Oh yes I can think all right. When that's the only thing you can do you cannot not overthink everything. I went from being the king over my own little paradise of beautiful turmoil to being trapped without hope of being released. I have been thinking every thought you can think of and more than that, and now I am about to think of my revenge all over again. I curse the sisters who captured me and forced me into the state I am in now, but at least I got one last laugh by the mocking pose I took before fully turning into the hard matter called stone. What a dull choice... Of all the things they could have turned me into they chose stone. I would have chosen something a bit more tasteful if I would do it on someone, like a giant turnip or a Scarecrow dressed in a bunny costume. I guess iIshould be happy they didn't turn me into something worse though. But I am not happy... I am furious. They will suffer for what they have done to the ruler of chaos. I will escape from this hell of boredom, and then make them entertain me as I torment them with all my might. But first I need my chains to loosen just a little and then some fuel to boost me so I can break this curse and take back what is mine. But there is nothing out there for me to utilize. There is not enough disharmony for me to use for this purpose. I have spent what it feels like an eternity like this and nothing have happened . No anger, sorrow or ponies in dispute have been in my presence for all this time. But soon there will be, and then I WILL BE FREE! ???!!!........ For the first time in a long while i could feel something. A change in the air as to speak. The spell has weakened, just a bit though but that was enough to make me feel excited. And also for the first time i could feel the despair and fear of the ponies once again. I helped myself to as much as I could and began to refill my powers, but all to soon it stopped, and I didn't have enough of it to break free. Still I haven't felt so good in all these years and i laughed quietly in my mind thinking of how much closer i was to my goal. I could finally hear other things then my own thoughts again, and I found out from the ponies in my surrounding that what caused the loosening of the spell whas that the princess of the night had turned on her sister and refused to leave room for the day. The sisters then fought each other, the princess of the night lost and was banished to the moon with the help of the elements of harmony. I laughed for what seemed as days when I found out that at least one of them got the same punishment as me. it was way too good to be true. Soon... Soon. Again!... It happened again! She has returned and once again I can feed on the ponies despair. Hu?! What is this? A group of six ponies are trying to stop her. Now this will be interesting. …. Hmm... They won. And on top of that they are now the new wearers of the elements of harmony. Applejack, the truth teller. Pinkie Pie, the laugh spreader. Rainbow Dash, The lojal. Rarity the generous. Fluttershy the kind. And Twilight Sparkle the spellcaster I thank you all for loosening my curse even more but I also promise you that you will regret wielding the instruments of my imprisonment. YES!!!! I CAN FEEL IT! ”And it is to chaos!” ”It is not!” ”You are both wrong.”, one said and all three of them started to fight. I felt my powers pulsing in my chest and the stone began to truckle. Oh! What a feeling! What a felling! ”actually, in a way you are all right.”, the teacher said. ”This statue represents discord, which means a lack of harmony between ponies. In fact you three have demonstrated discord so well that you each are going to write me an essay explaining it. Now let's go. And i don't want any more fighting. And I dont need any more fighting i thought for my self as I could feel the stone crack upp, and now I found out that i could speak once again as I let out a chuckle of the darkest joy. ”Mehehehehehe” .................. As the last of the stone fell from my body I collect as much air as I could in my lungs and then yelled. ”IIIIIIIIIII AAAAAAAM FRRREEEEEEEE!!!!!!!” Yes, I am finaly free, and now I will fulfill a few promises. I flew to the skies and looked upon the land of Equestria. Then I felt a shiver down my spine when I saw how boringly correct everything was and I knew that I had to take care of that at once. ”Normal white clouds, how boring. what about cotton candy and chocolate milk instead.” With a snap of my finger the clouds changes at once to