Ray, is sitting down on the bench. Looking at the bay. He turned his head around. To see his wife in a pure white dress. She wasn't really physically there. But she was mentally there in his mind.
She was leaning on the railings while smoking her cigarette. Looking at the bay as well. she threw her cigarette away and walked inside of the building. He then got up from the bench. And walked right after her inside of the building. But there was one problem. There were to many people inside, after looking around. He spotted her walking up the stairs. He squeezed his way from the crowd of people and continue to follow her.
''were are you going Abby?'' he thought to himself.
As they were walking aimlessly up the stairs. Until they both made it to the highest floor that they can get to. She opened the door, which lead to the rooftops. But he still did not stop following her. she walked to the ledge of the roof and he followed suit. He gently stroked his hand on her cheek and she slowly fell off the building. And he to also fell as well, he felt the air going through his skin and dived into the water passed out.
''My my. You poor creature. Let me help you get out of this tiring and Miserable world'', said the sweet unknown voice.
It enveloped Ray in a bright light. And before you know it, he got transported into a different world.
Equestria: Canterlot. Celestia, levitated him in the air to dry him off with the towel. When she was done, she put the towel on her desk, and gently put ray on her Mattress and wrapped him with the covers. Luna came trotting in to see what her sister was up to.
''hey Ti-munhhp.'' She put her hoof on her mouth to not wake him up,
''shhh. Lulu, your gonna wake him''. She whispered, and took her hoof away from Luna's mouth to let her talk.
''who is that Tia?'' she replied, by whispering back to her.
''*Sigh* I don't even know were to start... She turned away from her sister, with a remorseful face. I was watching him for quite sometime. He would do everything in his power, to protect the ones who hold dear to him.
She then back to Luna with the same expression
Luna nod, and listened to what Celestia was saying, ''he has endured with so much pain in his life. I couldn't bare leaving him in that world, that was going to put him through with so much misery, I'm sorry dear sister, but I cant go any further''.
She said, with tears streaming down her eyes.
''oh geez. I'm so sorry Tia'', she said comforting her.
''Thanks lulu I needed it that''. She nuzzled her sister, we should probably leave him alone, to let him sleep dear sister. I think we should head on out, Celestia said. They both trotted out of the room to let him sleep.
Couple of hours later..... Ray wakes up, to find himself on the bed instead of being in the water. He sat up from the mattress and rubbed his face with his hands.
''how did I get here?'' He thought to himself,
He took the covers away from his body, and stands up, to stretch his arms and legs. He walks over to the balcony, and rests his arms on the railings, and breathing in the cool breeze of the wind blowing by.
''I see you already acquainted with our castle, Mr. Donovan. He turns around to see the princess of the sun smiling at him.
He didn't respond back.
'' Let me introduce myself. My name is Princess Celestia, Co ruler of Equestria, my duty is to raise and lower the sun''. She replied,
ray looked at her with a surprise look on his face. But chose not to speak,
She then approached him with a sad facial expression, and put her hoof, on his shoulder rubbing it softly. He looks away for a second, and turns back to her with a confusing look on his face.
''How do you know my name?'' he asked calmly trying not to be rude,
she then sighs. I've been watching you for quite sometime, he then raised an eye brow,
''what?'' she looks at him with a comforting look,
''I know what you've been through. It must've been painful watching your wife passing away. I'm very sorry you had to witness that''.
He chooses not to ask why She was spying on him. He didn't have the energy for that right now. Celestia motion him out of her room,
''come now Ray, I know you must be very Hungry, after a long day today. And also I have the mane six, and my sister you'd like to meet. They are in the dining hall, trust me they are good friends of mine!'' she said.
He nodded, and walked out of the balcony, and headed to the hallways with her. He looked at the stain glass windows and the royal guards that were wearing gold armor. Ray had a medieval vibe coming from this castle.
I see, that you are looking around our hallways, do you like it? She asked,
he shrugged his shoulders, ''yeah its pretty nice for a castle''. He said, after walking in the hallways for a few Minutes... They made their way to the dining hall.
there was the mane six, and her sister, at the big round table. It was filled with delectable meals on it.
''friends, I would like you to meet Ray Donovan. Don't worry, he's very friendly I promise''. She said with a reassuring voice.
Twilight was first to introduce him, ''hey Ray my name is princess Twilight Sparkle I'm the princess of friendship''.
He chuckled at her enthusiasm. ''its pleasure to meet you your highness'', he said in a respectful tone.
She then snickered, ''there's no need for informalities, just Twilight will be fine''. She said,
''Ok twilight it is then'', he replied.
then second was Luna. ''Greetings, Mr. Donovan, my name is Princess Luna. My job is to raise and lower the moon and look into the into the ponies dreams, and to see if they have any nightmares that I shall destroy''. She said,
Ray took a sip from the tea, and gently put it down. That's nice, just Ray would be fine. So what your saying is that. Your the princess of night and dreams? He questioned.
