Rarity and Pinkie Pie were at SugarCube Corner, because Pinkie wanted to bake some, um, pie, you know 'cause pie is good, and Rarity did not want to bake cupcakes 'cause...

''Because I don't want to!'' Rarity yelled. ''Now get on with the story already!'' Rarity added.

Rarity and Pinkie Pie were at SugarCube Corner baking some pie.

''What colour is the pie going to be?'' Pinkie asked.

''Bleu!'' Rarity said.

''No, I want it pink,'' Pinkie said.

''You asked for MY opinion! So I want bleu!'' Rarity yelled.

''No, I want pink!'' Pinkie yelled.

They kept on arguing, until Pinkie threw some flower in Rarity's face.

''Hey!'' Rarity said.

Pinkie threw some powder in Rarity's mane.

''For Celestia's sake Pinkie, look what you've done!'' Rarity said.

She levitated the pink Earth Pony with her magic. And started to shake her around.

''Stop that!'' Pinkie yelled.

''No, you ruined my hair!'' Rarity yelled.

''Fine, how about I help you fix your hair.'' Pinkie offered.

''Okay.'' Rarity said.

Pinkie and Rarity decided to go the hair salon first, you know because hair salons are good for hair problems! But the salon was closed.

''Where are we supposed to go now? This is the only hair salon in Ponyville.'' Pinkie asked.

''We go to Cantolot!'' Rarity replied, dramatically.

''But you'll have to go on the train, like...THAT!'' Pinkie pointed out, ''And everypony on that dang train will see you.'' Pinkie said.

''Right. Guess I'll have to grab my hood.'' Rarity said.

Rarity ran back to Ponyville's Boutique, to grab her hood. But she ran into the Cutie Mark Crusaders.

''GYAHH!'' Sweetie Belle screamed.

''It's just me.'' Rarity said.

''I...knew that.'' Sweetie Bell said, ''What the heck happened to your hair, Rarity?'' Sweetie Bell asked, finally seeing Rarity's hair.

''Pinkie Pie...'' sighed Rarity.

''Oh, what were you too doing?'' Scootaloo asked.

''We wanted to bake some pie, but we could not choose the colour.'' Rarity replied.

''Ah...we should just let her grab what she needs to grab.'' Sweetie Bell said.

With the CMCs out of the way, Rarity ran over to the boutique. Once inside she went searching for her hood, finding it she put it on, hiding her tangled, dirty hair. She checked herself out and decided to put a little accessory, because the hood was a bit...dull. Running back to Pinkie, who was still waiting.

''You done?'' Pinkie asked.

''Yup!'' Rarity said.

''Think we can go to Cantolot?'' Pinkie Pie asked.

''Yes!'' Rarity said.

''Ok!'' Pinkie said.

On the train to Cantolot, Rarity was trying not to get too much attention, mainly so ponies would not ask about her hair. But Pinkie was no help what so ever. She was yelling and jumping around the train like a foal.

''Pinkie, I don't want attention drawn to me!'' Rarity whisper shouted.

''Oh, sorry.'' Pinkie whispered.

''Good.'' Rarity said.

At Cantolot, Rarity and Pinkie were trying to find the hair salon.

''Hi! Are you too ponies looking for something?'' a random stallion asked.

''Yes, we are looking for the hair salon.'' Rarity said.

''It's over there!'' the stallion said.

''Thanks!'' Rarity said.

Trotting in that direction Rarity found it in no time, it was empty, but not closed.

''Good, it's not closed!'' Pinkie said.

Rarity opened the door and walked over to the front desk, a female pony was standing there.

''What do you need?'' She asked.

''Something to fix this.'' Rarity responded, taking off her hood.

The hair was even worse then how it was before, this time it was starting to loose it's colour.

''Yup, this!'' the female pony said.

It was re-colouring shampoo.

''Thank you.'' Rarity said.

Back in Ponyville, Rarity started to wash her hair, and just like the sales-pony said, it fixed her hair.

''Now Pinkie, do you want pink, or bleu?'' Rarity asked.

''Both!'' Pinkie said.

''How the heck can you have bleu and pink together, Pinkie?'' Rarity asked.

''I'll show you!'' Pinkie yelled.

Pinkie Pie started to put together a pink a bleu pie! It was the most beautiful pie Equestria has ever seen! It had all the Elements of Harmony and it was half bleu and half pink. It got strawberries in it, and some blueberries on it.

''It's very pretty. How did you do that?'' Rarity asked.

''It's me, Rarity.'' Pinkie replied.

''Yah, thought so.'' Rarity said. ''What was the pie for?'' Rarity asked.

''I thought you knew. But I guess not, well it's for Twilight Sparkle's party.'' Pinkie said.

''And she let us choose the colour?'' Rarity asked, confused.

''It's not about HER, Rarity. It's for the princesses.'' Pinkie said.

''And the princesses like pink and bleu?'' Rarity asked.

''They wanted something different.'' Pinkie replied.

''Ah...'' Rarity said, still unsure of herself.

''Confusing? I know.'' Pinkie Pie said.

''Well should we deliver this?'' Rarity asked.

''Nope! The party is taken place here, in Ponyville! It being hosted by Twilight.'' Pinkie said.

''Well that is good! I would not want to take the train back to Cantolot.'' Rarity responded.

''That is why we have Derpy.'' Pinkie said.

''Right. But what if Derpy's on strike or something?'' Rarity asked.

''I'm not sure if she ever will be, but you sort of have a point.'' Pinkie said.

''What if someone kills her?'' Rarity asked.

''That is the most idiotic question ever, Rarity!'' Pinkie said.

''We should just get the pie to the party before we start throwing it at each other.'' Rarity said, levitating the pie.

''Ok!'' Pinkie said.

At the party Pinkie and Rarity were the first ones there, actually Twilight was the first one there. But Twilight was the host, so it did not make a difference.

''Did you bring the pie?'' Twilight asked.

''Yup!'' Pinkie and Rarity said.

''Good, I hope you did not argue on the colour.'' Twilight said.

Rarity and Pinkie grinned sheepishly.

''Well actually we sorta did, and we had to go to Cantolot to fix Rarity's mane, because I threw some flower in her mane and face.'' Pinkie said.

Twilight hit her face with her hoof.

''But in the end, the pie wasn't so bad.'' Rarity said.

Pinkie Pie and Rarity showed the pie to Twilight.

''WOW! You went all out with the differentness, I think Celestia and Luna would like it!'' Twilight said.