my improvement of them. And after a few more changes to the normal weather I had made a wonderful batch of weathers that did not make any sense. ”Now go and spread my chaos”, I commanded the winds and clouds and so they did. ”And now the flora”, I said to my self . ”I've never appreciated corn too much, except when it pops. So lets go whit that. And what tiny fruits the poor ponies grow. Let's make them bigger. Now how about the critters. Hmm.” Then I felt a disturbing force. Not a strong one, and of course it did not do anything to hinder me though but it was there. I took a look to se who it was that were trying to stop my work of art. ”Well, well, well. If it isn't Twilight Sparkle and company. Oh! That's right i almost forgot. I have to do something about the elements of harmony before they use them against me. Again.” Before anyone could say cotton candy clouds i was in the Canterlot tower where they had put the elements. I examined the door that blocked my path and saw that it was protected by a really strong protection spell, but with a little tinkering i could open it and as soon i was in i snatched the elements and was on my way to hide them. I didn't want to hide them so that it would be impossible to find them. No i wanted to make a game out of it, and I had the perfekt one that I have thought through under all this time. Just a quick errand in ponyville and then I just have to wait for them in the canterlot castle.
Chapter 3 Finally the six ponies storm in the entrance hall where an anxious princess celestia been pacing back and forward for hours. ”Princess celestia! We came as fast as we could!” ”Thank you Twilight, Thank you all” ”Is this about the weather, and the animals weird behavior?! what is happening out there?! Why isn't my magic working?! Is there...” Princess Celestia silenced Twilight by raising one of her hooves. ”Follow me”, she said and began to walk. ”i've called you here in a matter of great importance. It seems an old foe of mine, someone i thought i defeated long ago has returned. His name, is Discord. Hahaha, that is me. I thought and couldn't help but smile. ”Discord is the mischievous spirit of disharmony.” Ohh stop it. You're making me blush. ”Before my sister and I stood up to him, he ruled equestria in an eternal state of unrest and unhappiness.” Ahh, good times. ”Luna and I saw how miserable life was for earth ponies, pegasie and unicorns alike. So after discovering the elements of harmony we combined our powers and rose up against him, turning him to stone.” ”Alright princess!”, Rainbow Dash chered. ”I thought the spell we cast would contain him for ever, but since luna and I are no longer connected to the elements the spell has been broken.” You are partly right on that point celestia. ”No longer connected?”, Twiligt asked. ”This is Canterlot tower, where the elements are kept inside, since all of you recovered them. I need you to wield the elements of harmony once again, and stop Discord before he thrusts all of Equestria into eternal chaos.” ”But why us? why dont you...” Twiligt couldn't finish befor Pinkie Pie exclaimed. ”Hey look, we're famous!” Pinkie Pie said pointing at one of the pictured windows showing a mosaic of all the friends. ”You six showed the full potential of the elements by harnessing the magic of youre friendship to beat a mighty foe. Although luna and i once wielded the elements, It is you who now control their power and it is you who will defeat Discord.” I highly doubt that my dear princess. ”Princess Celestia, you can count on... ” ”Hold on a second.” Pinkie said. Hu? ”Eternal chaos comes with chocolate rain you guys, chocolate rain!” I think i like this one. ”Don't listen to her princess, we'd be honored to use the elements of harmony again.” Princess Celestia turned around facing the door and stuck her horn into the lock to open it. The door began to light up and was slowly building up to a dazzling shine. Once the light faded the door was open and revealed the small space behind it where the box containing, or more correctly that once contained the elements of harmony was located. ”Ooh!”, Rarity said. ”You can keep the elements, I'll take that case.” ”Have no fear ponies.” Au contraire my dear Celestia. ”I have total faith that you will defeat Discord.”, she said and took the box. ”With these.” She showed the contents of the case and all the ponies gasped in horror. The box fell to the ground when she also realized that the box was empty. Oh I will cherish the memory of