The main cast, along with Luke and his soldiers, had managed to make it back to Canterlot in time. Twilight had ordered the snipers onto rooftops and told them to remain out of sight, only to take down the soldiers that got in their way. At the same time, she and the crew would make it to the castle and get the villainous duo out of their mains once and for all. As the main group managed to take positions in good hiding places out of sight, snipers on the rooftops managed to trigger small lights, signaling where they were.

One soldier threw a small drone up into the sky, it was about the size of a wasp, but it contained a small camera that videoed any movement of the enemy. And it was controlled by a hidden soldier with a remote controlled device that had a monitor in the center of it. As the soldier was controlling the small drone, Luke pulled out a radio to get in touch with other hidden soldiers that had taken position with the snipers on the rooftops.

"Come in Whiplash, this is charlie vector 99er 033, do you copy over?" he whispered through the radio.

With a quick sound of static, a signal came through the channel........

"Copy 033, this is Whiplash, we have our signal and we see you behind the building, over."

"Any sign of enemies in our path?" Luke asked through the radio.

On the rooftop across from where they were hiding, the sniper on the roof, the one that was communicating through the radio, looked through the scope of his rifle and quickly saw one enemy terrorist with an AK-47 strapped around his waist, and he was heading their direction.

"Affirmative 033, there's one approaching your direction, stay out of sight. I will take him out when he reaches the alleyway you all are in."

"Copy that." said Luke over the sniper's com. The terrorist was rather slow and cautious while pacing down the street towards the alley, but the sniper was very patient and just waited until the enemy was in the center of his scope. The terrorists in other parts of the city were completely oblivious at the fact that Luke had brought over an even bigger army than the previous one they had easily defeated. But Luke was really in making sure that this bigger army was heavily modified and saw to it that the enemy would go down for good.

Anyway, the sniper kept his watch at the terrorist as he got closer and closer to the alley. Once he was there, the sniper saw through his scope that the terrorist was actually about to walk into the direction that the crew was in. So with his right index finger on the trigger........

POW!

The terrorist went right down to the ground, face flat, his rifle strap sliding off of him.

"033, enemy down, get the body out of sight." said the sniper, through his scope he saw Kyle and Luke quickly hiding the body behind the alleyway. As if that was not a close call, the sound of the enemy terrorist going down alerted the rest of the remaining terrorists.

"033, you have a very large group of militias approaching your direction, better get out of there while you can!" the sniper alerted through his radio. Back in the alley, the main group were now frightened with shivers. Luckily, Luke had a plan for this one as well.

"Don't worry Whiplash, I have soldiers watching them from every direction, remember the plan." said Luke through the radio.

"Copy that 033."

Luke then turned to the soldiers who were armed with semis with a confident grin.

"You all remember the plan?"

The soldiers all put on gas masks, even Twilight and the others put on masks that Luke had given them. Through first-person view, a soldier saw the massive group coming their way and pulled out a small canister that would release tear gas. While the enemies were exposing the dead body that Nathan and the others hid from them, the soldier pulled the small pin from the canister and quickly tossed it at the militia. It was too late for them as they saw the gas spreading canister spraying in their faces, and they started coughing.

The soldier then turned to Luke and the others and counted to three.

"NOW!!!!!!" Nathan screamed through his gas mask, and they all leaped out and started shooting and blasting magic and bullets at the militia. Suddenly they were soon under attack by the whole gang, but thanks to Twilight and her restored magic, she was able to blast most of them back as the soldiers fired at all of them. As Twilight protected them, Nathan created a shield for all of them as protection against the bullets from enemy weapons, they could still fire their guns through their shields though and still be protected.

Once the remaining soldiers were taken out, Twilight wasted no time in resurrecting all the ponies that were killed. Thanks to her new healing power that Celestia and Luna gave her from Heaven, she quickly lifted herself up into the sky and released a magical aura wisp that entered all the dead ponies quickly resurrecting them back to life. Once they were all resurrected, they looked up and saw that Twilight had given them their magic back, but there was still more to be restored.

Even the Duke and Duchess of Maretonia had been resurrected, but they quickly took notice of the camouflage soldiers with guns. Luckily, Luke and Kyle had convinced them that these soldiers were on their side.

"Princess Twilight?!" one pony said.

"How are you alive?!"

"Tirek killed you!"

