4014 Batworld

Not long after they had re-engaged the SCP containment cell's.....thing's got very dicey. With the death of Defender at the hand's of SCP 096, this put almost all of the command of the entire Foundation under the control of Site Director Otus. The stallion himself seemed to be rather off at time's, but he did help to get the job's done....for the most part. What was more curious was where was Otus during the SCP Containment breach? At the time of the breakout, he wasn't even in his office, and it almost seemed like he was nowhere near the Foundation itself.

Part of this made Doctor Plague was almost certain that the mole of the 05 Council was Site Director Otus, but he wanted to hold out, just to be certain. Agent 4014, and Agent Spade were with him discussing other matter's when one of the remaining SCP agent's ran up to them, as he panted, out of breath. "Doctor Plague....Agent 4014, Agent Spade.....someone just stepped into the Foundation, and is waiting for all of you near the entrance.....it's Fluttershy, and Twilight Sparkle" The Agent told them, as all of them looked at him in shock before speaking.

"Are you certain it's them!?!?!?" Agent Spade asked, as the agent only nodded in response. Doctor Plague, Agent 4014, and Agent Spade both went near the office to see if what the agent said was true. Sure enough....there they were. Fluttershy was in a physciatric doctor's uniform that seemed to show off some of her ample cleavage. Twilight Sparkle on the other hand, looked like a mess, her Alicorn horn was shattered, and a bit sparky, one of her wing's was robotic, as if she had lost it a while back. A huge scar was over her right eye, and her exposed stomach revealed many more deep wound's.

She wore a very tattered uniform that looked like it had been through a lot. She looked at him with a look in her eyes that weren't there before the Great Changeling War itself began. "Are you the ones in charge of this facility?" Twilight Sparkle asked, as Doctor Plague himself looked up at the mare with his long mask like beak. "No.....but if your here to talk about the two SCP 4000's that almost broke out....me, and Agent Spade are the one's to talk too. I am SCP 049 the Plague Doctor" Doctor Plague spoke, as Twilight Sparkle, and Fluttershy looked over at Essy Ferguson with suprise.

"You look......familiar" Twilight Sparkle realized, as Essy Ferguson looked at her with an interesting look before speaking.

"I don't know who you remind me of Ms. Sparkle......or your majesty, but maybe we haven't met. I am Essy Ferguson, designation Agent Spade of the LQS, and also a member of the SCP Foundation" Essy Ferguson explained, as Twilight Sparkle's eyes widened, seeing Applejack's granddaughter who had grown up into a very pretty mare. Twilight Sparkle who had learned to sense love magic thank's to Cadence's teaching's before her death had helped, as she sensed the affection Applejack's granddaughter had for the stallion next to her.

"Well it's nice to meet you Essy.....tell me is the Agent next to you, your coltfriend?" Twilight Sparkle asked, as Agent 4014 stepped up, and gave her a serious look.

"That's right ma'am, my name is William Gregory, designation Agent 4014 of the LQS, and a member of the SCP Foundation" Agent 4014 explained, as Twilight Sparkle only gave them a small smile.

"It's nice to meet you both....and please....call me Twilight" Twilight Sparkle smiled, as she had a good feeling about Agent 4014.

"It's nice to meet you three as well....I have also never seen an SCP up close before" Fluttershy smiled, looking over at Doctor Plague.

"It's also nice to meet you Fluttershy....I'm also glad that the LQS was able to send Bloody Mary for you to help her....how goes her progress?" Doctor Plague asked, as Fluttershy had a rather disappointed look on her face.

"During the SCP Breakout, the Black Skull General had freed Bloody Mary form the psychiatric hospital.....we could have made a huge first breakthrough for Bloody Mary" Fluttershy sighed, as Doctor Plague pieced all of the clues together in his mind.

The SCP Breakout was a distraction all along. The SCP's ran loose, giving the Black Skull General a window of opportunity to save his team member. The only way the SCP's broke out, is if the mole is responsible. The only one who had access was Defender.....Unless Site Director Otus is the mole. Now that I know....the Dream Man's step's make more sense....and I know what may happen next Doctor Plague kept these thought's in mind, as he new exactly how to play his card's out to the fullest. Agent 4014 had the item's that he had been given for these step's to be insured.