their faces for as long as I live. ”Oh well. If anyone needs me I will be outside in the chocolate puddles with a giant squiggle straw”, Pinkie said and began to skip away from the scene. Yes. I definitely like her. ”The elements, their gone.” Hello captain obvious. ”That chaimber is protected by a spell that only I can break” Well I wouldn't go that far. ”This doesn't make sense.” ”Hahahahahohoho! Make sense, oh what fun is there in making sense?” ”Discord. Show yourself!” ”Ahahoho. Did you miss me Celestia? I've missed you”, I said revealing myself as a picture in one of the glass windows. ”It's quite lonely being imprisoned in stone, but you wouldn't know that would you because i don't turn ponies into stone!” ”Enough! What have you done with the elements of harmony?!” ”Well I just borrowed theme for a tinsy little while” ”You'll never get away with this Discord”, she said with fury in her whois. I lened bak into a more komfortable pose. ”Oh i've forgotten how you can be Celestia, you can actually be quite boring.” ”Hey! Nopony insults the princess!”, Rainbow Dash yelled and charged at me. I easily and nonchalantly avoided her attempt to hurt me and reappear once she was done. ”Oh. You must be Rainbow Dash, famed for her loyalty, the element of harmony you represents.” ”That's right! i'll always be loyal to the princess!” ”we'll see about that.” ”I cant believe we are wasting our time talking to a tacky window.” ”The beautiful rarity representing the element of generosity, if I'm not mistaken.” ”So you know who we are, big deal.”, Applejack said. Maybe some theatrical effects to impress this one, I thought an grew ten times bigger. ”Oh i know much more than that Honest Applejack.” ”You seem to know our strengths to.” ”Yes Twilight Sparkle”, i said and shrank again. ”And yours is the most powerful and elusive element. Magic. Fluttershy's is kindness. And Pinkie Pie's is a personal favorite of mine. Laughter. Mhehehehe.” ”Pinkie!” Twilight yeled when pinkie started to giggle. ”Hahahaha, he's standing on your head”, she said and pointed at the picture of Twilight where i was indeed standing on her head doing the running man. ”Stop stalling Discord, what have you done with the elements of harmony?” ”Oh so boring Celestia, really. Fine I'll tell you, but I will only tell you my way. Retrieve your elements just make sense to this change of events, twists and turns by my master plan. Then find the elements back where you began. Hehehehehehehe!” ”Ca-can w-we g-go home now?”, fluttershy stuttered ”What do you reckon he ment? Twists and turns and then back where we started.” ”Twists and turns, twists and turns? Twists and turns! That's it! I bet Discord hid the elements in the palace labyrinth.” ”Good luck my little ponies, the fate of Equestria is in your hooves.” ”Thanks princess, we won't let you down.” ”Nehahahahahaha!” Oh but you will. You will.
Chapter 4 ”W-we have to go in there?”, Fluttershy said when they had arrived at the labyrinth. ”, doofus Discord forgot about these babies.”, Rainbow Dash said and jumped into the air. ”I'll just do a quick flyover and we'll have the elements in no time.” Then I just have to take those wings of yours... And that's what i call a crash landing. ”My wings!” Let's not forget the others, i thought and took Fluttershy's wings and Twilight and Rarity's horns. ”Your horn, my horn, Aah!”, they both said simultaneously. And now for an effectful apperance. A bright shining light, some thunder and... ”Muhahahahahaha! you should have seen the looks on your faces, priceless. Hahaha.” ”Give us our wings and horns back!”, Twilight demanded. ”You'll get them back in good time. Idsimply took them to make sure there's no cheating, you se this is the first rule of our game, no flying, and no magic ”The first rule?” ”The second rule is that everypony has to play or the game is over, and i win. Good luck everypony! Ahahahahaha!” ”Never fear girls, we have each other.” ”Yeah, like Twilight said. there is nothing we can't overcome if we all stick together.” Oh, this will be fun. ”Alright girls, let's do this.” ”Together!”, they all said and took a step inside. And that's when i separate them from each other by making walls grew between them. Oh what fun, indeed. ”Stay calm girls. Every ponyhead to the middle as fast as you can and we will regroup there.” ”Moving out.” ”See you in the center.” ”Yeehaw!” ” See you guys there.” ”What is that?! who's there?! AAAAAH!” Now who will i pick first to toy with? Hm. Eeny, meeny, miny, moe. Catch