City Hunter meets Equestria Girls

Hunter had thrown the rainbow haired girl with a look of outrage and she skidded near a table, as she did she hit her head.

"Rainbow Dash!" the pink haired girl said in shock

"Hunter, stop!" Sunset pleaded, but he only continued and pushed her out of the way

The girl that was known as Rainbow Dash got up and gave a look of pure hate and charged saying "Eat this freak!"

Hunter's eyes suddenly flared in response as the line between his mouth twitched, he caught her punch and kick.

Rainbow and the other students were shocked as the alien turned human suddenly uppercutted her and kneed her in the chest, then kicked her in the face unconscious and said in Harrigan's voice "OK pussy mouth, its your move."

Rainbow Dash wanted to get up, but she was too hurt to continue and this caused the other 4 girls to look at him shocked as the one in the stetson hat said "Rainbow!, oh now your askin for it varmint!"

Hunter only mockingly said, this time in his true alien voice "Shit. Happens."

This only angered her more as she jumped at him and tried to kick him with her long thick legs and boots, but Hunter was more faster and just as one kick could hit him, He grabbed her left leg, elbowed her face and threw her into a nearby trash bin this left the remaining 3 girls horrified as he fake charged them, causing them to run in terror at the angry alien. As the students gave shocked looks, Hunter went to Sunset and said

"Are you ok?"

Sunset only said "Why did you do that!?"

"They threatened you!"

"But they still thought I did the whole thing!"

"That doesn't give those, and all YOU Pussymouth's the right to treat her like she is a sort of tool!" Hunter directed not just to the Rainbooms, but to the students and probably the teachers, with some giving looks of anger, shock, disdain or fury at his insult. Just as things could escalate, Principal Celestia and another woman in blue said

"WHAT IS GOING ON HERE?!"

The students gave looks of shock as they turned to search, but the moment they turned, the spot Hunter and Sunset were in was empty

"Well?, we're waiting" The blue haired one said

The students and principal's were unaware of the footsteps being taken by two figures.

The two had managed to barely escape the scene and hid in the halls as the scene cleared out. As the two walked to the last class, which was English, Sunset Shimmer asked

"You didn't have to defend me."

Hunter turned to her and gave a look of shock and said "What?"

"You didn't need to defend me."

"Why would you say that?"

Sunset, taken by pressure and anxiety said in tears "Look at me!, I've done so many bad things to everyone here they don't even see my side of the story!, Not only that but I even asked my friends from the other side to help me and they kept me going on but...after this?! I just can't anymore, I can't"

"...What do you mean?"

"What?"

"What bad things did you do?"

Sunset, in tears explained the whole thing to him from Twilight and the girls to the events now, and Hunter only gave a shocked look as Sunset said "After that, I got another chance, but I guess now it's over."

Hunter said "You aren't the only one."

"Huh?"

"I've done bad things in my life too."

"Like?"

Hunter saw her now emotional state and the tears Sunset had let down, he did the closest thing he could, and hugged her

"H-H-Hunter?"

"Listen to me and listen close Sunset" Hunter said in a firm tone and look

Sunset nodded as he continued and went on "You claim to have done these bad things but what I've done is what nearly cause me to lose who I was. When I was in my home, and I mean my birth home, I was doing a lot of training and upgrading my weapons to make sure I was the best of my clan, Strong. Efficient. Dangerous. I was trying so hard to get my honor to be recognized that I never needed to increase my honor and along the way....I took it too far by taking the lives of fathers, mothers and maybe even innocents, my father saw what I did and although I was pardoned, he told me One day, everyone has to make a sacrifice, which one will you make? I chose to not let that title go to me, because if I did.....what will I become?, what will I accomplish? They may have all the tech and skill, I had heart and family and no other machine nor gear could ever beat that."

Sunset only gave a look of surprise as Hunter said this and moved to tears, hugged him with an smile in joyful tears.

"Thank you"

"You are very welcome."

The two parted and headed to class, and the moment they did, the teacher said with disdain

"Well look who shows, take your seats and i'll resume the lesson."

The two went to two open seats and sat next to each other, as they did, the teacher resumed his lesson on teaching of the book they were to read and it's theme and other literary aspects. During the lecture, Sunset handed a note to him secretly and Hunter saw it saying

"Do you want to hang out after class?"

Hunter turned to her and nodded his head and they both returned their attention to the lecture

(After class)

Hunter was walking out of the school, with some students looking at him with different looks, which he ignored, as he did, he saw Sunset Shimmer and said

"Hey, you ready to hang out?"

Hunter nodded and said 'Of course."

The two headed into a the city, which was filled with people, restaurants and shops all around, the two went into a sweet shop and sat down while Sunset ordered herself a cupcake and Hunter a muffin. Sunset sat down and brought their food and started a conversation by saying

"So, what was wrong with your voice?"

"Hm?"

"When you fought the girls, your voice changed." Sunset notified

"Uh..I...practiced that during my training, my clan was REALLY serious."

"Why do you keep saying clan?"

"My home is as you would call it a tribe"

"I see" Sunset said

As they ate, the door suddenly broke down and 4 robbers came in and the leader said

"Don't move!"

The customers and employees gave shocked looks and put their hands up as the other one said "On the ground dirtbags!"

The customers did so and one went to Sunset and groped her saying "Ain't you a pretty looking thing!"

Sunset only gave a look of fear and said "Please don't"

"Please do" The thug said, only for his head to be decapitated, shocking the whole audience and the leader said

"What the fuck?!" Only for him to be impaled from behind by an invisible force

The whole shop was shocked as they witnessed the next thug blasted to smithereens, coating the last one in blood, he then took Sunset hostage and said

"Whoever that was, come out or this bacon head gets it!"

He however met the same fate when his face was impaled by the same force, freeing Sunset. The lights suddenly went out and the bodies were gone and seen flayed outside the shop, leaving the whole shop and Sunset horrified.

The now 4 flayed thugs were being hung and then the hanger uncloaked himself as a human in alien weapons and let out a victorious feral like roar

The now revealed hunter left the roof and went into the alley and heard sirens, he went to the roof and saw the customers and employees being comforted by cops and left before anybody noticed.

Unbeknownst to the hunter, he was being watched...by an all too familiar figure, who said

"I'll find out who you are!"
