A colt named Swan Song attempt to take his life fails and he is sent to a psych ward of Ponyville hospital. He is given many types of treatments to help him and none have seen much progress. Sometime after his suicide attempt, he begins having sexual fantasies that become more gruesome as time goes on. However, when his doctor gives him a new drug he wakes up somewhere new in a situation that he can't tell is the best thing that's happened to him or the worst thing possible.

A/N: This is the first story I'm posting on here. I'd appreciate any criticism so long as it's constructive. I've just had this story sitting on my computer for a while and by chance it's one that I got the farthest writing.