a tiger by the toe. If he hollers, let him go. Eeny, meeny, miny, moe. Then Applejack it is. I put a few apples in her path and started to pull them the way i wanted her to go to. ”What in tarnation.”, she said and looked really confused. She keeps on following them until she ran straight into my illusion applegarden where she stopped. ”Where am I?” Then i made the apples fall from the trees that then piled together into three piles that then started to spin around Applejack. ”Hahahahahaha” ”Who are yall?” ”The keepers of the grove of truth”, i made one of them say. ”You may ask us...” ”...one question.” another filled in. ”Past, future or presence.” the third said. ”But be warned.” ”That the truth...” ”...may not always be pleasant.” ”Alright then, I don't trust this place, but I have a real bad feeling about that feller Discord. what's gonna come with this here mission we are on?” I leed her with my puppets to a puddle of water. For the answer you seek...” ”...go ahead, take a peek.” She looked down in the water and saw her self and all her friends arguing. ”I hope i never see you again”, Rainbow Dash yelled. ”Me to.”, Fluttershy said. ”Fine.”, Pinkie shouted. ”Fine.”, Rarity screamed. ”It's settled then.”, Twilight said as she turned her back to the other ponies, that soon followed her lead and ran away. ”No! our friendship, over?!” Hahahahahaha! ”It can't be true, it just can't.” ”All the truth does...” ”...is to make your heart ache. Sometimes a lie, is easier to take.” And like so she was under my influence. Applejack the truth teller is now Applejack the liar. Now a path opened and Twilight entered, approaching Applejack. ”Applejack, thank goodness, I thought i heard voices over here. Who were you talking to?” ”i was talking to uh... Nopony, nopony whatsoever.” ”What?” ”Nothing. come on, uh we best be going.” ”Did Applejack just?... Come On Twilight Applejack wouldn't lie.” Hahahahahahahahahaha! Oh that's just priceless. Now who's next? How about Pinkie Pie. Here she comes, i hope she likes her balloon garden. ”Wiihihihi! This is the greatest balloon garden I have ever seen.”, she said jumping around while looking at all the smiley balloons that were laughing in the background. ”Well it's the first balloon garden i have ever seen but still.” As she was talking i made one of the balloons catch one of her legs. ”Wuah!”, she screamed and fell face down in the mud. Now the laughter of the balloons were getting higher and higher in volume, and i were herding them closer to pinkie. ”Hey! What gives!?” ”what's the matter Pinkie Pie?”, I appeared and said. ”I thought you appreciate a good laugh.” ”It's different, they're laughing at me.” ”It's hardly different, your friends laugh at you all the time.” ”My friends laugh with, me not at me.”, she said and smiled. ”Oh, really?”,i said and started to spin around her head. ”Hahahaha. Hahahahahaha!” ”No stop it.” And to make it even worse i made the balloons to look like her friends while they laughed. and laughed, and laughed, and laughed. ”Stop laughing at me!” ”Oh, poor Pinkie Pie. And here i thought laughter make you happy.” ”Happy! I don't think so.” Oh yes! Yes! Now it's two down and four to go. ”Pinkie Pie! are we glad to see you.”, Twilight said with delight and rushed to Pinkie. ”Oh, you are hu! Why!? Need a good laugh!?”, pinkie said and went straight past Twilight. ”Pinkie? What do you suppose had her so upset?”, she asked Applejack. ”It's not like her.” ”I didn't notice anything strange about pinky.” ”Weird. Better pick up the phase before the stress gets the better of all of us.”, Twilight whispered to her self.
Chapter 5 Now i think i shall pick Rarity, and if i know her right i think i will need a diamond. A big one. ”I was expecting an audience with the princess, Not outdoor sports.” you better look where you're going before you... and too late. Rarity went straight into the big boulder that i had placed in her path that were promising diamonds as there were three of them embedded in it. Or more precisely an illusion of diamonds. ”Oh my” she said as her eyes grew twice the size when she saw the marvelous diamonds. ”Hehehehehehehehe. welcome to you're lucky day Rarity. you've found the one thing in equestria that could rival my face for chére beauty. You like? ”This i like very much. No! No. i shall not succumb to such fabulousness.” she said and turne around. ”Must, get, to, the center, to, meet, the, others. MINE!”, she screamed and started to dig the diamonds out of