"Why are you here Twilight Sparkle.....it's been years since you've been away, and gave your royal duties of Sin City to the 05 Council.....so why are you here now?" Doctor Plague asked, and Twilight Sparkle turned her attention to the SCP before speaking.

"Isn't it obvious Doctor....we are here to see Smile Pinkamena, and Dreamy Rainbow Dash.....and I am also going to stay here to help out the Foundation itself, as much as I can" Twilight Sparkle herself explained, as Doctor Plague nodded with them.

"Come this way Twilight....we shall direct the two of you to their new cell's" Doctor Plague motioned, as Fluttershy, and Twilight Sparkle began walking past the many of the cell's. Some of the cells of the SCP's that were killed made them feel empty for some reason's. Nom the Sharklantean had recently been let out of his prison, and was able to roam the hall's of the SCP Foundation. Defender had made these reqeust's before his death upon discovering where SCP 173 was after hearing Nom being immune to his attack, and scaring off SCP 682 with just a roar. Valkyrie herself, seemed to take a liking to Nom, and Maris Roa seemed a bit uncomfortable around the Sharklantean because of what occured in the ocean.

They all eventually arrived at the SCP containment cell's of Smile Pinkamena, and Dreamy Rainbow Dash. "Oh....it's you....so after abandoning us a second time, as we rot in these cell's.....you finally come back Twilight" Pinkamena growled, as Twilight Sparkle stood there with a saddened expression on her face.

"I tried to save both of you during the final part's of the war.....after they caught you, I couldn't take how most of my friend's that had left me, or had become.....this. I had to leave you behind again" Twilight Sparkle explained, as Dreamy Rainbow Dash slammed her fist into the wall of her cell, before looking out the tiny cell window.

"LIAR!!!!!!!!! I WAS LOYAL TO YOU, BUT YOU LEFT ME BEHIND AS WELL.......I HAD A DUTY TO BEGIN, AND IT WOULD HAVE HEPLED US END THE WAR......MUCH SOONER!!!!!!!!" Dreamy Rainbow Dash shouted, as Twilight. Sparkle puffed some steam out of her nose before speaking.

"Your method's.....Rainbow Dash, were both brutal, horrifying, and completely unacceptable of you. What you did to those fillies is exactly the reason that you are in this cell. The same goes for you Pinkie Pie" Twilight Sparkle explained, as Pinkamena saw Fluttershy near by, as she let out a psychotic giggle before speaking to the mare.

"You were a big fool to deny my request Fluttershy....a funny way of you to dissapear by helping the one thing that you denied if you could have joined me" Pinkamena smiled, as Fluttershy's calmed, shy expression turned to a judgemental one.

"I had my head on straight, unlike you. When you said you would make cupcakes that could be used, as potions....I helped you, but after what happened you thought killing many innocents, and turning them into cupcakes was ok. You changed when you had no regard of other's lives, and only wanted to end the war." Fluttershy pouted, as Dreamy Rainbow Dash rolled her eyes.

"Both of you are just as innocent, as back then.....if you don't mind....I'd rather that I stay in this cell so I don't get a lecture from you again egghead" Dreamy Rainbow Dash scoffed, as Twilight Sparkle, punched the door with an angry bang, as Twilight Sparkle asked for a certain pair of quarter's for her, and Fluttershy, as the two of them went there without saying another word.

"It really pain's me to see those two like that....and the only thing we can do is contain them" Fluttershy sighed, wearing a silky lingerie, as Twilight Sparkle was in a bikini, as well as both of them had a few nasty scar's from the war underneath their clothes.

"I had the cure back then, but it didn't work, because our friend's were too far gone....and I've missed them ever since" Twilight Sparkle sighed, as both of them looked at the star's, as Fluttershy spoke.

"It's been a while since we've spoken, and I'm glad we caught up with one another on our way here" Fluttershy smiled, as Twilight Sparkle let out a small chuckle before her smile faded, as she looked out the window.

"I miss the times where everything was just simple, and nice. We had all of our friend's, and we would have such a good time. This city has changed so much that I barely even recognize it. Even though I gave you, Applejack, and Rarity immortality.....I kind of regret this from seeing Ponyville turn into this" Twilight Sparkle explained, as Fluttershy smiled, before turning to Twilight.

"Are you still angry at Rarity for what she did back then?" Fluttershy asked, as Twilight Sparkle let out a long sigh.

