She was near a crystal castle when the flower opened. She was still very young and could not even walk and could barely talk yet. Inside the castle was a purple alicorn named Twilight and a baby dragon named Spike. They were busy reading in the library when Twilight heard the baticorn crying. Curious, Twilight went to look for who was causing the noise. She looked around the castle when she saw the baby baticorn. Twilight hurried to the flower and looked at the baby baticorn. She was both amazed and confused at how a creature like this could ever exist. The baby opened her eyes and revealed that they were rainbow colored. This made twilight even more confused because she never saw anycreature with rainbow eyes. "Mama?" asked the baticorn This startled Twilight, the baticorn called her mama. But she was all alone and completely defenseless, for she didn't know about her powers yet. Twilight picked the baticorn up with her magic and brought her to the library in her castle. Twilight replied, "Celestia, I've found a new kind of pony inside a rainbow flower near my castle. I'd like you to come to my castle immediately. Signed, Twilight. Send it." I know that you're probably busy, but I need you to come to my castle. It's about Cosmic. She's not in danger, but it's still very urgent. Come as soon as possible. Twilight." Minutes later, Celestia arrived at the balcony of the castle. "Twilight, I got your message. What is it?" Twilight said, "Just now, we found out that Cosmic can control plants. Look behind you to see what I mean." Celestia turned around and saw the massive tree. It had been growing the entire time and was now as tall as Twilight''s castle. "That tree grew from a sapling to a tree as large as my castle in less than 2 hours, and it has an unusual shape." said Twilight. Celestia replied, "I wonder if Cosmic has any other powers inside her? Maybe you should scan her to see." Twilight activated her magic and scanned Cosmic's body saying "Okay. WHAT!!!" exclaimed Twilight. "What is it?" said Spike Twilight replied "Cosmic apparently has more power than all the creatures of this world, good and bad, past, present, and future put together. Celestia, if you gathered all the creatures that have, are, and will exist on Equus, you would still lose. I cannot let her be used for evil, or else Equestria would be doomed. She has power over nature, all creatures, sentient and non-sentient, the weather, the planets, stars, meteors, and everything else, and also all forms of magic. She can even bring creatures back from the afterlife. She could destroy Equus just by shaking her head." "Then I think you should begin teaching her how to use her powers for good and not evil immediately" said Celestia "The future of our universe depends on it, but I know that you can do it." When Cosmic woke up, she noticed her rescuer laying there. She tried quietly making a ladder out of thick vines, but then the creature woke up as the ladder was finished "Hello" said the creature "Um, h-hello" replied Cosmic "Don't worry, little one. I'm not going to hurt you" said the creature "My name is Windy joy, what's your name?" "M-my name is C-cosmic s-swirl." replied Cosmic, still a bit nervous. "I've been watching you, young Cosmic." The rainbow seed was planted to create a new goddess just like her to become the new ruler of Equus. Then she laid down next to where she planted the seed and died in her sleep. Adoption and partiesAfter the meeting with Celestia, Twilight headed into Ponyville with the baticorn baby. She had to go to the Ponyville adoption center to get the adoption papers so she could adopt the baticorn, get some toys, baby food, a crib, and other things for the baticorn, and stop by Sugarcube corner to plan a special party for the baticorn. First Twilight went to the Ponyville adoption center. When she got there, she went to the front desk where a unicorn stallion was sitting reading the Foalfree press. The stallion, who was named Match light, noticed Twilight as he was reading. "Princess Twilight." He said "What brings you here?" "I've come to get the adoption papers for this baby baticorn." said Twilight. "What's a baticorn?" asked Match light "It's a new type of pony I found inside a rainbow flower by my castle. I decided to adopt her as my daughter." said Twilight Twilight filled out the papers and named her new daughter Cosmic swirl. Then they went to the Ponyville baby shop to get some things for Cosmic, then they went to Sugarcube corner to have a party planned. When Twilight got to Sugarcube corner. Now, I want the party to be a small