''yes, precisely''. She answered, and levitating the tea cup to take a sip.
After they were done. Introducing each other, they got back to eating their meals. Then all of the sudden, the doors open to reveal Prince Blue Blood, he breathed and let out a huge sigh,
''auntie Celestia and Luna what's for din-'', when he opened his eye's he saw a human creature in the dining hall. Eating with his aunts and the mane six.
''Hummmm.. That's strange, I don't remember HAVING A MONKEY HERE IN THIS CASTLE! WHAT HAS GOTTEN INTO YOU AUNTIE CELESTIA. HAVE YOU LOST YOUR MIND! THIS IS ABSURD INADEQUATE OF YOU TO DO THIS!!'' he shouted at everyone, then Celestia shouted back at him.
''PRINCE BLUE BLOOD! THAT IS NOT HOW WE ADDRESS OUR GUEST HERE!! HE IS GOING TO BE STAYING HERE, WEATHER YOU DONT LIKE IT OR NOT, THEN LEAVE AT ONCE!'' in returned. He just huffed and sat far away from the table.
everyone was eating just fine, until of Course. Blue blood was insulting Ray under his breath, while he was eating his food. He then decided enough, is enough, when ray put a stop to this,
''you know what. That's it, I'm gonna teach this no good of a prince a lesson. That will probably get him motivated, with his behavior''. he thought to himself.
He got up from his seat and approached to blue blood, ''LOOK BUD WOULD JUST LE-.'' *PUNCH*. *THUD*. *GASPING*. Ray punched him in the throat, and fell right off his seat holding his throat with his hooves.
You keep this up, with your rambling about me. I'll break Fucking arms, are we clear? He said, in a Boston accent.
And got back to his seat, and continued eating. Everyone, had surprise looks on their faces.
After they were done, eating their dinner in peace this time. Blue blood had already left, to his room never wanting to come back ever again. After what that human did to him.
''*Yawn* its getting late everypony, I think we should head to sleep. Follow me, and I'll show you your rooms'' said Celestia as the group followed her.
Fluttershy, and pinkie, were sharing a room together. Rainbow dash, had her own room to herself. Rarity, and spike, were sharing room as well. Applejack, was in her own room as well. And last, but not least ,was ray and Twilight.
''alright so this is our last room, sadly. But if you two want to share? Its completely up to you two''. Celestia said, and trotted away.
''are you sure your ok with this twilight?'' he asked, with unsure in his voice.
She waved her hoof at him, giving him a smile. ''Sure! Why not, of course I'm ok with this. Now come on!'' she giggled, levitating him by forcing him inside. In the room,
Was two twin size beds, and two night stands for each side of the mattresses, there was also a balcony, leading to the outside world. And to top it all off, there was a bathroom. Ray, took the mattress on the left. And twilight, took the one on the right. They both went onto their beds and drifted off to sleep. Couple hours of sleeping later..... He was woken up, by the sound of whimpering and crying. He rolls over to his left to see twilight, sobbing in the blankets. He felt bad for her, he slowly got out of his bed, and walked over to her still sobbing.
''hey, Twilight you alright?'' he whispered, making sure she was ok.
She took the blankets off of her face, and saw ray with concerning look.
''I I had a bad dream. She said with sadness. He nodded his head. ''can you please, maybe....hold me for the night?'' she asked, giving him the puppy eye look.
''of course twilight anything''. He said, as he got behind her side and cradled her in his arms. To keep her safe for the night.
Earth: Los Angeles
Mickey, was setting on the couch, in his apartment, drinking away his Irish Whiskey. He was watching a show called Cops. It was a brand new episode, that he was watching.
''alright! So as you can see here, were about to swat this apartment, because the owner that lives there. Is a criminal convict'', the officer said. Mickey widened his eyes. Were the swat team were going to swat. It was his apartment!
*BANG*. The door was bust opened by the swat team, and pointed their weapons at mick.
''FREEZE! PUT YOUR HANDS UP IN THE AIR! YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO REMAIN SILENT! ANYTHING YOU SAY OR DO WILL BE USE AGAINST COURT OF LAW!'' the officer said. That was in the middle of the group,
They grab mickey by the arms, and dragged him out of his apartment. ''WHATS THE CHARGES YOU ASSHOLES! THIS IS A FREE STATE!'' he yelled,
as he was being put in the backseat of the cop car, and driven back to the police station.
''you have fucked me for the last time Raymond, now I'm gonna get you''. he thought to himself,
once he got to the station. They put him in the questioning room, were he was going to be questioned by the cops, of why he was arrested, in the first place.
''so that's how Ray Ray wants to play it huh? Then so be it Hollywood big shot''. he thought to himself once more.
Couple of mins of waiting later... The detectives came in, and sat down in the metal chairs. ''Hello, Mickey Donovan, your probably wondering why you are here''.
