for thousands of moons. We all know you two know you don't deserve to be locked up like this; but don't you worry yourselves, little ones. Daddy's gonna take good care of you, and make sure you are the naughtiest little hatchlings in all the land!" he said, before letting out maniacal laughter and making off to a distant land. Author's Note I humbly apologize if this chapter took nearly a year to come out. With the pandemic being something I focus on nowadays, I easily lose motivation to do most of the stuff I love, but I am trying to pull myself together. Here's to hoping I can finish the story. Chapter 3: A Meeting With The PrincessTwilight and the others got everything they needed after a few changes and made their way to Dragalia, where they would have a talk with Princess Celestia. It was quite the way, so they would have to go by train without spending too much of their stamina. Plus, they offered sweet treats and additional diapers should they ever find themselves short. I sure hope the princess knows what's happened. I've gotten nothing out of my friends so far. "So, Twilight? Anything in particular you're talk to the princess about?" Pinkie asked, sitting down beside her, a puff of powder coming from her diapered rear. "Other than what I've already mentioned? No." she replied. "Don't worry about it. Princess Celestia knows everything that goes on. Trust me," came Rainbow with a smug smile on her face. "I hope your right. Barb, you ok?" Twilight asked, turning to her sister. Barb was just minding her own business as she sucked on a pacifier and shaking a rattle as Rarity sat beside her. "Are you sure it was a good idea to bring Barb along? I know she's a precious angel that can bring no harm to anyone, bit I fear that someone might do something to her if we take our eyes off of her for too long. Then what? Will your mother scold you for not watching out for her," Barb then looked at her sister with pleading eyes that said, 'Don't let bad come to me'. Twilight didn't want to think about what her mother could have in store for her should she let Barb out of her sight. She then looked at Barb again, saying, "Don't fret. I promise to take good care of her," "Pinkie Promise?" Pinks added. Twilight then proceeded through the Pinkie Promise to ensure Barb's safety as they approached their destination. The gang made their way towards the castle gates where a few guards were waiting at the gate, just as thickly padded as the gang was. "State your business," one of them said. Twilight, completely calm by the situation then begun to tell the guards what was going on and why she needed to see the princess as soon as possible. The guards let her through with little commotion as they guided her through the castle. even though she's been through Canterlot Castle plenty of times, the place seemed bigger. Much bigger. It was quite intimidating, actually; the place was huge. Twilight found herself cowering in fear as to who could be of this size to have such a place to stay. Then she remembered. She only got more scared. The doors to the throne room were opened as the seven diapered dragonesses made their way to where the massive dragon in the room sat. Twilight gulped in fear at the beast towering before. THAT'S PRINCESS CELESTIA?! SHE'S SO BIG! "Oh, Twilight. How lovely to see you again," Celestia said. Twilight's ears rang. It's so loud! Twilight thought. She wondered if she was accidently wet herself at the terror that was tugging at her heart. "Oh dear. Are you hurt?" Celestia said, leaning down and picking her up. Twilight was so small in her claws, she could quite literally crush her 'pupil' in one. Twilight looked her pony-turned-dragon mentor in the eyes, her entire body shaking. Celesia put a single claw to Twi's mouth. "What's got you spooked all of a sudden? We've met plenty of times before, and you weren't intimidated by my size then," "Ya see, princess, somethin' done happened to Twi here. She doesn't seem to remember any of this even happenin', so she figured the best bet is to talk to you," AJ replied. "Oh, I would love to, but unfortunately, I have some important meetings to attend. You can always take it up with my daughter if you wish," "Daughter?" Twilight wondered. When did Celestia have a daughter, or more importantly, why? Suddenly, the doors of the throne room opened again as another dragoness made their way into the room. Twilight only had to look at her once to realize who it was... SUNSET SHIMMER?! The amber colored dragoness with a sun collar of yellow and red came waddling down the runway to talk with her mother. "Sorry I'm late, mom. Can you forgive me? I was wrapped up in my games again and... TWILIGHT!" "Hi, Sunset!" "You came to visit me!" Sunset cheered, embracing Twilight in a welcoming hug. "Yep. Hey, I need your help with something. Can you help me?" "Well, since my mom can't do so at the time, I guess I'm the next best choice. Come on I'll take you to the Dragalia archives and we'll see what we can do from there," "Ok," The dragonesses spent hours on end searching for a possible explanation as to how Twilight 'lost her memory', but to no avail. Books were scattered everywhere and multiple experiments were tested. The others let out a sigh of defeat where as Sunset had continued looking, then she stumbled across a book that could answer all of their questions. "I got it!" she cheered triumphantly while holding up a rather dusty book. She let out a small sneeze, accompanied by a small jet of flame, before dusting it off. "What is it?" Twilight asked, trying to get a closer look. The others gathered in a circle as they saw the book being called, The Multiverse & You "My theory, which should be correct, is that this is not OUR Twilight, and that she came from a parallel world," Sunset stated. The group gasped in shock. "Now how in the heck's that possible?" AJ asked, scratching a claw on her head. "My guess is that someone or something from her world sent her here. Isn't that right?" Sunset finished, turning to Twilight. The lavender dragoness nodded in agreement. "Not just me, but all of you. And the worst part is that I'm the only one who seems to remember what happened before we entered this world," "So it's possible that what we're in right now is some sort of pocket dimension, and it's making us believe that's we're all hatchlings, right? That's why we're wearing all this..." Sunset slid off, expecting Twilight to finish. "Yes, Sunset. That's why." "Weird," Elsewhere. "Look at them. All smiles and no frowns. They act as if no misfortunes come their way. They make me sick," came the mulberry colored dragoness, looking on the citizens below in disgust. "Ugh, I know. They think they're so high and mighty with the way they treat us. They act as if they've never done anything wrong. Well, we'll show them what for as we turn them all into the most helpless little hatchlings ever, won't we?" came a periwinkle colored dragoness with a light blue four point star on her collar. "Got that right, sister..." the other replied as she held onto a staff that radiated with energy. A bad time was right around the corner. Author's Note I hope you enjoyed the little twists that were in this chapter. Leave a comment on what you think so far. Constructive criticism always helps. Prologue: Just another Ordinary DayAuthor's Note Something I normally don't do in my stories is include a prologue, but I have a feeling this is going to tire me out for a few days, but here it is...
"Rarity, we've got to get the gang back together,"
Chapter 2: Getting The Band Back TogetherSomething has gone wrong. We don't seem to have an archived copy of that chapter.
Chapter 4: Better Watch Out!Twilight and the gang cleaned up their mess, then met back with Princess Celestia at the end of the day to discuss the discovery they had made in the archives.
Also, if anyone you know is interested in this kind of stuff, let them know.