party, just you and I, our friends, my brother, and Celestia, Luna, and Cadence. Can you handle that?" Pinkie replied "Of course I can. As Celestia left to go back to Canterlot, Twilight had Spike send 5 messages to each of her friends saying,"Your assistance for a very important matter is required at my castle immediately. Twilight" The friends arrived quickly, for they knew that they shouldn't keep Twilight waiting for something like this. "What's going on, Twilight?" asked Rainbow Twilight said, "I have called you here for a extremely important issue involving Cosmic swirl. I just discovered that she has power over all things." "What do you mean all things?" asked Applejack Twilight replied, "Nature, animals, weather, disasters, meteors, planets, stars, all dimensions, every kind of magic, and even death are all controlled by her. That's why I need your help to train Cosmic to use her powers for good, because with her on our team, our enemies would be powerless against us. Will you help me?" "Of course we will, darling." said Rarity. Everypony else nodded in agreement. "Then let's get started right away." said Twilight
First day of schoolThe 3 years had Twilight and the others teaching Cosmic how to use her powers for good every day. Before they knew it, she was old enough to go to school. They enrolled her at Ponyville elementary school (the school of friendship was not built yet) and were preparing for her first day. "Cosmic" yelled Twilight, "Time for your first day of school." "Coming, mother." yelled back Cosmic. She had packed her lunch bag full of lunch supplies and went to quickly have breakfast with her mother and brother. After they finished, Twilight walked Cosmic to the school and dropped her off. Three other fillies her age noticed Cosmic and ran up to her. One was a yellow pony with a red mane, the second was orange with a purple mane, and the third was white with a very light purple mane. "Hey" said the yellow pony "You must be new here, I'm Apple bloom." "I'm Scootaloo" said the orange pony "And I'm Sweetie belle" said the white pony. "I'm Cosmic swirl." said Cosmic. "You look so cool" said Scootaloo, "I've never seen a pony like you before. Are you some sort of Bat-alicorn?" "Scootaloo!" said Sweetie belle, "That's not very nice" "No, it's fine" said Cosmic "I'm used to ponies asking what kind of pony I am. Anyway, according to my mother, I'm a rare creature called a Baticorn, a creature with the power to control everything." "That's so cool" said Scootaloo "Maybe you could show us some of your powers sometime." "I will for sure" said Cosmic. "Well, if it isn't those loser blank flanks" said a pink filly with a tiara on her head. "And it looks like they have a blank-flank buddy with them" "Ugh, what do you want, Diamond tiara?" said Apple bloom "I'm just wanted to tell this blank-flank how much of a loser he is." replied Diamond Cosmic said "I wouldn't test your luck, Diamond. I can control everything you know and don't know" "Yeah, right" said Diamond, "I bet you can't even fly yet" "You asked for it." said Cosmic, before making a golden cloud appear and start making it rain fruit seeds which instantly grew into full sized trees with crystallized, but still edible, fruit that disappeared hundreds of years ago. "Still think I can't control everything?" said Cosmic to Diamond, who was currently frozen from surprise. "I take that as a no." Suddenly the school bell rang as the fillies and colts ran to take their seats. Cosmic got a seat next to his three new friends. "Attention, students. We have a new student in our class." said Ms. Cheerilee. "Cosmic swirl, come up to the front of the class" Cosmic got out of her seat and stood in front of the other ponies. "My name is Cosmic swirl and I'm the adopted daughter of Princess Twilight." "If you're adopted, what happened to your real parents?" asked Cheerilee. "I didn't have any real parents, I was born from a flower that grew from a magic rainbow seed." replied Cosmic All the ponies whispered about Cosmic for a lot of the day. Soon, it was time for Cosmic to go back to her home. "Mother, I'm home" yelled Cosmic. "How was the first day of school, sweetie?" asked Twilight "It was good" she said, "I made new friends today." "That's great" said Twilight. "Want to go to Sugarcube corner for a special treat, Cosmic?" "Definitely." replied Cosmic. "I'll have a chocolate shake." Twilight, Spike, and Cosmic all had their treats before going home to bed. Twilight tucked Cosmic in her bed, gave her a kiss on the forehead, and said "Goodnight, Cosmic." Then she left the room.

