After the Masked Man, or Claus, fired an intense bolt of lightning at Lucas, Lucas's Franklin Badge... reflected the lightning back! As Claus took mortal damage, he gazed at Lucas, staggering towards him. Claus... Embraced Lucas. Lucas remembered Claus's smell as he hugged him back. "I'm sorry it turned out like this..." Claus said weakly as he tried to speak to Lucas.
"I'm really happy you could be with me just before the end... Thanks..." Claus turned his head to his father, saying to him," Dad, I'm sorry I didn't listen to you..." Claus's breathing was slowing down
"I'm going to where Mom is now. Lucas... I hope... we meet again... someday..."
"Bye..."
"Thank you..."
"I'm sorry... I'm sure we'll meet again..." as Claus gave his final breath.
Lucas stood up with tears in his eyes, letting his brother as Claus laid down on the ground, smiling.
Claus POV
My vision started to whiten. I was dead… But I embraced it. I knew that my death was for a good cause. Because if i had not regained my memory, I would've killed my brother and erased everything from existence. I could still taste blood in my mouth as I woke up in a sunflower field. My mother was there… smiling. I cried and ran over to her and hugged her. She hugged me back and picked me up. I looked into her eyes as she did so.
“Mom! I missed you so much!” I said while crying my eyes out.
“Claus… it is not your time… not yet.” she said with a hint of sadness in her voice. What did she mean by not my time? I died and death is irreversible. She held my chin up and smiled.
“There is a world that needs your help… I did everything in my power to send you there… remember Claus, be happy. Goodbye…” she said before i blacked out. I had so many questions. But only one escaped my lips.
“Why?”
Celestia sighed. Another day, another session of listening to nobles whining and complaining about how "too much money was going to creating roads between cities" or "somepony took my seat at my favorite cafe." She was bored out of her mind, wishing for a distraction.
And then, she got one. She winced as she felt a sudden burst of energy, blasting through her skull with an amazing power, far stronger than she could ever hope to muster. She looked up, and flared her horn in an attempt to locate the direction of blast of power. Her eyes narrowed as it seemed to come from the garden. She stood up from her throne, interrupting the noble below her. She then dismissed her and stepped to the side of the room and teleported.
*Knock knock knock*
"LUNA!" A blue Alicorn winced quietly, flipping over and pushing her head further into the warm embrace that was her pillow. Another knocking fit sounded, accompanied by a "LUNA YOU NEED TO WAKE UP!" ringing through the door.
The alicorn moaned and flopped the pillow over her head, and groaned quietly, "Hnnngggg, five more minutes, please, Tia... I have a headache." Another knock sounded out in the room this time more furious.
"Luna, if you don't get up I'm coming in and waking you up!" Celestia insisted.
Luna groaned again. "I don't want to, Sister!" she pleaded. The sound of teleportation flew in the room, the lunar Alicorn pulling her pillow over her head tighter in response. The sound of metal scraping on metal could be heard. Luna began to pull the pillow off her head in curiosity, when she was suddenly assaulted by a bucket of ice cold water. "PSHHSHSH," the dark blue Alicorn sprung out of her bed, spitting water out of her mouth and shaking water from her mane and coat. "CELESTIA! WHAT IN TARTARUS-"
"Luna I need you with me right now, I felt a massive power surge when I was in day court, I think a new enemy may have appeared or an old one may have broken free," Celestia babbled in one stressed sentence.
"Who?” Luna responded. “ Is it Discord?"
"No Luna, Discord's power would have been much more chaotic. This seemed to have an energy that was unnatural, like it was not meant to be on this world... or any other world for that matter. It is unlike Discord's, Sombra's or any other that we have faced. Not even Starswirl the Bearded produced that much raw magical energy... I fear for the worst."
"Then why not call for the element bearers?"
"Three problems with that. One: they may be strong, Luna, but they are far more useful against an enemies we know. For all their experience, they are very naive in their thinking. Two: they are like a glass cannon; they are amazingly powerful, but if even one of them is gone or corrupted then the entirety of the elements are useless. Three: the power of Harmony is only effective against true evil, and this may be nothing more than power. Either way, I will not risk them on an unknown. Now, let us go find this disturbance."
Castle garden, Canterlot Equestria
A woman is seen to be carrying another being in her hands. It was Claus. He wears a long yellow shirt instead of his casual short striped shirt, although it cannot be seen very well because of his black-gray coat. However, he still wears his orange pants. He wears black-grayish boots. He had his helmet on, along with his arm cannon and sword. The woman however, was glowing bright and wore a red dress and had brown hair. It was Hinawa. Along with every step, sunflowers grew in their wake.
Celestia and Luna both rushed out of the doors of the castle to look for the disturbance. Upon reaching the garden, they were greeted by a strange sight. In the middle of a bed of sunflowers. Stood hinawa. Along with Claus in her hands. She set him down in the sunflowers. Luna approached cautiously, their horns glowing prepared to strike at whatever that thing was, along with the boy. Hinawa turned her head to the Alicorns.
“Do not strike. For i am already deceased… my son however, is alive. If it's not too much to ask, protect him. He never really had a childhood. Please… I beg you two… protect my son.”
The two were dumbstruck. But before they could ask any questions, Hinawa put Claus down and faded away in sunflower petals.
