Author's Note
I know that I am currently starting too many things, but everything I start will be brought to an end one day.
A lone dragon
A lone dragon
Poneyville epitome of friendliness and standing time. Spike lived here in his late years. An inconspicuously closed kite over which time has long passed. Its name remained on the miraculous white in the world. And always where a letter is sent. The so-called spike breath.
Let us imagine that he would have always gone his own way here. Spike is a dragon who maintains his habits until old age. Like the daily visit to the newspaper kiosk. The Allicorn is the morning newspaper. The earth pony is read in the evening.
His last house was probably like the other houses in the settlement. Maybe the house is more beautiful. Maybe the property is more spacious. But nothing more points to the former meaning spikes only a specter of the Twilight era. Behind the 4 walls that surround him, memory is only one last door to the world. That was what it was and never was what the revolution wanted to make of it.
On May 1st he will have looked at the front page of the newspaper with particular bitterness. Canterlot: the first party for the new Secretary General Luster Dawn. Cheering, as always, is a lot different. Spike ravages dawn against Luster. His own life asks him why.
For almost 40 years he stood behind Twilight standing next to her and always with her. Even the evening newspaper only brings Luster Dawn back into the house. The same photo as in the morning newspaper the same text. The censorship like in the morning.
This dragon who looks at Luster Dawn's pictures in the newspaper like a representative. He still tells him about the Communist system late in the year: "Sorry that so many innocent people died. But I am at peace with my life. Willing and versatile in the shadow of the demonic.
These are the backers who consolidate every system. The crazy thing is that they are often tougher than the system they are committed to.
How many times on his walks will he have stopped time in his head? What he still sees is what is behind him. But he doesn't have it behind him, he lives on Twilight. The blood accounts of the Twilight crimes are exposed, but an old dragon walks through a village as if he were still in the spirit of Twilight.
They had met in Canterlot 100 years ago. Although there was never a Sonic Rainboom in this timeline, Twilight managed to hatch Spike but was not accepted as a student by Princess Celestia. Maybe Twilight and Spike were standing in front of one of the fallen statues and saw themselves in the position of future heroes. From here, the Communists' hand will reach for power.
The city's political engineering institute. Spike studied here from the age of 18. His studies save him from military service. A loyal student unremarkable. Outside the university, a romantic of the overthrow. He fights the monarchy and is committed to the labor movement together with Twilight.
He and Twilight work together on the pony of the Communist Small Daily. In April 10 years after the spike had hatched. The newspaper was founded in Canterlot by Twilight. Sunset the communist leader sent contributions from human exile. She annoyed her about Spike. She does not like how disrespectfully her texts are reduced by this dragon and she receives too little fee. Spike later defends himself. I had to decide everything on my own.
In the spring, a leading party member came to Canterlot to make the newspaper a quick-witted opposition work. Spike and Twilight first met the pony that had always fascinated them. Because they were called equivalent to Sunset. The newspaper becomes a place and is the subject of an impactful encounter with Starlight.
It is probably the premonition of an opening world.
Waiting for Starlight with the spike and twilight in the back yard of the editorial building. Both of these meetings last a lifetime. Starlight had an inner revolutionary beauty. Everything was simple and graceful. The time in the mountains stayed with her. You could see who she was eating frozen apples with passion.
After the encounter, Spike became the revolutionary he would remain until he died.
He impressed the workers among whom the talked very much.
Stralight, Twilight and Spike will soon be sharing a flat. After we became friends. All are fantasy revolutionaries drinkable. Inspired by the cold power of terror.
In April of the year Spike turns 25. Sunset comes back from exile. Workers' uprisings ended the monarchy in February. A civil government temporarily took over the power. He brought back every mirror of the sunset behind glass in Canterlot. The revolution cleaned a museum piece but an old iron. Until late at night all three of them sat in front of the mirror with Sunset too much fear to leave the castle. Everywhere guards of the old monarchy Sunset feared to be arrested. But when she leaves the castle she is amazed by these guards.
A sign commemorates the arrival. From an armored car she thanks the guards for the final catch and, to the surprise of everyone present, calls for the overthrow of the civil government. She was incapable of capital table and did nothing for the end of the world war.
The next day, Sunset speaks in the Canterloter wheel house, a place for those who overturn.
Spike: "We walked under gold and coat of arms as if we were living in a dream."
Sunset drums again through the takeover of power by workers' councils. The war should end immediately.
Spike remembers: Everyone was overwhelmed by this rapid plan for a revolution.
The unsatisfied people's unrest work towards this plan and push for unloading. The situation is heated up by speakers. Spike also talks. In the head of the plaintext sunsets we are dealing with annihilation and shooting the bloodsuckers. Spike will sign the internal and thousand death sentences in his life.
With the October Revolution, the communists take power. When the provisional government sits storming. Spike is not there. The New Age does not come via the front castle stairs. Special about the back entrance. A plaque honors her:
In memory of the storming of the palace by the revolutionaries workers, soldiers and sailors, this staircase is called the October staircase.
So the inscription.
