Introduction

July 13, 1985

A man that seems to be in his 30s coughs as he sits up on his bed, then gives a soft sigh as he heads to his bathroom to get ready for..... the big day.

He trims his mustache hairs getting ready for the big charity event.

It’s 12:00 at noon in London, 7:00 AM at Philadelphia and around the world it’s time for LIVE AID.

As he heard from the distance of the Stadium away, he head out in his dressed attire as he was going to give the one of the greatest performances in history.

The Live Aid concert in London was at the classic (and now ceased to exist) Wembley Stadium. As the people with cameras backstage interviewing various singers like David Bowie or Elton John. But one of the most essential visits was by Diana, Princess of Wales.

The roadies working for Live Aid has already set up the stage and some of them are currently getting the band gear ready for the next rock band in line. As the 39 year-old man has already arrived to the Stadium and people gets the stage ready for the rock band: Queen.

But everyone knew who Queen is as they became one of the most popular rock bands and to be most known for famous single that still entertains us to this day. The Frontman gets to the certain side with his band mates as they were ready for... LIVE AID!

London 1970

It was at the airport in London as a young man who seems to be 23 years old was working there. He is in his work attire in one of those old orange and yellowish vests as the suitcases and bags travel down to the him and he picks them up one by one and gives it the other person. Then he comes across a bag that has stickers and readings on it that says USA of has the flag of the United States. He always wanted to go for a visit, then again it’s not like he doesn’t like London. As he daydreams he quickly snaps out of it as another guy calls him out.

“Oy, you missed a package” the guy in a British accent says

“Sorry” He apologizes to him for missing the bag as they had to rush things a little.

Later on he finishes work as he sits down to wait for the bus as he takes off his vest now only wearing a blue getup. This man’s name was Freddie Bulsara.

Freddie writes on his sheets of paper writing down of what seems to be lyrics for songs and at the top it was title “Liar”.

Freddie’s House

“Dinner’s Ready” Freddie’s mother calls out to the family.

“Not hungry ma, I’m going out” Freddie lets her know so she can at least save some food.

“Well where are you going” she asks.

“Out with friends” He answers as he kisses his mother on the cheek and gets ready to go. “I’m going to be late.”

“You’re always late” Freddie’s mom replies with strong but mostly accurate statement.

“Ohhh Can I come with you” Freddie’s sister Pinkie Pie asks with a glowing grin.

“Sorry Pinkie but I don’t think you would like getting drunk” Freddie jokingly says thinking of how she almost ended up in a hospital the last time she got drunk. As he was going to head out the door his father was already coming inside. Freddie rarely has any thoughtful moments with him as his smile disappears.

“Farrokh” Freddie’s father calls him by his actual birth name.

“It’s Freddie now papa” He corrects him.

“You know this doesn’t change the fact about what I’m trying to teach you: Good Thoughts, Good Words, Good Deeds. That’s what you should aspire to” His father says as he has said his own quote multiple times which Freddie never usually responds with an acceptance.

“And since when has that ever worked out for you” Freddie says as he then walks out the door and closes it.

Later on Freddie arrived at a bar in which some bands can book gigs for entertainment. As he walks in the bar he sees three people up on stage and the banner behind them says their band name: ‘Smile’. The song they were performing is called “Doing All Right” as they seem to call it by saying it’s name two times. The bar was pretty cool as Freddie had thought as they got the amps, the drinks, everything.

“You need anything” The bartender asks Freddie as he orders a regular beer and the bartender comes with it. The band started to reach to the fastened tempo part of their song as Freddie assumes how it was going. The drummer taps his cymbals and then they started to play some hard rock n roll. Freddie liked the way they sounded as he nods his head along with the beat. He always wanted to be in a band someday.

30 Minutes Later

As people enjoyed the performance some were headed out of the bar already. Freddie, on the other hand, has other plans as he was heading out back to meet the band to see if he could join them or at least be able to write songs for them. But then he started to glance at this beautiful young lady who has delicate, smooth skin and has purple hair wearing a brown coat over her dress. Then he attempts to look away trying not to like a pervert but was too late.

“Do you need anything, Darling” The purple haired girl asks him as Freddie almost blushes at her voice.

“Um... Sorry” He apologizes. “I was just looking for the band”.

“Well they’re usually outback, my name is Rarity by the way” She replies in a friendly manner.

“Freddie” He introduces himself and then he starts to compliment Rarity’s outfit. “I love the coat you’re wearing”

“Thank you, Darling. I thought it was just amusing myself” Rarity says as Freddie then waves goodbye so he can go meet the band.

“Humpy Bong! Are you serious” A blonde haired guy named Roger Taylor says as he is surprised of what his friend just announced to them.

“Don’t do it Tim” The one with long and lots of hair named Brian May begs him to stay.

“I’m sorry guys but we’re not going anywhere with this... Just gotta give it a go” Tim says to his friends and then leaves.

“He’s right, The shows we’re kinda... shit” Roger says with disappointment.

“I mean sure there’s room for improvement but we can’t just give up now” Brian tries to keep hopes up even if there was no hope left. But then Freddie came up to them and said...

“Enjoyed the Show”

“Thanks” Both Brian and Roger replied nicely.

“Say I like the name... Smile, it’s got a ring to it” Brian and Roger just nod a little to Freddie’s comment so he decided to pick up the pace. “Say I wrote some songs... Well if they be of some use”. Freddie explained, meanwhile Rarity peaked behind the corner to listen in to the conversation.

“Too little too late cuz our lead singer just quit” Brian says with some disappointment in his voice.

“Well then, you need someone new” Freddie said with confidence.

‘You sly fox’ Rarity thought to herself as she knew what Freddie was planning to do. It was just a direct approach to this opportunity so Freddie was going to do it now.

“Well you got any ideas” Roger asks him.

“Well... How about me” Freddie suggests himself to join the band as Roger chuckles.

“Um... Not with those teeth mate” Roger jokingly says as he was making fun of Freddie’s massive overbite.

’I know what I’m doing... I got a feeling I should be doing all right———..... Doing All Right’

Freddie sings “Doing All Right” as he completely has Brian and Roger blown away by his voice.

“Although I have an overbite, more space in my mouth is more range, I consider this an offer” Freddie assures the two men as he walks away.

“Wait do you play bass” Brian says.

“Nope” Freddie answers while walking away as he knew this is the beginning of a legacy.
