Twilight

The library was covered in a rainbow of streamers. Confetti and glitter covered the floor as balloons covered the entire roof. Probably the whole town of party ponies emerged from their hiding spots. Among them was the little mare Shorty encountered before.

"Suprise! Hi, i'm Twilight and I threw this party for You! The newest member of Ponyville! Really suprised ya right? HUH, Huh, Huh!?"

"Very," Shorty looked around the now ruined library , the chance of a good night's sleep. "Weird to plan a party in a Library.

     "Well duh!" Twilight appeared from behind him. "Parties can be anywhere, I mean think about a library without a party, I mean c'mon. BORRING!" Shorty sighed and eyed a table with snacks. "You see, I saw you walking into town and I know every and I mean every horse and pony in Ponyville." The stallion started to pour Kool-aide into a cup.Twilight kept running her mouth and popping out of the wierdest places. "So that meant you're new and probably don't have any friends and you'll be all lonely and that made me so sad. That was until I went HUUUH! I just had a super awesome idea of throwing you a party. See?" All the equines Shorty met stood next to her. Peanut, Reno,Beauty, and Bugshot were all there. "Now you have lots and lots of friends!"

   Shorty took a sip of Kool-aide, but soon spit it out. His face turned red and his blaze turned orange. Peanut went to make sure he was okay.

"You okay Shorts?" Soon, he was all red and his mane turned to flame. Poofed himself onto the stairs and into his room. Twilight was very unaware of the situation.

"Aww, he's so happy, he's crying! You don't see many of those." Kayden looked at the label of the "Kool-aide".

" Hot Chili Pepper." Twilight mm'd and poured it onto a glazed donut nearby. The filly soon ate it, the rest were waiting for her to explode.

"What? It's good!"

    Upstairs, Shorty was trying to block out the music downstairs. He lay in his bed with a pillow over his head, waiting for his party to be over. Kayden bursted through the door, covered in silly string.

"Hey Shorty! Twilight's turning on Party Rock, wanna come out?" Kayden dodged the pillow Shorty flicked at him.

"NO! Like I said. The ponies in this town are CRAZY!And so are the horses."

"And like I said. Lighten up, it's a party!" Kayden closed the door, but Shorty repeated his words sarcastically like a young foal would to his parents. He lay back and called himself down.

  "Shorty, just stay focused. I came here to remain as a student for Princess Sophia. I also came to do some research on Equestria's history," Soon, he got off topic. " but NOOO! I spent my day with crazy horses and ponies because Sophia decides for me to come here! I still can't tell why she sent the letter on short notice?"

Kayne bursted through the doors once more.

  "Shorty, there's a big problem, so Princess Sophia is in Town Hall!
