A Ticklish little Pegasus

Dash was woken by shuffling around, after blinking the tiredness from her eyes and rising her aching body from the stone floor she can make out Anon and Scootaloo walking into the basement, Scootaloo was wearing a metal collar just like her own.

“Hey, Where did you take her!?” Rainbow shouted

“Oh don’t yet your feathers in a twist Dash I took her up so she could use the bathroom and get something to eat, or do you want me to just keep you both down here, feed you dog food and give you both a bucket for a toilet?”

Not even wanting to consider how bad that would be she lowered her head “...sorry”

At her words Anon perked up, “aw well that’s alright Rainbow, you were only worried about your friend, now C’mon” he gestures for her to follow him.
I’ll set a place for you while you go freshen up”

Making her way up to Anon standing by the stairway up Rainbow nods to Scootaloo who smiles weakly.

“See you in a bit Dash” Scootaloo spoke.

Rainbow wasn’t long in the bathroom but still took some time to clean her mane and hooves, the floor in the basement as well on not very comfy it was pretty dirty, once finished she emerged from the bathroom to see Anon just cutting through a sandwich with dandelions sticking out of it, he see’s Dash approach.

There you are, Scootaloo said she fancied a dandelion sandwich so we both went out and picked some, the second collar I ordered arrived this morning so I could trust her out and about and I thought I would make you one too.

Rainbow makes her way to the table and climbs into the chair and begins eating, it’s ok but the dandelions tasted a bit off, sort of a smokey taste with a weird tang she couldn't place, but it was a nice change and it wasn't very overpowering.
“It’s ok, I’ve certainly tasted better...”

“You think they taste tangy too?, that’s what Scootaloo said, I guess maybe your tastebuds are so good they can pick up all the bad atmosphere those plants have been taking in”

Rainbow looked at Anon, he was still smiling, acting like he wasn't her kidnapper and he had put both her and Scootaloo through hell. “Dude, why have you been acting weird since I got up, if you have suddenly decided you want to be my friend how about you let me and the kid go and we work from there?”

The human sighed, slouching in his seat, “Rainbow I know what you did last night, even after I warned you what would happen.”

“Anon she couldn’t take it!, if she was left any longer she could hyperventilate or worse have a heart attack, she had been through enough. Please, don’t punish her for something I did”

“See this is more like it Rainbow, when you first arrived it was all shouting orders and disobedience, now you are learning to be more polite, very well I won’t punish her, she can help me have some fun with you today.”

Rainbow was immediately torn, he was going to leave Scoot alone...today, but they were going to tickle her, and he has some kind of plan in the metal folder he is carrying, whats DELL supposed to mean anyway, is it some human term for bdsm?

Well at least it wasn't Scootaloo going through it, that alone would help her get through it, Rainbow would do anything for her friends, especially her “Sister”.

Anon picks up the shiny DELL folder that had some black ropes coming from it and makes his way to the hallway where the basement door was, “I have been playing with a little program I think will be fun to try out, now Cmon”

Rainbow followed him to the open door where he was waiting and made her way down the stairs with Anon following her in and locking the door.

“Ok Scoot, me and Dash made a deal, she is taking full responsibility for breaking the rules last night so you will get to help me have some fun with Rainbow”

Before Scootaloo could interject Rainbow spoke “You.... want me on the table thing again?”

“Yep, hop up and I’ll take your collar off, with you tied down you don’t need it and you don’t want it digging into the back of your neck” he says as he puts one of the black ropes dangling from the Dell folder into a hole on the BPM machine, followed by opening the folder sideways and...ok that’s not a folder.

“Oh is that like a those machines from a hospital” Rainbow asked, her curiosity temporarily overtaking her fear”

“Sort of, I guess you don’t really have computers” Anon replied as he reached over to Rainbow who had flew up onto the table and rolled onto her back, taking her collar off and then began fastening her in just like when Rainbow first arrived.

After that was done he presses some buttons on the “Dell folder” Anon had placed on the table just above Rainbows left shoulder and spoke to Scootaloo.
“Ok Scoot I have a game for you, you see the clock on this screen? When Rainbows heartbeat is below 100 the countdown will run like any other clock, but if you get her heartbeat above 100 the clock will count down twice as fast.

After pressing another button a red readout of 01:00:00 displayed on the screen with 74bpm in the top right corner.

“So if you keep her heartbeat above 100bpm you will only have to tickle her for half an hour instead of a hour, get it” Anon says as he picks Scootaloo up and places her on Rainbows table.

Scootaloo looked at Rainbow, her idol all tied up and helpless, she couldn’t do it, after last night she knows very well how it feels, but before she voiced her reservations Rainbow spoke.

“Kid it’s alright, the sooner you start the sooner it’s over,” Scootaloo looked down to Rainbow who was smiling at her before Scoot slowly nodded, she thought to herself wondering how to begin, and then a certain memory came to mind.

