Happy Hearts & Hooves's Day Dashie!
It was another glorious Valentine's Day in Equestria, all the couples in Ponyville were celebrating and enjoying that day with their loved one. There were many couples that everyone already knew: Lyra and Bon Bon, Derpy and Doctor Hooves, Starlight and Sunburst, Rarity and Fancy Pants, Twilight and Flash Sentry, Applejack and Caramel, Pinkie Pie and Cheese Sandwich, and Fluttershy and Discord.
However, Soarin was preparing a big surprise for his girlfriend Rainbow Dash. They had been together for three years, and couldn't be happier. Soarin and Rainbow Dash were the types of ponies that were not interested in dating in the past. But when one entered each other's lives, all of that changed.
Since Rainbow Dash became a Wonderbolt, she started to be very close to Soarin and he was the same. Then the two started to develop feelings for each other, so after a while Soarin confessed his feelings to Rainbow Dash, and she instantly returned them.
"Everything needs to be perfect! I hope she likes it however. I'm going to make this the best Valentine's day in her life" Soarin said to himself as he checked his to-do list.
"Ok the first thing on the list, is to take her on a flight in Cloudsdale" Soarin said as he flew to find his love._

Soarin landed in front of Rainbow's house and knocked on the door. The door opened to reveal Rainbow Dash with a smile, Soarin smiled back and kissed her quickly on the lips.
"Happy Hearts & Hooves's Day, Dashie!" He said
"Thank you Soar, so plans for today?" Dash asked suspiciously
"Yes, first I would like to take you on a flight to Cloudsdale, what do you think?"
"That sounds great to me, Let's go!" Dash said as she flew skyward. Soarin smiled and flew right behind her.

It was a great flight for the two pegasus. They always felt more relaxed when they flew together, it was as if there were no more problems in their life.
Soarin and Rainbow Dash landed on a cloud to catch their breath
"Dude, this was one of the best flights of my life" Dash said
"Yes, hey Dash do you want to come with me for a minute? I want to show you something" Soarin said
"Sure," Dash said as she curiously followed Soarin wherever he was taking her.
Soarin took Rainbow Dash to a beautiful flowering forest near a beautiful side of crystal clear water full of swimming fish. Dash was amazed at the beauty of the place.
"Wow ... This place is really beautiful, how in Equestria did you find this place?" Dash asked
"I found this place while doing a morning flight two weeks ago, no one comes here but me. You are the first pony I decided to bring here. It is just a calm and peaceful place for two passionate ponies to spend the afternoon of Valentine's Day "Soarin said
Then a butterfly landed on Dash's mane. She laughed at the scene, and Soarin just watched her with love.
"Remember Soarin, make this afternoon the best of her life!" He thought
"Hey Dashie, what do you think about lying on the grass while watching the clouds?"
"That looks great to me," Dash said as she and Soarin lay on the green grass, and snuggled together while watching the clouds.
"That cloud looks like a Wonderbolts symbol" Dash said
"And that looks like a heart" Soarin said
"Um, that looks like two ponies in love snuggling together ..." Dash said while looking at Soarin seductively. Soarin then pulled her in for a sweet, soft kiss on the lips. They separated and looked into each other's eyes passionately.
"I love you"
"I love you too, Goofball"

When it was almost late in the afternoon Soarin decided to take Rainbow Dash to the best restaurant in Cloudsdale. Despite being a bit expensive, he would do anything for Rainbow Dash.
The two pegasus were sitting at a table by the window watching the sunset while the food did not arrive.
"Soarin I think this is being the best Valentine's day of my life" Dash said
"I'll do anything for you Dashie, and the day isn't even over yet ..." Soarin said, whispering the last part.
"What?"
"Oh nothing, let's just wait for the food to arrive"
It was just Soarin to say, that the food was already on the couple's table.
"Enjoy, sir and miss" Garson said as he left
"Wow this really looks delicious, that's one of the reasons I love this restaurant" Dash said as she started to eat. Soarin followed her example and started eating too.
Suddenly Soarin waved to someone at the window, giving a positive signal.
They were Spitfire and Fleetfoot, Soarin had arranged for them to unleash several heart-shaped fireworks while he and Dash ate.
"Ready Fleetfoot?" Spitfire said
"Alright captain," Fleetfoot said as she and Spitfire soar through the skies, unleashing various fireworks in romantic shapes. Rainbow Dash then noticed the fireworks through the window and started to admire them.
"Look Soarin, this is just beautiful" Dash said
"Everything for my mare ..." Soarin said, Dash then started to look at Soarin with a questioning look.
"What do you mean Soar? Did you plan all this?" Soarin nodded and kissed her on the cheek
"Yes, my mare deserves the best romantic treatment possible." Soarin said, Rainbow Dash blushed and kissed him on the nose.
"Thank you Clipper, I was really happy with all of this. But I guess I don't deserve all of it, I didn't even do anything for you today and ..." Rainbow Dash was cut by Soarin with a hoof in her mouth.
"Rainbow Dash, you spent that wonderful day with me, what matters to me is your presence. Just remembering your joy today, I feel like the luckiest stud in the world. Especially for having you as my girlfriend. That really it's good enough "Soarin said and made Rainbow Dash blush deeply
"Thank You Soar"
"Now what do you think about enjoying these wonderful fires and then going home and having some fun?" Soarin suggested
"That sounds great to me," Dash said as she and Soarin watched the romantic fireworks.
At the end of the day as promised Soarin took Rainbow Dash home to enjoy the rest of the night together.