"Honestly.....even though I was overprotective, and naive.....I shouldn't have reacted like that, and because of those action's I haven't seen them in a long time." Twilight Sparkle nodded, until the two of them heard a knock on the door. Twilight Sparkle got up, and went to the door, as she opened it up, seeing Essy Ferguson on the other side.

"May I come in?" Essy asked, as Twilight opened the door, and motioned for her to come inside. Essy sat on a spare bed, as she looked at both of them before speaking.

"I know this isn't very unusual of me, but I've read the stories about all of you, and liked them.....and I have question's" Essy asked, as Fluttershy was knowing what she was going to ask, and was going to cut her off, but Twilight Sparkle motioned for her to stop, and looked at Essy before speaking.

"Continue" She replied in a serious tone, as Essy Ferguson cleared her throat before she spoke.

"I never got the full definition of the Great Changeling War, but....what happened to Luna, Celestia, Cadence, Shining Armor, Flurry Heart, Rarity, and why Applejack dissapeared, saw her grandmother then disappeared? Why are Rainbow Dash, and Pinkie Pie are the way they are now....what exactly happened?" Essy Ferguson asked. A long pause was held between the two of them, as Twilight Sparkle sighed before speaking.

"I've told Defender that once when he was helping to form the 05 Council, and I was the only one who chose to answer it, after he agreed to keep it secret." Twilight Sparkle explained, as Essy tipped her head in confusion as Twilight Sparkle began telling her, how the Great Changeling War began.

"After the defeat of Chrysalis, at my brother's wedding, it was glad to see that the two of them had hit it off. Flurry Heart was born, and happy, I was with my friend's....all was right in the world....and then that moment ended. One day what appeared to be a large ship had fallen from the sky, as it looked majorly damage. No one was on board, as it crashed at the border of Ponyville, and the badland's. Chrysalis wanted what was there....and so did we. Each side raided the vessel, and slowly took it appear, gaining vast technology for it's own. It was both amazing, interesting, and powerful.....never before had we seen this type of technology...." Twilight Sparkle explained before continuing.

".....We all wanted to go further, as to make this technology both our own, while fusing it with magical spell's. The fusion would be perfect, and it was vast, and very amazing. We shared the new technology with the Crystal Empire, and the other's, as the future looked even brighter. What none of us would realize is that it would soon be our worst nightmare. Chrysalis was the first to make the move that started the war, and she did this by using her own version of the new technology for her Changeling's. Her army marched on the Crystal Empire with troops, and newfound weapon's. Cadence saw them coming, and had everyone convert the technology into weapon's to defend themselves." Twilight Sparkle sighed, as she looked down.

"....The first battle was fierce, and each side fought with pure strength, and magical power. Chrysalis herself had feasted on loving emotion's earlier to prepare herself for this battle....and it worked. Overtime, the Changeling's began to overpower the Crystal Empire, and even got past the magical barrier that protected it. Chrysalis with her remaining troop's stormed the Castle, as she crushed the Crystal Empire with her magic. The new technology they had protected them against the cold itself, as they breached the castle within a few minutes. Shining Armor, and Cadence were trying to escape with Flurry, as the Changeling's came...."

Essy Ferguson looked at her with horror, as Twilight continued the story. "....As the two were almost on their way out, the Changeling's had entered the castle. Shining Armor was killed trying to defend Cadence, as she was super wounded by the Changeling's before teleporting herself to Canterlot. Cadence had arrived, and told Celestia about the invasion before dying a few minutes after, leaving me to care for Flurry Heart. For the next few week's I took care of Flurry Heart as Canterlot prepared for war to destroy the Changeling's, but Chrysalis struck first....." Twilight Sparkle explained, as she continued what happened next.

"Chrysalis had engaged me, and my friend's at our castle, while making a beeline for Canterlot. Me, and my friend's held all of them off, but not before losing Flurry Heart in the process. Canterlot eventually fell with, Luna, and Celestia eliminated, by the ever growing new technology that the Changeling's acquired. Anger became our biggest weapon, as civilians, and other creatures wiped out almost the entire army of the Changeling's. Chrysalis was forced to retreat, never being able to build a new hive in Canterlot as she had wanted. The Main 6, including me, were filled with rage.