—————A year and a half ago—————

Scootaloo’s whole body was on fire, even her ears were aching.

Scootaloo I’m real proud of you, 4 whole seconds in the air, 4! And that was only because you lost concentration when you realised you were flying, you just have to learn to control yourself, then you’ll be flying around just as easily as if you were walking!

“I guess” Scootaloo replied, downtrodden, “But just to get that far I had to run myself into the ground,” she looks down at her scuffed legs, “Literally! Plus I heard from Pinkie that Poundcake has been flying rings round his folks since he was born” Tears begin to form in her eyes. “What’s with that!”

Rainbow stopped in her tracks, turning around and sat facing Scootaloo, sighing, “Oh squirt don’t tell me that’s been getting to you, for petes sake this is why ground based schools need Pegasi tutors. Kid do you know why Pumpkin and Poundcake are a Pegasus and a Unicorn even though their parents are earth ponies?”

Scootaloo was taken aback by this, surprised she hadn't though about this “....no, why”

“Because going back in their family tree is some Pegasi and Unicorns, and if there is Unicorn magic in the family tree it can enhance a Pegasi’s magic from birth, letting them fly straight away. But if you only have Pegasi in your family, like you, your magic has to develop, and your wings have to grow out a bit, and sometimes you can have late bloomers,” she boops Scootaloo’s chest “Like you, but it will happen, and trying your hardest like you have been helps speed it up”

Scootaloo looked up to Dash a grin growing on her face, “thanks Dash!”

“No problem squirt!, here we are!”

Scootaloo looks up to Rainbow was pointing.
“P-ponyville spa!?, Ha ha very funny, seriously where are we going, the movies?”

“Yea yea I know, daredevil licence and all but a mixture of Rarity giving me a bunch of vouchers almost every time we hang out and Spitfire talked it up saying its always best to have a massage after a intense flight session I decided to try it out, but NEVER EVER tell anypony or I’ll deny it and make you my number one prank target for life!”

Scootaloo quickly nods “I won’t Dash, Cross my heart hope to fly, stick a cupcake in my eye”

“Cool, now lets go”

They stepped inside where Aloe was standing at a podium by the door pen in her mouth writing something, looking up she dropped it and wore a sweet smile.

“Rainbow Dash! welcome back! Oh and you brought a friend, who is this?”

“Oh, urr, Sc-Scootaloo ma’am”
“Oh please call me Aloe, now Rainbow are you going for the usual yes? and what about Scootaloo”

Rainbow answered, “yea I’ll have the usual and just go with a light flight muscle package for Scoot, and leave the soft spots for now, she’s new to this.”

“Soft spots, what’s that?” Scootaloo asked.

“Oh yea” Rainbow chuckled “another thing a Pegasi tutor should have taught you about, as a Pegasus some parts of your body are really sensitive, so your body can feel out the air currents your riding and how fast your going, if ponies are gentle you get used to having them massaged and it can feel real nice but for now we’ll stick to the main flight muscles”

“Oh right, where are the soft spots?” Scootaloo asked

“I expect you know about most of them but just thought it was a normal ticklish spot, but they are behind the ears, the skin under the chest fur, the neck, all four of your legs from the top of your knees and of corse your wings. But you should ask your folks to do it for you first to get used to it before you have it done here so they can go at your pace.”

“Alright, thanks Dash!”

—————Present Day—————

Rainbow had told her about Pegasi soft spots and now she was going to use it against her, if her and Rainbow ever get out of this she was going to make it her goal to make it up to Dash for what she was about to put her though, like Rainbow had said if you go softly you can massage the soft spots but if you go in rough it would of corse tickle, a lot.

So to begin Scoot went over to Rainbows chest, and began nuzzling, licking and nibbling at her chest fur.

“Ohmygosh, n-no not ther-HA-heHahahahaa” It overwhelms Dash instantly, pleasing Anon that pressed space on the keyboard and the timer turned orange and began counting down with the bpm now reading 90.

“Oh wow I’m impressed” Anon praised her “you seem to know her body well, if I help I’m sure we can get it above 90bpm in no time”

Scootaloo didn't want him to help but after a few minutes and she glanced at the bpm and saw it resting at about the 91-92 mark so she excepted he may have to, Rainbow being the athlete she was Scootaloo guessed it will take more to raise her heart rate.

“Ok...fine Anon you can help, ticklish her legs, knees, her wings, neck or behind her ears.

Hearing Scootaloo list all the Pegasi soft spots she yelled between laughter, No! dont tell him PFFFTBUHAHAH! before falling back into helpless laughter, but once Anon begun alternating between her legs and her neck Rainbow screamed, any ability to talk between her laughter was lost.

