Vengeance 2 - Canterlot Has Fallen

It had been going very good for the main group, Twilight had been resurrected, Thunder Clash reformed and switched sides with them. But now the final task was in place, and that was to defeat the terrorist army, and take down Tirek and Chrysalis once and for all. However, that was going to be impossible to do, since there was a small portion of them and a larger portion of the enemy that was heavily equipped. They had to sneak out and use the element of surprise in a less noticeable way, so they fled into the the fields outside the city and talk things over.

They had managed to make it into the fields in time, now they had to come up with a plan to defeat the villainous army and their leaders, but little did they know, a power was secretly given to them by Celestia and Luna. A power that can defeat the armies of Tirek and Chrysalis, and bring the ponies their army had slaughtered and killed back from the dead.

"Okay, we are all together once again, but there is 16 of us and hundreds maybe thousands of them." said Starswirl.

"Ah' have to say, Starswirl does have a point." said Nathan.

"Look, I may know that there is a small number of us against them, but we cannot let that get in our way. I have the power to restore friendship to us all again."

"How, with that law....."

"Law schmaw, I am ruler of Equestria, and what I say goes!" said Twilight with a defensive tone.

"Tirek and Chrysalis have no authority to take away what we created!" said Gallus.

"Their reign of tyranny ends here and now!" said Kyle.

"And so it will be!" said Twilight, suddenly, she felt her horn glow with a special kind of magic they had never seen before.

"Princess Twilight, your horn is glowing weird." replied Thunder Clash as he held up a mirror.

"Strange." she said, "It would appear that I have mysteriously developed a new kind of magic." that's when they were soon presented by ghostly wisps that came out of nowhere, they looked like they had come out of the heavens. Zodiac and the others knew who this wisps were, but Twilight and Thunder Clash stared in complete amazement as the wisps took shape to reveal Celestia and Luna.

"Hello again every creature." said Celestia.

"Celestia?!" asked Twilight.

"Luna?" asked Thunder Clash, Celestia and Luna's spirits slowly floated towards them while the others stood back.

"How can this be?" asked Twilight, referring to their spirits there and this strange magical power that soon took shape in her.

"Princess Twilight, when Jesus resurrected you, Luna and I equipped you with a special form of magic far beyond anything Equestria has encountered."

"This new magic in you can give you the power to heal and resurrect anyone from the dead." said Luna, "This magic also will help you in protection if Tirek and Chrysalis put up a brawl."

"How are you all here, I thought...."

"We are now angels Twilight." said Celestia, "We have been assigned to watch over everypony from in Heaven with Nathan and Kyle's God."

Thunder Clash walked up to Celestia and Luna's spirits with tear filled eyes.

"Princesses........this is all my fault, I don't know if you knew, but Princess Luna..............I am the one that killed you. But now I am showing instant remorse over it, I was blindsided with so much anger over my father's abuse towards me. It drew me into all of this, so all this is my fault."

Celestia and Luna showed caring smiles and lifted up Thunder's face, "You know we still show love towards others. We are disappointed, but we will forgive you for this Thunder, you didn't mean to kill my sister."

"To be honest sister, I was not long for this world much longer anyway, I kinda did want to be Heaven with you." said Luna, making everyone giggle.

"Well, I am willing to undo the damage that I have caused, me, and my new friends." said Thunder Clash as he turned to show the main group.

"Well, now that we have our friendship back together, let's take down those suckers for good, who's with me?!" asked Nathan holding out his hoof. Within seconds, hoofs and hands everywhere were in, Celestia and Luna smiled at this as they went back to Heaven since Twilight had managed to get proof they were still here.

"But first, we find Discord's imprisoned statue and release him."

"Right, I know where they took his statue!" said Zodiac and they were all off to find Discord and set him free from his stone prison.

In the throne room, Tirek and Chrysalis were just enjoying hearing the sound of torment and screams coming from the sounds of remaining ponies. They now could feel that the mission they took was now complete, so Tirek managed to use some stolen magic to conjure up two wine cups and a bottle of wine for him and Chrysalis. As he poured the wine into the cups, he gave one to Chrysalis and they both gave evil grins.

"A toast to us." said Tirek.

"The new king and queen of Equestria!" said Chrysalis.

"For abolishing friendship, and killing off the ones responsible for putting us in stone!"

And they touched each other's cups and drunk their fresh wine, but not before kissing each other on the lips, as they had now developed a loving relationship.

It sure wasn't that far ahead of a road trip for the group as they managed to quickly locate Discord in his stone prison. Because the location where Tirek told the guards to dispose of him was at a river, and this river led straight to the Celestial Ocean where anything that was thrown in was never seen again. But one thing was for sure, they had to get the terrorists away from the statue.

With a quick blast of magic, Twilight and Thunder Clash combined theirs together and managed to blast them away from the statue. Before they could come back and attack them, Twilight was able to easily disarm them by yanking their weapons away with a magical rope and tossed them into the river, forcing them to surrender. Kyle quickly held them at gunpoint while the others immediately walked over to the statue.

"Ready everypony?" asked Twilight.

"Yes!" said Nathan, he then lit up his horn, along with Twilight, Thunder Clash, and Rarity as they blasted their magic at the statue. Removing every bit and crack from the sculpture as fast as they could, soon a flash of light engulfed the whole statue and out came Discord, he was freed of stone once again!

But he had his eyes closed as if he was sleeping through it all, when he opened them back up. He quickly saw the familiar faces of everypony, the biggest ones being Twilight and Thunder Clash.