We created new technology, with the power of artifact's, as I was crowned the Princess of Equestria. I used, and created the most brutal of tactics, and weaponry to kill all of the Changeling's we ever came across....pushing them back to the Badland's. I even shared the power of the Element's of Harmony to further their destruction. Rarity had been harboring feeling's to a friend that I viewed as a son for a while, as she had gotten intimate with. I let my naiveness get the better of me, as I discharged her, and she went to a new place called, Sovetskaya. I later found that the friend that felt like a son to me, was angry at me, and ran away with her. I haven't seen them ever since....."

Twilight explained, as she looked down with tear's in her eyes. "....Time itself seemed to move on, until Applejack had mysteriously disappeared from my rank's, and I never heard from her again. 4 of us fighting the war....but for morale it took it's toll on Rainbow Dash, and Pinkamena. On a mission near the border they ran into the creatures who captured them, and made them into what they are now. They became corrupted by the Nightmare being's forever, being their Creepypasta version's.....and I wasn't there to save them. In their corrupted state they served my unit, and I eventually was forced to hunt down, and lock them away." Twilight explained.

"How did you catch them?" Essy Ferguson asked, as Twilight Sparkle spoke up.

"....Smile Pinkamena was the first to catch. We ended up building a futuristic robot that was designed to magically find her, using the power of her own Element against her. It was designed to beat her with brutality until she was unconscious.....then bring her in. Dreamy Rainbow Dash put up more of a fight, being the owner of the Rainbow Factory itself, and the soldier's who had become murderer's there. We hunted, and killed them like dog's before confronting Dreamy Rainbow Dash. The brutality of the fight, gave her the face she has now with the darkest magic warping the flesh......" Twilight Sparkle explained, as Essy looked horrified.

"How.....did the war end?" Essy Ferguson asked, as Twilight Sparkle answered the final question.

".....Even in our absence of taking care of our friends the war went on. We arrived just in time to see the battle taking place at the border.....the Battle of Brickhead, as our side was dug in against the Changeling's. Even with Changeling's spies in our midst, we bombed the border to destruction.....came back the next day, and tore through the hive itself. We killed almost all of them, except a few. Few of the Changeling hatchling's survived with Changeling caretaker's, while Chrysalis, the other Changeling's, and the other hatchling's were slaughtered mercilessly to end the Changeling threat. Ever since then, the Changeling's that survived that battle vanished.....ending the war." Twilight Sparkle explained, as Essy spoke.

"Why did you leave.....you were suppose to put the world back togther" Essy huffed, as Twilight Sparkle looked up at her with a serious look.

"I did.....I helped create the 05 Council to manage, and repair what became of Sin City.....but after the war was over, and only me, Applejack, and Fluttershy were the only ones together....the pain of everything the war brought us.....scarred us completely. Applejack went to live in a cabin, becoming her own writer. Fluttershy herself becoming a physciatric doctor......and I.....just simply vanished in a log cabin out in a forest with nothing, but firewood, and my own nightmares to deal with." Twilight Sparkle explained, as Essy Ferguson sighed.

"I.....understand" Essy Ferguson replied, as Fluttershy spoke.

"What about you.....why did you become the agent you are today?" Fluttershy asked, as Essy Ferguson let out a huge sigh before turning to her.

"I wasn't alway's.....my mother, and father were almost fine, but when he passed away, my mother became broken hearted, and I was going out, getting myself in trouble....and it only got worse after my coltfriend dissapeared for 5 year's of training before he came back to me......just not at the best time, or the best place" Essy Ferguson sighed, as she got up heading toward the door before Twilight Sparkle spoke.

"Do you really think that you can be with your coltfriend.....you, and I both know you love him, but that love may not be enough.....could you ever be able to marry that coltfriend after he finishes his great battle.....and don't you lie....I can sense that he will become a memorable hero, but do you really love him that much to consider such an option?" Twilight Sparkle asked, as Essy Ferguson looked down, before speaking.

"When the dust settles....and the threat is put down.....perhaps....I shall consider it. I hope I'll see you around Twilight.....it was nice to know what happened" Essy Ferguson explained, as Twilight Sparkle sighed, shaking her head.

"She defiently inherited a trait of Applejack.....that's for certain" Twilight Sparkle told herself, as both she, and Fluttershy fell asleep in their bed's to start their new day in the SCP Foundation.