“It’s toomu, ahhhhh Buhahahaha! PffWAHAHAH! P-please quit tickling me I can’t stan-AHHH HAHAHAHAH, QUIT IT PLEASHAHAHA” Rainbow didn’t think it would be this intense, with both of them working on her soft spots and Scootaloo’s little tonge and soft wings she was in hysterics but she hoped if they have her laughing like this it must have been enough to half the time.

Her bpm quickly shot past 100 to 121, the numbers on the screen went from orange to green and began counting down twice as fast. With the time that has already elapsed it wasn't long until her time was up, as a reward for such a good job anon let Rainbow loose, but he did reattach her collar and went upstairs to order some takeout for them, without meat of corse.

Apart from Rainbow’s heavy breathing it was silent in the basement until Scootaloo spoke up.

“Um...Dash?, I’m really sorry. I dident know what else to do and then i remembered you telling me about soft spots and with just me doing it your heartbeat wasn't going high enough and I...-her sentence had become rambling and Rainbow stopped her by placing a hoof to her mouth, smiling.

“Hey squirt it’s cool, it’s not your fault we’re here it’s his, if you didn't do what he told you we would be in for worse anyway” she hugged her.

“Rainbow Dash”

“Yea” Rainbow responded

Scootaloo broke the hug and looked at her “what did you say Dash?”

“You..didn't you say my name?” Rainbow asked confused

“No I didn't say anything” Scootaloo said, looking at her with just as much confusion.

Rainbow heard the voice again”

“Rainbow Dash!”

As soon as she heard the voice Scootaloo perked up “Dash your eyes...they sorta glowed for a second then flickered away”

The voice spoke again, louder this time and Rainbow could see the glow from her eyes shining through the basement this time, and she began to feel something tingly around her neck

“Rainbow Dash can you hear me” It was twilight, IT WAS TWILIGHT, it was coming through now clear as day!

“Twilight! I’m here I’m HERE, CAN YOU HEAR ME!”

“Rainbow thank Celestia this worked, quickly are you ok? and is Scootaloo with you?”

“Yes she is here, but no not really...I don’t know where we are but a human I think he said he was has been keeping us locked up down here....can you get us out”

During this whole conversation Scootaloo was only hearing one end of it and seeing Rainbows eyes flicker after she spoke to the darkness. “Dash, what’s going on, is Twilight coming to save us?”

Rainbow parroted Scootaloo’s words to the voice, “Oh I am so sorry this has happened Rainbow, yes I’m going to get you back, I have located the fragments of the elements of harmony within the structure of the treehouse of harmony and I have wired them together with a arcane conduit, it won’t hold for long but it should be enough to pull you back, but you’ll have to keep a tight hold on Scootaloo to draw her in too, do not let go no matter what, this will only work once!”

“Yes I understand!” Rainbow shouted before turning to Scootaloo
“Twilight is using the remains of the elements of harmony to pull me back, and I can bring you with me I just have to hold on to you”

“That’s great! That’s great that’s great that’s great!” Scootaloo chanted.
It’s at that point the basement door opened and Anon walked down with a pizza box in one hand and some kind of red six pack in the other, at the sight of Rainbows glowing eyes he dropped them and asked “What’s going on?!”

“Twilight we are out of time, NOW NOW DO IT NOW” Rainbow yelled grabbing onto Scootaloo with all her might

“Ok, remember tight hold on Scootaloo, and brace yourself this may feel a bit weird!” Twilights voice spoke.

“Twilight?” Anon spoke, “no, NO SHE IS NOT TAKING YOU AWAY”, just as he grabs the remote to their collars Rainbow began to glow and rise from the floor, Scootaloo tightly in her grasp.

Anon points the remote at Rainbow, turns it all the way up and presses the button.
The collar fired to life but instead of hurting Rainbow it causes some kind of feedback with the energy around her and a bolt of lightning bursts from the collar and blows the remote up in Anons hands, sending him to the ground in pain as the collar around Rainbows neck fell apart and dropped to the floor below her.

Just as Anon limped back to his feet Rainbows whole body began glowing red, emanating from the centre of her neck as a faded flickery golden band of her element formed around her neck and in a red flash they disappeared.

Anon fell to the ground and burst into tears.

The treehouse of harmony was in a mess, thick wires bursting with magical energy in all directions leading up to random places in the structure connected to the walls with a metal stakes, linking all the pieces of the elements of harmony to a big metal ring twilight was wearing around her neck.
With Pinkie, Applejack, Rarity and Fluttershy all holding hooves in a circle with flickery projections of their elements around their necks and on Twilights head.

Then all at once all energy shot from the elements to the centre of the circle before they are all blown by back by a explosion, as they all slowly got back to their hooves they could see Scootaloo with Rainbow tightly curled around her both unconscious.

Twilight looked down at them with a tired smile, “let’s get them back to the castle.”