Meeting the Batilamiacorn One month after Cosmic's first day at school, she was in the Everfree forest heading to Zecora's house to get a cure for a illness her mother had. On her way there, she felt that something was watching her. "Who-who's there?" she asked. She was starting to get a little nervous. Suddenly, Cosmic heard timberwolves right behind her. She started running away from them, but when she looked behind to see if they were still following her, she ran into a large cliff and fell unconscious. The timberwolves got closer and closer until a creature with a unicorn horn, bat wings, and a lamia tail curled her tail around Cosmic and pulled her up into the tree with her. When Cosmic woke up, she noticed her rescuer laying there. She tried quietly making a ladder out of thick vines, but then the creature woke up as the ladder was finished "Hello" said the creature "Um, h-hello" replied Cosmic "Don't worry, little one. I'm not going to hurt you" said the creature "My name is Windy joy, what's your name?" "M-my name is C-cosmic s-swirl." replied Cosmic, still a bit nervous. "I've been watching you, young Cosmic." "Y-you have" questioned Cosmic "Yes" said Windy joy. "I was there when you first came out of the rainbow flower, I was there when you were adopted by the princess, I was there when you had your first party, I was there during your first day of school, and I was there before I saved you from the Timberwolves." "Why have you been watching me, Windy?" "Because even though you have infinite power, you are still young, making you an easy target by villains. I've been watching you so that you are safe. But I don't want to be seen because ponies will call me a abomination." "It would make me feel a lot safer if you came back with me." said Cosmic. "Please Windy, come back." Windy thought about if she should for a while before answering "Alright, if that makes you feel safer. I'll come back with you, Cosmic." "Great" said Cosmic "But first, I have to stop to get something from my mother's friend's house in the forest." Cosmic and Windy went through the forest until they came to Zecora's house. Cosmic walked up to the door and knocked on it until Zecora opened it and saw the two. "Welcome to where I live, I have something that you need me to give." said Zecora "I have never seen a creature like you" she said to Windy "But that simply means that your species is new. As long as you aren't a threat, I will be glad that we have met. Now, what is your name, for it is what I wish to gain." "My name is Windy joy" said Windy. "What's your name?" "Zecora is my name." said Zecora "Now take what you wish to gain." Zecora gave Cosmic the cure before Windy and Cosmic left to go back to the castle. A few minutes later, they got back to Ponyville and headed to Twilight's bedroom in the castle. "Hey, sweetie" said Twilight. Then Twilight noticed Windy joy. "Who are you?" she asked "I'm Windy joy. I've secretly been watching Cosmic since her birth to help protect her. She may have infinite powers, but she is still young." "Oh" said Twilight, "I'm also wondering, and don't take this the wrong way, what kind of creature are you?" Windy replied "I'm a mix of a bat-pony, a alicorn, and a lamia known as a batilamiacorn." "Well" said Cosmic, "It's really late. I'll bring Windy to the spare bedroom next to my room and then I'm going to bed. See you in the morning, mother." "Goodnight, sweetie." replied Twilight. Cosmic led Windy to the spare room in another part of the castle. "Goodnight, Windy" "Goodnight, Cosmic." replied Windy.
Legend of the Ultimate goddessHundreds of years before the reign of Grogar, a Alicorn with bat wings named Stormy Flake was the most powerful being in the world. She had power over chaos, harmony, plants, animals, magic, stars, planets, and everything else. It was a time of peace on Equus during her reign. But when Grogar came to power, his bell gave him three times as much power as Stormy Flake. Stormy Flake tried to stop him from taking over, but Equus was so peaceful that she had no army to help her. Grogar dealt injury after injury after injury until she was too weak to do anything. Grogar then stole almost all her powers for himself and took over Equus. But before Stormy's death, she used the last bit of her power to create a rainbow seed. The rainbow seed was planted to create a new goddess just like her to become the new ruler of Equus. Then she laid down next to where she planted the seed and died in her sleep.
Adoption and partiesAfter the meeting with Celestia, Twilight headed into Ponyville with the baticorn baby. She had to go to the Ponyville adoption center to get the adoption papers so she could adopt the baticorn, get some toys, baby food, a crib, and other things for the baticorn, and stop by Sugarcube corner to plan a special party for the baticorn. First Twilight went to the Ponyville adoption center. When she got there, she went to the front desk where a unicorn stallion was sitting reading the Foalfree press. The stallion, who was named Match light, noticed Twilight as he was reading. "Princess Twilight." He said "What brings you here?" "I've come to get the adoption papers for this baby baticorn." said Twilight. "What's a baticorn?" asked Match light "It's a new type of pony I found inside a rainbow flower by my castle. I decided to adopt her as my daughter." said Twilight Twilight filled out the papers and named her new daughter Cosmic swirl. Then they went to the Ponyville baby shop to get some things for Cosmic, then they went to Sugarcube corner to have a party planned. When Twilight got to Sugarcube corner. A pink earth pony named Pinkie pie was there taking orders from other ponies. "Hey, Twilight" said Pinkie, "Need anything?" "Yeah" said Twilight, "First of all, earlier today I found a new type of pony which I started calling a Baticorn in a Rainbow flower next to my castle. I sent a message to Celestia asking her to come for a meeting. When she came, she had never seen a pony like this one. So, I decided to adopt it and name it Cosmic swirl. Now, I want the party to be a small party, just you and I, our friends, my brother, and Celestia, Luna, and Cadence. Can you handle that?" Pinkie replied "Of course I can. I'll get started on it right away. I'll make sure that it's extra special because it's for a brand new kind of pony. The party will be tomorrow evening." Pinkie began to work on making the party while Twilight and Cosmic went back to the castle for the night, it was getting late and Twilight needed to put Cosmic to bed. Twilight set up the baby toys and crib in one of her spare rooms and laid Cosmic inside the crib. Twilight was so tired all the errands that she went to bed as well. Tomorrow, Twilight would introduce Cosmic Swirl.