the stone. And that's how easy it was to change her. After several minutes of watching her dog she was finally done, and i must say that it was fun. ”Well Rarity, it took for ever but it was worth it. Who knew tre little gemstones turned out to be this handsome hunk of a diamond.”, she said and hugged what she thought was a diamond. ”Now to get you home.” ”Rarity are we glad to se...”, Twilight started to say. ”Why are you carrying a humongous boulder?” ”What do you mean boulder!? This big beautiful bedazzling rock is a diamond! And it's all mine. Keep your envius little eyes of it!! ”I found it and it's mine, fair and square!!” I wonder if Fluttershy would be fun to do next? What about i take the form of some adorable butterflies and approach her. Fluttershy looked out from her hiding place in the bushes to see if the coast is clear and then jumped out shaking like a leaf in a hurricane. ”Okay i can do this.”, she told herself. ”i can, aaahh!”, she screamed when she saw the butterflies i had disguised myself as. ”wait a minute, butterflies?” She had taken the bait I thought and started to lure her away. ”Wait! Don't leave me here.” After a little chase we were where i wanted her to be, and i spoke. ”Fluttershy, it looks you've been left behind by you're so called friends hu?” ”Oh no, i'm certain they are doing their best to find me.” ”well it must be so upsetting to know how weak and helpless they think you are?” ”Not at all. I am weak and helpless and I appreciate their understanding.” ”Yes, well. But surely it must burn you up. I mean that they are always pointing out your flaws, right?” ”Not really, in fact i think i'm awfully lucky to have friends who want me to be the best i can be.” Okay, that's it. I'm turning bak to normal. ”Oh for goodness sake! You've been kind for far to long my dear.”, I said and put my spell on her. ”It is time to be cruel. Arrivederci!” once again I opened a path so that the others could walk in and as usual Twilight went to their lost friend. ”Fluttershy, oh i'm so glad to se a friendly face. This awful labyrinth is getting to everypony.” ”Aw, buhuhu. why don't you wave your magical little horn and make everything all right!?” ”Uh?” ”Oh that's right, you can't. you dont have one.”, she said and slapped Twilight on the nose with her tail as she walked away, and then bumped in to Pinkie with purpose so that she fell into the bushes. ”What is happening to my friends?”, Twilight said with confusion in her voice. ”And what are you laughing at!?”, pinkie snapped at Applejack that had started to giggle. ”Chocolate milk.” , she replied. ”A little help here!”, Rarity pleid and and nodded at the huge rock that she carried on her back. And Twilight was immediately at her side to help her. ”Thanks twilight.” ”You're welcome.” ”But don't get any ideas about my gem! I know where you live.” Oh my goodness this is FUN! And now to make the lojal a traitor. First i need something to lure her with to where i want her. How about... A rainbow-thundering cloud. And it works, she's following it. ”I've got you now element.”, she said dashing after it just to find me relaxing on a cloud-hammock. ”I can see why you like these clouds so much, very plush.” ”Get of there an put them up! c'mon let's go!” ”heeey, i'm here to deliver a message.” ”I've got a message for you to!”, she said and punched the air a few times. ”Listen closely”, I said seriously. ”this is important. A weedy choice is yours to make, the right selection or a big mistake, if a wrong choice you choose to pursue, the foundations of home will crumble without you.”, i said and with a snap of my finger I showed her a vision of Cloudsdale in ruins. ”Cludsdale! Crumble, without me. NOOOO!” ”This box contains your wings.”, I said and showed the box. ”You can take them and leave the game or you can carry on aimlessly in this maze. Your choice.” Oh i have never been prouder than i am now when she took her wings and left her friends behind. Oh wait, doesn't that violate rule number one and two? I think it does. Now to tear down this maze and tell the ponies the bad news. Thunder clouds filled the skies as the walls sank down the through the ground and dust covered the air. ”Well well well.”, I said to the group of now five ponies. ”Someone broke the no wings no magic rule.” I snapped my finger and returned their horns and Wings. ”Game is over my little ponies. You didn't find your precious elements. Looks like we might be due for a big old storm of chaos. Hahahaha, hahahahaha!”
