Princess Celestia is far more than most ponies will ever know. While the calm and beneveolent ruler of Equestria is well known, it's not the full story.

For centuries, Princess Celestia has been a name and title worn by a long line of ponies, all bestwoed by the regalia she is never seen without. Whether Celestia herself was ever a real pony, none know for sure.
