Stellar Flare the unicorn, Aunt Holiday the earth pony, Autumn Blaze the Kirin, Gabby the Griffon, and Daring Do (aka A.K Yearling) all mysteriously wake up on a beach on a strange tropical island in the middle of nowhere with no food and no way of escaping. They all become ravenously hungry and try to hold out until help arrives.