"I'll explain all of that later everypony." said Twilight, "The important thing right now is that Tirek and Chrysalis still have our remaining magic."

"It's time we take down those assholes once and for all!" said a soldier.

"Actually, it's down to one!" exclaimed an all too familiar voice, the group looked up to see Queen Chrysalis staring at them sadly. She was about to land when Nathan blasted his magic at her, pulling her to the ground and being surrounded by an angered crowd, Kyle pointed his gun at her.

"All right Chrysalis, y'all had better explain what is goin' on before we boot you to space and back!" exclaimed Nathan.

"Either tell us or you will be shot!" said Kyle.

"Please!" Chrysalis begged, "I can explain!"

"Tell us now why you were with him?!" asked Ocellus.

Chrysalis didn't show any resisting, which quickly confused them, instead she looked at them very remorsefully.

"Tirek and I had fallen in love throughout our years in stone, and we were hoping after we won that Equestria could become a good kingdom for us to comm over through flirting and love. We plotted to steal all of your magic so that we could share a good opportunity in being the most powerful couple if we ruled."

"A changeling in love with a centaur?" Rainbow Dash thought.

"Why would you fall in love with him?" asked Twilight.

"I had hoped that he would share the same amount of love for me if I would for him. I thought if we fell in love together and got married, that we could be good yet resourceful husband and wife, plus he is rather handsome.........or at least that's what I thought at first."

"What are you talking about?" asked Smolder.

"We were in love, we even shared a good moment of victory together after we defeated you. But in the end, it was all a lie. He never really loved me....." Chrysalis now had new tears forming and going down her face, ".....he just found out that me feeding off love was more powerful than magic itself, so he drained me of all my magic and my love and threw me out of the castle."

"I realize now that.........everything about being with a person who is all power and not trustworthy.......should.......d......."

Chrysalis got up on her hooves and just stared at them while starting to cry, she could not finish her sentence in time.

"I'm.....sorry.....I was just as much of a fool as T-Thunder was......" she then fell back onto the ground and just broke out in crying.

"I'm sorry!" she screeched.

After a few minutes of a pause, Chrysalis felt a hoof lifting up her face. She looked to see that it was Ocellus, who was staring at her with a warm friendly smile.

"Chrysalis, you don't need love and evil to be happy, real love and happiness always comes through friendship."

Chrissy then got back up on her hooves with help from Ocellus, and then turned to see the ponies and soldiers staring at her warmly. They had lifted themselves up to her because they felt deep down that she meant her apology through her cries.

"Ocellus is right." said Twilight, who approached her, Chrysalis showed a surprised look.

"Yes Chrysalis, I'm alive, I was resurrected." she said knowing what the expression was a sign of.

"Anyway, she's right, you don't need to steal and be evil to be happy, friendship bring real love and happiness."

"And that's something you have deep down, something my brother never had." said Scorpan.

"You were just too scared to admit it all these moons, weren't you?" asked Twilight.

Chrysalis budged, "YES!"

"Well, what do you say, are you willing to give everything up and convert to friendship?" asked Thunder Clash.

Chrysalis pondered for a moment, but Twilight held out a hoof, assuring her that her evilness had been forgiven. With a warm smile formed on her own, Chrissy then reached out for Twilight's hoof and held it. Suddenly, a light engulfed around her as she was quickly lifted into the air, she was transforming.

Once she landed back on the ground again, the light around her faded and then disappeared. Chrysalis now had a new look, her body was no longer black, but rather silver white colored and had no holes. Her wings had been transformed from ugly and holes to more beautiful looking like the rest of the changelings did. Lastly, her mane and tail didn't have holes either, nor were they green anymore, but gold yellow and she did not have fangs anymore.

"CHRYSALIS, YOU CHANGED!!!!!!!" yelled Ocellus with joy, she then ran up to Chrysalis and hugged her.

Even Luke and the soldiers were surprised.

"Wow, I have never seen anything like that before in my life." said one soldier.

Chrysalis then looked at everyone, including the ponies that Twilight had resurrected.

"I will help you all defeat Tirek, he is the true cause of all this!" she said.

"All right, let's take down that monster and end his reign of tyranny for good!" said Nathan, and they were off towards the castle.

Chrysalis has turned into the rest of the changelings, maybe they'll make her their queen again.
